Yeah, that was probably nothing today. I ordered a large fries. I also got a large package, but it was nowhere near full. It's not like this was the first time I've ordered large fries. McDonald's, my favorite burger, was disastrous. There was very little lettuce. I'm sure the recipe has changed. But there wasn't a single leaf on the burger, it was all lying next to it. Everything! And the burger was extremely dry. No wonder, there were only a few drops of the otherwise really delicious dressing on the burger, if at all. New recipe here too? If so, then I won't be seeing McDonald's again. It was quite busy today, maybe that's because of the situation. But it was pretty clean and the service was okay. A lady held the door open and greeted and said goodbye, great! But the waitress who did table service totally radiated "not in the mood." Okay, maybe it was a stressful day or she was annoyed by the customers since, as mentioned, it was very busy. Everything was human and bearable. However, the quality of the fries and especially the McDonald's chicken was a disaster.
Wanted to order at front desk and they declined. Had to use the TV stations where 20 pupils couldn't decide what they want to eat. Thank you for nothing.
As you know it from Burger King: fast food that actually almost always tastes good. Often something is missing from the order - but unfortunately you already know that. What should be positively highlighted are the good vegetarian and vegan options, which are really tasty. The employees are friendly and helpful, even if things don't always go smoothly. Overall solid – if you like Burger King you will be happy here.
I've been a customer at this store for years, but what happened to me today was absolutely disgusting. I wanted to place an order, but the woman told me to order at the terminal because she didn't have time. Then she started talking animatedly with her colleague. After I asked if I'd like to place an order, she simply walked to the back and ignored me. Absolutely not customer-friendly. By the way, the store was practically empty, so there was no sign of stress.
I went to KFC again yesterday and unfortunately I have to say that I was very disappointed. The staff was sufficient, but the service left a lot to be desired. I had hoped that this time I wouldn't have to wait another 30 minutes for my order - but unfortunately that was the case again. It seemed like everyone was doing something, but no one really knew what. The whole thing was very chaotic.
To make matters worse, an ambulance arrived because an emergency call had been received. Nobody knew who made the call. Only when the manager raised her voice did it become apparent that an employee had made the emergency call without her permission. I couldn't understand what exactly happened, but it looked like the employee also had linguistic difficulties explaining himself. Something like this shouldn't happen in front of customers.
When I finally got my food, the fries were cold. Unfortunately I didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get a replacement. It's really disappointing how this KFC location has developed over the last few years. The service was much better 5-6 years ago. Unfortunately, today the quality leaves a lot to be desired.
