It's my first time here. Simply great 👍👍👍👍👍 The food was really great, big praise for the kitchen. Super friendly service. March 10, 2025 at 3:45 p.m....we'll be happy to come back.

Food and service was very good. It's better to make a reservation. It was very crowded.

The decor is very nice with the birch trunks. The food came very quickly and the service was extremely attentive.

Special requests are only accepted to a limited extent. I had ordered my burger medium, this was noted by the waitress, but completely ignored during preparation. The waitress wanted to offer me a menu that would have resulted in me paying more money because of my choice of dishes. When it came to the ambience, I found the idea of ​​printing the toilet address in dialect charming, but the topic was completely missed and instead of a Franconian/Nuremberg dialect, a Bavarian dialect was used, which was insulting to a Franconian. However, the burger tasted good considering the circumstances. However, I won't come back.

Even the first impression from the entrance makes you want to go in. The room is very creatively decorated with birch trunks and some seats in the form of wooden swings. The menu has a large selection of delicious dishes for both the little and the really hungry - all with fairytale names. The waitresses are on point. Because we only had a short time on our first visit shortly before an event, we quickly gave the wheat we had ordered and, without asking, a free glass of water for the second person. We had a delicious meal on our second visit after the event. “Supper” is the menu with a side dish and cocktail. The “Wohltat” salad, the sweet potato fries and also the “Hans im Glück Burger” are highly recommended. The “Goldregen” cocktail was also a dream.

Very good location and very tasty burgers, including vegetarian and vegan ones. You can't just stop by here because there's always something going on. So you should also forgive the staff, who have their hands full, so that you may have to wait and not be served straight away.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. If you don't have a reservation, you'll only get a small, uncomfortable seat in the corner - even if there are many tables available. When politely asked whether a table change would be possible, there was only a grim and unfriendly answer. This makes you feel unwelcome as a guest. It's a shame, because the restaurant actually has potential.

We ordered burgers for Sunday evening - hours in advance at the agreed delivery time. Food came via Lieferando, super on time, BUT the wrong food arrived (unfortunately it was absolutely inedible for us). We found out from the driver that the bartender had mixed up the bags. In itself a solvable problem, BUT Hans im Glück couldn't be reached by phone, so a message was immediately answered and the only thing that came through Lieferando was a refund and a sorry voucher but must be redeemed within a week. Orders were no longer possible at Hans im Glück - great on Sunday evening. "Thank you" for the "super" customer service :D

I like Hans in Gluck, but not here, there is a coworker with black hair and a beard and he’s been disrespectful twice.

Today we were there and wanted to redeem our gourmet block, but instead the boss called me “unfriendly”. We showed the gourmet block right at the entrance and were told we could use it after the same lady at the reception had taken our order , we unknowingly ordered menus (a burger + drink), after the drinks came she was shocked to see the gourmet block, we had ordered menus and therefore you couldn't redeem the gourmet block, she had to Consult with the boss. After a few minutes our cold burger arrived and then the boss. He explained to us that we had ordered menus and we couldn't redeem them, so I kindly pointed out that we hadn't ordered a menu and were now getting a hot drink that we didn't want, of course at an additional cost. After explaining our point of view, I was actually allowed to hear that I was “unfriendly”! Very unprofessional and not concerned about the guest & that as a boss!

Never go to this store again It's just a simple rip off

Positive: Interesting atmosphere Negative: The food; Ordered 4 burgers, 2 warm and 2 cold. When ordering, one burger was ordered as well done, two medium and one as rare. When the burgers came, they were all completely “well done”, meaning they were fried. When we complained about this, we heard: The meat is only available in one version, they can't do it any other way. ?????? The fact is: if we had gotten the information beforehand, we would have gone to a real burger shop. Frozen patties and a grill street, charging 15 euros for that, no thanks.

Fairly basic burger, nothing special. Service is ok but maybe a bit slow. Quite expensive for what it is really. They used to do gluten free buns in this chain but not anymore (or at least not at this one).

The best fries I've ever eaten.

We were there for the first time and very satisfied! The interior design is so beautiful, an eye-catcher. The menu is very large and there is something for everyone. Food was good (next time I'll have beef burger again (the chicken was ok but since the meat was in one piece and not like minced meat, it wasn't so easy to chew). Fries were good and plentiful. The service was young, friendly and fast . Thank you for that - gladly again!

A place not exactly typical, but in a convenient location (we stayed at the ibis next door) full of seats, very kind staff, who also speak English, varied menu with excellent. Choice of burgers, chips, side dishes in general and cocktails, the beers are also good. Average prices, excellent sandwiches and fast service, recommended for those who want a change of food during a stay in Nuremberg.

5 stars not enough. Best store ever

It explicitly stated on their own website: Opening on New Year's Day at 12:00 p.m. When we stood in front of the door shortly after 12:00, it said it opened at 3:00 p.m. This is how you scare away your customers!!!

Ordered food from Hans im Glück via Uber Eats. The quality was an absolute disaster. I had a salad, the chicken had zero seasoning, the salad was already brown, the rösti was cold and with hair. There was also a hair in the salad. It should be said that it was 2 hours late, the food was completely cold and soggy. After being there over 25 TIMES!!!!! I called and wasn't picked up, which is an absolute disgrace, and I didn't feel like it anymore. It's a shame that you can't deduct 5 stars and 0 stars isn't possible either, so unfortunately something had to be distributed. Was a fan until now, but now you've definitely lost me as a customer for an indefinite period of time. Update December 31, 2024 (1 day later) I finally managed to get in touch with Hans im Glück and was handed over to the boss personally. He dealt with my complaint extremely competently, was very friendly and also arranged for a refund. Because of yesterday's inconvenience, only 2 stars in the overall rating.

The food and place are always good here. The service was not too, but I would say they were understaffed at the time we went since there was only one guy serving and doing everything. So if you go around 16:00 the service may be slow, however the food came out very fast and all was good.

We were there today for the first and last time. The atmosphere is really nice and you feel very comfortable. The waiter was also very nice when we greeted us and recommended a cocktail. When the food came we were very surprised. The burgers were cold and the fries were inedible (old and stale). When we complained about the food, the waiter's mood suddenly changed. We then got a warm burger and two portions of fries. These were crispy and warm but had hair in the portion of fries. Sorry but that's an absolute no-go. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this location at all because of the food.

Hey, das Essen war soweit ok. Aber der Salat ist für 16€ zu teuer. Viel zu wenig, man wird nicht satt davon! Burger war ok, hab aber schon bessere gegessen.

Endroit sympa à la déco originale (forêt de bouleaux, très "nature"). L'accueil était sympa, le service jeune et efficace. Grande variété de burgers à pouvoir composer comme on le souhaite (ingrédients, viandes et bases, auxquels on peut rajouter de nombreux extras). Les pains et les variétés de frites sont à choisir. Bonne surprise, les burgers étaient très savoureux, pour un prix très raisonnable!

The Classic Burger I had recently was totally dry and I felt like they skimped on all the ingredients except bread. It's a shame, I had a better impression at other restaurants in the chain...
