The Udo Snack is a cult favorite in Stuttgart. The burger was excellent. It wasn't served in a regular bun, but in a Swabian bread roll. This makes it special and sets it apart from the usual fast-food burgers. The meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and went perfectly with the roll. The portion was generous and tasted really good. And then there's the staff: They're super nice, funny, and friendly, making you feel immediately welcome. If you're in Stuttgart, you should definitely stop by here.

(2025) 3.20 euros (2022) !! ++ 100% increase in just 3 years ++ I'm not going to Stuttgart anymore, that's finally over with "Udo Calwerstrasse" now. Udo Reutlingen, the Original Cheeseburger 3.80 euros Here at our chip shop 3.20 euros I'll add another 10 euros and get a very good dinner at our Greek restaurant. The snack bar offers good value for money, making the food both delicious and affordable. The value for money is decent, and I'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately disappointing – one of the weaker burgers in Stuttgart I recently went to Udo Snack in Stuttgart and ordered a double cheeseburger. Ordering was quick and easy, the price was average and okay – for Stuttgart. The shop itself has a rustic but clean interior, and the service was friendly. There isn't much room to sit; you mostly eat standing up or outside. After about 5-10 minutes of waiting, the burger was ready – and unfortunately, that's where the disappointment began. The burger was served in two separate halves, meaning there was a patty on each half of the bun – but not assembled as a proper burger. That alone wouldn't have been a big problem, but the amount of mayo and ketchup was completely excessive. The ratio of the ingredients was completely wrong – everything was simply overloaded with sauce. When I folded the burger, the sauce immediately dripped out the back – the meal was quite a mess. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't very tasty either. Very bread-heavy, the patty small, pale, and barely seasoned. The sauces were nothing special either—classic mayo and ketchup, the kind you get anywhere. Conclusion: From the presentation to the taste, this burger was unfortunately a disappointment. It lacked attention to detail and, above all, balance. For me, it was one of the weakest burgers I've tried in Stuttgart so far.

Classic burger shop that really fosters the old vibes of a traditional burger restaurant. Food is made fresh and tastes classy - reminds me of my childhood. Highly recommend if you are stopping by for a quick snack.

Used to be good. Now the service is unfriendly (no greeting, etc.) and the plastic cutlery has too small a cardboard serving lid, so that when you cut something, onions and other food end up on the bar table (even the neighbors). Of course, we wipe up as best we can afterward, but none of the staff has cleaned anything the entire time.

The burgers are very good quality and at a very good price (especially for a city like Stuttgart). A couple of stools would be nice to have a seat, although the place is quite small. The only drawback is that the menu should list all the ingredients in the burger. Not everyone can or wants to eat everything, and they should let you know what's inside.

I don't know, something's so different, taste-wise... Lots of onions, unmelted cheese, no seasoning, and very strange ketchup. It used to be much better here. The one in the east will probably be the only Udo's in Stuttgart.

No longer the good old Udo Snack. Different rolls with too much dough, inferior meat, and a very poor taste. It's a shame. I've been coming to Udo for 30 years, and from now on, I'll never go back.

Great snack bar, well located, a bit small, but fantastic hamburgers, that's how I've known them for almost 40 years, back in Feuerbach. The prices are realistic and not exorbitant like some competitors (whose prices make you suspect their burgers are consecrated by Tibetan monks while reciting liturgical chants and made from sacred cows). If you know where to look, it's a culinary must-visit while shopping in town. Takeout is recommended—if you can control yourself until you get to your car or home. Is the old offer still valid, where you get free food if you eat all the burgers on the menu there? Nobody managed to do it back then, but it was an incentive for a proper Swabian binge. Definitely a top recommendation!

I am not happy, 13.30 € for such a small burger with fries. I would understand if it was real meat. Meat from a packet as well as cheese is the cheapest. You can at least not spare real meat and a real slice of cheese. Work on the quality.

A Stuttgart institution! There's nothing comparable – their own burger bun, more like a Kaiser roll, incredibly seasoned patty, lots of onions, sliced ​​gherkins, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo – a dream! While everywhere else you'll find smash burgers or burgers with 300g of medium-rare Wagyu and other crap, Udo keeps doing his thing – hopefully forever!

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for our order, but that was due to the time of day. The prices are reasonable.

Nothing fancy, nothing out of the ordinary. Honest food from a snack bar like you remember from your childhood. Cheeseburger good, currywurst good (crazy: the currywurst with mayo!!!! Why didn't I think of it myself earlier!!!). If we're in Stuggi again and need energy for pedestrian zoning, we'll go there again.

Usually they are very good. But this time, it was disappointing. Today, my husband exclusively told him a hamburger without salat and withouth mayonnaise, because I can not eat that in my pregnancy. They took the order and said ok. However, they gave a burger with mayonnaise everywhere and Salat lettuce. Your personal should pay more attention to what they write in their orders or if they do not want to do it, just say sorry we can not. But not take an specific order, say no problem, and then deliver Sth else. Finally no body ate that hamburger.

Well, that was an interesting Hamburger. It was not one of the best hamburger in town but the price was good for that taste. The place was simply a fast food place. You just eat on foot and go.

People have often tried to convert me with some hip but overpriced burger joints. To date it has not been successful. UDO remains number one! Solid and honest burgers at an attractive price without any frills or stupid fuss. The service is also friendly and quick. Skip the TikTok and Facebook booths and go straight to number one.

We were there with 4 boys before a VfB game. The small burger shop has space for around 10-15 standing eaters. Everyone had a cheeseburger with a portion of fries each. The burgers are homemade and honestly, no brioche buns or any fancy surprises. The portion of fries is huge. There are certainly better burger places, but you pay a lot more there. There are no toilets, so you have to go to Burger King two doors down. Conclusion: Delicious burgers (pretty much like homemade ones) and value for money are ideal at Udo Snack!

Cult snack bar on the street parallel to the main shopping street. Located in the middle of the pedestrian zone. There are no seats/no toilets. Few bar tables inside. The shop was my first address for burgers in Stuttgart 25 years ago. I hope that everything remains as good as ever. I love coming here, like many others. It's constantly coming and going, always busy. The quality is top. Real hand food.

Udo Snack has the best burgers I've eaten in Stuttgart so far! For under 6 euros you can get a burger that tastes good and is really filling. The portions are large, especially the fries. The employees are super friendly and work quickly. Here you eat while standing, not sitting! Udo Snack is particularly suitable if you want to eat something quick but good.

Unfortunately, I have to honestly say that the burgers didn't taste as delicious as I expected based on the hype. I didn't think it was cheap in terms of price either (but that's definitely a matter of opinion). The service was very friendly and accommodating.

Disgraceful treatment of wheelchair users As a guest I saw the following scene: A wheelchair user orders at the front of the counter, which is very high, about 1.60m. The whole snack bar is very small and cramped and there are only very high bar tables everywhere. None of the other guests paid the above-mentioned person any consideration; he was heavily harassed by naturally tall people and then forced to wait outside the restaurant. When the order was ready to be picked up, the employee seriously wanted to hand the 2 burgers plus fries and a drink down from the high counter. No accommodation, offer of help, any friendliness to enable the person to have a reasonably pleasant, comfortable meal at a lower altitude. Only after my intervention and some discussion back and forth did she very reluctantly come out from behind the counter; two crates of drinks were somehow quickly stacked on top of each other. The 2 burgers, fries and the drink were still on the 1.60m high bar.

When I entered I was greeted in a very friendly manner by the chef 🫠 The Cheggburger with fried egg and cheese was really tasty 💯 I'm already looking forward to my next Udo snack visit 🤩
