Die Mädels die bei euch arbeiten sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam 😊 uns wurde gestern direkt Wasser für unsere Blumen angeboten 🌻 Das Essen ist auch immer sehr gut & die Bowl ist für den gleichen Preis deutlich größer als in anderen Läden :) Ich hoffe euer Team bekommt die Wertschätzung die es verdient 🌞

Sehr gemütlich und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Essen war bombastisch lecker und der Service 1A! Wir waren direkt zur Öffnung um 12 Uhr da und es ging alles richtig schnell! Sonderwünsche wurden umgesetzt und als die Kellnerin merkte, dass unsere Austauschschülerin nur englisch spricht konnte sie sofort umswitchen und sie konnte komplett selbst bestellen! Wenn wir wieder mal in Bochum sind kommen wir gerne wieder!

Der Burger mit Rindfleisch war etwas alt, das Fleisch schmeckte bitter und nicht gut, und die Soßen auch nicht, die sollten sie im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Die Getränke waren hingegen wirklich gut, ebenso der Service.

Das Essen war super lecker, die Cocktails würde ich immmer wieder weiter empfehlen wirklich köstlich!!! Mir gefällt es ja wirklich immer hier aber bei meinem letzten Besuch war ich so begeistert von den Service, unser Kellner Yannik hatte so eine Tolle Ausstrahlung und positive Energie, das man sich super wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt hat.

Mega nette Bedienung, tolle Location mit Innen- und Außenplätzen, zentral gelegen. Bar- und Kartenzahlung möglich. Essen gibt es auch in vegetarisch und vegan.

Ich fand es viel zu eng dort und konnte auf den Bänken auch nicht gut sitzen. Ich fand die Luft auch total stickig und viel zu warm. Trotz der Wärme konnten wir beim Mittagsangebot kein Kaltgetränk statt dem Heißgetränk wählen. Das ist sehr unflexibel und kein Service finde ich. Das Gebäude ist wohl auch nicht klimatisiert, es war für mich unerträglich warm.

Es war sehr heiß, an dem Tag...... Aber die Bürger waren sehr lecker....

Hi, war gestern mit meiner Freundin dort essen, als erstes Jannik verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung top Service nicht aufdringlich aber kümmert sich perfekt sehr kompetent nett und zuvorkommend Mitarbeiter des Jahres!!!! Einen Stern abzug beim Ambiente es gibt keine klima..

Wir haben den JGA unserer Freundin gefeiert. Nachdem die anschließende Limousinenfahrt am Vorabend vom Betreiber eine halbe Stunde vorverlegt wurde, kam uns die Zeit zum Essen zu kurz vor. Das gesamte Personal wurde darauf hin informiert und unsere Bestellung wurde mit Hochdruck bearbeitet, ohne dass die Qualität des Essens gelitten hätte, es hat wie immer super lecker geschmeckt! So konnten wir den Tag trotzdem wie geplant verbringen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Einer der besten Burger, die ich je gegessen habe! Das Personal war überaus hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant sehr angenehm. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich habe schon öfters über uber eats bestellt. Heute habe ich spezifisch gefragt, ob sie es etwas sicherer verpacken können, da das Essen oft offen in der Tüte liegt. (Pommes z.b). Grade kamen sie an, Essen komplett verschmiert in der Tüte, als ob sie es extra getan haben. Ich denke, man könnte a die Verpackung echt arbeiten. Danke.

Hans im Glück gibt es oft, aber der hier ist besonders toll. Und die big beard Bedienung müsste eine extra Stern geben.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist echt prima, viele Varianten und Dips erhältlich, leckere Getränke. Sehr gelobt wird Kristoffer, der sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert hat und uns prima beraten hat, toller sympathischer Mitarbeiter!! Wir hatten einen tollen Service!

Was für ein Glücksgriff! Meine Tochter und ich waren aus England zu Besuch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach auch Englisch, was sehr angenehm war. Es gab sogar eine englische Speisekarte. Wir haben hervorragend gegessen, die Portionen waren großzügig – absolut empfehlenswert! Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich gehe immer wieder gerne zu Hans im Glück. Die Burger sind lecker, die Auswahl ist groß (auch vegetarisch/vegan) und die Atmosphäre mit dem „Wald-Design“ ist etwas Besonderes. Der Service war freundlich und das Essen kam schnell. Perfekt für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden. Klare Empfehlung!

Kann nur positives berichten! Gehe seit Jahren zum Hans im Glück und bin immer wieder begeistert. Seit dem es den Smashburger gibt, bestelle ich nichts anderes mehr. Cocktails und Getränke sowie die Durstlöscher sehr zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer stets freundlich und bemüht. Außerdem wird das Essen sehr schnell zubereitet und man muss nicht lange warten. Hab nichts zum aussetzen.

Top Ambiente, Service lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, Essen überdurchschnittlich gut.

Super nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Ambiente wie immer bei Hans im Glück sehr gemütlich und durch die Baumstämme ist alles schön abgetrennt und man hat das Gefühl, mehr "für sich" zu sein. Die Burger sind der Hammer, egal ob komplett pflanzlich, vegetarisch oder mit Fleisch. Bei der Auswahl der Saucen sollte wirklich für alle was dabei sein. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Rundum ein gelungener Nachmittag mit lecker Essen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Leckerer 😋 Geissbock Burger 🍔 und sehr nette Bedienung.

Wir waren im Restaurant essen und ich habe danach ein Mojito-Getränk mit Mango und frischer Minze bestellt. Leider waren auf den Minzblättern viele kleine Insekten. Ich habe die Kellnerin darauf hingewiesen und sie gebeten, das Getränk auszutauschen. Sie hat mir zwar ein neues gebracht, aber auch dieses war wieder voller Insekten auf den Minzblättern. Ich habe es erneut erwähnt, trotzdem wurde das Problem nicht richtig behoben. Was mich besonders überrascht hat: Am Ende musste ich beide Getränke bezahlen, obwohl beide offensichtlich nicht in Ordnung waren. Das war wirklich enttäuschend!

Wir waren zu zweit am Freitag Abend (27.2. gegen 20Uhr) ohne Reservierung. Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen und haben ohne Wartezeit einen Platz bekommen. Das Ambiente ist schön, wenn das Restaurant voll ist (war es bei uns zu Beginn), ist es etwas laut - man kann sich aber trotzdem noch gut unterhalten. Die Getränke (hausgemachte Limonade und Aperol Spritz) waren ausgezeichnet, das Essen (Burger, Pommes und Süßkartoffelpommes) waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Service war einwandfrei, die Mitarbeitenden waren aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Insgesamt lädt das Restaurant auch noch zum verweilen nach dem Essen ein. Ein Getränk ging danach noch im aller Ruhe. Es war wirklich ein schöner Abend bei euch. Bis zum nächsten Mal 🙂

I thought long and hard about whether to share my experience. I'm not doing it to accuse anyone, but to share my perspective – in the hope that similar situations will be avoided in the future. I visit the Bochum branch regularly and really enjoy going there because the food is very good – especially the fries, which are always nice and crispy. Yesterday I went there again with my dog. The server showed great interest in my dog, which I generally thought was nice. Since I was sitting at the edge of the table, my dog ​​had to sit in the aisle. The server asked if he could give a "paw." Since my dog ​​was relaxed, I didn't mind and briefly explained the hand signal for it. However, while ordering, the server commented that my order was always "stupid/annoying." Later, she asked again if my dog ​​could turn around. I politely explained that he could, but it was too cramped and not the right setting for it, as I was there to eat with friends. When our food arrived, the waitress jokingly said my dog ​​was unlucky because I wouldn't "treat" him to have fries. At this point, I felt uncomfortable, as my personal boundaries had already been exceeded. Later, when I wanted my burger wrapped, the question came up again whether my dog ​​could "wave." I said he could, but without any verbal cues. She reacted very indignantly and said that she herself had a dog of the same breed. A typical Hans im Glück restaurant. This branch is very spacious and, like all branches, pleasantly decorated with birch wood. The sauces on the table are delicious, and the dips you can order are even more so. The burgers are large, juicy, and beautifully composed. My goat cheese bowl, however, surpassed everything. Unfortunately, the lettuce wasn't washed perfectly, so it crunched here and there, but it didn't detract from the flavor. I added a little salt to the grilled vegetables, and the bowl was perfect. My guava thirst quencher was also sweet and fresh, and not too cold, so it was easy to drink. We'll definitely be back. The restrooms are unfortunately a bit musty despite five air fresheners, but they even mopped them in the afternoon. Thank you for making this a priority.

Burger restaurant with high-quality ingredients. The smash burger and cheese bacon with goat cheese were delicious, the burger buns were fresh and well-matched. The veggie patty for Reichelt was also impressive. The atmosphere was open and lively, perfect for a casual burger snack with friends. A particularly positive aspect: the nice lady who served us was really friendly and sweet, seemed super professional yet relaxed, and came over to us several times like a shot to ask if everything was okay.

Yes, I can definitely recommend the Bochum branch of Hans im Glück. Our family has been coming here regularly for years. We've always found a table. We've always received a friendly welcome. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating to us and our children. Our two boys have always felt at home here and love the food. The selection is good, the food comes super quickly, and if you don't expect anything other than burgers and fries, there's something for everyone. I have a few favorite versions of the Burger King, with meat or vegetarian options, and I personally think the sweet potato fries are great. Even compared to other branches of the chain, the Bochum version is highly recommended! I deducted a star because the place is really packed. I've never seen so many people there... so maybe it's not necessary.
