Burgers and portion sizes ok for the price of the lunch special. We found Garlic Fries to be too expensive and nothing special. Service was very friendly. Toilets not clean.

Time consuming service, waiting to be a seated in an almost empty place, one man serving alone, loudy atmosphere, and really long delays on ordering and eating, let along paying... I asked the waiter to change table because of noise and he replied there was nothing else available, only 90% empty space. One out of two burgers took half an hour to come! The place had only two people working at 13:00-15:00, the waiter and the chef! What a waste of time for a fast food shop! Won't come again for sure.

I've been here several times now and it's always been delicious. For me the best burgers in town. I can also recommend the homemade lemonade. The service was always very nice and took good care of us. 💯% recommendation from me

Arrived at 8:15 p.m., the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 p.m. and we were greeted with “we are closed” —— Ad answer, since it only works like this: Please feel free to ask your employees. By the time we arrived, they had already cleared the shop and started putting up the chairs. There was no misunderstanding - we were told clearly and clearly “we are closing”. I find it funny that it now says “it was probably a misunderstanding”

Food was a 10/10, the restaurant is unfortunately a bit noisy, but still pleasant. Our waiter, Karam, was very nice and attentive :)

We ordered 3 burgers and one fries through Wolt. A burger should have been vegan. Unfortunately the vegan burger was not delivered and a 3rd burger with meat was instead. When we called, we were told to contact Wolt and they would arrange a delivery. They haven't. We received the money, but no delivery. The whole thing was only confirmed by Wolt shortly before closing time and unfortunately my girlfriend didn't have dinner. Really great class. Inspecting a delivery shortly before handing it over to the driver should be standard practice and simply a sign of care. Obviously not happening here. Food was okay. But nothing special either I can't say anything about the service on site. I definitely wouldn't have anything delivered here again. D Thank you for nothing. Was the first and last time.

We were passing through Nuremberg for a concert and thought we could eat a good burger again. What can you say, I think the rating says it all, everything was right, I'd love to come back at some point.

I had a BBQ burger with fries and honey mustard and BBQ sauces. For the burger: meat completely cooked through and dry but complete. The poor animal was killed twice. Lots of sauce, yes, but that doesn't save a burger. The meat has to be the protagonist. About the sauces: why the sauce is called “honey mustard” is a mystery to me. It was pure mustard, sorry, that's just an incorrect product description. BBQ OK, you can't go wrong with bought ones. Fries the same. The only "good" burger was the narrow shoulder one. But even then the meat is fried through. Even though they advertise medium. Overall, it's super disappointing and unfortunately I can't count on the excuse that someone is alone in the kitchen. Then I'd rather wait longer but then at least it'll be medium. Small addendum: we ate because we don't like food being wasted and yes, we should have said something and shown something beforehand.

Hello everyone, yesterday we were in a group of seven at our reserved table at Rufs Burgers. The ambience was very good, but the upholstery on the bench at our table could have been cleaned. The staff was very friendly, but a bit confused. But we all got our food served relatively early and at the same time. I've worked in service myself and know that sometimes everything isn't that easy! But now comes the burning point. The barbecue platter that I ordered was also TK Ware according to an employee. Unfortunately, the ribs tasted very much like pork, which is due to the frozen food. I had several of my friends try it and they also confirmed my taste experience. My colleague, who also consumed a barbecue plate, was satisfied so far. But according to him, the last piece of ribs didn't taste good either. They were also not very satisfied with the quality of citizens. I've made barbecue ribs several times myself and it never tasted like pork. After we spoke up and asked for a small compensation, this was wisely talked down. Tip from me, leave out the frozen goods. Quality instead of quantity. Happy customers and good customer loyalty in this sense. Happy Sunday

We were there with seven people and were really disappointed. None of us can recommend the store. The staff is a bit haphazard and the food is just not good. The ribs are frozen and with silver skin. The wings are also TK. The burger was ok but nothing more.

The four of us were here at Ruff's Burger Nuremberg for the first time - but certainly not the last time! The burgers are exactly my taste, the Giggly Smashed's patty is slightly crispy in some places, that's what I like. The marinated onions on top - a poem. I also had lovely Belgian fries with chipotle and sweet honey mustard sauce - perfect! Particularly noteworthy is Rosanna's always attentive and endearingly friendly, fresh service. This is how a beautiful evening can begin. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

I had my most disastrous experience in terms of service in a restaurant here. The first time I was there, the bill was wrong and already here you had to wait at the entrance for seating, but no one came for ages and you had to stand around in the entrance. Nobody was interested, even though there was a sign telling us to wait here. When I thought I would give the store another chance, I went there a second and third time. Always the same: You have to wait at the entrance for staff to assign you. And you stand there like that for minutes. Nobody is coming. Then I sat down at a free table and a waitress came with an arrogance that I've never seen before, didn't greet you, but told you to sit at another table. Even though everything was free. There were enough seats available and I didn't want to be placed between two other full tables. There is no compromise made or attempts to find a solution. This was repeated all my visits with different waiters. I've never experienced anything like this before. Stay away from this store. Apparently they don't need any customers.

The waiters are very arrogant. 0/10 for this service. I've been to this place three times: the first time the bill was incorrect… and the last two times I was treated in the most unpleasant way: we waited a long time at the entrance, no waitress came to us, so we got one ourselves Free and unreserved space selected. After 5 minutes, a very arrogant waitress with an extremely unfriendly attitude came and, without even saying hello to us, told us to get up and sit somewhere else. Not an ounce of friendliness. No trace of good manners. 0 points in the areas of communication, friendliness or service. I don't recommend this place!!!

Review of Ruffs Burger The food at Ruffs Burger was really delicious – the burgers were juicy, the ingredients fresh, and the fries nice and crispy. Unfortunately, earlier that day I had eaten a live octopus, which didn’t sit well with my stomach at all. When things started to go downhill, I wanted to use the restroom at Ruffs Burger, but it was so filthy and covered in piss that I couldn’t bring myself to go in. In the end, I had no choice but to soil myself. Great food, but the hygiene is an absolute disaster!

Ruff's Burger is a super delicious burger shop in downtown Nuremberg. I'm always happy when I can visit the store. The employees are particularly nice there, especially the employees Nelly and Karina are friendly and accommodating. I can recommend everyone to visit there.

Understaffed. Eating and drinking incorrectly. Long waiting times. Taste OK. Overall, we weren't that satisfied because the points mentioned above came together in such a concentration.

I came here because of the Tripple Burger, which was recommended to me several times. I have to say the burgers are pretty standard but still good, the meat was medium medium and juicy. The ingredients were fresh and, overall, harmonized quite well. The fries were a bit small for the price. Overall very solid but just shy of 5 stars in my opinion ☺️

The burger shop completely convinced me! The burgers were juicy and freshly prepared, with perfectly balanced ingredients. I was particularly impressed by Karina's warm service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and always with a smile. Karina made sure we felt completely at home, a real asset to the restaurant! I'll definitely come back here.

We enjoyed the burgers, as well as the sweet potato fries. The evening menu also had cocktails that were great. A highlight was definitely the great and friendly service. The two service staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
