The burgers taste really good, the prices are relatively reasonable, and the place has its own burger stand. I'll definitely be back.

We made a reservation and went. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere of the place was spacious and comfortable. It is really great to have gluten-free bread and vegan options. I had the best hamburger with gluten-free bread and sweet potato fries. It was delicious.

It wasn't tasty at all, the meat smelled musty and on top of that, they bribed you that if you leave a positive review on Google you get a dessert on the house. I won't let myself be bought and prefer to write my honest opinion.

Very friendly service, super-delicious burgers, the cocktails are a dream, and we were also impressed by the homemade lemonades. The restaurant is a bit dark for my taste when it comes to lunch or dinner, but the ambiance is very nice. The boys loved the men's restroom 😉

The food was delicious, but it came at a price. We ordered two vegetarian/vegan burgers. The meat alternative was very good, and I was also really impressed by the vegan cheese on one of the burgers. The ambiance outside was so-so, as it's right next to a fairly busy street. Overall, though, it's definitely worth a visit!

Sensational burgers with great service

This is where you can find one of the best burgers in town.

It used to be my favorite burger restaurant, and now... I encountered a really unfriendly and mean waitress... I'd rather quit right away. I used to work in service, but I never allowed myself to treat a customer like that. But the prices have also gone up quite a bit.

I really wonder what happened. For many years, Kuhmune was our favorite burger bar in Nuremberg – delicious burgers with locally sourced ingredients, great drinks – basically always perfect. When we were there last week, it was anything but perfect – the burgers were mediocre, the buns were dry, the homemade lemonades were extremely sweet, and the service was inattentive… I wouldn't recommend it at the moment. Such a shame...

The ambiance and feel are also great. The service is very friendly. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is quite small, and reservations are usually necessary.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the burgers we ate were rather mediocre. The Smash Burger had little to do with a classic Smash Burger; too much potato bread, the meat not smashed enough, and the sauce was more suited to fries. Coleslow was made from red cabbage. The second burger had fresh cucumbers instead of pickles and also too much bread. Maybe I'm being too picky, but to me, these were burgers you'd probably get from a pizzeria in the southern part of town. The portion size was more important than the taste, but perhaps that's what's still in demand in Nuremberg.

We were there as a large group and the service was perfect! We were under a bit of time pressure and it was handled very well. Food was ready immediately, very tasty and the service staff was extremely friendly. Allergies were also easily and competently taken into account.

Somehow a disaster burgers! Mayonnaise tasted like some fish sauce, so far never saw such bad vegan burger what we got on plate!

I often eat here with friends and the vegan patties are sensational!! The fries are also really tasty. What I think is great is that you can also get “normal” burgers with a vegan patty. Now I just test my way through the menu every time I visit :D

Four of us went there for a burger. There wasn't much going on at that time but it still took a while before we got service at our place. Burger was really tasty, but you can only pay by card. Then, as in America, they expect an 8, 10 or 15% tip just to pre-select.

One of the longest-running burger shops in Nuremberg and rightly so. Very pleasant location, always friendly staff and the burger is and remains definitely in the top 3 for me, maybe even the best at the moment. The doneness was medium perfect, the bun was fluffy and the sauce was finally really spicy.

As always, a great visit to the Kuhmuhne. First class service and Great food. Above all, very inexpensive compared to other burger restaurants in Nuremberg. I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants good food.

The three of us were here on April 26, 2025, the service is excellent. The service is nice and extremely attentive when it comes to allergies (I have histamine, so I have to avoid tomatoes and lemons). A nice employee even came to us from the bar and asked again whether there could be no lemon in the other drinks, so this shows that the store is very networked. The food also tastes delicious, is fresh and from the region. We will keep coming back!

The service was excellent. Kevin is the best waiter I have ever experienced. Full of humor and joy of life. I would come again just for him. The burgers are good too.

The food was delicious, but the staff is not only unprofessional but also racist! People really wanted to know where we came from (as if it were important) and this was met with an eye roll. The rest of lunch didn't go any better: we were constantly being hit on and the waiter didn't do anything other than snort and roll his eyes. It's a shame because we used to enjoy eating here, but we will avoid this restaurant in the future and recommend everyone to do the same. To experience something like this in 2025 is amazing.
