Good burger restaurant in Nuremberg. The restaurant is busy and the burgers are tasty!

Disappointing. The burger arrived home almost completely cold. The truffle mayo doesn't taste like truffles and there was a piece of bone in the patty. First and last burger here.

Where should I start...I've been there 5 times so far and the burgers have always blown me away. Once you eat the fries you'll never want to eat any other fries again. 99 percent of the complaints are unjustified, have eaten at Ruff's Burger Nuremberg 5 times, burgers are just as top as in any other Ruff's Burger branch (Munich). Yes, it is and remains simply one of the hottest burger shops there is. Friendly staff. Even better burgers. ❤️

The burger tasted like shrimp, you can see they didn't clean the grill and it's not cheap, let's see, within what fits as signature burgers, it's their price but I wanted beef 😅

Even though we didn't make a reservation, we were able to find a place. An important detail in this region. We were skeptical when we walked in, but everything was delicious beyond our expectations. The staff was very friendly, the food came quickly. Hot chicken burger, wings and truffle burger were delicious. Garlic potatoes and sauces were delicious. Among the beers we drank, we liked Erdinger Dark the most. It was a fast, delicious and economical choice. I gave it full marks in line with our expectations.

Mediocre burger restaurant. Served on paper tray. After cutting twice, the paper is soaked and you cut the paper at the same time, simply very appetizing. The burger was very tasteless and was bland. In any case, I know Belgian fries differently. These were definitely not baked in beef fat.

To be honest, in terms of taste, every burger from the system restaurant can (unfortunately) taste better. Only the ambience is very nice. L

We were there for burgers on Sunday evening. It was our first time at Ruffs, we came here spontaneously because of the good reviews on Google. Unfortunately we cannot confirm this. The ambience is fine, it could even be more comfortable without a few of the brighter lamps. The service was attentive, but the mojito tasted almost only like water with a little lime. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the burgers. The Tyrolean burger for €13.90 had an overcooked pattie, which became very dry and the burger lost its taste. We had the Blue Cheese Burger as our evening menu with sweet potato fries and the aforementioned cocktail. The offer according to the menu (see picture in one of the other reviews) sounded good, but everything was listed individually on the bill. Incomprehensible. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries were soggy, the guacamole I ordered with them was okay, and the chipotle sauce was unfortunately inedible (spoiled?). We found the surcharge of €1.50 per sauce a bit overpriced for the small portion size. Opinions differ when it comes to burgers, but we definitely won't be coming back. Small add on: Please take care of the women's toilets, even though I only saw male employees today. These were really disgusting in terms of smell and hygiene. Garbage for hygiene products with no lids (no words), no towels/dryers for hands, dirty toilet bowls with encrusted "skid marks".

Never again Ruff's Burgers! I have eaten there several times over the past 3 years and have been satisfied every time. This time I ordered through Wolt and am very disappointed. To order I ordered the following today, January 6th, 2025: - 1 veggie burger (12.50€) - 1 chicken burger (13.90€) - 1 Hot & Spicy Chicken Burger (€14.50) - 1 chicken nugget with fries (€10.90) - 3 fries (17.70€) All burgers delivered arrived squished together. The chicken nuggets were missing fries, which is also very annoying. The fries delivered had a smaller portion size, unlike eating them on site! In addition, they arrived cold and no longer tasted good. The Veggie Burger & Chicken Burger used cheap iceberg lettuce instead of the advertised arugula. And to make matters worse, one of the sauces was already spoiled🤢 Edit: I got half of the purchase price refunded, hence 3 stars instead of 1

Good burgers and great service! The visit to this burger joint was a complete success. The burgers are fresh, juicy and perfectly prepared. I particularly liked the large selection of side dishes and sauces. Unfortunately there was a bit too much ketchup on my burger. The staff was friendly, attentive and quick. A great place to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, a great burger restaurant that also offers great vegetarian and vegan burgers. The fries and the service were also great. Food was prepared quickly

The restaurant was in a really nice location next to the castle wall, the food was tasty and came quickly and the waiter was happy to help us with anything we needed.

I initially ordered a burger and a basil lemonade but I decided I also wanted fries so I asked if I could change my order to the mittags menu and the server said okay I'll see what I can do and he actually gave me free fries because he couldn't change the order!! Everything amazing here ✨️

We were there on December 29th. Eating here, the service was a disaster - we looked at the clock: after 51 minutes, after entering the restaurant, the first drink came to the table - after 1 hour 20 then also the food - of course, one time fries were forgotten - then these Shortly afterwards they were brought without mayo - so more mayo was added - and not once did a waitress come to you (not even at the beginning when no one had ordered yet) but unfortunately you always had to call them. The burger was okay and the fries were easy soaked in garlic oil.. absolutely no recommendation unfortunately

I was recently at Ruffs Burger and all I can say is: Wow, that was a real taste experience! As soon as you enter the restaurant you notice that everything here is focused on quality and atmosphere.

It was a pretty legit burger. I would’ve preferred it to be hotter.. it wasn’t cold.. but in comparison to the scolding hot fries the burger was much cooler. However still amazing I’ll definitely be back.

First of all: simply great!!! It was our first time in Nuremberg and we wanted to find something delicious to eat for the first evening. We succeeded! The Ruffs Burger Restaurant is located in the old town and offers a great ambience. The service is friendly and at eye level. The food tastes super delicious! My friend had the biggest burger and loved it. My spritz was also very tasty. Price performance is absolutely consistent. You can tell from the burgers that they are freshly prepared and you can see the chef preparing them. A little highlight in my opinion. All in all a very successful evening. I can only recommend the restaurant and would be happy to come back.

As always, the food was very good, the employees were very friendly as always and the Christmas atmosphere in the store was very inviting. This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Nuremberg.

Burgers and portion sizes ok for the price of the lunch special. We found Garlic Fries to be too expensive and nothing special. Service was very friendly. Toilets not clean.

Time consuming service, waiting to be a seated in an almost empty place, one man serving alone, loudy atmosphere, and really long delays on ordering and eating, let along paying... I asked the waiter to change table because of noise and he replied there was nothing else available, only 90% empty space. One out of two burgers took half an hour to come! The place had only two people working at 13:00-15:00, the waiter and the chef! What a waste of time for a fast food shop! Won't come again for sure.

I've been here several times now and it's always been delicious. For me the best burgers in town. I can also recommend the homemade lemonade. The service was always very nice and took good care of us. 💯% recommendation from me

Completely chaotic. I think there are too many tables for this location. Nobody understands any service that is not coordinated. Really ugly. But burgers are delicious.

Arrived at 8:15 p.m., the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 p.m. and we were greeted with “we are closed” —— Ad answer, since it only works like this: Please feel free to ask your employees. By the time we arrived, they had already cleared the shop and started putting up the chairs. There was no misunderstanding - we were told clearly and clearly “we are closing”. I find it funny that it now says “it was probably a misunderstanding”

We ordered 3 burgers and one fries through Wolt. A burger should have been vegan. Unfortunately the vegan burger was not delivered and a 3rd burger with meat was instead. When we called, we were told to contact Wolt and they would arrange a delivery. They haven't. We received the money, but no delivery. The whole thing was only confirmed by Wolt shortly before closing time and unfortunately my girlfriend didn't have dinner. Really great class. Inspecting a delivery shortly before handing it over to the driver should be standard practice and simply a sign of care. Obviously not happening here. Food was okay. But nothing special either I can't say anything about the service on site. I definitely wouldn't have anything delivered here again. D Thank you for nothing. Was the first and last time.

Local near the center. It could be better decorated but sufficient. Friendly service and they helped me a lot to choose gluten free. Tasty food and good menu. Gluten-free options. One of the best things I ate in the city

We were passing through Nuremberg for a concert and thought we could eat a good burger again. What can you say, I think the rating says it all, everything was right, I'd love to come back at some point.

The burgers taste really good, the portion of fries is unfortunately a bit small and I'm not really full. The BBQ sauce with the fries is really tasty, I can recommend it as a passionate barbecue sauce gourmet 😅 And thanks to Rosanna for the great service
