As always, excellent quality and very friendly staff! I've been to Hans im Glück in several cities and have always been satisfied. Everything was great here in Nuremberg too! A very nice atmosphere and the burgers were outstanding :) I'll be back soon!

But everything is gluten-free because I have celiac disease, and everything is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

We love eating here. Our two little ones love it too 😊. And if you go at lunchtime, it's not too crowded and the food arrives very quickly 😊.

We ordered the Vollmundig burger and the Hans im Glück burger, both with brioche bread. One of the nice things about this place is that you can choose your desired bread for each burger. The Vollmundig burger had caramelized onions and mushrooms. The Hans im Glück was a regular burger with hamburger cheese. I think the Hans im Glück is a bit plainer. For a burger with more juicy sauce, the Vollmundig is a better choice. The burger patties are large and taste good. One burger is definitely more than enough to fill you up. The sweet potato fries were good, but they usually come hotter; this time they were a bit cold. They also need to improve the hygiene of the restrooms; the restrooms in most of their branches aren't very clean. We went without a reservation. We didn't wait too long in the waiting area, but the waiting time can vary depending on the time of day.

The service team was incredibly fast, friendly, and attentive. Even though we hadn't made a reservation and it was very busy at 8:30 pm, they quickly conjured up a table for us. The food was delicious, as always. But what impressed us most was the service team. Despite the restaurant being full, they were very kind, friendly, and motivated. Relaxed atmosphere. Large selection of vegan and vegetarian burgers.

Friendly lady at reception. Previously, it was more flexible to choose a drink with the evening meal, such as beer or juice spritzer, which is actually cheaper than cocktails. The food was, as always, very tasty and fresh. Edenred vouchers are no longer accepted, even though they are listed on the website. The Cube Libre was much too strong, and there was a 15-minute wait for green tea. It was very busy, but it's still always annoying when the food arrives before the drinks.

The hamburger buns, meat, and sauce were delicious, the atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and the prices were average. We liked it ❤️

The service was outrageous and rude. There was no customer focus whatsoever. One of our meals was missing entirely, and no one addressed this. Only when we paid did we receive a rude and dismissive response. We've definitely experienced better food. Not recommended.

Ordered a burger and fries to go. At the hotel, I realized both burgers were cold, the meat was dry, and the onion rings were soggy. There was also a hair in the fries. That really puts me off.

Very friendly and competent staff. The burger was very good. The entrance has a small area separated by a thick curtain. Inside is a 150x70cm illuminated sign with the huge inscription "Wait Here." A good 70% of the guests simply walk right past it...

The food was delicious, as one would expect from Hans im Glück. However, it was noisy. We were seated at the bar, where the waiters constantly bustled past, creating a restless atmosphere. A different seat in the almost empty restaurant would have been better. Furthermore, we overheard all the "work conversations" (clean up here, wipe down the bar, you can go home now). All of this made for a far from peaceful atmosphere.

Friendly but very overworked service. No one asked if everything was alright or if we wanted to order more drinks. Unfortunately, the food was cold. The sweet potatoes mixed with sauces are absolutely not recommended. The sauces should be served separately; it would be much tastier that way. When we asked for the dish to be served hot with separate sauces, the same thing was brought again, which I found completely unacceptable. This constitutes poor service from the kitchen.

We spontaneously went to the restaurant at 4:30 pm as a group of four. There were free tables, a cozy atmosphere, and very friendly, attentive service. We ordered three of the lunch specials and a single burger, which were prepared and served incredibly quickly. The Christmas burger was fantastic, and the other burgers with their sides were also delicious. The prices were reasonable, as the taste spoke for itself. Top-notch!

First of all, I have to say that I first went to Hans when the burger craze started. There are so many burger places now, and since I'm always trying new things, I've tried them all. In the end, I'm here to stay. Even the simplest sauce, mayo and garlic, has tasted delicious here for years! Avocado, hard cheese, or rather goat cheese, and many other tasty things. Plus, a great selection of breads. I don't mind that the meat is frozen now; it still tastes delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The staff is very friendly, and they replace items and replace incorrect orders. And they're very quick about it. They even gave me Grandma's Secret sauce once, as a little something from the kitchen. I thought that was very nice. What bothers me a bit is that some of the seats at the bar are now too cramped, and the abundance of greenery makes the atmosphere feel a little cluttered. Please keep it as it is, and I hope you'll be around for a long time. Best regards to everyone :) Phil

Everything was very good, especially the helpful and friendly service. Unfortunately, it wasn't mentioned during the phone reservation that we would be "kicked out" after 1.5 hours. We unfortunately had to finish our drinks. Two stars deducted for that.

We were extremely satisfied with our first visit. We had a reservation for 7 pm, but unfortunately arrived at 6:15 pm. This wasn't a problem at all; we were given a table immediately (there were three of us). We were told right away that we could have the table for 1.5 hours, which we found a little disappointing, but it would have been perfectly sufficient for dinner and a few drinks. Since it gradually became less crowded after 1.5 hours, we were able to stay without any problems and spent almost the entire evening there, sampling the non-alcoholic drinks, all of which we can highly recommend. Beforehand, we had burgers with sides and were absolutely delighted with them as well. All in all, we left the restaurant completely satisfied and will gladly return.

You're sitting by the window in winter and it's quite drafty, portions are relatively small, otherwise OK 😉

The beer is reliably good, the drinks are very tasty and attractively presented. The decor is pretty to look at, but incredibly uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect, the cauliflower with BBC sauce and sour cream was sensational, I'd never eaten anything like it before, I was completely surprised how good it was 👍 I felt very comfortable.

I've eaten there three times now and it's been great every time, highly recommended!!!

The interior of the restaurant looks particularly beautiful, with the birch logs everywhere. We made a reservation online, which was easy. The food (burgers and fries) was fresh and hot; the fries with garlic and avocado sauce were crispy and delicious. The homemade lemonades are highly recommended. The service was helpful in choosing dishes, friendly, and attentive.

Update: We were there for the second time in a week. It was another fantastic visit. A real recommendation! Delicious burgers, original cocktails, a fun atmosphere, and the homemade lemonades are also very good. We'd be happy to come back. Suggestion: maybe offer the beef burgers medium.
