Great service, very friendly staff, and delicious food. The atmosphere is simply lovely. Absolutely excellent value for money. The restrooms could be a bit cleaner.

It was sooo delicious! Service, ambiance, and food 10/10. The entire staff is super nice. Today, Cenk served us, he was super friendly! We can definitely recommend the Smash Burger, it was super delicious! (Another plus point: the menu is also available in English, for those who aren't from here.)

I would give it that rating again! There was one thing, though. The meat on my chicken burger was so overcooked that it was difficult to bite into, as it felt a bit tough. But it's always very, very good!

First, the location: its proximity to the main train station is ideal for a quick after-work stop. The food also arrived very quickly, despite the full house. Caner made our evening enjoyable and tried to fulfill all our requests as quickly as possible. Parking is available, but it's within a 10-minute walk. We still found a spot quickly on a Friday around 5 p.m. The food was delicious and well worth the price.

The meat doesn't taste good at all. Weird, kind of like a frozen meatball. We also ordered a gluten-free bun, which turned out to be a lettuce leaf. I mean, totally fine, but then don't write "bun" and thereby raise expectations of a gluten-free roll. A gluten-free alternative or something like that would be more transparent.

Hans im Glück is very large, and there are an incredible number of tables very close together. Otherwise, it's just typical with the birch trees. You can even sit on some swings. The menu was recently updated. There are now Smashes Burgers, Loaded Fries, and other snacks and desserts that weren't available before. The food and drinks came quickly. It was hot and tasted good. Why only 3 stars? The service. Absolutely unacceptable! If you come in a group and some people haven't been there before, I know from other restaurants that you're asked if you know your way around or need help. Here, the server adopted a rather annoyed, patronizing tone. I found that absolutely unacceptable. He exhibited this behavior at other tables as well. Anyone can have a bad day. It happens. But you never take it out on the customers. I just ask each person about bread separately. But this arrogant attitude. Nope.

I was amazed at the selection of burgers available these days. Many vegan and vegetarian burgers. Unfortunately, there are still no gluten-free burger buns, but if you're careful, you can order the burger without a bun.

The service was very quick for us after we were given enough time to browse through the menu. I can only recommend the Zeitgeist Burger to anyone who wants to try a vegan chicken alternative. I have rarely eaten such a delicious burger. The food arrived at our table super quickly, so the kitchen is really on the ball. Big praise to the team at Hans im Glück. We'd love to come back.

This restaurant offers tasty, varied burgers with options for breads and meats. Some vegan options are also offered. I can only recommend the location for dates, family and meetings with friends. The staff is courteous, warm and attentive. One of my absolute favorites besides the food is the decor and design of the restaurant. The birch trunks create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. You don't feel like you're being watched or restricted and you can make yourself comfortable in the swings and the various levels and seating niches as you feel comfortable. I'm in Nuremberg very often and I always catch myself on the way to Hans in Glück. ;)

I have already visited Hans im Glück several times. The food is really excellent and the staff is always very friendly. However, there is one point that bothers me: Despite having a reservation, for example at 7 p.m., I often arrive shortly beforehand and find a long queue in which there are also other guests who have apparently also reserved for that time. So, despite having a reservation, I'm standing outside in the cold and have to wait. In the last few cases we were only brought to our table about 30 minutes late. I find this organization to be impractical. In my opinion, guests without a reservation should stay outside initially, because the point of a reservation is to avoid waiting times. Unfortunately, this works better with the local competition.

Wir haben bestimmt mehr als 5 Minuten am Eingang gewartet während einige Bedienungen an uns vorbei gelaufen sind. Haben uns dann an einen Tisch gesetzt der nicht reserviert war. Nach dem Essen kam der vermeintliche Servicechef und hat uns gefragt wer uns den Tisch zugewiesen hat. Haben ihm erklärt wir haben uns selber hingesetzt. Er meinte dann wir sollen gehen der Tisch wäre reserviert und er hätte andere Sachen zu erledigen als die Leute die auf einen Tisch warten zu bedienen. Sorry aber dann fehlt es an der Organisation oder am Personal. Absolut unfreundlich.

Die Abhandlung ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, trotz Reservierung für 5 Personen, bekommt man einen Tisch, an welchem maximal 3 Personen normal essen können. Bei der Monierung wird man zwar umgesetzt, jedoch an einen Tisch der gleichen Größe. Die Teller auf dem Tisch zu haben beim Essen mit 5 Personen, wenn man noch Beilagen wie Salat oder Pommes hat, ist NICHT machbar. Ein angenehmes Essen sieht defacto anders aus, einen der beiden Teller beim Essen in der Hand zu halten, weil er auf dem Tisch nicht mehr platziert werden kann, ist schon mehr als eine Zumutung. Letztendlich kommt auch noch das Essen eiskalt, weil das Personal überfordert ist und wird dann lediglich wohl in der Micro wieder erwärmt, ein absolutes no go. Ein entspannter Abend sieht tatsächlich anders aus, keineswegs empfehlenswert ☹️.

Even the first impression from the entrance makes you want to go in. The room is very creatively decorated with birch trunks and some seats in the form of wooden swings. The menu has a large selection of delicious dishes for both the little and the really hungry - all with fairytale names. The waitresses are on point. Because we only had a short time on our first visit shortly before an event, we quickly gave the wheat we had ordered and, without asking, a free glass of water for the second person. We had a delicious meal on our second visit after the event. “Supper” is the menu with a side dish and cocktail. The “Wohltat” salad, the sweet potato fries and also the “Hans im Glück Burger” are highly recommended. The “Goldregen” cocktail was also a dream.
