I got my food delivered. One thing was missing, but it was refunded after a phone call. The dessert was even worse. Warm chocolate cake with ice cream and whipped cream. The ice cream and whipped cream were in separate containers, but in the same box as the warm chocolate cake. When it arrived, the ice cream was just sauce, and the whipped cream was also liquid. How can you even offer a meal like this for delivery if you don't have a proper delivery concept other than piling everything into a box? Ice cream and whipped cream just don't tolerate heat 🤷🏼‍♂️ Why would you order from a fast food restaurant?

Great food, clean restrooms, and a super-competent staff member. The new fries are amazing. The lemonade is very refreshing and made with love.

Unfortunately, the menu has been changed, and many burgers have been removed from the menu. The sauces are no longer free, but instead you have to pay €1.90 for each small portion of sauce! After waiting outside for over 15 minutes for a server, we decided to go to another restaurant – considering the new menu, that was a better idea.

The restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. It gets very busy, especially on weekends, so I recommend making an online reservation in advance. The food was delicious, as were the drinks, but the service was a bit slow, with someone only coming to our table about every 45 minutes. Overall, I felt the staff inside were too few...but they were friendly. I'd be happy to come back – I also liked the "hip" decor.

One of the best veggie burgers I've ever eaten. The matcha latte was also delicious, and they didn't skimp on the matcha, which I thought was great. I thought the loaded chili fries were delicious, but the price was a bit excessive for the small portion. The servers are friendly. The atmosphere is nice and clean.

It's really OK, but at almost €50 for lunch... the price-performance ratio just doesn't add up. With an estimated material cost of less than €10... it just doesn't add up.

I come here twice a year to Nuremberg and we often come here, the hamburgers are the best of all, the prices are a bit high but the Erdinger beer is worth it and it's the best.

What I personally think: There was no organization. There were a lot of people there, but only two waiters outside. The meat was salty and dry, and there weren't that many potatoes.

We asked the waitress if the fries could be made a little crispier, but we received a no without explanation, as if it was impossible to leave the potatoes in the fryer for 2 minutes longer.

I was at Hans im Glück in Nuremberg and had the Beherzter burger. I actually wanted it with truffle mayo, but it didn't arrive. When I asked about it, I was initially told it was already on the sauce and had just mixed with the other sauces – but I couldn't taste any of it. I also had fries, which were initially forgotten but then quickly brought back. To drink, there was a thirst quencher with currants and blueberries – it was very tasty. Overall, the meal was good, and the outdoor seating was pleasant. When I complained about the sauce, the waitress wasn't particularly accommodating at first. Towards the end, however, she removed the truffle mayo, even though the kitchen continued to insist it was on the sauce. Well, it is what it is – at least it was resolved in the end.

Taste is, as we all know, a matter of taste, but this time it wasn't ours (except for the cauliflower wings). The selection of vegan products is great, but the fact that the onion rings aren't vegan caused some confusion. Until you remembered that this isn't "Paul," but Hans. Service was excellent, friendly, and attentive. The ambiance is just what it is; in some places, the decor makes it seem cluttered and cramped. But it stays true to the concept. All in all, the evening here was okay. Next time, we'll just skip the salad (which was swimming in dressing) or the fries that taste of nothing but salt (instead of potatoes), and try different burgers. Since it's a chain, the individual restaurants have no influence on the ingredients and recipes. You either like it or you don't.

Super delicious and super friendly and funny waitresses

We've always been very satisfied, but this time everything was different. The service was abysmal: The waiter was rude and unprofessional. We had to wait 35 minutes for our drinks, and when we asked about it, all we got was "He'll come when he has time," accompanied by an eye roll, which is absolutely unacceptable. The wait for the bill at the neighboring table was at least 45 minutes, and when we complained about this, we also received only a snide comment. As he left the neighboring table and stood in front of our table, he muttered an insult in the direction of the neighboring table. On top of that, our order was completely wrong – the wrong side dish and the wrong bread roll. When we pointed this out, the waiter simply said that he understood the side dish that way and we'd just have to live with it. We've enjoyed going there in the past, even with customers, but this experience was definitely the last time. It's a real shame, because the food and ambiance are really good, but the service, or rather that of one of the staff members (there's been nothing to complain about with the rest of the staff so far), is simply unacceptable.

The waiter was very rude, even at the other tables. We had a long wait: 30 minutes before we could order, then 30 minutes until the food arrived. When we wanted to pay, the waiter said, "I'll come when I have time" (another 30 minutes passed!)

Our visit to Hans im Glück in Nuremberg left a mixed impression. The food was very good – the burger was tastefully prepared, the ingredients were fresh, and the overall experience was impressive. The homemade drinks were also really tasty and a nice alternative to standard soft drinks. Unfortunately, the service outside was disappointing. First, the wrong fries were served, reordering drinks took a noticeably long time, and the ketchup and mayonnaise, which we had ordered separately, never arrived. Paying also took an unnecessarily long time, despite repeatedly pointing this out to the staff. In conclusion: The kitchen delivers solid quality and delicious food, but the service outside was unfortunately disorganized and slow. It's a shame – with a little more attention, the visit would have been a complete success.

Ordered takeaway food. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a burger... Then I asked politely and was told I still had to wait. She didn't know how long. In the end, I waited over 45 minutes for a takeaway burger... where I was even yelled at because there were only two employees and it was busy. I'm always understanding for things like that, but I also expect the employees to be understanding of the guests. And that wasn't the case at all. That's not how you treat your guests.

A very large restaurant with a diverse and individual offering. However, the quality of the food doesn't live up to the menu's promise. The dishes were very delayed in arriving at the table. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the (large) number of tables, the narrow aisles, and the noise level in the restaurant.

There were seven of us in the restaurant. Initially, it was very crowded and a bit chaotic. The staff member who was in charge of our table seemed a bit overwhelmed, but was probably still getting used to it. The rest of the evening, however, was extremely positive. Another staff member then took care of our needs, providing surprisingly good service. They constantly asked about our well-being and were always on the ball. Conclusion: The restaurant certainly has potential during the week when it's less busy. I can only recommend a visit. The food was of very good quality.

We opted for vegetarian burgers and were absolutely thrilled. The food was truly delicious, and the prices were also very fair. The cheese and bacon burger I ordered from the lunch menu arrived at our table relatively quickly (after about 10 minutes), including fries and a drink. First, the fries were relatively good, but nothing special in themselves. In my opinion, they were relatively average fries, so there's not much to say. The sauce selection at the tables was okay. There was a fries sauce (probably mayonnaise), ketchup, orange sauce, and another BBQ sauce. All the sauces were actually good, except for the BBQ sauce, which was too spicy for me personally. The drink that came with my meal was one of the thirst quenchers (grapefruit-passion fruit-thyme), which was also good, but it had a bitter aftertaste, which I didn't find too bad. Now let's move on to the burger. In my opinion, it was relatively good. All the ingredients were fresh, and the sourdough bun tasted good. It was a good, above-average burger in itself. The hot drink, the double espresso, was quite ordinary, so there's not much to say. The location is beautiful, and the interior is also unique. The price/performance ratio is okay with the menu, but okay without the menu. It's worth a recommendation.

Nice to sit outside in the summer. It's right in the heart of the old town, not far from the main train station. They offer the usual Hans im Glück menu, but the food is also good. Attentive and quick service.

Ich war mit meinen Kindern nach einer langen Zugfahrt dort essen. Wir haben uns für dieses Lokal entschieden, da wir von der Atmosphäre total begeistert waren. Wir waren ca. um 17:30 dort. Nachdem wir die Speisekarte durchgeschaut hatten waren wir uns schnell einig das Happy Hour Angebot ab 17 Uhr zu nutzen: Burger + Beilage + Cocktail um 12,90. Ich und meine drei Kinder. Mein Sohn trank noch einen Eistee dazu. Ich fragte den Kellner sogar noch, ob das Angebot so stimmt. Er nickte und stimmte zu. Aber als später die Rechnung kam erschrak ich. Ich musste 105 Euro bezahlen. Ich bezahlte und verlangte den Beleg. Darauf standen Extra Kosten und ich verstehe immer noch nicht wofür ich denn so viel bezahlt habe. Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, dass ich als Frau über den Tisch gezogen wurde. Wir sind zwar gerne in Nürnberg aber dieses Lokal werden wir nicht mehr besuchen und sie auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Hans was lucky, the customer wasn't... We got up after 15 minutes and went to the competitor because no one wanted to serve us. Even customers who arrived after us were served. We weren't even noticed. Occupancy was just over 40 percent. There were a few free tables outside, and the whole place was empty inside. I would have stayed even if the waitress had said, "I'll be right with you," or something similar, but there was no reaction even when we approached her. In my opinion, the service is pathetic...

It might not be obvious, but there's a larva in my drink. The rest of the food was rather heartless and mediocre. The sour cream dip, for example, was just plain yogurt, and the fries were rather soggy.

The food was very good. Prices were a bit high. There were lots of small, cramped tables. The staff weren't very friendly. They could have laughed a bit. Our dishes were left sitting around for ages, and no one seemed to care. My food didn't arrive until everyone else was almost finished. It wasn't very nice. We would have liked to have eaten together. That's why we were there.
