For a McDonald's in a small town like Tauberbischofsheim there isn't much to complain about. The food was warm and tasty, the shake was creamy and nice and cold, a wrong burger would be replaced without a problem - service and cleanliness were very good. It might get busier on weekends or evenings, but you have to accept that.

They call it a restaurant! It comes no where near a restaurant! Poor quality goods I can't even call food? Best thing a cup of coffee! Everything else poor quality goods.

Chic McDonald's, with a large parking lot right on the Tauber. Also easy to reach on foot from the city. McDrive with friendly staff. As usual, you can order on the display and the food arrives quickly. Seating options inside and outside, small children's playground. Everything great.

Eat cold ones. no time to get stickers despite the menu. This has happened several times.

I was treated very badly. Other customers were preferred on the grounds that they had difficulty seeing, although they drive their own cars. They also didn't have to order at the ordering column but could go straight to the window. Then they blocked everything there. This kind of thing only happens in TBB. No matter where else, Kitzingen, Würzburg twice, or Wertheim, nowhere else will you receive such unfriendly and dismissive service. No recommendation for this McDonalds.

Food mostly cold, service poor and very unfriendly, branch dirty. The sunset is beautiful, but you probably can't attribute that to the branch.

What a shop😡 All the tables are dirty, there are old chewing gum on the window sills. I don't want to talk about the service at all. In every other branch it is possible to get other drinks during breakfast time, but here you are not able to do that (they don't even try). The food was just as cold as the atmosphere and the shop. Good thing we're just passing through.

Went there yesterday, took the menu once with MC Chicken 11.29 euros, then a single MC Chicken 5.99 euros, a Happy Meal 5.99 euros and finally 8 cheese nuggets 5.99 euros……..Insane price!!!! Almost 30 euros for that little bit! We also forgot to add the glass we ordered, which is part of the menu…..now I don’t have one. It's been a long time since I've been there, but these prices have absolutely nothing to do with fast food.

Top business, top employees, everything is great!

I was here in early and mid 2024 and was amazed at how clean this branch was. In addition, everything looks freshly renovated. What I'm missing are trash cans in the guest room or the toilets and paper towels in the toilets.

What's wrong with these dirty order pens? How can it work everywhere? Only in Tauber it takes forever to scan. I don't think I've ever gone, it was too stupid for me and the employees don't understand German anyway

I'm very disappointed, I had to wait forever for my food, orders after me were brought forward. When asked, the response was rude. Service absolutely bad.

Very nice staff, would love to come back

Very unfriendly lady at the counter. Ordered cheeseburger and got normal hamburger. We kindly pointed this out to the lady and got an unfriendly reaction. We don't blame anyone if something goes wrong, after all we are all human. But such a mushy, disrespectful attitude doesn't have to be the case.

Booked a birthday party for April 4th, 2024 2 weeks ago. The full program was promised with a tour of making your own ice cream, games and more. Came to the restaurant today and nothing happened 😟 nothing prepared. We waited 15-20 minutes for a little decoration to take place. No games, no ice cream, no tour, no nothing. It's good that children can keep themselves occupied with little, otherwise we would have left straight away. Extremely disappointed

Table service was mercilessly ignored The food can be straight from the freezer. And the music is really badass. What I find worst are the homeless people who sleep in the games room at night and the staff do nothing about it. Even if you should do something for the climate, it shouldn't be so cold that icicles form on the tip of the Schniedel. Really disrespectful

Ich hole - mangels Alternative - tatsächlich ca. 2x im Monat hier Essen. Die Qualität ist die gleiche wie in jedem anderen McDonalds auch, aber: So gut wie bei jedem Einkauf zum mitnehmen, bestelle und bezahle ich Artikel, die dann nicht eingepackt werden. Ok - stellt man‘s beim Auspacken zuhause fest und reklamiert sofort, kann man die fehlenden Artikel sofort nachholen - nur ist dann das restliche Essen kalt. Ich kann daher nur empfehlen: Packen Sie auf dem Thresen ALLES wieder aus und kontrollieren sie vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar alle freundlich, aber mit dem Zählen haben sie‘s anscheinend alle nicht.

It's just getting worse! Warmed up burgers, no carbon dioxide in the drinks... after the 10th experience I just can't recommend it. Every further chance so far has been in vain.

Es war nur kalt, keine Heizung. Selbst die Angestellten laufen mit dicker Jacke und Mütze rum. Essen war durch die eiskalte Luft nach 2 Minuten kalt.

Es ist Sehr Kalt ohne Jacke kaum auszuhalten. Bestellautomaten Funktionieren Sehr Schlecht was Wahrscheinlich der Kälte geschuldet ist. Essen ok wird aber binnen 2 Minuten Leider auch Kalt durch durch die Kühle in Restaurant.

Immer sehr unfreundliche die eine Tochter von der Mitarbeiterin wsr sehr nett gelächelt etc.. der rest einfach nur maulig kein tschüss kein hallo nichts.. essen kam schnell und kalt...

Mein Lielings MC Donalds. Essen gut meist extrem schnell und ist warm. Was mich jedoch stört sind die schlecht ausgerichteten Tische am Haupteingang und die Kälte (es zieht).

Freundliches Personal. Im Restaurant sowie auf dem Parkplatz sehr sauber. Die Bestellung frisch und hot in Null Komma Nichts ausgehändigt bekommen. So lieb' ich es.

Mir fehlt es manchmal etwas an Soße auf den burgern hier. Und wenn man am Fenster sitzt zieht es sehr. Der Service ist aber super. Das Essen kommt Recht schnell und sie sind kinderfreundlich. Haben meiner kleinen Tochter einen Luftballon an den Tisch gebracht. Sehr nettes Personal.

Chips were hot and yum, service fast and friendly

Was für ein Saftladen. Keiner der Kiosk Bestellpanels funktioniert ordentlich. Entweder laggt es oder hängt sich komplett auf. Und wenn man mal schon weit war und bei einem Artikel mal wieder das "Bestellung hinzufügen" nicht funktioniert, muss man die Bestellung abbrechen und von neu anfangen. Die verwendeten Coupons sind erstmal futsch, weil die nicht mehr verfügbar für eine unbestimmte Zeit.

Bardzo przestronne wnętrze i jedzenie smaczne jak nigdzie indziej.

Schöner Moderner Mac. Hat alles wie die anderen. Bestell Säulen. Essen wird an Tisch gebracht. Günstig ist das Essen leider nicht mehr, aber das ist auch überall so.

Speisen wie gewohnt nur warm, Super sauber, Tische und Stühle, auch die Toiletten-sogar mit Einem Blumenstrauß 💐 in der Vase-auf dem Waschtisch, da war ich überrascht, da ist jemand noch richtig bei der Arbeit, die Spaß macht. Negativ, es war ein Kindergeburtstag oder ein Spiele-Nachmittag in den Gastraum verlegt worden- nichts gegen spielende Kinder, aber die Aufsicht war mehr als überfordert und wir Gäste alle gestört.

Leider ist das Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Das Ambiente und das Essen ist okay.

Sehr nette Bedienung im Lokal aber leider kein Frühstück. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das lokal ist sehr geräumig. Die vielen Bestelldisplays sind super. Mittags etwas voll vor allem durch Schüler. Wer zur Mittagspause Ruhe sucht, sollte das bedenken.

Wir haben 2 McCrispy zum Mitnehmen bestellt & gemeinsam zuhause probiert. Nach etwa 15 Minuten stand die Polizei vor der Tür, weil die Nachbarn sich wegen Ruhestörung beschwert haben! "Ein lautes Krachen folgt dem Anderen.." haben sie gesagt. Leute, er ist wirklich so crispy!

Leider kommt es in TBB sehr oft vor das der Filet o Fisch schon lange liegt. Zumindest so lange das der Käse schon hart ist. Deckel und Boden kalt. Beim Cheesburger das selbe Trauerspiel.

Tische waren dieses Mal nicht sauber. Überall noch Essensreste und Schmiere, ebenso die Toiletten.

Wir kommen gerade zufällig an diesem McDonald’s vorbei und sind sowas von positiv begeistert. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr freundlich. Unsere Bestellung wurde sehr zügig abgewickelt und es gab keine Komplikationen bei dem Umbestellungen. Es war uns eine Freude hier zu essen. 😃😃

Eines der Besten die ich bisher gesehen habe. Ich habe alles sauber angetroffen und vor allem die Parkplätze sind groß und es sind auch genügend vorhanden.

Ein McDonalds wie jeder andere auch also von daher passt es ,kommt schon öfters vor dass das falsche Essen in der Tüte landet , schade ums Geld wenn man nicht direkt nachschaut , gerade wenn man McPlant Produkte bestellt waren schon öfters stattdessen die Fleisch Versionen dabei

Typischer McDonald's, bestellung per Terminal, wurde zügig an den Tisch gebracht. Wer Angst vor Wespen oder ähnlichem hat, sollte innen essen.

Essen, Service und Ambiente gut. Wenn viel los ist, laufen die Rückgabewägen gern mal über. Leider muss man immer wieder kontrollieren, ob man wirklich die bestellten Sachen vollständig erhalten hat.

Ich war immer wieder hier um Essen zu bestellen und dann mitzunehmen. Gefühlt bei jedem zweiten Einkauf fehlte ein Artikel oder es war ein falscher Artikel in der Tüte. Bin es leid ständig zu reklamieren und ziehe nun meine Konsequenzen. War heute das letzte mal dort um Essen abzuholen. Tipp an alle To-Go Käufer/innen: VOR Verlassen des Ladens unbedingt auf Vollständigkeit und richtige Artikel prüfen. Spart Ärger und Frust.

Lange Schlangen beim Bestellen. 3/4 Stunde Wartezeit auf Essen trotz gezogener Nummer. Essen vergessen. Mädchen an der Kasse völlig überfordert. Sehr unfreundlicher pampiger junger Mann bei Nachfrage im Service. Saucen schließlich auch noch vergessen. 1 Punkt für Standard Essensqualität.
