Good location in the city center, food was delicious 😋 very friendly staff

The four of us were here at Ruff's Burger Nuremberg for the first time - but certainly not the last time! The burgers are exactly my taste, the Giggly Smashed's patty is slightly crispy in some places, that's what I like. The marinated onions on top - a poem. I also had lovely Belgian fries with chipotle and sweet honey mustard sauce - perfect! Particularly noteworthy is Rosanna's always attentive and endearingly friendly, fresh service. This is how a beautiful evening can begin. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

I had my most disastrous experience in terms of service in a restaurant here. The first time I was there, the bill was wrong and already here you had to wait at the entrance for seating, but no one came for ages and you had to stand around in the entrance. Nobody was interested, even though there was a sign telling us to wait here. When I thought I would give the store another chance, I went there a second and third time. Always the same: You have to wait at the entrance for staff to assign you. And you stand there like that for minutes. Nobody is coming. Then I sat down at a free table and a waitress came with an arrogance that I've never seen before, didn't greet you, but told you to sit at another table. Even though everything was free. There were enough seats available and I didn't want to be placed between two other full tables. There is no compromise made or attempts to find a solution. This was repeated all my visits with different waiters. I've never experienced anything like this before. Stay away from this store. Apparently they don't need any customers.

The waiters are very arrogant. 0/10 for this service. I've been to this place three times: the first time the bill was incorrect… and the last two times I was treated in the most unpleasant way: we waited a long time at the entrance, no waitress came to us, so we got one ourselves Free and unreserved space selected. After 5 minutes, a very arrogant waitress with an extremely unfriendly attitude came and, without even saying hello to us, told us to get up and sit somewhere else. Not an ounce of friendliness. No trace of good manners. 0 points in the areas of communication, friendliness or service. I don't recommend this place!!!

Review of Ruffs Burger The food at Ruffs Burger was really delicious – the burgers were juicy, the ingredients fresh, and the fries nice and crispy. Unfortunately, earlier that day I had eaten a live octopus, which didn’t sit well with my stomach at all. When things started to go downhill, I wanted to use the restroom at Ruffs Burger, but it was so filthy and covered in piss that I couldn’t bring myself to go in. In the end, I had no choice but to soil myself. Great food, but the hygiene is an absolute disaster!

In the middle of Nuremberg you can enjoy the evening with great burger variations. Great service

Ruff's Burger is a super delicious burger shop in downtown Nuremberg. I'm always happy when I can visit the store. The employees are particularly nice there, especially the employees Nelly and Karina are friendly and accommodating. I can recommend everyone to visit there.

Understaffed. Eating and drinking incorrectly. Long waiting times. Taste OK. Overall, we weren't that satisfied because the points mentioned above came together in such a concentration.

I came here because of the Tripple Burger, which was recommended to me several times. I have to say the burgers are pretty standard but still good, the meat was medium medium and juicy. The ingredients were fresh and, overall, harmonized quite well. The fries were a bit small for the price. Overall very solid but just shy of 5 stars in my opinion ☺️

Was here for lunch today. The atmosphere and the food were great. I was served by Karina, who did a great job today. She was friendly and quick. Will 100% come back.

We enjoyed the burgers, as well as the sweet potato fries. The evening menu also had cocktails that were great. A highlight was definitely the great and friendly service. The two service staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

The burger shop completely convinced me! The burgers were juicy and freshly prepared, with perfectly balanced ingredients. I was particularly impressed by Karina's warm service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and always with a smile. Karina made sure we felt completely at home, a real asset to the restaurant! I'll definitely come back here.

Wrong order or audacity! We ordered two burgers and a portion of fries via Uber. However, the second burger, contrary to the original order, was delivered without a bun and the toppings chopped together in a small cup. Absolute impudence to pay €40 for this!! Of course no one can be reached by phone. Not recommended to order!

We ordered via Uber and were treated to an absolute disgrace. The cheeseburger was ok, the fries tasted like they were ordered. But the second burger was delivered super boldly! The bun was left out and instead the topping was delivered dry in a small box. Paid €34 for this…

I chose the evening special, which includes Belgian fries + a cocktail with the burger. With the combination you save the price of the Belgian fries because you pay 10.90 for the cocktail and the burger. I enjoyed everything very much 👌

The food was very tasty, I paid €18 for a bacon burger with fries, which is a little expensive, but the food was very good. The patty was cooked to the perfect degree, the burger was generously topped and there was plenty of sauce to go with the fries. The only point of criticism was the operating staff, who, despite the low workload, were a bit hectic and very short.

I don't usually do negative reviews because I always look at the positive but this site was a big disappointment. It's hard for me to understand so many positive comments. The smash burger had so much mustard and ketchup that it didn't taste like anything else. The philly cheese fries were partly burnt and the "cheese" was a strange yellow paste. The service at the level of the food, bad. I was probably unlucky but my experience was very disappointing and I cannot recommend it.

The waiter ignored our waiting and gave priority to guests who arrived later to take their seats and order food.

Was here at 2pm, 8/2. The waiter who doesn’t want me to know his name ignored me and took other people’s order. He kept saying he’s busy but he took care of others who came later.

So the service was very friendly and you could talk to her directly if something wasn't right, so 5/5 for the lady. Burger taste really great too. Why only 3/5 `? It was just incredibly little that I got here for 16€ burger + fries. The chicken salad that my partner ordered was so mediocre for €15 that she had it exchanged after only two bites. The drink glasses were completely full of ice cubes. In the end you paid for half a drink because the other half was pure ice cubes. Luckily I still got full because I ate half of our 9 year old's burger + all of his fries in addition to my fries and my burger. It was just enough to fill you up.

If you are a burger lover, keep looking. The burger looked like a slightly better version from McDonald's. It was certainly tastier, but it must be clearly noted that it is a chain and, unfortunately, this is the approach to serving dishes. Crushed bun, toppings flying out of every side, floating in the sauce. If it weren't for the paper the burger was wrapped in, it would be impossible to eat it. Everything should be 30% cheaper for such a dish. Generally, I do not recommend it.

Unfriendly service, forever waiting for the bill. The citizen was middle class and absolutely not worth the money. There were very few fries on the menu. A positive thing to mention is that the order was very quick and the food was at the table very quickly. The cocktails were also highly recommended.

Food was very tasty, but it was a bit cold, you can't get burgers like that anywhere, unfortunately not recommended for visitors with children or unfaithful men 😂 a waitress was half naked there with shorts and breasts outside... so she shouldn't actually have the same top dress like others? With company logo etc.? And shorts in gastro isn't appetizing either... 🙈 and a minus for long waiting times for drinks, otherwise we'll always be happy to come back ☺️

Very solid burger shop in Nuremberg. The burgers taste really delicious. Had one with meat and a vegan alternative. Swapping the vegan cheese for normal cheese was also no problem and possible at no extra charge. In our opinion, the fries could be even crispier. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time at lunchtime (for a lunch break) and almost missed our meeting. Unfortunately, you usually only have 45 minutes to order, eat and pay. The waiter tried very hard and apologized.

It is a nice burger shop with a cozy interior design. We ordered “giggly burger” and I liked the buns a lot. Patties were also nice, however, the patty/bun ratio was less. They could have either decreased the bun size or increased the patty portion. Lastly, the fries were not that good, they would have been less greasy and more crispy. We also got some cocktails and they are really good! 👌 🍹 Give them a try!

Ordered through Lieferando. After entering the order it was said to arrive at time xy. Unfortunately it only arrived 45 minutes later. Food: Cheeseburger was ok, fries too, unfortunately the avocado burger was very dry. In my opinion for the price, the size of the burger was too small compared to the competition.

Great music and super nice decor. The staff is super friendly and the whole thing has a great atmosphere. Definitely stop by and have a taste!!!
