Unfortunately I have to say that the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. I'm disappointed for the second time. The food was nicely prepared, looked good on the plate, but doesn't promise what it looks like. The bun from the burger was cold and the promised crispy chicken was frozen and not even really warm. The fries weren't great either. They look great in the shell, but as I said, they don't promise what they look like. Something isn't right in the store. I think it's the chef. Conclusion: A nice little shop, friendly staff but the taste of the food still needs a lot of work.

First impression was great. Drinks & food came quickly and looked very good. Friendly staff etc. - a meal was initially forgotten, which was noticed. This was brought straight away, but in our opinion it was the wrong burger. But everything was fine so far. Food was fresh & delicious. In the middle of it all, people who knew the waitress came and shouted really loudly through the shop. There was a real commotion in the whole store and it became extremely crowded because everyone was somehow in the way of everyone else. When we pointed this out when paying, everything was clarified, but unfortunately after that the waitress was totally annoyed, no more eye contact & you could tell she was waiting for us to leave. Reacted to criticism or suggestions in a completely unprofessional manner. The ambience of the shop itself looked great, but unfortunately it was a little cramped.

Super cute and innovative burger bar, the burgers are really different than the ones you usually get. The side dishes and other dishes are always really good, everything is beautifully prepared and it tastes great. New burgers 🍔 or other things are often tried, so it never gets boring. Attention is paid to regionality. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed; every friendly guest is welcome here. Special requests are always accommodated, unless they are really impossible. Here’s to many more burgers💙

It was super tasty 😋 The people served it quickly and beautifully despite the fact that it was really full. I definitely recommend registering or making a reservation by phone. A clear recommendation from me.

It's a shame I always liked having the freshly carved fries next to the burger. The burgers are still good. Now we went from tk and occasionally warmed up fried fries to standard tk stall fries. In the future, only burgers for that money. Answer: We work too ;) Then you might not charge so much or ask because the standard isn't available and you would be happy with normal fries. So we only get the surprise at home. This is what we call communication. This is something that has been noticed more often when it comes to service. On the phone we were told that we didn't have time at the moment, that we were preparing for later, maybe another time, and hung up.... Thank you very much and best regards

Wir waren heute zum wiederholten Male dort. Heute hatten wir Smashed Burger, Pommes, Coleslow und Getränke. Die Burger waren eine der besten Burger, welche wir auf deutschem Boden gegessen haben. Auch die BBQ Sauce und die Curry-Mayo waren sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, der Service freundlich. Etwas gestört hat uns, dass sich das Personal laut und ausgiebig mit Bekannten unterhalten hat und der Fokus in dem Moment nicht mehr auf den zahlenden Gästen lag.

When we arrived here shortly after lunch, we were a little worried about whether we had made the right choice since we were the only guests. But we were kindly shown to a table, and as we ordered, little by little more and more people came in. We had to wait a little longer for our food (you get hungry every minute!), but when the two delicious burgers were finally served and we took the first bite, we were thrilled. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

My family and I decided to have dinner there without a reservation because we were in the mood for 🍔 burgers 🍔 again. The friendly service was quick, the food we ordered was sufficiently sized and very tasty 😋. Unfortunately, the price is in the upper midfield. For four people you can expect to spend almost 100 €... and then there are no big extras 😕.

Incredibly good place for burgers. Dessert just as bombastic. I was very surprised, inconspicuous but really great. And I rarely give such recommendations. Of course burger-heavy, so you should be a fan of this.

Four of us went to this cozy burger bar today. We really liked the facility and the extremely friendly staff. Our four different burgers were extremely tasty and the fries and homemade iced teas were also perfect. If we didn't live about 350 km away, we would definitely eat here more often.

There are delicious burgers in Aurich. The shop is a bit out of the way. But it's worth it. Price-performance is ok. Mam gets something for his money. Final boss burger is really huge. Staff is friendly. Desserts are also delicious. Recommended

Why eat a burger somewhere else? Location: The shop is located in a small, beautiful alley. Beautifully furnished inside with great attention to detail. You feel very comfortable and there are plenty of seating options over two floors. There is a nice terrace outside. Drinks: Everything your heart desires. Homemade lemonades, homemade iced teas and other trendy and sustainable drinks. Dining: Where should you start here? Numerous delicious burger variations, unusual and well-combined chip specialties. The portions are very large, and a lot of effort goes into the details when it comes to the decoration and the salads. Seasonally there are also extras such as strawberries in the salad. Incredibly delicious, something to behold and definitely something to fill up and enjoy. Staff: Friendly, attentive and accommodating. The staff is young, but is in no way inferior to anyone when it comes to professionalism. Conclusion: Even though it may sound like my recession was bought, I would eat there any time and maybe even pitch a tent. Leude, keep it up, this is what gastronomy should look like today! I have to give high praise. The burgers are a feast, they are freshly prepared both the meat and the salad. The fries were also a fresh explosion of flavor. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is also very inviting. Conclusion: A clear recommendation to eat here.

We have been there several times and have always been very satisfied and the food is really delicious. Only the service is sometimes a bit, you wait longer for the drinks and it's always very friendly. If you love good burgers and also want quality, this is absolutely right!

We came across this restaurant by chance while strolling through town in Aurich! Because of the sight of the dishes and the lively activity, we decided to stop here for lunch. The waitresses were very friendly and, above all, very quick. We were assigned a table inside. The order came quickly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The lunch dish was super tasty. The portions were also more than sufficient. So we can only recommend these burgers

The taste of the food was ok, but it was totally overpriced and the advertising/reels on Facebook were too annoying. As if that would make it better and then often without gloves when handling food.

The sheep's cheese burger was very tasty, fries are with a special cut, the portion of dip could be larger and the cost for the Burger Plus menu might be 2 euros less, I can highly recommend the shop

The service staff was friendly but unfortunately not particularly quick. Still an empty restaurant. The homemade lemonade was good but not particularly outstanding. There's still room for improvement with homemade syrups or something like that. The food also came at a leisurely pace, unfortunately the children didn't eat particularly well at the end. In terms of taste, nothing is consistently good. With the tarragon mayo, half the tarragon would also do the trick, very dominant in taste. You could also make a pesto first then it can be dosed more finely. Otherwise all in all good and worth a visit.

There were two of us there for dinner and the cards came where we weren't even sitting. Ordered drinks and waited 10 minutes, even though 3 tables were occupied. 3/4 other tables were ignored at all by the two young ladies, the service was terrible, one of the two was wearing a bare midriff, in our opinion that doesn't fit into the catering industry. In general totally overwhelmed. We're definitely not coming back!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed on our last visit for the Aurich Wine Festival. We were so looking forward to delicious burgers. The quality of the food has deteriorated incredibly. In both - different - burger dishes, the meat had a really rotten, bitter aftertaste and thus made the whole meal inedible. It was definitely no longer fresh and was still processed and fried black. Carelessly slapped on the plate, the drinks (beer and lemonade) were stale and lukewarm. The gentleman with the glasses who took the order had a tablet that was full of dirt (there was a finger-thick accumulation of dust, crumbs, etc. in the stand over the entire length). It was like an accident, you always had to look at it. Disgusting! Of course, the colleague had to rest sometimes and then sat relaxed among the guests with his homies. Another order was not possible at that time. We were at the counter twice and asked to cash in. A number of ladies were milling about in the doorway to the kitchen, chatting. Maybe one or the other could have cleaned up the mess in the toilets in that time. It should also be mentioned that not all the seats outside were occupied and there were no guests inside at all. When paying, we pointed out the deficiencies in the food and the poor quality of the meat, but the lady was completely overwhelmed. So sad, we always enjoyed eating at Traute's. This is canceled for now.

Trautes Burgerbar has been on our bucket list for a long time. Now the time had come. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not as expected. We ordered and were apparently forgotten, other guests who ordered after us received their food before us! Then at some point the food came and unfortunately it was cold and the fries were dry as if they had been baked again…. And my daughter and I got hers :-( well...service was nice, but I still had to pay the full price...! It was very disappointing for us, we probably won't go there again! Prices are rather high.

The food itself is delicious, but the problem is that I have experienced several times that my food was prepared incorrectly. After probably using the same bread a few times, by the time my dish was “correctly prepared” it was very soggy. Unfortunately there were only a small handful of fries on my plate, and it would be nice if there was a burger with a portion of fries including dip for a cheaper price. However, that was just one case, I had previously ordered a burger on another day, the bread was burnt for me and a friend and the burger was soaked in sauce and inedible. The map is also very confusing, the pieces of paper are broken and stuck under a clipboard without any order. A lot could be made of this restaurant, when I tried to make a reservation online I couldn't choose the time and therefore couldn't book anything. If the restaurant offered a pickup discount, it would also be more interesting to buy a burger more often.

Good, better, darling! For my birthday I treated myself to catering for my guests. Vegetarian & vegan. I stated my wishes and budget via WhatsApp and communicated everything without any problems. We picked up the food at the agreed time and were completely exhausted when we opened the boxes at home! Mega, really great food that was prepared so lovingly and creatively and that everyone really enjoyed! Thank you very much, this certainly won't be our last order! 😍

Were there today, we were able to sit outside, the service was nice and friendly, the food was great, until we saw the lady in the kitchen, unfortunately we lost our appetite, shorts, tank top, rubber slides that were worn out, none Headgear, sweaty hair... And what the hell is the soccer kid doing in the kitchen? Unfortunately we won't be coming back, it's a shame about the visually beautiful shop

Tasty, but unfortunately the waitress ("small" gentleman with glasses) seemed arrogant and unfriendly to us. He even implied a different order. Maybe it wasn't his day. Incidentally, the prices are excessive in my opinion. A €2.5o surcharge for the vegan burger is not right in my opinion these days.

We have eaten at Traute's several times and have always been very satisfied. Went there with a group yesterday and were a bit disappointed. The meat was too cooked and therefore very dry. The vegetables didn't seem fresh and unfortunately had little taste. Maybe yesterday was just a bad day. I hope it doesn't stay that way.

Food is really good, great service. The people there are great and friendly. You sit pretty close to other people, which makes for a cool, friendly atmosphere, but some people might not like the fact that you're sitting shoulder to shoulder. My number one burger restaurant in East Frisia. The lava cake was incredibly good 👍.

Im Außenbereich sehr schöne Optik, innen eher beengt. Die Reservierung hat nicht geklappt. Alles, was aus der Küche kommt, sieht hübsch und appetitlich aus, die Zutaten sind gut, aber die Burger sind zu groß. Nicht, weil man sie mit Messer und Gabel nicht zerkleinern könnte, sondern weil die Soßen schnell alles zu einer matschigen Angelegenheit machen. Die Buns sind dicker als normale Burgerbrötchen und saugen sich schnell mit den Flüssigkeiten von Chutney, Guacamole und co. voll, das Knusperhähnchen im Ciabatta Bun, das mit ,yes, it’s crispy‘ angekündigt wird, ist nach kurzer Zeit genauso aufgeweicht wie das Brötchen. Auch wenn jede einzelne Zutat lecker ist, macht es nach kurzer Zeit keinen Spaß mehr, die Burger zu essen. Was uns auch gestört hat, war, dass die nette Aushilfe oder Azubine pausenlos so laut zurechtgewiesen wurde, dass es jeder hören konnte.

The best burgers in East Frisia, the service has decreased significantly, everything is nice and friendly, but unfortunately it is not on the table as you ordered it, it is annoying when you pick it up. It's a shame it used to be better. But the food is great.

Trautes Burgerbar was actually recommended to us by many people. Unfortunately, we can't fully understand this. We had cheeseburgers and fries. The homemade fries were really great! The burgers arrived almost cold and the burger buns were too dry for us. The taste is just normal cheeseburgers. The sweet potato fries were good but tasted like those from Kaufland. Cute shop, nice staff in general... but standing at the counter, wanting to pay and watching the boss make small talk with her employees while you were obviously seen wasn't that nice either.

Traute is a great burger joint. Our food was always delicious and the service was always attentive and friendly. You are always welcomed with a good atmosphere. My favorite: the East Cheeseland!

I've eaten many burgers in my life and I have to say these are among the best. I would say my burger of the year.

The service is really good, but the burger is superior to pretty much any burger I've had before. I had the pear bacon burger, which had several pleasant surprises in terms of taste. The bun is absolutely top notch, the meat is a perfect A in terms of juiciness and flavor, and the sauce is great. The cheese with it was a real treat for the soul. The coleslaw served with it was nice and creamy, pimped up with fried strips of carrot - visually it was a little work of art. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be happy to come back!

This restaurant is awesome, had great food, the service was super friendly, despite the stressful crowd. (There was a Christmas party in the restaurant that day by a group of 20) and it was handled very professionally.

We like coming here because we really like the prices, selection and quality! The highlight is not only the fine burgers, but also the homemade lemonades! This time I tried the "Beyond Meat" version, a good alternative. Service and ambience are also top. All dishes can also be taken away, even if you can't manage everything.

Das Essen war einfach TOP! Genauso wie der Service. Auf jeden Fall vorher reservieren ☝️. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir früh da waren und haben so noch einen Tisch bekommen. Das Ambiente muss man mögen. Der Bereich im Erdgeschoss hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den Bereich im Obergeschoss/Dachgeschoss fanden wir nicht so schön, da dort die Tische unter der Schräge schon sehr nach beieinander stehen und es seeeehr eng ist, wenn der nächste Tisch dann auch besetzt ist. Super fanden wir das Konvolut an Stühlen, das hat sowas von Studenten WG. Ist halt ein eigener Stil, den man mag oder eben nicht. Empfehlenswert sind auf jeden Fall die hausgemachten Limonaden👍 , sowie die Saucen zu den Pommes. Burger und die verschiedenen Pommes sind eh Spitze. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolle Burger, super Pommes-(Bowls)

Ein verhältnismäßig kleines Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Angebot. Ich habe dort sehr gute Burger mit Pommes gegessen! Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Alles in einem sehr schönes Restaurant, sehr sympathisches Personal. Die Lage vom Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, also Parkplätze bekommt man da ohne Probleme 😅 Ich bin noch nicht so lange in Ostfriesland ☺️

Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Portionen sind auch absolut ausreichend. Komme sicher wieder.

Eine schöne Location, aber das Essen war das Geld definitiv nicht wert, die Buns waren wie Aufbackbrötchen die nicht aufgebacken worden sind und sehr trocken, das Patie war auch fast trocken und dafür das nicht viel los war haben wir ziemlich lange gewartet, was gut war waren die Pommes und die Sour Cream,wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen…. Schade:(

War nun nicht dass erste mal da gewesen. Bin bis jetzt immer zufrieden gewesen mit denn Burger und Beilagen macht einen frischen Eindruck, schmeckt und sieht gut aus. Vom Preis her geht es für die Burger voll klar. Würden zügig bedient und auch nach gefragt ob alles zufrieden ist und bei einem leeren Getränk ob man noch eins möchte.

20 min. nach dem Platznehmen kam dann auch die Bedienung mit der Speisekarte. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten haben wir frustriert das Lokal verlassen. Es waren etwa 10 Leute im Gasthaus. Wer Hunger und Durst hat, sollte vorbei gehen.

Ein kleiner, aber feiner Burger-Laden. Die Burger und Beilagen sind wirklich erstklassig. Wichtig- Die Beilagen sind extra und jede für sich schon fast ein Hauptgericht. Es empfiehlt sich, eine Beilage zu teilen ;-) Zusammengefasst: Essen: super Mitarbeiter: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Location: kein Schnickscgnack aber gemütlich Parken in der Nähe möglich. Es lohnt sich hierfür auch ein Stückchen zu fahren 😊👍 Auch macht es Sinn vorher zu reservieren.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, meinen Geburtstag mit 25 Personen im Rahmen eines Frühstücks in der Traute Burgerbar zu feiern. Die Präsentation der Speisen war beeindruckend - die Speisen sahen nicht nur fantastisch aus, sondern schmeckten auch hervorragend. Der Service war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich, und sie haben sich wirklich um unser Wohl gekümmert. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, was die Planung der Feier erleichterte. Die Traute Burgerbar hat sich als die perfekte Wahl für diese Feier erwiesen, und alle meine Gäste waren begeistert. Vielen Dank an an Gesa und Rosa, sowie das gesamte Traute Team für die schöne und unvergessliche Geburtstagsfeier.
