Yesterday we spontaneously went for a burger and were absolutely thrilled! The burgers tasted delicious and the service was also very attentive and friendly. Gladly again!😊

Food was much better. Burger wasn't seasoned well and fries weren't good either. Aioli was too garlicky. Fries with parmesan and truffle oil there was a hair in there. Unfortunately it wasn't recommended today.

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to approve most of the applications here. Compared to other burger restaurants, there isn't much of a selection, the portions seem smaller and the price is too expensive. With two burgers and sides and two drinks we lost almost 50 euros. Our burger was too dry, the patty crumbled because it was too dry. The request for a burger without tomatoes was not fulfilled.

Mam-Mam Burger in Nuremberg offers excellent value for money, excellent service and an impressive ambience. The good food is also impressive. Highly Recommended!

There is no sound dampening inside so in a full restaurant it is a tsunami of noise. The (vegan) burger was really basic. Almost the same as in a football cafeteria prepared by volunteers. The place is clean and the burger tasted good. Fries were nice and crispy. The staff is attentive and friendly. It's not a bad place but there sure a couple of things I would improve.

Are here almost every week and are very satisfied every time. Super tasty burgers and the fries are simply the crowning glory. Really crispy and a big portion too. The restaurant itself is very uniquely designed with lots of graffiti on the wall. Service was also very good, everything was wonderful.

Food was okay, but unfortunately completely finished products. The burgers looked so bland. I probably won't come here again as there are plenty of burger restaurants that are just as expensive but much better.

Great food - a little tight to sit on!

The burgers are very good, freshly made patties cooked to perfection. You can always tell if a burger is premade or not, and these definitely were not premade! Price was a little high, but not unreasonable. And the fries were excellent! They had a different cut to them, almost giving them a curled look, and they were great for scooping sauces.

Clean Nice Store. Cool atmosphere with casual old school hip hop that can be heard from the boxing in the background. I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra bacon and a Fritz Cola. Waiting time was maybe 5-8 minutes max and then the burger was there. You have to say the burger was absolutely brilliant. Two layers of meat, lettuce, red onions, bacon, pickles, a very tasty sauce and the whole thing packed in a very tasty bun. The meat in particular should be highlighted here, as you can tell that it has a certain quality and, as it should, was also fried slightly pink. I paid €14.50. Always happy. Greetings from Karlsuhe

First of all: For me, the best fries I've ever eaten! If you like crunch, you've come to the right place! I think the burger selection is very down-to-earth, you won't get anything exotic here. Focusing on the simple things is sometimes better. Nevertheless, Beyond Meet Patties are offered, so there is something for every dietary style. The MamMam sauce is my favorite and if you like garlic you should definitely try the aioli! Regarding the delivery service, I have to say that you have to be lucky, you often only get the food after an hour, sometimes you are lucky and it comes relatively quickly. In my personal opinion, the delivery service has improved again since this year, as has the quality of the burgers.

In our opinion, it is definitely one of the top three best burgers in Nuremberg. However, the average citizen is more like a ladies cut - so it's better to order a double patty. The meat tastes great. 🤟

The burgers were really tasty and the fries and sauces were also very good. Service was a bit slow, but then it was very friendly and the food came relatively quickly after ordering. Unfortunately when we were there it was quite loud with lots of screaming children. Of course it could be that we were just unlucky, but because we were sitting very open it was difficult to avoid it all. But I would still come back because the rest was good and the price-performance ratio was very good

Nice place when we arrived we were a little surprised, our table was not the most appropriate to be able to eat, failure number 1, the place was practically empty. We went to enjoy and get to know the place. Then the girl who helped us was friendly. I think he felt sorry, but it's not right. The food was good, it could have been better, the weight of the meat could be a little more in relation to the bread, which is excellent. Really very good drinks. A little more heart for food and empathy would be the great touch for diners to enjoy a Good Burger, Beer and Atmosphere. See you soon.

Just picked up a hamburger (like about four times a week since September). and had to look for a small euro when paying because there was only plastic money available. When looking for money, the very nice saleswoman said that her rule was not to accept change under 50 cents. After several sentences back and forth, the store was abandoned and mam mam has one less regular customer. You should show tact when dealing with such situations, especially with regular customers. I sincerely wish you Arrivederci and bankruptcy.

We have eaten at Mam Mam Burger several times, including at different locations. At the beginning we were very enthusiastic, but our visit last week was rather mixed. The burger buns were partly toasted black and it was really borderline that they were served like that. The burger was also rather dry. The rating currently has 4 stars because we were always satisfied before. Let's see if we dare to visit again in the near future.

Unfortunately, the food was cold when it arrived, but it's also annoying weather right now. So shout out to the lovely driver who delivered my food despite the bad weather 😁. Hippe Einrichtung und leckere Burger. Personal freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Mam Mam besticht dadurch, dass es nur wenige Burger-Grundangebote gibt, die man dann wahlweise selber aufpeppen kann. Sehr gute Idee! Und der Burger schmeckt echt lecker. Mit frischen Zutaten. Die Pommes waren auch sehr gut. Muss man schon sagen. Die Mayo allerdings wieder mal ein totaler Reinfall. Ist aber überall in Nürnberg so. Da legt niemand Wert drauf. Allerdings stehen und fallen die Pommes mit der Mayo. Mit nur wenig Investition könnte man sich im Großhandel als Restaurantbetreiber hochwertige holländische Mayo besorgen oder wenn man tatsächlich ambitioniert ist, frisch selber machen. Das wäre dann für den guten Burger ebenbürtig. Aber Franken ist eben keine Mayo-Region. Bin schonmal froh, dass die Pommes nicht wie sonst üblich in Nürnberg total verhunzt waren. Grundsätzlich: Toller Burger, nettes Ambiente und Personal, Preise ok, gerne wieder.

Da wir mit der Qualität der Burger & Pommes nicht zufrieden waren gab es nur eine 2-Sterne Rezension in google maps. Der Inhaber versucht hier nun die Rezensionen mit Kritik durch google löschen zu lassen. Da dies langfristig zu einer Verbrauchertäuschung führt wenn nur noch Rezensionen besser als 4 Sterne gezeigt werden, gibt es nun hier eine negative Bewertung. Fazit: Qualität der Speisen ist unterdurchschnittlich.

Too loud if you want to have a conversation. We had to wait 20 minutes for our table to be available, everything is very hectic there. The burgers were good, the fries were lukewarm and too dark. You feel more like you're in a snack bar than in a restaurant. But if you want to grab something quick and leave straight away, it's absolutely fine.

My honest assessment is being questioned. I have repeatedly ordered from Lieferando. Unfortunately the quality wasn't right for me (anymore).

Gute Burger und Pommes Bedienung

Habe Essen to go bestellt. Lecker Burger, Fries und Salat. Der Burger fiel (Gott sei Dank) nicht auseinander (das mag ich überhaupt nicht). Die Preise sind eher etwas hoch, aber insgesamt passte alles.

Der vegane chicken burger ist eine 12/10! Ich war schon öfters Gast bei Mam-Mam und habe vieles dort ausprobiert. Mit dem Essen bin ich immer sehr zufrieden aber heute war ich einfach nur begeistert. Ansonsten ein schönes Ambiente und ein ausgezeichneter Service. Wurde bisher nicht einmal enttäuscht. Immer wieder gerne. Bis zum nächsten mal!

Friendly staff and the best burger & fries that I've eaten in the city. Not so cheap, but definitely worth the money. Could have more beer options, but the ones that they have are very good. Update 2023-09: this place has had it's ups and downs since the first review, but I keep coming back because they are always good, at least. For a while they charged for the dips (even ketchup and mayo), which really annoyed me. It's good that those days are over :) At the time of writing, the burger and fries are great, and the service too. I still wish they had some craft beers on the menu, like Orca Brau or some other local stuff (iirc they used to have when I first wrote the review).

Richtig toller Service, sehr aufmerksam und flott. Hübsches Ambiente, gute Lage. Nur die Burger schmecken mir persönlich nicht so gut. Aber auf ein Drink komme ich wieder gerne.

War mal total angesagt und hip, wird aber mehr und mehr zu standard-Ware. Die Burger sind gut, aber weder besonders lecker, noch besonders groß, noch besonders saftig, etc… einfach „gut“. Genauso die Fritten, absolut sehr gute Durchschnittsware. Dafür die Preise natürlich überdurchschnittlich, aber das ist ja auch normal heutzutage 😉

An sich eigentlich echt gute burger allerdings sind die viel zu klein und teuer. Das letzte mal für über 15 Euro dort gegessen und dann noch ein Döner geholt weil es zu wenig war.
