Hatte den Veggi Burger mit Ziegenkäse, der Patty war aussen verbrannt und innen breiig. Das Brötchen sehr trocken .Die Pommes schmeckten süßlich.Hatte noch nie so einen schlechten Burger gegessen

Seit einigen Jahren waren wir hier wieder einmal essen. Unterirdische Qualität. Schade

Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt keine riesigen Erwartungen, wurde dann aber ziemlich positiv überrascht, weil die Burger wirklich überzeugen konnten. Die Zutaten wirken frisch und gut ausgewählt, was man auch direkt schmeckt. Besonders cool fand ich, dass auch die vegetarischen Optionen nicht einfach nur „dabei“ sind, sondern wirklich gut gemacht sind. Der Laden selbst hat eine moderne, aber trotzdem entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man gerne sitzt. Preislich passt das Ganze auch gut zur Qualität. Insgesamt definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Bewertung nach Feedback des Inhabers angepasst: An sich ein guter Burger. Am Ende sollte einem aber klar sein, dass man hier für den günstigsten fleischlosen Burger knapp 12 € bezahlt, mit Fleisch 13€. Wohlgemerkt ohne Pommes, ohne Getränk und mit Selbstbedienung. Will man was spannenders als den Cheeseburger, sind es halt schnell 17€ bis 20€.

Heute mal spontan zum Mittagessen da gewesen. Ich muss sagen Wow! Hatte das Mittagmenü Cheeseburger und nee Cola. Das war jeden Cent wert und auch mehr. Hammer Fleisch guter Käse super Soße ultra frische Salate. Beim ersten Biss dachte ich wow der weiß was er macht der Mann. Gerne wieder schaut dort vorbei. Ich freu mich schon auf den nächsten.

Ambiente ist Geschmackssache. Burger sind okay, mehr nicht. Dafür, dass hier Selbstbedienung herrscht, sind die Preise einfach zu hoch. Keine Ahnung, weshalb die gefühlt tausend Burgerläden in Nürnberg zu glauben scheinen, es handele sich um ne Raketenwissenschaft, ein Stück gebratenes Fleisch (bzw. ne vegetarische/vegane Alternative) zwischen zwei Bunhälften zusammenzuklatschen und ein bisschen Gemüse dazwischenzudrücken.

Großartige Burger und Fitness-Bowls ohne Brötchen!!!

War bereits mehrere Male dort und habe ebenso bestellt. Die Burger sprechen für sich. Einfach traumhaft lecker und den Preis wert.

Hempels ist seit über 10 Jahren einfach eine Institution und im Vergleich zu vielen anderen das Maß der Dinge. Eure regionalen Produkte mit den kleinen und mittelgroßen Partnern mit den ihr zusammenarbeitet macht das Gesamtpaket aus. Über so eine lange Zeit so eine gleichbleibende Qualität zu liefern und dabei fair im Preis zu sein ist wirklich großartig. Burger, sowohl Fleisch als auch Veggie sind immer Top. Wedges und Fries ebenfalls. Eure Specials manchmal gewagt, aber auch immer spannend. Hoffe ihr bleibt Nürnberg und auch dem aktuellen Standort noch lange erhalten. <3

Der Burger ist sehr lecker und sehr gut. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Der Laden ist aber nicht sehr gemütlich und diese Abholerei am Tresen, der 4 Meter von den Tischen entfernt ist, ist einfach nur ärgerlich. Das bekommt man auch mit Service hin.

Für mich definitiv in den Top 3 der besten Burgerläden in Nürnberg. Die Burger machen mehr als satt - Preis Leistung stimmt auf alle Fälle - und sind sehr saftig. Im Sommer ist es ein absolutes Highlight draußen am Petra-Kelly-Platz zu sitzen und sich nen Burger zu gönnen.

Essen war ok bis gut aber der Burgerbrater war absolut schlecht. Schon die ersten Worte waren unfreundlich und genervt. Der Vogel auf seinem Hals ist bei ihm wohl ein Selbstporträt. Bei der Bedienung würde ich es auch wie seine Haare machen und verschwinden.

Leckerste Burger 🍔 Ambiente rustikal alternativ

Die Burger sind hier wirklich mega! Wer sehr viel Hunger mitbringt sollte sich die XXL Version holen und ansonsten sind die Standardburger trotzdem genug für die meisten. Geschmacklich wirklich mega gut und für Burgerliebhaber eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung! (BBQ und Hempels Burger waren beide sehr lecker)

Ein sehr gutes Burger-Restaurant; ich empfehle, im Voraus zu reservieren, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das Restaurant ist oft voll. Die Burger sind reichhaltig, mit vielen vegetarischen und Fleischoptionen. Die Preise sind hoch, aber montags gibt es Rabatte. Der Service ist nicht besonders schnell, aber die Atmosphäre ist während der Wartezeit sehr angenehm.

Beide bestellten Burger waren roh. Ungewürzt, kalt und völlig ungenießbar. Das ist kein Versehen mehr, das ist ein Verbrechen

Das Dezember Special haben wir gestern Abend versucht und leider ist er der denkbar schlechteste Burger, den ihr je gemacht habt. Ich liebe eure Burger, euer Cheeseburger ist einfach einmalig. Aber dieser Burger ist einfach gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Durch die vielen Essig Gurken schmeckt man die Trüffel Mayo absolut nicht raus. Es geht völlig unter, weil man nur den Geschmack von Essiggurken im Mund hat. Wenn man den Burger dann auseinander nimmt und jeden Bestandteil mal Einzel probiert, dann findet sich auch der Trüffel wieder. Das Bun aus Vollkorn Dinkel zerbröselt innerhalb der ersten 20 Sekunden, und man hat den ganzen Burger und den Saft auf seinen Fingern. Gut, das kann auch bei anderen Bürgern passieren aber nicht in dieser kurzen Zeit. Das ist einfach nur noch ein ekelhafter Brei. Wenn er einen guten Burger wollt, seid ihr hier absolut richtig. Aber bitte nicht das Dezember Special! Update: Wir konnten uns mit dem Inhaber über den Abend unterhalten, das Ganze klären und konnten heute, am 16.01.26 erneut einen Burger versuchen. Was sollen wir sagen: toll wie immer. Daher passen wir gerne diese Bewertung an. Super Management und tolle Reaktion vom Inhaber! Danke euch!

Die besten Burger im Großraum Nürnberg.

Waren im Rahmen einer „Eat the world“ Tour dort. Alles was wir bekommen haben war ausgesprochen lecker (Pommes und Burger-Fleisch) . Über ein „normales Essen“ und Service kann ich deswegen nicht berichten… aber ich bin mir sicher -ausgehend von den Kostproben- diese sind ausgezeichnet. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Ecke sind, werden Eure das testen!!

Wir hatten für einen Arbeitstermin uns nur schnell ein Mittagessen organisieren wollen und sind bei Hempels-Burger gelandet. Top-Qualität, große Portionen und geschmacklich ein echtes Erlebnis. Eine echte Empfehlung mitten in Nürnberg.

We ordered a burger and fries for two adults and two children, and it was more than enough. They were spectacular, delicious. The guy who served us was super nice and attentive. Definitely a 10-star place, highly recommended. I would definitely go back.

We were at Hempels for the first time. Very tasty burgers. I'm a big eater - I was quite full with the side dishes - really large portions, fair price/performance ratio, cool location.

The ambiance might not appeal to everyone, but it fits the district, which is multicultural, alternative, and international. The burgers are top-notch, huge, and incredibly delicious. The meat is locally sourced, and they also offer very tasty vegetarian burgers. In good weather, you can sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle of this alternative neighborhood. There's always something to see, so it's highly recommended! See photos 😉

A really nice little place where you can eat in or take away. The menu is posted on the wall, and you order at the counter. No reservations are needed, and a buzzer lets you know when your food is ready. The burgers were delicious, and there's quite a bit, so you don't even need to order more. Definitely recommended! I had the spicy veggie burger, which I thought was definitely spicy! We'll be back.

The burgers are delicious and massive. There are both, outdoor and indoor seating. The staff don’t speak English, and although my German is not the best, the employee seemed to struggle as well. But we managed to communicate and it was worth it. Our burgers were ready quickly (although the place was quite empty).

Plus point: the portion is huge. Cons: We were very disappointed with the taste of both burgers. Far too much sauce (the burger was dripping with ketchup and barbecue sauce), dry buns. And way too expensive for that. We paid around 50 euros for two burgers and a portion of fries, and more than half of them were returned because they didn't taste good, despite being hungry. The quality used to be better.

Fresh meat is advertised here at every level of doneness. Unfortunately, the burgers weren't medium as advertised, even though we specifically asked for it. Only one burger was ordered through. Generally very dry... Afterwards, it doesn't matter whether it tasted good... When you return your plates, you're asked to put them in the dish return, which is full. The selection of drinks is great. The fries with chili cheese are great. Unfortunately, the burgers weren't...

The burgers taste great. Not wide but high. Fries could be bigger. Only the prices are too high for one or the poorest district of the city (not for Erlangen). Combination packages of burger and side dish (as usual) - 1.50 each would be desirable. Otherwise - absolutely recommended for Hippi Jangsters, burgers and VEGAN lovers. We went to Hempels-Burger restaurant back in August 2022. The restaurant serves a lot of variations of hamburgers. They also have vegan options as well too.

We always go here to eat when we are passing through (Northern Germany, Munich/Austria/Italy). Food top. Staff sometimes a bit taciturn.

The burger and fries were very tasty. The only drawback was the gentleman at the checkout who was very unfriendly towards us.

Excellent burgers with a lot of choice and sometimes alternative ingredients away from the mainstream. The fairly sourced beef is advertised and homemade sauces, etc. That's how it tasted! First impression of the shop is, let's say, rustic-alternative, but at second glance the furnishings are really nice with solid wooden tables with tree edges and wooden benches, etc. I actually think self-service and clearing up afterwards is a great idea. In times when the catering industry has a hard time finding staff, even more so. All in all, the reviews didn't lie and we got our money's worth. Speaking of costs: a little more expensive than usual, but good meat costs money. By the way, side dishes are not absolutely necessary because the burgers are really big. One portion of fries is definitely enough as a side dish for two to three people!

Unfortunately, the patty is much too "raw" ground meat. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with "juiciness"...

Some of the best burgers in Nuremberg. Since the burgers are very thickly topped, we recommend eating them with cutlery or using plenty of napkins. Vegetarians can also find a good selection here.

The burger was OK/good. However, for a chilli cheese with fries and specials for €24, it's not a good price-performance ratio, considering that you also have to clear your own dishes and, above all, dispose of the leftover food in a trash can. If you go to the toilet as a man, don't be surprised that you might still be greeted by women, as the urinals are on the way to the toilet cubicles. Well, that could still be seen as a plus point if you like ;) Would I go there again? No, I don't think so.

In my opinion, the Hempels burger is pretty average. The burgers taste okay, but nothing special. The positive thing is that high-quality meat is used, which is reflected in the slightly higher price. Unfortunately, there is no option to make reservations and the restaurant is exclusively self-service.

I went to this burger place and it was awesome! The burgers were really tasty, really juicy and tasted really good. The rolls were fresh and the sauces went perfectly with them. The atmosphere in the store was also cool, it was cozy and you felt comfortable. The people who work there were all nice and friendly. I think this is a great place to eat burgers. The quality is great and it tastes simply delicious. If you're looking for a good burger, you should definitely go here. I'll definitely come back!

The burgers were great, but unfortunately the ketchup and mayo (for fries etc) had no taste at all...the explanation was that they were vegan. Please correct this, vegan doesn't have to mean no taste, a little salt would probably help. Same with the avocado feta dip. As I said, burgers are great! ☺️

The food is good but I find it very expensive for a self-service restaurant. The staff is very dry, you shouldn't ask much. The seating is just that. Not comfortable at all,...

A little detour today to the namesake 😅✌🏼. A dozen burgers plus sides to choose from. The saying “less is more” is definitely true here! 👍🏻 All variants looked very tasty based on the contents. We decided on the "Hempels" (logical...) and the "BBQ", with fries, coleslaw and drinks. In short: absolutely great!!! In detail: The burgers were so big that they were filling on their own. Everything is made fresh, with fresh ingredients and a lot of skill in the kitchen. And the composition of the burgers was delicious. The ambience is very appropriate. Real wooden benches and other furnishings, bar and kitchen... that has burger flair! Definitely noticed! When we're in town again, we'll stop by again!

The burgers taste delicious, but are not cooked through. When asked about it, it is said that it was intended that way. However, it would then be a good thing to inform customers about this, either on a notice board or verbally when ordering. The staff is hypothermic and we didn't feel well. The price is clearly too high for a self-service restaurant.

Awesome burger spot! Order at the counter, and police your table through the wall opening. Vegan burgers were fabulous, as were the fries. Unfortunately, 2 out of 3 of our meat burgers were cold and red in the center, so couldn’t be eaten.

Nowadays you hardly get anything exceptionally good when it comes to burgers, but here the taste is right, the portion is large and the price is fair. Just like the meat is fair meat. Best burger place! Forget Peter Pane, Burger Hearr etc!

An interesting & charming atmosphere. There are also various offers, special burgers and promotions. The trip to this little shop is 100% worth it!

Delicious burgers with apparently great quality, also vegan on offer. The price is also fair and justified. The restaurant is a bit hidden on the corner of a house and I found it online via Google. Preferences were a good rating (at least 4 stars), price per person 10-20 euros and parking nearby, which was available in a parking garage about 300 meters away (we came from out of town). We ordered the Gön Dir Burger, the globetrotter and a portion of fries, for 2 adults and a toddler and very full

So we came here on a recommendation. It's self-service here and the ambience might need a bit of polish. The burgers were amazing, we had cheeseburgers and chili cheese burgers with jalapenos and cross-fried bacon. The meat was of good quality and so was the burger bun. Fresh ingredients it was a pleasure. Price-wise, completely okay. The chef was also very nice.
