The staff is incredibly unfriendly and uncooperative.
We were missing a few things from our order. Despite proof of receipts, the discussions with us were incredibly unfriendly. Until our missing products (half empty instead of full) were delivered.
The worst part of the story is that we have all been suffering from severe nausea and diarrhea since our visit yesterday. It's unbelievable how bad this MC gets in Tiengen. We will draw our conclusions from this and perhaps even make a report.
And the star we had to give is definitely too much!!!!!!

Restaurant half empty, no current orders. I order (Vegan) and my pickup number. is the only one on the display. About 12-14 orders come after me. Almost all of these are made in front of me! After 12 minutes I politely ask where my food is. After 18 minutes it's still not there. As I stand at the front of the counter, I see that meat burgers are constantly being added. After waiting 20 minutes I get my vegan burger with the reasoning that "vegan always takes so long". SO WHETHER A VEGAN BURGER TAKES 20 MINUTES?!
Totally outrageous! No apology, nothing. Instead, they want to play you for a fool. Even though I asked after 12 minutes, they still made the orders after me.

Taken food to go from the store. I only got 8 nuggets instead of 9. Only noticed at home... failure. When it comes to compensation, I'll re-evaluate the whole thing...

Bestellung zur mitnehmen und ich hatte eilig deshalb nach der Bestellung direkt zur bushalte stelle tur hause angekommen fehlt mir das bestelle wasserflasche. Email an Mcdonalds geschrieben bis jetzt noch keine anwort erhalten. Sehr schlechte service.
Mir gehts nicht direkt um das Geld 3€ ist nicht die Welt aber prinzipien ist es bei mir.

There's still something missing from fast food and, above all, coordinated offerings, but at least I didn't have to wait 25 minutes with 3 different bags to get the wrong one, I had my meal completely after 13 minutes. However, before my meal, 2 cars were supplied with food again before I got mine in my hands. As soon as the whole thing takes place in less than 10 minutes and in the order of the orders received, with the exception of drinks orders, we can talk about fast food again.
