Roberto hat einen super Service geboten (10 von 10 Punkten). Er ist einfach fantastisch. Ein tolles Lokal mit angenehmer Atmosphäre – absolut empfehlenswert und ich komme gerne wieder.

Der beste Restaurant in dem ich jemals war, Das essen war einfach unglaublich lecker und frisch. Der Service in dem Laden gehört aufjedenfall zu einem der Besten den ich jemals erlebt habe. Grüße an Roberto und Kevin. Ich komme aufjedenfall wieder zurück.

Gestern am Abend war ich mit meiner Familie bei ruffs Burger essen. Das essen war wirklich sehr Lecker. Service war Hervorragend, also wirklich nichts zu meckern. Der Kellner Roberto hat wirklich einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen und hat auch mit uns smalltalk geführt was heutzutage nicht so oft vorkommt. Falls ihr auf der suche nach einen Guten Burger laden in Nürnberg seit empfehle ich euch hier mal vorbeizuschauen. Grüße an das ganze Team, Macht weiter so

Ich komme jedes Mal gerne hierher, wenn ich in der Stadt bin. Die Burger sind köstlich und die Auswahl ist riesig. Es gibt drei verschiedene vegetarische Burger. Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist gut, es gibt fünf verschiedene Limonaden zur Auswahl. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Essen ist lecker, aber auf Kundenwünsche wird nicht eingegangen. Ich habe bei Bestellungen via Wolt wiederholt darum gebeten, dass sie die Nummern drauf schreiben oder das Vorgesehene ankreuzen. Sie schaffen es einfach nicht... Fachkräfte 🤣

Nichts Besonderes, aber solides Essen. Gutes Essen für 15 €. Kann ich empfehlen.

Ich hatte den Smashburger mit Jalapeños. Das Fleisch war perfekt und das Brötchen super. Die belgischen Pommes waren geschmacklich hervorragend und lecker (allerdings nicht ganz so knusprig wie Pommes in Belgien). Ich habe in Deutschland nur einmal bessere Pommes gegessen. Das Personal war unglaublich nett. Die Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, sprachen Englisch und waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt Sitzplätze drinnen und Tische draußen. Man kann auch Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen.

Die Burger, Pommes und Zwiebelringe sind alle sehr lecker. Auch das Personal ist freundlich. Ich war gleich am ersten Tag dort, nachdem ich am Nürnberger Bahnhof ausgestiegen war, und dann noch einmal am letzten Tag, als ich meinen Zug erreichen wollte.

Ich hatte einen Trüffelburger bestellt, aber er schmeckte überhaupt nicht nach Trüffel. Der andere Burger kam auch ohne Burgersauce. Aber ich hatte Hunger und habe ihn trotzdem aufgegessen.

Gut, aber für die Größe recht teuer (kleiner Salat und kleine Portion Kartoffeln). Der Service war sehr gut (der Kellner war sehr höflich).

Der Holy Guacamole Burger war köstlich! Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren perfekt zubereitet. Dieses Restaurant müsst ihr unbedingt ausprobieren!

Being there for all the guests on a Saturday night, just the two of us. A bit difficult. The burger was okay, but the meat patty was still very raw... The truffle fries were just fries with truffle mayo on them. Definitely not worth the extra cost. For the wild berry lemonade, I recommend making the berries either a little bigger or a little smaller. And not so big that they completely clog the straw.

The baby back ribs were delicious but looked bad. The fries were good. There was no staff to assist us at the entrance. I waited standing for a while.

A varied menu, fresh spritzers, quick preparation, very tasty and filling. A long, narrow room with a variety of furniture. The restrooms are located far back, clean but unfortunately have a strong odor, probably due to the old town's sewage system. Very friendly staff.

We've been regulars at Ruffs for two years, and a visit was always part of a nice evening. Unfortunately, Ruffs has changed so much since the menu revamp that tonight's visit will be our last. Here's a summary of some issues: - The good burger creations that have been removed from the menu, such as the blue cheese burger, and the overall reduction in the burger selection. - The price increase isn't easy to miss. - The chicken patty has been undercooked for at least five visits! - The honey mustard sauce is now just mustard. - The sauces on the burgers and the flavor itself leave much to be desired, as they taste of nothing. - The drinks are questionable. For example, the cocktails are mixed incorrectly, and the raspberry lemon is now just lemon. (The waiter was informed about this.) A few months ago, the drinks were filled with fruit. ... - Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired (orders repeatedly placed incorrectly, comments made that are simply unacceptable in the restaurant industry, etc.). They're cutting corners everywhere, but it's getting more expensive for the customer. We'd rather spend our money elsewhere. It's a real shame, because we gave Ruffs more than a few chances. Reply to Ruffs: The review wasn't just about last night. As mentioned, we've been there several times in recent months and were hoping for a better evening yesterday. Thanks for adjusting the lemonade and all the best for the future.

Always delicious food, great and relaxed atmosphere (at lunchtime). Child-friendly (e.g., children's menu like Happy Meal) and very friendly service.

We deliberately chose Ruff's Burger after an afternoon in Nuremberg, having enjoyed a lovely evening there with colleagues in Ansbach a few weeks prior. However, this turned out to be a complete mistake. We visited the restaurant during the week. There were a few free tables. Nevertheless, it took a relatively long time for our drinks and food to arrive. While going to the restroom, I noticed that the fries were being kept warm at the open kitchen area. However, no order came out for the next 10 minutes. When our order finally arrived, we discovered that our fries were very soft, lukewarm, and simply not good. I should mention that these fries were already quite expensive (5 euros). We are happy to pay a bit more for fries and burgers, but we expect a product that justifies the higher price. When the table was cleared, I pointed out that the fries were far too soft, lukewarm, and simply bad. The server replied that he would pass the information on to the kitchen. There was no apology, no discount, etc. A good restaurant should know that after a customer complains, they have to try to win them back in some way. Otherwise, that customer won't come back. We're simply disappointed with this evening. At least the burgers were halfway decent…

This place is an absolute disgrace! We ordered two burgers and two orders of fries from Wolt, but the delivery person arrived with one burger and one order of fries. The kicker is, it wasn't even one of the two burgers we ordered. On the phone, they brazenly told us that someone else had received our order and had already eaten it. A redelivery wasn't possible; we were told we would have had to order again for €54 and were even laughed at by the person on the phone.

Recommend it, but be careful with the after 5pm deal! Perfect service and a great burger.

We had a table reserved for 11:30 am on Sunday. Unfortunately, we stood in front of a locked door for 20 minutes, along with several other people. A couple who were also waiting then called and were told that "due to technical reasons" they wouldn't open until 12 pm. There was absolutely no communication despite our reservation. No thanks – we'd rather eat somewhere else.

My first visit to Ruff's in Nuremberg in 2026 was just as disappointing as my last one a few years ago. Back then, the pulled pork burger had lumpy meat. This time, the so-called bun on the smashed burger was far too thin. The patty broke through the bottom bun the moment I picked it up, forcing me to eat the burger with a knife and fork, and making dipping into the exorbitantly priced cheese sauce impossible. The waiter asked if I was satisfied with my meal, but he wasn't the least bit interested in my comment about the far too thin bun. My next visit to Ruff's in Nuremberg will be a few years away.

The three of us ordered burgers from you. Unfortunately, the meat didn't look good, and shortly after eating, all three of us felt unwell with stomach pains.

It was very empty, so the staff should have had plenty of time. We waited five minutes to be seated, but no one came. So we left empty-handed and didn't return.

Absolutely delicious! It was our first time at this burger restaurant, and we were completely satisfied. The wait was pleasantly short. The homemade lemonade deserves special mention – wonderfully refreshing, fresh, and truly delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy and stayed that way even after a few minutes. The burger itself was also fantastic. Everything was prepared very fresh. We will definitely be back. The only downside is the slightly higher price. Also, the cheese dip is definitely too much for one person. Nevertheless, we highly recommend it!

Black List We ate there last Sunday – and never again. You get better service at McDonald's. We didn't want mayo, but it was in the burger anyway. Even the burger didn't look fresh. Everything fell apart; the burger didn't hold together at all. There were no napkins at the table. We've both had swollen gums ever since eating there.

The burgers tasted good, they were quite small and could have had more meat in them, but they went well with the fries.

December 26, 2025 / 4:30-5:30 PM: I encountered the friendliest, most courteous, and fastest staff in the restaurant. The burger meat was absolutely top-notch (I requested well-done meat when ordering, and received it). The toppings were also top-notch, super fresh (1+), and the drinks/glasses were spotless (1+).

The staff are very friendly. The food tastes great and the drinks are excellent. There were six of us, no reservation was needed, and there were no long waits. We ordered the Ruff's BBQ platter and the various burgers on offer, along with cocktails and sodas for those who didn't drink alcohol.

Holy guacamole was delicious. The fries were too. It's definitely worth making. :)

Simply awful. The burger was unsalted, the meat completely tasteless, and even the supposedly spicy sauce had absolutely no heat whatsoever – no flavor whatsoever. The fries were undercooked, not crispy, and some were even cold. The coleslaw tasted like it came straight from a can; even KFC's is better. The ingredients, overall, were a complete disaster. If you can't even get the basics right, you can't expect much from the rest. BurgerHeart, Hans im Glück, and Peter Pane are noticeably better in every aspect than this restaurant. Even McDonald's offers a better overall experience than what was served here. The only positive thing about this visit was actually the Coke.

Vegan BBQ burger was out of this world (bring hand wipes, cos you will get sticky)! Onion rings & sweet potato fries on the side were perfect.

Awesome food, friendly personnel. The location accepts credit 💳 cards. The menu card marks the vegan food with an icon, but better discuss with the waiter the dietary options. The location is well suited with tourist attractions. If you're coming by car parking can be challenging. We parked in a nearby parking garage and walked a bit.

Their burgers are really tasty! Their fries too. But their salads need a major rethink because they are really below expectations and overpriced in terms of price/quality ratio.
