After an hour the food can finally be eaten burgers and fries were cold as if they had been standing for 20 minutes, rating 6 for the taste never again

Kumru is something different. It was a great combination, freshly made, and well-seasoned. The roll was excellent. Great value for money, too.

Solid meat place. It looks like a garage bar with an imbiss vibe on the outskirts of a local gym where all the crossfitters and gym bodies are going after trainings - the majirity of the visitors are men of different age, it is clear considering the menu. The menu is pretty direct - two types of " sandwiches" - a burger and kumru (Sujuc ssndwich) with a number of ways to prepare and serve it. The most popular burger is a Sayko one w/ onions, cheese, eggs, kraut and a bunch of other things. The sides are pommes and kraut, soda drinks. The fries are from the bag but fried crunchy and salted correctly. Now calorie intake wise - the food is the killer, it will kick you into the foodcoma for few hours. It is yummy, but OMG it is dangerous - if you havent eaten for a week, it would be a good place to recharge. Despite of a good amount of tables, they do tend to get busy, consider a pick up. Street parking is plentiful. The staff is super quick and efficient with a no bs attitude. It is not a place for a date, kids friendly

I had to wait a full hour for my order. Customers who arrived after me were served before me. When I asked the cashier about the long wait, he responded in a very condescending and snobby manner. Definitely not a recommendation.

The craziest food spot I've ever tried, everyone has to go. The portions are huge and the food tastes amazing.

The burgers are very tasty. The staff is very friendly, helpful, competent, and respectful. However, one burger isn't enough to fill you up. You'd need two burgers to feel full. The burgers are too expensive to buy two. One kebab is enough to fill me up, and it's cheaper than one burger.

Great burger joint We had really well-made cheese and chili burgers with excellent fries (obviously handmade, not a convenience store). Very friendly and attentive service. Despite the busy shop, everything ran smoothly. Simple atmosphere, just a fast-food joint with seating. Definitely 5 stars for a burger joint.

Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food, even though the cashier told us it would take about 40 minutes. The order order wasn't followed, which caused confusion. One server seemed very bossy and constantly bossed the people in the kitchen around, which seemed unprofessional. On the plus side, the cashier was very friendly. It was extremely stuffy inside – the ventilation didn't seem to work at all. The smell of grease is so strong that you absolutely have to shower and wash your clothes afterward. It must be even more stressful for the people in the kitchen. The prices are reasonable, and the food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the burger was a bit raw on the inside.

We've been there several times. There's really nothing negative to say. The food is delicious. You feel welcome. You have to wait a bit now and then, but that's not a negative aspect for me.

The burgers range from satisfactory to good (4 different burgers), but are comparable to many other providers in the industry. Whether a visit is worthwhile given the long wait times and the rather mediocre taste (40 minutes in our case) is something everyone has to decide for themselves. The price/performance ratio is absolutely not right. Expensive, small portions, and too mediocre. A lot of hype about nothing in a ready-made container. At least it's very popular with the target audience between 20 and 25 years old.

It was my first time here. You should try it and then save it. A cool place for great food, quick, plentiful, and delicious. I had the Stuggi burger, huge and absolutely delicious. Before you spend your money down the street at the MC, you get more here. The price/performance ratio is fair; you get value for your money. The atmosphere is busy, so hop in the car and stop by.

Tried Kumru for the first time today. It was delivered on time. Everything was perfect, highly recommended! The portions are a bit large, and the prices are very fair!

Where do I begin? We arrived at a line with tons of people, and it was already clear that the employees had no control over the situation. After about 30 minutes, we were greeted at the cashier with the statement, "It will take 45 minutes." We accepted this, as we had already waited that long. After two hours, nothing came, and we thought, "Hey, what's the point?" When we finally got our food after two and a half hours, we started eating. The food was delicious, but not even a steak at Nusret would be worth the wait. Therefore, my recommendation: only come if you have the time; expect a three-hour wait. Best, Eat a cut.

Passable Kumru, overpriced fries

So, I only ate burgers. They have nothing to do with smash burgers, really. And they aren't particularly good burgers either. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to eat smash burgers. I haven't tried Kumrus yet.

We also had sweet potato fries, chili cheese fries, crunchy nuggets, and two versions of the chili cheese sauce – all top quality, generous portions, and incredibly tasty. 👌 Price-performance ratio: unbeatable! 💯 Everything is just perfect here – concept, taste, atmosphere. It's really busy at 5:50 PM at Eat a Cut. Everything moves very quickly. Ordering and paying by card are seamless. A very friendly colleague. I ordered the Kumru OG, the classic version, but with two eggs for protein 🤣. Everything was perfect. The bread, sucuk, sosis, cheese, tomato, and of course, ketchup & mayo. Great harmony, a visual highlight. The taste blew me away. The fries are delicious & crispy, perfect! I LOVE KUMRU 10/10 is my rating.

The food at eat a cut was really good overall – the meat and other ingredients were good, beautifully prepared, and flavorful. While not a signature flavor experience, it was overall very tasty. The side dishes were solid, if nothing special. The service was friendly, but it felt like an eternity; I waited almost an hour, which is probably due to the 9 p.m. time of day. The ambiance is modern but could be a bit more cozy. Overall, a good experience – the food was good in terms of quality and taste, and I highly recommend it. We also had a Kumru Filly from the menu.

I'm happy for you that business is doing so well, but you can still let them know if you have to wait 40 minutes. Then you can at least say no, thanks, I don't want to wait that long, but you pay, and then the employees are no longer available. I don't get a receipt, and instead of paying at a cash register, I'm typing on a calculator. If I run into any problems, I have no proof of payment.

It was very tasty, the bread was really good, the general taste was very good, the food was served quickly and the price was really good for 2 pieces with a drink at €21, which is unique in the Stuttgart area.

The food tastes okay. Prices are outrageously high. A kumru, which barely fills you up, costs almost €8. The service is disastrous; you sometimes wait an hour for a simple kumru.

We paid €22 for a burger, a fries, and a kumru. Unfortunately, we only got the fries and the small burger. The customer receipt stated that we only got one fries and a burger, but my customer bill stated that we paid three for everything. It's a shame, considering the 45-minute wait. The place actually looked very promising.

Very disappointing! We specifically chose Eat a Cut because of the good reviews and were bitterly disappointed. A whole kumru was missing from our order – and that ruined the whole evening. Driving back wasn't an option, as we were running out of time. Reading other reviews, this unfortunately doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. It's a shame, as we were really looking forward to the meal.

The taste is truly delicious and I'd go back again and again. But you should definitely plan on some time, as the wait can be quite long. The shop was relatively empty, and we still waited a little over half an hour. If you have time, I definitely recommend it.

After reading positive reviews from other users, I tried my luck and found the place, located in what felt like a double garage. It was packed, so I ordered takeout. After about 20 minutes, my order was ready, and I was able to try it. The first bite tasted like charred bread. I checked and noticed that the entire bun was black on the inside. Maybe I was just unlucky, but that shouldn't happen.

On my first trip to Stuttgart, I stumbled upon an EAT CUT burger shop nearby while staying at a hotel. It was surprisingly delicious and even offered Uber delivery, which was fantastic! 👍 If you're ever in Stuttgart, I'd definitely give it a try.

Eat a Cut is a modern restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. Even though we had to wait around 35 minutes during peak hours, the wait was absolutely worth it. The burgers were truly delicious, freshly prepared, and the portions were just right. I especially liked how attractively everything was presented. You can immediately tell that quality is important here. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I can recommend to any burger fan in Stuttgart.

Outdated 2022 review: Absolutely amazing. I have been tasting all sorts of places in Stuttgart and you will definitely find one of the top burgers in many variations at a great price here! Definitely check out the rest of the menu too. I will be back for sure! Edit August 2025: Been here for the first time after they remodeled. The location is more robust and climated now. I hate the newly added TV screens and recently the brand Eat a Cut went for Franchising. Now it mostly just feels like one of plenty Burger Chains in Stuttgart. Still no customer toilets. They take A LOT payments now, which is great. Prices are fine and on the somewhat lower end for Stuttgart. Burgers only get made as smashed burgers for awhile now. I hate it. Barely good places to get non smashed burgers in Stuttgart these days. Eat a Cut was truly a shining star back then. The food quality is still good. No longer the best or second best in Stuttgart, but easily Top 10. Like somewhat usual, beware of getting asked for a menu or cheese on a burger. They will charge extra. This is honestly scummy and bs. The upcharge is way too high for a slice of cheese and the cost isn't mentioning. Menu is actually fine. Small Fries is a good portion with medium frie size. I will be back when I am nearby, but not travel here any longer specifically for Eat a Cut. Kumru still goes crazy (is great!).

Eat a Cut, a YouTuber brought it to my attention. I visited on a Saturday lunchtime, and there were plenty of parking spaces nearby. At first glance, the location was unassuming. It was relatively busy. I ordered a Kangal Burger without any side dish or cheese, but with chili sauce. I paid at the cashier, and the burger was brought. The first impression was impressive. The burger was topped with some slices of sucuk, lettuce, and a delicious sauce. It had a nice texture, tasty meat, and the bun was absolutely fantastic. I had a spicy chili sauce with it. Overall, it was good quality. €12.30 with a 0.5l water. OK in my opinion. Two men next to me raved about the Kumru they had just eaten and immediately ordered another burger. I kept my diet in mind and left happy and satisfied. Recommended, service was neutral and professional.

A real insider tip in Stuttgart. I tried the chili cheeseburger today and was absolutely thrilled. So juicy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced – even in the US, I haven't had a better burger. It's not like it used to be; something has changed with the ingredients at Kumru. The wait times are horrific, and you're only informed after you've placed your order. Waiting an hour isn't normal; you have to find another solution; other restaurants manage it, too. It's no longer worth it.

Eat a Cut is quite famous in Stuttgart, especially for its classic Cumru. Overall, it's clearly the best product they offer; it tastes delicious and is well-made. However, I had very high expectations due to the hype, and I find it only tasty, but not amazing. The burgers and fries are also solid, but, like everywhere else these days, the prices are quite high. On top of that, the crowds are enormous at peak times. So, it's more suitable for takeout. You can definitely try it, but don't have too high expectations. I give it a solid 4 stars for taste and value for money.

Three calls to the phone number provided were unsuccessful, and there was no response via WhatsApp either. The taste was okay, though it might have tasted better warm. This was our first and last order there. It's a shame, because the food has potential.

The best burger joint in all of Germany I've been there many times and have never missed anything or been out of place. The wait time is completely normal given the sheer volume of customers and the taste experience. It's a pleasure to wait there. The taste is absolutely top-notch, every bite is just right. The service is top-notch, the staff super friendly and simply honest, the best! What also immediately struck me: They boycott anything that doesn't align with their values☝🏻. The location may be a bit smaller, but it's still perfect, cozy, and clean. Everything is just right. If you don't know this place, you're missing out. And most of the reviews here are either hateful or unrealistic. 💯 So try it for yourself and see for yourself, and don't rely on the reviews!!

If you like spicy food, I highly recommend the Filly Kumru – it had a very well-balanced flavor and was truly delicious. Egg Kumru, Chili-Cheese Kumru, Classic Kumru – all really well-balanced and delicious. Even a simple chicken burger is very well refined with extra flavors and goes far beyond a simple chicken burger. Five of us went to Eat A Cut, and I will definitely eat there again. Great concept, very good food...!!! Always happy to go back – and I can only recommend it highly!!!

The clientele and the parking situation speak for themselves. This level of inconsideration and disrespect is hard to beat. Cars are parked everywhere where, according to the German Road Traffic Act (STVO), they are NOT allowed to park! The neighborhood has put up with this long enough, and the barrel is full. Therefore, we are reacting as one and have now started reporting all illegally parked vehicles to the authorities via app. -Photos are taken as evidence. -License plate numbers are recorded. -Vehicle owners receive mail. The German Road Traffic Act (STVO) applies to EVERYONE!

We ate here for lunch today. It was busy, but ordering was still relatively quick. It took and took and it felt like no number was called out. The table next to us had been waiting for almost an hour. We then asked and were told it would be coming straight away. After about 10 minutes the burger arrived. The buns were fresh, the patty was slightly burnt around the edges, and the portion of fries was very generous. What we saw at our neighbors' tables was completely unacceptable. Their order was mistakenly brought to a different table, and after the mistake was discovered, the untouched burger was given to the correct person who had ordered it without anyone asking if that was okay. When they complained, it was claimed that their number had been called several times. So there's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of organization.

Very delicious food – absolutely worth the trip We took a 50-minute drive to try Eat a Cut – and it was definitely worth it. The Kumru and the Crispy Chicken Burger were delicious, really juicy, and well-balanced. The fries were a real highlight: I've never seen them so crispy and in perfect shape anywhere else. The portions are absolutely fair for the price and filling. Another positive aspect: the extractor hoods are exceptionally powerful – there's no smell of grease in the dining area, which is rare for a burger joint. Unfortunately, the shop is quite far from where we live.

A year ago, the atmosphere was rather intimidating. A lot has changed since then, and it seems much friendlier and more open. On a positive note, the staff are still very friendly. We even went out of our way to try the burgers a second time. And now comes the AMAZING part! The burgers are incredibly AWESOME. Just as excellent as our first visit. This is how burgers are fun. We're frequent, long-standing customers at Eat a Cut. Today we were back after the remodel. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes changes come at an inconvenient time, but here: the quality is just as good and the service has been improved. Card payments are accepted again, and everything is fresh and comfortably furnished. I really enjoyed it. We had the sucuk cheese fries (small, enough for two people) with a Mediterranean burger and a Philly burger. It was absolutely amazing. Delicious and filling. A really good team and service. Despite the enclosed space directly in front of the kitchen, there's absolutely no smell of grease or anything else. The air conditioning is good.

If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back!

A visit to the burger joint Eat a Cut was a deeply disappointing experience for me, one I wouldn't repeat. Despite ordering at 7:20 p.m., my food wasn't served until 9:00 p.m. During this time, I observed that relatives or friends were apparently given priority service—their orders were processed much faster. It's unacceptable that guests without "connections" have to wait over 80 minutes for their food while others are clearly given preferential treatment. Such chaotic and unfair service levels are simply unacceptable for a restaurant.

Kumru, the best culinary invention since the doner kebab. With this delicacy, AFA and his team are setting a new standard in culinary delights. A specialty from the Aegean Sea, on a journey of discovery through the Swabian metropolis. Update: After the remodel, the shop has a more upscale feel and now offers more space for hungry guests.
