Never had such a good burger! The bun was fluffy and probably had some fat added to it... The taste was absolutely delicious. Authentic atmosphere. very friendly staff

The Philip Burger Double I tried was by far the best burger I have ever eaten. Juicy meat, perfect ingredients and a taste experience that is second to none - simply unbeatable! Although I had to wait a bit (even before 12 noon when it's usually quieter), the patience was definitely worth it. The organization with pre-orders could be improved so that spontaneous guests can also be served more quickly. The lack of a toilet and the limited opportunities to wash your hands would be small areas of improvement, as would the temperature of the fries, which could be a little hotter. Still, I'm not deducting any points for these details, as the taste of the burger surpasses everything and makes the overall experience totally worth it. A real insider tip for all burger fans! The seared, mashed and well-textured patty and the mustardy sauce make the burgers something special and an extraordinary culinary experience (it's still just a burger). I went to Eat a Cut several times years ago and at that time everything was great, from the service to the food, everything was always great. Today I was here again after a long time and I have to say that the quality has deteriorated EXTREMELY. Our kumrus were cold (sosis and sucuk completely cold), the cheese was already hard and had hardly any sauce in it. The bread was simply burnt and so hard that it was almost inedible. I don't even want to start talking about BBQ burgers, NOT RECOMMENDED! Unfortunately, the waiter was also not competent enough to serve this amount of people correctly. We asked for roasted onions, which btw. Never arrived even though he made eye contact with us several times. And as we noticed, there were also problems at other tables. Overall, today's meal was very disappointing, €30 thrown out the window and zero satisfaction. Are now on the way to McDonald's (:

The food here is simply great. The ambience is very authentic and goes very well with the products. The wait outside isn't that great, so a few seats wouldn't be bad. The burgers are super tasty, I haven't eaten such good burgers in a long time. Praise to the kitchen. We'd love to come back.

Even though the Kumru is really delicious, the burger is almost even better! Burger: Great meat, burger bun doesn't really get any better (crispy and super soft at the same time)... And the sauce is to die for 🤩. Ambience: You have to like the ambience, but I'm a huge fan of it. Service: The staff is always super friendly and the food is served very quickly even when it's busy. Even PayPal payment is offered. For me a clear 5 out of 5 and top recommendation! ✅

We've been going since it just opened. Unfortunately, no investment has been made in the place since then. But prices have been raised dramatically. At first, they were full of french fries and burgers, but now they offer high prices and almost empty bread. It definitely sucks in terms of price and performance. It can't even be paid by card. Giving restaurant prices is absurd and inaccurate.

Cheeseburger and sausage chili cheese pommes are highly recommended 👍🏻 only there is no sausage in the classic kumru or it is very little, as if there is only sausage.

Kumru could have used more sucuk and more cheese, so unfortunately I didn't like it that much. It was almost only made with sauce on it and was a little dry. But the team was very nice and the price was okay too. You can do it again and maybe order extra cheese 👍🏾

Kumru there was very tasty and probably one of the best I've ever had and the staff was nice, but unfortunately very expensive. Portions are okay. But not for the price. What was difficult was that we had to wait 20 minutes for our food during the lunch break. But unfortunately I won't be able to eat there anymore because there was a half-alive rat sitting in the middle of the dining area. A guest pointed at her and was rather laughed at. After a few minutes an employee came and removed the rat. It's a shame about the good food. Hence 5 stars for the food, despite the price. But theoretically it's worth it.

The shop looks a bit special as it is an extension of a caravan. Nevertheless, it is very clean and tidy. The food is very tasty and the whole food is also Helal. In my opinion you definitely have to try the store.

We had Mediterranean Kumru (incredible holes with grilled eggplant, zucchini, soft cheese...), Egg Kumru, Sucuk Chili Cheese Fries (spicy and great alternative to normal fries) and a Chili Cheese Burger. I'm usually a regular at Eat A Cut and have always enjoyed eating here. However, my opinion changed drastically after an incident last Friday. An employee publicly and loudly reprimanded another customer for sitting at an empty table without being called first. The customer asked why he couldn't sit down, which led to an unpleasant incident. The employee didn't seem to want to clear up the misunderstanding and bullied the customer in front of the other guests in the restaurant. It was obvious that the customer was simply seeking an explanation and was not intentionally breaking the rules. The employee's behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of staying calm and clarifying the situation, he stated in a very loud tone that the customer can also cancel the order and leave if it doesn't suit him. Although I was not personally involved in the incident, this employee's demeanor bothered me so much that I have decided to avoid Eat A Cut in the future.

Short and painless, if you don't try these citizens here, you're out of luck! The taste is simply great, it's juicy and the bread is soft and very tasty and goes very well with the side dishes. I can only recommend anyone who is in the area to take a detour.

Sorry for the bad review. I didn't think I would have to give this place a bad rating, but after what happened today I have to. Everything was actually as usual. Order outside and wait until the order number is called. Now this time I waited 40 minutes. Since I thought there were a lot of orders and the staff was already under strain, I didn't want to put any time pressure on them. When I went in and asked what was wrong with my order, I was cheekily replied that he had already been outside three times and called the number. What I find worst is that no one has apologized. The boss would definitely have offered drinks or something similar to straighten things out. I expected at least an apology/depreciation/voucher for next time. A cold burger wasn't that great.

The food tastes good. What is new, however, is that you order, receive a number and have to wait in front of the door until you are called in. The reason you only get a table is because the tables are occupied. A little tip: if you only have tables for 4 people, where only two people sit at a time, you will only lose customers who don't feel like waiting. We're talking about a snack bar where several people who don't know each other can sit at the same table. Of course, this wouldn't be possible in a restaurant with a certain atmosphere.
