Unfortunately, like every rest stop and its parking spaces, it's dirty outside, too expensive inside, and the food is unfortunately poor quality. I avoid eating there.

I've tried it twice now after the last review and have to say that this branch is now the worst thing I've experienced.
The burgers, although just opened, are not fresh - the lettuce is brown and the ingredients do not appear fresh. The fries tasted like fish!!!
This branch is a prime example of a station that reported on this.

Restaurant half empty, no current orders. I order (Vegan) and my pickup number. is the only one on the display. About 12-14 orders come after me. Almost all of these are made in front of me! After 12 minutes I politely ask where my food is. After 18 minutes it's still not there. As I stand at the front of the counter, I see that meat burgers are constantly being added. After waiting 20 minutes I get my vegan burger with the reasoning that "vegan always takes so long". SO WHETHER A VEGAN BURGER TAKES 20 MINUTES?!
Totally outrageous! No apology, nothing. Instead, they want to play you for a fool. Even though I asked after 12 minutes, they still made the orders after me.
The staff is really bad, absolutely overwhelmed and also rude and totally unfriendly.

We ordered here again today and unfortunately a not insignificant amount of the food was missing. We are currently at three deliveries with at least two items missing out of five deliveries. Unfortunately, the employees don't answer the phone, so the missing items can be credited back. This is very unsatisfactory. This cannot be achieved in the long term. It's very expensive then. We have been ordering from this branch for years and it has been the case from time to time in the past. Over the last year, incomplete delivery motives have increased. These are not sauces but rather burgers or nuggets hot items that also have a certain price.
I can only recommend unpacking everything immediately, even if the driver is still there, and checking whether the things you ordered are there.
2025: Dirty floor, sticky tables, part of the order was missing. The facility was renovated at some point and is now better. I'm surprised that McDonald's tolerates such a franchisee.
2019: Very bad McDonald's - very unusual for the chain but the tenant seems to have completely failed here. The furnishings are pretty run down and cleaning seems to be rare. One of the drink dispensers is broken and the other only works half the time. One of the employees shot the bird when he threw fries at a colleague across the kitchen. My first and last visit to this McDonald's

staff and hygiene standards. You can run an old restaurant neatly and cleanly and employees who throw food at other colleagues in front of guests are wrong in the industry!
Never opens on time. Employees are completely overwhelmed, especially with special requests. Something is always forgotten or not made. I always have to check the bag beforehand to make sure everything's in it. The worst Burger King I know.
Leider kein ich Mcdonalds in Tübingen nicht weiter empfehlen.
Bestellung zur mitnehmen und ich hatte eilig deshalb nach der Bestellung direkt zur bushalte stelle tur hause angekommen fehlt mir das bestelle wasserflasche. Email an Mcdonalds geschrieben bis jetzt noch keine anwort erhalten. Sehr schlechte service.
Mir gehts nicht direkt um das Geld 3€ ist nicht die Welt aber prinzipien ist es bei mir.

There's still something missing from fast food and, above all, coordinated offerings, but at least I didn't have to wait 25 minutes with 3 different bags to get the wrong one, I had my meal completely after 13 minutes. However, before my meal, 2 cars were supplied with food again before I got mine in my hands. As soon as the whole thing takes place in less than 10 minutes and in the order of the orders received, with the exception of drinks orders, we can talk about fast food again.
