PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Nürnberg

Wow, I haven't had such rude service in a long time, or rather, no service at all. No one came. After 15 minutes, someone came to bring me the menu. 15 minutes later, I left. If you don't want any guests, just say so.

It was my first time there, but certainly not the last! The young staff gave us a very friendly and warm welcome at the entrance and escorted us to our table. We felt like we were visiting friends! The selection on the menu was huge, and sometimes surprising. There's something for every taste. We opted for the €10 lunch special. The wait was short, and the food was fantastic! The burger was super juicy, and the fries were just as perfect. Peter's lemonade was refreshingly delicious! Nothing can beat that kind of value! We fought! Everything was so delicious, clean, and pleasant! We'd love to come back! Thanks David and colleagues!

Considering the amount of work going on here and the stress the team was under, the service was incredibly good. No long waits, the food was incredibly delicious, the drinks were superb and delicious—and the atmosphere was great, too. We'd love to come back again if we're ever in Nuremberg. The food was delicious; we both had a chicken burger. The plain chicken was very tender, and the burger with mango sauce had just the right amount of spice for me. The server was enthusiastic and took the time to check if the menu was clear.

Dinner on September 7, 2025, at 9:30 p.m. Orders are slow because sauce bottles on the tables are being cleaned. After ordering, drinks and food are served quickly. All attempts (verbally, waving) to order a second drink fail. Attempts to get the bill (see above) fail several times. After shouting loudly, the manager appears and explains that she doesn't have her glasses with her and therefore can't see the gestures. The restaurant was almost empty at this point. After three requests, the bill is printed. Card payment fails due to technical issues. Without other experiences (e.g., Lüneburg), I would advise against this chain. But definitely against this restaurant!

Thanks, Felix 😉 The construction site in front of the restaurant does spoil the ambiance a bit, but that's not the restaurant's fault. It was very pleasant and nice. Only the two tables outside are a bit small...

That was the first and last time I ate at Peter Pane. There's nothing wrong with the food itself. It's just a burger joint, like Hans im Glück or many others. What ruined our visit, however, was the unfriendliness and annoyance of the waiter, Emir. There were three of us. It started with my table neighbor ordering a salad with vegan cheese cubes. These weren't in the salad, but they were immediately added upon request. It can happen sometimes and isn't a big deal. When the cheese cubes arrived, she immediately ordered two more coffees. But they didn't arrive for over half an hour. We were sitting outside, and the sun was beating down on our table so hard that it was unbearable. For this reason, we sat at the next table in the shade (at that point, only one other outdoor table was occupied besides ours). When I asked the waiter if he'd forgotten us, he reacted very annoyed, saying he hadn't forgotten us and that he'd have to figure out how to book it anyway, since we'd just sat down at the next table. When the coffee arrived, we wanted to pay right away. The menu stated that the thirst quencher was free with the burger without bread. He wanted to add both prices together, so I would have had to pay for both. When I ordered, the waiter didn't mention at all that you had to specifically mention that you wanted both together as a set meal. When I asked him about it, he got rude and said he would have to cancel the entire booking and rebook it because I hadn't mentioned it. Sorry, but in other restaurants, they tell you when you order that various dishes on the menu are cheaper, and here I get insulted when I ask about it, even though it says so on the menu. At first, I didn't want to tip, but then I decided to, whereupon the waiter, in a bitchy tone, gave me the full amount, saying he didn't have the right change. I found his behavior anything but hospitable and will refrain from eating there in the future.

David served us very well. The food was delicious. You do have to wait a bit to be served. A truly good restaurant, and the lunch menu is especially worth it.

We were passing through and Peter Pane was recommended to us. We went there with our children (8 & 10) and friends. Getting a table for six at 7 p.m. without a reservation was no problem. We received a warm welcome and were quickly given tickets. Our server (Michael) was cheerful, friendly, and had a good sense of humor! Our youngest wanted the chicken tenders from the kids' menu, but unfortunately they were sold out, but Michael came up with an alternative plan for him, and he was happy, too. The food was great, the portions were plentiful, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other restaurants. We paid €69.40 for our family of four, and we were all more than full. There was a cool surprise in the restroom: Peter Pan stories were played there. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Service team is really bad! I wait more then 30 mins to order at the empty place. Nice ha? Update after 2 months, The person looking at the service was still rude. I will never recommend it to anyone again and I will not go here!
