Super nett die Servicekraft und kinderfreundlich

Die Burger sind fantastisch, und die Pommes sind vielleicht die besten, die ich je gegessen habe – eine Mischung aus Chips und hausgemachten Kartoffelecken, schön gewürzt und herrlich knusprig, ohne verbrannt zu sein. Die coole Musik und die Einrichtung wirken lässig und lässig, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Super cooler Service. Keine lange Wartezeit, enorm gutes Fleisch und auch die Veggies kommen nicht zu kurz. Preislich auch top. Macht süchtig….

Tolle Atmosphäre, cooles Personal, die servicekraft war sehr zuvorkommend. Es sassen ältere Personen aussen und sie hat ihnen Leitungswasser hingestellt obwohl sie nicht danach gefragt haben. Sehr aufmerksam. Ich wurde auch total lieb bedient und komme gern wieder. Shot aufs Haus habe mit ihr einen getrunken. Ich weiß zwar nicht ihren Namen aber die liebe dunkelhaarige mit dem lippenpiercing und den tattoos am Arm. Danke danke danke

Es war ein sehr zufälliger und spontaner Besuch. Die Burger waren sehr lecker, Extrawünsche wurden berücksichtigt, die Pommes waren großartig, knusprig, salzig, so wie Pommes sein müssen. Der Service war freundlich und sehr schnell.

Die Burger, Pommes und Cole Salad waren lecker. Der Beilagensalat war allerdings mit einer dickflüssigen Balsamico Soße eingetränkt und war deshalb nicht wirklich genießbar. Der Service ist erst zum Schluss zum bezahlen gekommen und nicht wie man es normalerweise macht ein paar Minuten nach Erhalt das Essens um zu fragen ob alles passt. Beim bezahlen sagten wir dann dass der Salat leider durch die viele süße für uns nicht genießbar war er meint „ah ok gebe ich innen weiter…“ keine Entschuldigung/kleine Entschädigung oder Angebot auf irgendeinen Ersatz & der Salat wurde auch nicht von der Rechnung genommen.

Super leckere Burger, top Service, wie in der anderen Filiale auch. Großer Pluspunkt: Es gibt hier Bier vom Fass.😋

Super Essen und Service. Ambiente eher etwas abweisend

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Erlebnis und wurden freundlich bedient. Das Essen war hervorragend.

Der Burgerladen hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Atmosphäre ist locker und entspannt, es ist nicht so ein typisches „Abendessen-Restaurant“, sondern eher ein lässiger Ort, an dem man unkompliziert essen gehen kann. Die Auswahl ist angenehm übersichtlich und nicht zu ausgefallen – hier wird sich klar auf das Wesentliche konzentriert. Positiv ist auch, dass man jeden Burger als vegetarische Option bekommen kann, was definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Man wird satt und es schmeckt. Eine solide Adresse für gute Burger in entspannter Umgebung.

Ich habe den Hamburger und die Trüffelpommes probiert und war von beidem begeistert. Sie schmeckten genauso gut wie beschrieben und waren frisch. Außerdem kamen sie ziemlich schnell; es war klar, dass sie etwas vorbereitet hatten, aber der Geschmack war absolut perfekt, ich war begeistert. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 🤤

Top Service und schönes Ambiente mitten in Nürnberg. Essen kam super schnell, die Birger sind sehr lecker und die Trüffel-Parmesan Pommes ein echter Traum. Für abends empfiehlt sich das rechtzeitige Reservieren. Gerne bald wieder🍔

Es war mega lecker ich hab schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Die Ambiente ist auch super also wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Der Service ist auch super würden zwar umgesetzt( weil wir nur zu zweit waren und die anderen mehr) aber als Entschuldigung kostenloses Getränk bekommen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Super lecker super schnell und schönes Ambiente

After waiting two hours for our order, we were suddenly notified that it had been cancelled. No one has answered the phone since.

Today, January 1st, 2026, I called around 3 pm to reserve a table for 7 pm. A woman on the phone assured me they were open, and I trusted her. I drove about 45 minutes, parked, and walked to the restaurant, but when I arrived, it was closed and no one was there. Then, of course, I had to drive 45 minutes back, so I just wasted my time, gas, and money that evening.

Burger waren genial, Pommes, Onion Rings und Chicken Tenders waren exzellent. Nur zu empfehlen

Unfassbar leckeres Essen und gemütliches Ambiente. Viel mehr kann man von einem ausgezeichneten Burgerladen nicht erwarten.

Ate a filthy burger, had diarrhea immediately afterwards, never again!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier essen und sind begeistert. Das Essen ist super und unsere Bedienung, Melina ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nur zu empfehlen und gerne wieder ☺️

Order Review (no comment on service or ambiance) I have to admit the cheeseburgers were very tasty, but I also tried the vegan burgers. I don't know how some people can eat them, but for me and another person, they were truly inedible. Even a vegan burger from Rewe tastes better. The Caesar salad had neither croutons nor cheese or Parmesan cheese; it was just a dull green with a tomato and a cucumber in it. Of course, it's possible the delivery person ate some of it, I don't know 🙄

Disappointing. A complete waste of money and time. Over 30 minutes driving from Erlangen to the restaurant and just as long driving back to pick up the four double burgers… only to find at home that the meat was medium (slightly pinkish), even though I don't like that kind of meat. I drove all the way to Nuremberg to get "smash" meat, not medium… At the old Erlangen location, the smash meat was excellent, in Bamberg it was just as good, and even at the branch where I picked up the order, it was delicious three times over (I even took photos). This time I was totally disappointed. It's an outrage as a customer, and I won't be recommending this fast food to anyone. Stay away! (I should have read the recent reviews more carefully… it's obvious, and besides, no one else has responded to equally disappointed customers yet.)

We went in about 50 minutes before closing, and even though it was late, the person who helped us was still super friendly and attentive. The Mam Mam cheeseburger was delicious and the fries were really good. The place -including the restrooms- was clean. This is definitely our new go-to burger spot.

I couldn't speak german and my order got mixed up, but they gave me the right order immediately after that! Really nice foor and really nice people!

Nuremberg's best burger Fresh meat Juicy, perfectly cooked brioche bun Simple but perfect

I was there last Tuesday. It was a very spontaneous decision, and I hadn't been to the place before. I haven't eaten meat for three years, and this was the best vegan/vegetarian (because I ordered cheese on it) burger I've ever had. Everything about this burger was simply perfect; I can highly recommend it.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Everything arrived cold, which isn't the restaurant's fault, but serving a burger like that is unacceptable!!!

We waited an hour for our food. Uber Eats, Lieferando, and similar services would have made at least eight trips in that time. Generally, I think they should offer us something on the house as compensation for the wait.

Nice place, Good vibes and delicious burgers

Burgers are always good, and Mam Mam is always keeping up with the latest burger trends. They now also offer Smashburgers, which I think is really good.

To refute the current accusation of defamation, a slight tweak to the wording: We, a family of five, ate at MamMam Burger on December 9, 2022, in the evening. First, our very personal opinion of the food we experienced there: "Delicious burgers at good prices. If you want an upscale atmosphere and a wide selection, you might not be entirely satisfied (example: they have regular burger petties and meatless ones. But no Wagyu, buffalo, etc. There isn't a large selection of bread.) But we'll definitely go back when we're hungry for burgers. 4 stars for the food." Now, our personal opinion on the seating: "We found large tables and benches in front. Perfect for a burger restaurant. But there was also a large door, without any windbreak, that didn't close completely on its own. We were practically constantly sitting in the cold draft – unbearable for us from autumn to late spring. And we experienced this on several visits over about two years." For that reason, we only give it 1-2 stars for the seating. The overall rating is 3 stars.

Ideal for a young crowd, as the music is relatively loud and the interior is more geared toward "eat well and then move on."

By far my favorite burger. I always enjoy going there, the staff is great, and I've never had anything to complain about.

A few years ago, this was the burger joint in Nuremberg for me. Today, it seems as if only the name remains. The patty is noticeably thinner, the burgers smaller, and the meat was thoroughly cooked and dry this time – no trace of its former juicy quality. It feels as if they're cutting costs at the expense of the customers, while the price remains the same. Update December 2024: Several months have passed, and there has been no response to my criticism. This speaks volumes: The quality is declining, and so is the interest in customer feedback.

So, we ordered food through Lieferando at 9:00 p.m. and waited an hour and a half for our food. Mam Mam closes at 10:00 p.m. At 10:30 p.m., we got a message that our meal had been canceled. You can imagine how hungry and disappointed we were. I'll never order from there again.

Das Fleisch ist jetzt sehr dünn geworden. Es schmeckt einfach nicht mehr wie vorher. Warum muss das eine Halal Schlachtung sein. Das ist Tierquälerei. Das geht gar nicht. So ein dünner Patty für viel Geld. Das geht gar nicht. Damit haben Sie sich keinen Gefallen getan. Ich werde da nicht mehr Essen. Schad aber so nicht. Incompetent and deceitful; Orders online are “cancelled over the phone” well before the store closes, but the payment is still made.

Unfortunately, not enough was made of the promising basic idea. But what you can do is only OK.

We ordered take away, it was super quick, it was hot, tasty and everything was still crispy when we got home (live within walking distance).

For me it is the best burger in Nuremberg. The overall package is perfect, a burger has to taste exactly the same. The service so far has been consistently friendly and accommodating. Be sure to eat fresh locally for the perfect taste experience

We were a bit surprised that nothing was going on, but we still dared to go in. Service was super nice and friendly. Ambiance nice and cozy. Rather kept a bit young. The food was also great, but I would have liked more vegetarian alternatives.

Solid burger - but the price/performance ratio is absolutely not there. I paid €20 (excluding drink) for a burger and a side dish. The burger was very small, but tasted OK. My Tijuana Fries were regular fries with a dollop of guacamole & sour cream - very bland and nothing special, for €8, oh well. For the first time, I left a burger restaurant hungry and then grabbed a donut. Unfortunately I won't be coming anymore.

I ended up here by chance because I was curious about the store when I was driving past. The guys were very friendly, I think the atmosphere in the restaurant was good. The burger was okay, but it didn't blow me away. Good craftsmanship, but not extremely above average. All in all, I can recommend the restaurant for burger lovers.

The burger wasn't necessarily a hit, it tasted a bit like fast food like at MC or BK, but the €10.50 is definitely too expensive for that. When the waitress petted a dog that a guest had brought with him to get food and then continued working without washing his hands, it was all over for me.

Friends of the night: seven euros for fries out of the bag is really bold. Especially if the person at the stove has completely forgotten the spice. Prices are no longer justified in the last year, convenience products end up on the plates, even the salad mass on the burger.

I'm a big burger fan and I've had the best burger so far here. I ordered the double chilly cheese burger with fries and a milkshake. The chilly cheese burger almost brought tears of joy to my eyes (no joke). The people there are super nice and the food was ready quickly.

Food was much better. Burger wasn't seasoned well and fries weren't good either. Aioli was too garlicky. Fries with parmesan and truffle oil there was a hair in there. Unfortunately it wasn't recommended today.

Mam-Mam Burger in Nuremberg offers excellent value for money, excellent service and an impressive ambience. The good food is also impressive. Highly Recommended!

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to approve most of the applications here. Compared to other burger restaurants, there isn't much of a selection, the portions seem smaller and the price is too expensive. With two burgers and sides and two drinks we lost almost 50 euros. Our burger was too dry, the patty crumbled because it was too dry. The request for a burger without tomatoes was not fulfilled.

There is no sound dampening inside so in a full restaurant it is a tsunami of noise. The (vegan) burger was really basic. Almost the same as in a football cafeteria prepared by volunteers. The place is clean and the burger tasted good. Fries were nice and crispy. The staff is attentive and friendly. It's not a bad place but there sure a couple of things I would improve.

Are here almost every week and are very satisfied every time. Super tasty burgers and the fries are simply the crowning glory. Really crispy and a big portion too. The restaurant itself is very uniquely designed with lots of graffiti on the wall. Service was also very good, everything was wonderful.
