The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the service was terrible. The food was okay—not good, not bad.

The food was better back then, and the prices are now outrageous. The staff have been extremely unfriendly recently; the only one who's nice is the manager.

The guy at the checkout was very unfriendly and we were asked to eat outside even though people came after us and were allowed to eat there.

More than 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries.

We were there on Saturday. The food was great, and the wait was definitely worth it. 3 stars deducted because the air conditioning was set to extremely cold. Several guests complained, but nothing was done. The staff were annoyed and didn't care whether we were about to get hypothermia or not.

Very good burgers. The meat is just perfectly done. Franch fries very tasty. There are a lot of interesting taste combinations in the burgers.

From the very first bite of the chili cheeseburger, I just thought: Oh my God, this is another universe! The taste was simply outstanding. As if that wasn't enough, I then treated myself to a classic Kumru, and again, the same thought occurred to me: Oh my God! Both tasted absolutely fantastic. Despite the crowds, the team was totally relaxed and friendly. Honestly, other fast-food chains can't compete. What's served here is simply in a different league in terms of taste!

I've been coming here regularly since it opened: One of the best burgers around.🤤🤤🤤 The staff is always very nice and friendly. The selection of burgers and drinks is also top-notch. The prices are really reasonable, but unfortunately, the fries have been halved in size in the last six months, and you're now paying more. 😲🙄It's really very little, please change that for the better. I'd like to say one more thing: the place is really cool, but since it's always packed these days, it would be much nicer if the owners found a new location where you can sit longer and have access to a restroom or sink. 5⭐️🌟 After reopening, I unfortunately have to say that my beloved Filly Burger just doesn't taste the same as it used to—such a shame—it tastes sour, the sauce isn't as juicy, etc. I used to drive 40 km just for this burger—that's probably it 😭😭😭 the end of my Filly Burger passion. Never again – disappointing all round The place was busy, but unfortunately, that was the only positive thing. We waited almost an hour for a burger and a kumru – absolutely unacceptable for fast food. On top of that, the ventilation was so loud that it was almost impossible to hear one another. A normal conversation was almost impossible, even at the table. On top of that, the air conditioning was running on icebox mode. With the summer temperatures outside, you don't expect to be freezing inside like you're in a freezer. This is simply unpleasant, especially for women who come in lightly dressed summer clothes. The food was okay, but nothing special. The overall experience was loud, cold, and uncomfortable. We definitely won't be coming back.

Everything was fine. Food was good, service was nice. But the wait was very long, it was 30 mins We had a takeaway and had to wait 30 mins or more outside. But overall the place was nice and the food was good.

My wife and I went there for dinner, and we were both very disappointed. We ordered burgers and waited 35 minutes for them, not to mention that we had to wait another 20 minutes in line to place our orders. Seating was limited, and we had to wait a long time for a seat. It was very crowded, making it a rather unpleasant dining experience. The food was good and beautifully prepared, but we both had stomach problems after eating it. We had really hoped for more. It's a shame we had such an experience.

The Kumru was truly delicious – nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it! Unfortunately, the fries with chili cheese sauce weren't at all convincing. The sauce was far too runny, more like a thin soup, and the taste was disappointing. Another negative: There's no card payment option. In my opinion, that's outdated these days. Overall, mixed impressions – top-notch Kumru, but the side dishes and service need improvement.

We waited almost an hour for our food, even though it wasn't that busy. The food itself was delicious. There was a good selection of side dishes. However, the wait was definitely too long.

I've been a customer for years. But I have to note one negative thing. The kumru has been partially prepared in the deep fryer for some time now. The usual taste is completely gone. I understand that you want to use this tactic to please the masses, but for me that's one reason why I haven't had the urge to visit for a long time. Unfortunately. I hope it will be done again like before, only on the record.

The new interior looks much better and more inviting. However, the Kumru wasn’t as good as I remembered—it used to be much tastier. I don’t think I’ll be coming back often.

Behind the counter it didn't really look clean or appetizing - the remains of the sauces, burgers etc. were lying around. Our order was to-go and was mixed up, everything was OK up to this point. The burger and kumru were also ok but nothing special. Stomach cramps were common throughout the group. Not again.

The new store looks really good! There is a great selection of burgers/side dishes and the food is very tasty. Price-performance is great, employees are very friendly. One star deducted because we had to wait 1 hour even outside of peak times. If you're looking for good burgers at a fair price and have the time, you're in good hands here.

Filly Kumru was very tasty. Location is air conditioned, we were there in warm weather, it was absolutely pleasant. No long waiting times, you get the food relatively quickly.

It's a shame that delivery via Lieferando or other delivery services is no longer possible - that used to be really practical. But Kumru is still a 100 out of 10! The taste is simply great, I can recommend it to everyone.

We ate burgers. It was good, but not great, as is often portrayed on social media. The patties were overcooked for me. Waiting time underground. If you have to wait an hour for your burger, then something is wrong in the organization. Some people left again.

We came here specifically to try their famous Kumru (a type of Turkish sandwich), and it was genuinely delicious. Good to know before you go: The place is quite small with very limited seating. Also, finding parking nearby isn't easy (especially if arriving by car); we managed to park on a side street a short walk away. They prepare the Kumrus in batches, so you might have to wait for the next batch if one isn't ready when you arrive. There were 5 orders ahead of us, and after about a 15-minute wait, they all came out at the same time. Keep in mind that wait times could likely be much longer during peak hours. We tried the Chili-Cheese Kumru and the Filly Kumru; both were made with quality ingredients and tasted superb. Despite the small space, parking challenges, and potential wait, it's definitely worth trying for the taste!

Complete disappointment! We ordered in the store: 5x Kumru and 1x burger. We were told to wait 40 minutes - which is a really long time. But after over an hour we only got the burger. The rest? Just forgot, no apology, no update, nothing! How can you deal with paying customers like that? If you lose track of your own orders, you should seriously rethink your system. Never again!

Incredibly delicious! I always order the classic Kumru. So delicious and juicy. Really soft bread and everything perfectly seasoned. I'm picky about fries, but the fries there are excellent!! Price performance is top, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Nice staff who do a great job. Due to the hype, you unfortunately have to expect a longer waiting time, but I'm always happy to accept this.

Top! Kumrus are too wid, the crispy chicken burger is wild! Fries are wild too!

Recently the store had renovation, and it looks a lot better now also with the possibility to pay with card. Still has this street food vibe. :) I went there yesterday after the renovation and the burger&fries taste even better than before. True gem of Stuttgart. Friendly staff too.

If I could I would give 0 stars. We waited half an hour until we ordered, then another 2 hours until we got the food. And in the end there were completely wrong kumru's than what was ordered, just quickly and without paying attention to what the customer ordered. Then some food testers with cameras come within 10 minutes and the table was full of food, but they didn't care that we normal customers had been waiting in the cold for 2 hours. The waiting time is an absolute disgrace!!!!! Food influencers are taken in front of the waiting customers and the food is served. You wait outside for over two hours for your food. Conclusion: it's not worth eating here.

Waiting time was extremely long, 1 burger, 1 kumru, 1 fries ordered, waited 3.5 hours. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left long ago. We had the number 20 after the question of 2 hours waiting time how long we still have to wait for our food to arrive, they said number 9 is next 🙄 When people sit down, they are asked to order first and then they are called to the seats by number, which I think is completely fine, but when 3 women just go to the front to order and then immediately get a seat because they have influenza, that doesn't work at all. Most of them got very upset. So I really give 0 points to that.

Kumru is known from Turkey - here it is served in a very special way. The employees are very friendly and you can tell that they like their job. The taste of the food is intense and authentic – definitely recommended!

VERY tasty burgers, hot dogs and fries - we'll try the other offerings (the Kumru looked very tasty) next time ;-). In particular, the fresh, perfectly grilled meat gives the burgers a great taste alongside the well-thought-out other ingredients - we were impressed by both the standard burger and the BBQ burger. The two sizes offered (120 and 200g) suit each appetite well. Everyone at Eat a Cut is incredibly friendly and accommodating - we felt very comfortable and will be back soon! Update 2025 - we were there again, a lot has changed, but the most important thing remains: it still tastes very good. When it comes to burgers in particular, I think the meat is grilled even better now, and the often difficult beef ham was also great. Plus the sucuk chili cheese fries - perfect for us. Price development parallel to the deserved success is of course also significant (sometimes almost twice as expensive), but at least without compromising on taste.

Today I am very disappointed in you. I drive an extra 90km to you to eat. I called on Saturday December 28th, 2024 and asked 3 times on the phone whether they would be open on January 1st, 2025. You said 3 times yes on Monday closed on Tuesday but open on Wednesday. I drove all the way. And what was it closed. With the children outside the door in the cold. Thanks for that. Best regards

Frankly, it was much more delicious than the hamburgers of many hamburger restaurants in Turkey. I found it interesting that even Kumru had nothing missing from the original. It was also a great gesture that they brought us change when they noticed that we were buying a drink from the fridge that was cheaper than the one we ordered. If you happen to be there, be sure to stop by.

Service and ambience are never 5 stars 🙄 But it would be unfair to give it a bad rating, since you can only give 5 stars for the food, but it's easily an 8 😂 . However, so far I've only had the three cheese burger with a large portion of fries. And afterwards I was actually really full. But will come again.

One of the best citizens in the Stuttgart area. The meat is superbly prepared, along with the crispy bun. The Kumrus are also really tasty, as are the crispy fries. The staff are very friendly. I come here often and plan to eat here again in the future!

Went to Eat a Cut for the first time today. The employees at the grill who also took the order were very friendly. The food, 1 Kumru Klassik for me and a hamburger for my wife and a portion of fries for us, were super tasty. The only thing that was a little annoying was the snack ambience, now in December it was a little cool. Luckily the operator has radiant heaters on many of the tables, so that works. Would definitely come back because the food was really tasty. Merry Christmas.

After a seminar in Stuttgart we wanted to eat a burger and decided on the nearby Eat a Cut. Very tasty burgers at a reasonable price and friendly staff! But card payment would be desirable :) It's still worth a visit!

The best burger in Baden-Württemberg. It's pretty quick and seats are allocated in sequence. We tried the Mediterranean and Chili Burger. We also ate a Kumru Chili and everything tasted like a 10/10. It's a small place, so I can't rate the ambience as that's the concept, although the entrance door could perhaps be changed. It looks like a shower wall separation 😂 but that also fits a booth 👍

The restaurant is inconspicuous, you wouldn't recognize it. Inside felt like you were eating at a food truck in New York, but it was a bit cold. The staff are very nice, they gave me a drink on the house and greeted me with "meal", which I found very nice. The citizens had a good mouthfeel, and the taste is so good because you can't recognize the ingredients individually because they harmonize so well. Although the fries were thick (which I don't usually like), they were very crispy and tasty. This definitely gives it 5 stars!

The Philip Burger Double I tried was by far the best burger I have ever eaten. Juicy meat, perfect ingredients and a taste experience that is second to none - simply unbeatable! Although I had to wait a bit (even before 12 noon when it's usually quieter), the patience was definitely worth it. The organization with pre-orders could be improved so that spontaneous guests can also be served more quickly. The lack of a toilet and the limited opportunities to wash your hands would be small areas of improvement, as would the temperature of the fries, which could be a little hotter. Still, I'm not deducting any points for these details, as the taste of the burger surpasses everything and makes the overall experience totally worth it. A real insider tip for all burger fans! Anyone who has ever been here will understand why this store is so popular. Five stars from me and a clear recommendation for anyone looking for the perfect burger in Stuttgart!

Top burger address in Stuttgart. The seared, mashed and well-textured patty and the mustardy sauce make the burgers something special and an extraordinary culinary experience (it's still just a burger). And even if the shack, which is in danger of collapsing, looks anything but inviting, you feel comfortable eating - the boys are always friendly! Again: great!

I went to Eat a Cut several times years ago and at that time everything was great, from the service to the food, everything was always great. Today I was here again after a long time and I have to say that the quality has deteriorated EXTREMELY. Our kumrus were cold (sosis and sucuk completely cold), the cheese was already hard and had hardly any sauce in it. The bread was simply burnt and so hard that it was almost inedible. I don't even want to start talking about BBQ burgers, NOT RECOMMENDED! Unfortunately, the waiter was also not competent enough to serve this amount of people correctly. We asked for roasted onions, which btw. Never arrived even though he made eye contact with us several times. And as we noticed, there were also problems at other tables. Overall, today's meal was very disappointing, €30 thrown out the window and zero satisfaction. Are now on the way to McDonald's (:
