McDonald's in Tauberbischofsheim

This review is based on a comparison with other branches: I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable atmosphere; everything seemed clean, the staff were friendly, and my order was ready quickly and offered typical McDonald's quality. Unfortunately, I've experienced worse at other locations, so this deserves a positive mention.

We decided to eat inside, but we got takeaway food, there was a long wait, and what shocked us even more was how much Lipton tea was diluted with water. It wasn't even tea; it was just water with a faint Lipton flavor.

We drove through the drive-thru, and it couldn't have been more unfriendly! No hello, no "enjoy your meal," just nothing... Due to language barriers, half of what we ordered was forgotten. We waited in the car, tried to get their attention, and were then ignored. Eventually, they grandly opened the window, ordered the missing items, we received everything, but no apology... Nothing... Absolutely unacceptable! I expect a little respect, a little basic friendliness! Sorry!

The green-haired employee was unfriendly, gave me cola instead of iced tea, and I didn't get my money back either.

The large coffee was excellent, and the raspberry cookie was delicious. The atmosphere at 11:30 a.m. was relaxed.

I come from the restaurant industry and know a thing or two about customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and good food. NONE of that is offered here. The portions cost the equivalent of three, but they're not even worth one portion. Very small portions of meat and burgers, even though they're advertised as large. The drinks are absolutely disgusting, as they don't seem to be properly calibrated. Sprite tastes like water, not Sprite, and the Coke tastes like water that's been sitting flat for four days with cardboard in it. In short: - The drinks aren't calibrated and taste completely off. - The portions are far too small, especially the meat. The McSmart meal is a joke in terms of portion size. Two tiny mini-parties, as thin as two-ply paper. What are you selling here? Air?!? I ordered 3 McPops Hazel and one White Choc Latte, but I received 3 McPops Cherry instead. When I came to pick up my order, there were five workers at the front. Four of them were doing nothing — two were on their phones, showing each other something and laughing. Only one girl was actually working and handling all the orders. Because of that, I didn’t ask to have my McPops changed. I don’t think it’s normal for only one person to work while the others are on their phones, especially when there are customers waiting for their orders.

Why, you ask? Water costs 4 euros, I can't do that 😡

We ordered online for pickup. The lady at the checkout was very friendly. The food arrived quickly. When we got home, we noticed that one burger was missing, one was the wrong product, and the Royal TS didn't have any tomatoes on it. It's a shame. So we'll check everything.

The portions were generous and the flavors were rich.

Today, when ordering at home, I noticed that the fries, chicken nuggets, and toys from the Happy Meal were missing. The child was incredibly sad. Simply a disappointment.

I don't want to sound hostile towards foreigners but because there are only Romanian staff there you can't understand each other and the staff are very unfriendly, they just insult people and don't care about anything. One lady said to her colleague in Romanian, "Just take the food to any table, the main thing is that it's gone." That alone was very rude. I used to like going to McDonald's but now I don't go there anymore because of the unfriendly staff, just insults all over the place, that's not okay (insults in Russian and Romanian).

It tastes just like anywhere else, but unfortunately, something is often forgotten. I've been there a few times recently, and every time something has been forgotten. It's annoying, of course, when you're in a hurry and can't check if everything's in there. Now I'm sitting here with food that's not worth the money because something was forgotten again. That was my last time there. Besides, the kids' stuff isn't the real thing either; it's disgusting and sticky. It was a lot better back then.

Anyone who has anything to criticize here is counting peas! It's extremely clean, tidy, quiet, fresh, and the service is extremely efficient.

The lack of loud canned music and constant, annoying beeping from the kitchen was a particularly positive. The cappuccino was good. The fries weren't quite hot, but still good. The Plant McNuggets were the worst I've ever eaten at McDonald's. The coating wasn't crispy like usual; it was just stale. When I asked the staff about it, they seemed pretty uninterested. Not the slightest bit of regret. They said the nuggets are made like that everywhere!? I didn't find that customer-friendly in the slightest.

Yes. But what I find stupid is that you can't get a Big McQueen and a hamburger until 10:30.

Good McDonalds, sometimes a bit wrong with special requests (burgers without cheese), terminals are very slow, but otherwise everything is really great

Unfortunately, the McDonald's doesn't open until very late and there is no breakfast. On our last visit the chicken was completely charred. Otherwise, the staff is mostly nice and helpful, but there are always problems reading QR codes or entering vouchers.

The first McDonald's where you feel comfortable while eating. It was clean, the food was hot and the preparation and service was quick (the food was served 2.5 minutes after ordering). This is the second time I've had a good experience here.

The breakfast selection is mega! We were already at McDonald's at 7:00 a.m. to eat the treats, unfortunately the door wasn't opened until 2 minutes later, that's why only 4 stars, but it was fine because we got to school on time.

For a fast food it's sometimes very slow 😐 but 4 stars because there are play areas for children ☺ there's also WiFi 😊 and charging options for iPod iPhone etc. 😄 unfortunately the WiFi works slowly and the order via smartphone takes too long to be confirmed

A McDonald's like it is in the book, toilet is usable, staff is relatively polite and the food, well, that's just how you know it from McDonald's. Fries are latachif (what do you expect) Burgers of all kinds are OK, but as always you should have them in Load them or eat them within 10 minutes otherwise if they are cold you can't save them. Therefore a generally normal McDonald's if you don't put the cut on a qualitatively different citizen. FAST FOOD so you can't say anything bad but I didn't expect anything more, filling for an acceptable amount of time.

We went here twice, once for lunch. The little one had a lot of fun there, as there is a playground equipment that several children can play with at the same time. At the end I ordered the food on my cell phone because the terminal was so slow and kept hanging up that we stood there for 15 minutes at the beginning. The book in the kids menu was no longer available. Nothing was said. When I went and mentioned it, the ladies were reluctant to give us another one. Even when the food came, no hello, no nothing. Since the little one was having so much fun, I thought I'd have breakfast there again on the way home. However, the gaming device is only switched on when breakfast time is over. I didn't get an answer to my why. There were the small pancakes. Unfortunately we were unlucky because they were hard and old. The second portion from the kids was fresh and tasted completely different. Still, it was a total failure for me.

Fried chicken has stains of dirty oil. If you leave the oil in forever you should at least filter it. You have to look for the burger sauce

For a McDonald's in a small town like Tauberbischofsheim there isn't much to complain about. The food was warm and tasty, the shake was creamy and nice and cold, a wrong burger would be replaced without a problem - service and cleanliness were very good. It might get busier on weekends or evenings, but you have to accept that.

They call it a restaurant! It comes no where near a restaurant! Poor quality goods I can't even call food? Best thing a cup of coffee! Everything else poor quality goods.

Chic McDonald's, with a large parking lot right on the Tauber. Also easy to reach on foot from the city. McDrive with friendly staff. As usual, you can order on the display and the food arrives quickly. Seating options inside and outside, small children's playground. Everything great.

Eat cold ones. no time to get stickers despite the menu. This has happened several times.

I was treated very badly. Other customers were preferred on the grounds that they had difficulty seeing, although they drive their own cars. They also didn't have to order at the ordering column but could go straight to the window. Then they blocked everything there. This kind of thing only happens in TBB. No matter where else, Kitzingen, Würzburg twice, or Wertheim, nowhere else will you receive such unfriendly and dismissive service. No recommendation for this McDonalds.

What a shop😡 All the tables are dirty, there are old chewing gum on the window sills. I don't want to talk about the service at all. In every other branch it is possible to get other drinks during breakfast time, but here you are not able to do that (they don't even try). The food was just as cold as the atmosphere and the shop. Good thing we're just passing through.

Went there yesterday, took the menu once with MC Chicken 11.29 euros, then a single MC Chicken 5.99 euros, a Happy Meal 5.99 euros and finally 8 cheese nuggets 5.99 euros……..Insane price!!!! Almost 30 euros for that little bit! We also forgot to add the glass we ordered, which is part of the menu…..now I don’t have one. It's been a long time since I've been there, but these prices have absolutely nothing to do with fast food.

I was here in early and mid 2024 and was amazed at how clean this branch was. In addition, everything looks freshly renovated. What I'm missing are trash cans in the guest room or the toilets and paper towels in the toilets.

Very unfriendly lady at the counter. Ordered cheeseburger and got normal hamburger. We kindly pointed this out to the lady and got an unfriendly reaction. We don't blame anyone if something goes wrong, after all we are all human. But such a mushy, disrespectful attitude doesn't have to be the case.

Booked a birthday party for April 4th, 2024 2 weeks ago. The full program was promised with a tour of making your own ice cream, games and more. Came to the restaurant today and nothing happened 😟 nothing prepared. We waited 15-20 minutes for a little decoration to take place. No games, no ice cream, no tour, no nothing. It's good that children can keep themselves occupied with little, otherwise we would have left straight away. Extremely disappointed

What I find worst are the homeless people who sleep in the games room at night and the staff do nothing about it. Even if you should do something for the climate, it shouldn't be so cold that icicles form on the tip of the Schniedel. Really disrespectful

Ich hole - mangels Alternative - tatsächlich ca. 2x im Monat hier Essen. Die Qualität ist die gleiche wie in jedem anderen McDonalds auch, aber: So gut wie bei jedem Einkauf zum mitnehmen, bestelle und bezahle ich Artikel, die dann nicht eingepackt werden. Ok - stellt man‘s beim Auspacken zuhause fest und reklamiert sofort, kann man die fehlenden Artikel sofort nachholen - nur ist dann das restliche Essen kalt. Ich kann daher nur empfehlen: Packen Sie auf dem Thresen ALLES wieder aus und kontrollieren sie vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar alle freundlich, aber mit dem Zählen haben sie‘s anscheinend alle nicht.

It's just getting worse! Warmed up burgers, no carbon dioxide in the drinks... after the 10th experience I just can't recommend it. Every further chance so far has been in vain.

Es war nur kalt, keine Heizung. Selbst die Angestellten laufen mit dicker Jacke und Mütze rum. Essen war durch die eiskalte Luft nach 2 Minuten kalt.

Es ist Sehr Kalt ohne Jacke kaum auszuhalten. Bestellautomaten Funktionieren Sehr Schlecht was Wahrscheinlich der Kälte geschuldet ist. Essen ok wird aber binnen 2 Minuten Leider auch Kalt durch durch die Kühle in Restaurant.

Immer sehr unfreundliche die eine Tochter von der Mitarbeiterin wsr sehr nett gelächelt etc.. der rest einfach nur maulig kein tschüss kein hallo nichts.. essen kam schnell und kalt...

Mein Lielings MC Donalds. Essen gut meist extrem schnell und ist warm. Was mich jedoch stört sind die schlecht ausgerichteten Tische am Haupteingang und die Kälte (es zieht).

Freundliches Personal. Im Restaurant sowie auf dem Parkplatz sehr sauber. Die Bestellung frisch und hot in Null Komma Nichts ausgehändigt bekommen. So lieb' ich es.
