We ordered via Uber and were treated to an absolute disgrace. The cheeseburger was ok, the fries tasted like they were ordered. But the second burger was delivered super boldly! The bun was left out and instead the topping was delivered dry in a small box. Paid €34 for this…

Wrong order or audacity! We ordered two burgers and a portion of fries via Uber. However, the second burger, contrary to the original order, was delivered without a bun and the toppings chopped together in a small cup. Absolute impudence to pay €40 for this!! Of course no one can be reached by phone. Not recommended to order!

The food was very tasty, I paid €18 for a bacon burger with fries, which is a little expensive, but the food was very good. The patty was cooked to the perfect degree, the burger was generously topped and there was plenty of sauce to go with the fries. The only point of criticism was the operating staff, who, despite the low workload, were a bit hectic and very short.

I don't usually do negative reviews because I always look at the positive but this site was a big disappointment. It's hard for me to understand so many positive comments. The smash burger had so much mustard and ketchup that it didn't taste like anything else. The philly cheese fries were partly burnt and the "cheese" was a strange yellow paste. The service at the level of the food, bad. I was probably unlucky but my experience was very disappointing and I cannot recommend it.

The waiter ignored our waiting and gave priority to guests who arrived later to take their seats and order food.

Was here at 2pm, 8/2. The waiter who doesn’t want me to know his name ignored me and took other people’s order. He kept saying he’s busy but he took care of others who came later.

So the service was very friendly and you could talk to her directly if something wasn't right, so 5/5 for the lady. Burger taste really great too. Why only 3/5 `? It was just incredibly little that I got here for 16€ burger + fries. The chicken salad that my partner ordered was so mediocre for €15 that she had it exchanged after only two bites. The drink glasses were completely full of ice cubes. In the end you paid for half a drink because the other half was pure ice cubes. Luckily I still got full because I ate half of our 9 year old's burger + all of his fries in addition to my fries and my burger. It was just enough to fill you up.

If you are a burger lover, keep looking. The burger looked like a slightly better version from McDonald's. It was certainly tastier, but it must be clearly noted that it is a chain and, unfortunately, this is the approach to serving dishes. Crushed bun, toppings flying out of every side, floating in the sauce. If it weren't for the paper the burger was wrapped in, it would be impossible to eat it. Everything should be 30% cheaper for such a dish. Generally, I do not recommend it.

Food was very tasty, but it was a bit cold, you can't get burgers like that anywhere, unfortunately not recommended for visitors with children or unfaithful men 😂 a waitress was half naked there with shorts and breasts outside... so she shouldn't actually have the same top dress like others? With company logo etc.? And shorts in gastro isn't appetizing either... 🙈 and a minus for long waiting times for drinks, otherwise we'll always be happy to come back ☺️

Unfriendly service, forever waiting for the bill. The citizen was middle class and absolutely not worth the money. There were very few fries on the menu. A positive thing to mention is that the order was very quick and the food was at the table very quickly. The cocktails were also highly recommended.

Very solid burger shop in Nuremberg. The burgers taste really delicious. Had one with meat and a vegan alternative. Swapping the vegan cheese for normal cheese was also no problem and possible at no extra charge. In our opinion, the fries could be even crispier. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time at lunchtime (for a lunch break) and almost missed our meeting. Unfortunately, you usually only have 45 minutes to order, eat and pay. The waiter tried very hard and apologized.

It is a nice burger shop with a cozy interior design. We ordered “giggly burger” and I liked the buns a lot. Patties were also nice, however, the patty/bun ratio was less. They could have either decreased the bun size or increased the patty portion. Lastly, the fries were not that good, they would have been less greasy and more crispy. We also got some cocktails and they are really good! 👌 🍹 Give them a try!

Ordered through Lieferando. After entering the order it was said to arrive at time xy. Unfortunately it only arrived 45 minutes later. Food: Cheeseburger was ok, fries too, unfortunately the avocado burger was very dry. In my opinion for the price, the size of the burger was too small compared to the competition.

I rarely write bad reviews. But we came here for dinner and were very upset. Burgers are not tasty, cocktails are made of ice and water. We were served normally, but we had to wait a long time for our order. Delicious potatoes and that's all. But I don’t want to pay that much for delicious potatoes. I fell for the good reviews, but now I don’t know who wrote them.

Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all, very cheaply made, no salad and lots of hot mustard, even though honey mustard was there. I just tasted the mustard. The roll didn't look appealing either. Fries were okay. Dip also disappointed because of mustard honey just regular mustard and the second dip was also from a tube. It's bitter to pay so much. The drink was tasty, but also not what it said it was. Currants are not forest fruits. The only thing was that the waitress was very friendly and attentive and after we mentioned this, she apologized several times, even though she could do the least for it.

On 17.6.24 around 8:30 pm, We walked in and walked out of this place in less than 5 minutes because the waitress was hell bent on us sitting on a table for two, especially when the entire restaurant was empty. Plus there were other costumers sitting on a table of four although they were just two in number. Waitress is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I ate takeout through Uber Eats. I had the Rough Burger, which seemed to be a signature dish, and although it was overall delicious, it felt a bit greasy. The subtle taste of blue cheese is attractive! It looks like a decent American burger style.

More of a snack bar than a restaurant outside... Food comes on trays like in a fast food shop. Side dish portions (fries & sweet potatoes) really small and really expensive. Burgers were tasty, but not super big and relatively expensive. Cocktails weren't that good, there are definitely better ones in the competition. Service was super nice, but it took a long time because the waitress was alone. All in all it was ok, but I wouldn't go there again.

Under all cannon, I ordered a Caesar salad, the taste was terrible, it was served in a tin bowl and a small baking tray as a place plate. I thought I was in prison. But the man who served it was very friendly. He probably knew what kind of mess was coming, and for 7.50 there wasn't even a slice of baguette.

Burgers taste good, but definitely too small, have a fast food vibe, but I find it strange to order at the table.

Had a vegan burger with fries and a delicious beer. Everything was very tasty and the price was right for me. Service was also very nice and attentive. Will come again. PS: I received a free dessert for writing a review. My rating would have been exactly the same even without this bonus.

Sorry, I know local restaurants that do it better. The food itself was absolutely fine. Unfortunately the tables were (still) smeared with residue. The same applies to the menus. It's a shame, there's still room for improvement.
