Very tasty vegetarian burgers and finally benches with backrests. I really like the atmosphere with the birch tree trunks. It feels quaint! The service was very friendly and accommodating right from the start and we were also immediately offered water for the dog. Everything was just right here from start to finish, so we will definitely come back.

Delicious food and great service! The seating was a bit tight for the 4 of us and there was no place to put bags and jackets... The benches are pretty uncomfortable in the long run.

Great food. The taste is intense and everything is super fresh. You can taste the ingredients individually because it's not "burger mush". Service was very friendly after it had thawed a bit. Unfortunately I have to update my report. It's about delivery. In 4 orders I ordered a pepper rim, paid for it and in 3 cases I didn't receive it. A message from me was replied to with a flat apology and that support would like to contact me for compensation. That was an empty promise. My follow-up twice was ignored, even though I was promised feedback. Evil tongues might think that this has structural features.

An excellent meal service. All requests were addressed quickly, friendly and uncomplicated. The food and the ambience were good, but not a bonus as it is the same in all chains.

Sehr gutes Exemplar der Kette, sehr Kinderfreundlich! Hier hat es auch eine sehr schön eingerichtete Bar. Ich habe in letzter Zeit die vegetarischen Burger probiert und kann diese sehr empfehlen. Auch bemerkenswert ist das schnelle freundliche und umsichtige Personal, dass einen hier immer hervorragend bedient. Meine Familie und ich kommen sehr gerne wieder!

To be honest, I thought about what to write for a long time... we were there with 5 people... and everyone was thrilled... except for me... everyone had fatty burgers and had problems with them to finish... only I was a bit disappointed... I personally had the companion... and in hindsight I would have preferred to order 2... but I've never really eaten such a brilliant burger before... of course He was maybe a little smaller than the others... but the chicken breast was so damn crispy on the outside and soooooooo juicy on the inside... but the others just got full... only the journeyman couldn't really fill me up... I might have Ordered 2 or should have ordered a slice of chicken breast more... but all in all... great atmosphere... awesome burgers.. Best service... and fantastic price... happy to repeat again and again...

It was our first time at Hans im Glück with 8 people. It was a bit tight to sit. In some places there is no backrest to lean on. Burgers were delicious, good idea with the offer of 1 burger with fries or salad, a cold drink and a hot drink. Portions are good. Location with the birches is funny.

Next to the “Hans im Glück” in Wuppertal, it’s the best in the Ruhr area. Good service, large portions. We like to go there when we're shopping in Bochum and eat a salad or bowl. And you can easily pay by card - unfortunately this is not possible everywhere at the moment. We will be back !

Shop was empty but food was cold

We traveled to Bochum to see the musical Starlight Express. We wanted to strengthen ourselves a bit beforehand. Hans im Glück in the “Bermuda Triangle” was just right. As in Berlin and elsewhere, a very warm welcome and attentive service. As usual, the food was very tasty and I can only recommend the homemade lemonade. Hans im Glück and the musical theater saved our weekend in Bochum. Unfortunately we couldn't find anything else that we liked. So, if Bochum, then short and sweet and only with Hans im Glück and Starlight Express!

We had a very nice waiter. Food was delicious and service was attentive.

It's very loud here. There is no space at all between the tables (if you can call them that). People sit on each other's heads. It won't be possible to talk. In order for the person you are talking to to hear you, you have to scream. I can hear what the next table is talking about. The most uncomfortable atmosphere. Food and drinks are passable. The service is good. The toilets are clean.

We were there on a Saturday evening. It was very crowded and incredibly loud. We basically sat on a wooden box, right back to back with the guests at the next table. Entertainment was almost impossible. Visually appealing at first glance, when you look more closely it creates as many seats as possible in a small space with as little effort as possible. The food was good, the service was nice. I would only visit the restaurant again during the day as part of a shopping trip.

Ich warbnach längerer Zeit wieder bei Hans im Glück. Dieses Mal in Bochum. Zu meinem großen Bedauern stellte ich fest, dass der Burger "Birkenwald" nicht mehr auf der Karte stand. Die super freundliche Bedienung googelte kurz die Zutaten vom damaligen Burger und wandele einen brstehenden Burger entsprechend ab, dass ich meinen Lieblingsburger bekam. So muss Service. Das Ambiente ist nach wie vor toll und die Burger und Getränke super lecker. Immer wieder gern.

Kann ich nur empfehlen 👌🏻 Nette Location mit leckerem Essen und super Service.

Selten hatte ich eine so nette Bedienung! Aber auch das Essen und das Ambiente taten ihr Übriges, um uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Essen gut alles gut... Nein so einfach ist das nicht. Hey Leute das Essen ist echt sehr lecker aber der Service ist noch besser. Also eine,, eins plus mit Sternchen. Wir waren mit insgesamt neun Personen davon sechs mit körperlichen und geistigen Beeinträchtigungen ganz spontan dort. Also keinen Tisch vorbestellt oder ähnliches. Ohne nur mit der Wimper zu zucken haben die Servicekräfte alles gemacht und getan damit sich unsere Klienten wohlfühlen konnten. Wir haben unsere Bestellung alle zeitgleich bekommen. Wir kommen nicht aus Bochum sondern aus der Nachbarstadt Dortmund aber wir werden mit Sicherheit zum Burger Essen immer wieder zu Euch kommen. Im Namen unserer Bewohner möchte ich euch Danke sagen für eine tolle Zeit im Hans im Glück. Das Essen war wie bei der Kette üblich gut, allerdings war es viel zu laut, Unterhaltungen am Tisch kaum möglich und da wir in der Nähe der Tür saßen, war es oft zu kalt, weil immer Busladungen an Menschen kamen und die Tür lange offen blieb. Die Bedienung war super aufmerksam, lustig und freundlich!

Sehr mutig haben wir, ohne vorher zu reservieren, uns hier hin begeben. Und ob wohl es schon so voll war hat uns das sehr freundliche Personal empfangen und uns noch ein Tisch anbieten können. Auch die ganze Abwicklung mit der Aufnahme der Bestellung bis wir unser Essen und die Getränke bekommen haben ging erstaunlich schnell wenn man beachtet das der Laden sehr voll war. Meiner Meinung nach könnte der Abstand zwischen den Tischen etwas größer sein. Somit war es etwas kuschelig zum Tischnachbarn. Das Essen war wie gewohnt bei "Hans im Glück" sehr lecker und nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet.

Ich war vorhin noch nie bei Hans im Glück sondern nur bei Peter Pan. Das Restaurant sah okay aus, dir Optik ist Geschmackssache. Das Essen war lecker aber deutlich zu wenig für diesen Höhenpreis. Ich bin von einem Menü (Burger und Pommes) absolut nicht satt geworden. Das fand ich schon nicht gut. Bedienung war nett.

Freundliches Personal. Schönes Ambiente und leckeres essen.

Vor kurzen waren wir beim Hans im Glück mit unseren Freunden essen. Das Essen kam schnell und war auch gut. Als wir bezahlten und gehen wollten, beugte sich die Servicekraft zu dem Mann meiner Freundin über und "flüsterte" ihm quasi etwas zu und lächelte. Wir waren etwas irritiert da es sehr vertraut wirkte. Ich finde, sie hätte es auch laut aussprechen können da wir nunmal zu viert waren. Dies könnte man als unhöflich/unprofessionell bezeichnen.

Nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Gleiches Ambiente wie in Hamburg. Habe bei der online Reservierung erst 1 1/2 Stunden nach Wunschtermin einen Platz bekommen. Der Laden war aber fast leer.
