It has worn off a lot now, burgers are fresh but lukewarm, fries are definitely over their time and therefore practically cold and "sluggish", drinks are warm... No longer recommended for the prices that are now quoted.

Worst meal I've ever ordered anywhere in my life. Every burger was made cold and not warm, the fries are the nastiest thing I've ever eaten. I had to leave them behind after the first two fries, not even a homeless person would eat them. The employee discussed with me that he couldn't give me mayo if I chose ketchup because they forgot to change it at the machine. 10€ thrown away for nothing.

Good fast food. Service has been a bit weak in the last few weeks (2H'24) and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Parking space is a bit tight. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is no longer correct after the last price increases. Fast food at a price comparable to going to a restaurant?

Unfortunately, my visit was anything but pleasant. There was a strong smell in the parking lot, which left a bad first impression. I even got diarrhea after eating there. This was really uncomfortable and not at all what I expect from a chain like this. Overall, absolutely not recommended!

The worst BurgerKing I've ever been to. The store is dirty and smelly, the employees are rude and refuse to take the order personally, 3 of the 4 order terminals are broken and one doesn't work properly either. It took 43 minutes for my long chicken menu and then it was cold... Drinks are also empty and ice cubes don't work so it tastes like pörre. A visit to BK and then a performance like this is incredibly expensive these days. You'll never get a cent from me again Update October 9, 2024 It's even worse than before... In the toilet you get the door and cross when washing your hands. Unfriendly staff, simply closing due to lack of personnel.

It was very dirty, except for the cola everything was supposedly sold out. There were no trays for whatever reason. The burgers were lukewarm to cold. This is how you scare away customers

We wanted to order something in the drive, but then the extremely clear app on our cell phone didn't work again. Then you were asked to drive to the front of the window. By chance he clicked on it somewhere and the code for the burger was there. Of course I wanted to order more then another car came into the drive. The employee said if that was it. I said no and wanted to order more but he said, come on, the other one wants to order too. Then I said to him. He asked me to drive forward. Then we discussed briefly and we drove on... straight to McDonald's. Since this wasn't the only situation there, I thought I'd write my review here...maybe they'll tear the shed down and slap something clever on...would be more sensible! Preferably service 0 stars!

Very dirty everywhere! No matter where you look from the window to the counter. The pile of rubbish collects on the container and is not disposed of. Tables are not wiped and and…. Staff zero motivated and unfriendly. Drinks from the vending machine are warm, not chilled.

Never again, such a bad Burger King I've never experienced anything like that in my life, it was horrible, coke was just water and was lukewarm, the whole dining area was full of rubbish, see photo, messy and smelly staff, really pissed me off. Homeless people use the Burger King to warm up, lie around on the floor, fries were cold. It's crazy how this Burger King can survive, it's a mystery to me

A basic cleaning is urgently needed here. The floor is overdosed (it's best to clean it by machine), cobwebs above and below in all corners. Chairs, tables dirty... what does it look like behind the service counter and where the food is prepared 🤷‍♀️.....

Ordering machine broken, had to wait 20 minutes for 2 standard burgers. ...that has nothing to do with fast food anymore! Staff unfriendly and derogatory!!! Despite the long wait, the Whopper was cold and tasted rancid!! and you still spend money on it! 🤦Complete disaster

When we were there (September 22nd, 2024) the floor next to the broken drinks machines was extremely sticky. The employee constantly touched her hair and then into the cups into which she poured the lukewarm bottled drinks. She shook out another guest's hair while packing the take-out bag. You can't eat there with an appetite. I had already complained there about the lack of attention to hygiene, but he probably wasn't really interested. The long waiting times are the lesser evil.

The food you order is not the same as the pictures. They show that a large king is as small as a regular burger for €1.99, and for a large burger you pay 4.99, but they are the same

This is by far the slowest Burger King I've ever been to. Expect at least 25 minutes at the drive thru! That's a disgrace, it's not even full. I have no idea how something like this could come about...

Well, Burger King used to be really okay, but we won't go there anymore. I don't know when the floor in there was last cleaned... the drinks machine is switched off and you can just get something warm at the counter. The staff is extremely on the back burner, which is really noticeable. Something was missing during the meal, but unfortunately I only noticed it at home. If you want to run a store down, do it like this.

It's really diminished over the last few years. Many things are defective, e.g. the 2nd drinks machine when I was there no more trays everything in bags etc.

Veggie nuggets were old and hard. The person at the drive thru pretended he doesn't understand an American accent 🙄 although the order was made in german.

The staff at the drive-in counter were completely overwhelmed. 1 Whopper Junior with extra cheese, which then turned out to have normal cheese on it and 6 wings. The man no longer knew which bag to put what in. His colleague didn't even help him. Oh well….

After over 20 years, today was the last time I got something to eat here. Unfortunately, I can confirm the many negative impressions from other reviews. As is often the case at the drive-thru, something wrong ended up in the bag, so I had to go back in. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The drinks dispenser is more often defective than operational. The tray cart was overfull even though there were only three customers in the restaurant area. The young employees, especially the young employee at the checkout, are extremely unsympathetic, but seem to think exactly the opposite of themselves. I had the feeling that I was being insulted in their language. Everything is not very inviting. I would definitely not come here with my family. Only the former children's playground outside has lost more than the shop. And now to the most important topic for me: hygiene. I had concerns about this not only since the scandals at other branches were uncovered. In the meantime you are greeted by rats in the drive-in, which peacefully and carelessly cross the train and disappear towards the warehouse/kitchen. The view into the kitchen in the second drive-in window doesn't look very appetizing either. The last time I got sick was after my visit there and this time too I have a sore throat. Conclusion: Something is going very wrong in this branch. I don't know why it is, I'm afraid that there will hardly be any investment here anymore and will only be squeezed out to the maximum until a new investor comes, the closure or something similar. Until then I'll be out and you'll find me in Heimsheim with the competition, where I also like to take my family with me thanks to the child-friendliness and the play opportunities. It's a shame

Dirty, sickening. Dangerous! Just 10 minutes after eating there, I got a sore throat, until today...

I haven't experienced such unfriendly staff in a long time. Plus everything is completely dirty. The filled trays haven't been taken out of the car for days. Glue the tables. The drinks machine is almost empty and almost only water comes out. Out of 4 order machines only one works. Well, I don't know. But that was the very last time I visited the store. You don't have to do something like that.

Absolutely huge disaster. You couldn't order because all the terminals were broken and you weren't allowed to go directly to the checkout either. Also, at 4 p.m. all the doors were locked and we had to tell the manager if we wanted to leave. In addition, my entire order was placed incorrectly and I had to wait forever for it to be redone. Even then, she was wrong. And even by the low bar of quality, the food was awful and dry. And incredibly expensive. It's better to give this store a GIGANTIC avoidance.

This was the third time I've been there and each time the dining room was closed during the normal opening hours and you could only order food via the drive-thru. Of course it's stupid if you want to combine the visit with a visit to the toilet. Ordering at the drive-thru counter felt like it took forever, or at least a lot longer than usual. Hello, I had dinner there yesterday. Almost everything at the drinks machine was empty. One machine didn't work at all and the tray carts were completely overcrowded. The staff didn't empty anything. I had to pay over four euros for a water, that's a rip off. We were here last time.

Ok in itself, but it's unbearable inside in summer. No air conditioning, long waiting times, stuffy air... What's really good, however, is that you can always refill your drinks

The restaurant was dirty, the toilet was dirty. Terminals for ordering were 50% down. It was disgusting... Is it time for the shed to be inspected by the authorities?

Does what it's supposed to do. Already a bit old. You should probably trim the bushes all around. Some of the branches in the drive-in hang all the way to the car. This can lead to scratches.

DriveIn lady was very nice, food came pretty quickly but was very bad (fries and long chicken)

The fries were extremely bad, when we ordered a lot of things were grayed out as "not available" and after ordering we were told that the sauce we ordered was no longer there either. At the drinks vending machine, around 10% of the varieties were actually available. When we got home we discovered that instead of nuggets we had been packed with onion rings.

If you are looking for unmotivated, rude staff, you have come to the right place. The tables are dirty, burgers are carelessly prepared and if you have a special request you get cheeky answers! Absolutely not recommended

Unfortunately not clean! Floor and tables rather dirty. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, but very hot air from the drinks dispenser, which makes eating in the store very unpleasant. The outdoor area was unfortunately untidy and when the weather was clear and sunny, umbrellas that could only be opened by staff were closed. So no shady place outside to escape the heat inside. So we ended up eating in the car instead of in the restaurant.

Everything was great, quite close to the road but very easy to reach. A little more sun protection would be good since there are a lot of tables in the blazing sun. We'll stop by again.

The last Burger King. Starting with the fact that out of 4 terminals only 2 work, you need help because it doesn't work, they would rather stand their ground and ignore you. Drinks half empty. Toilets filthy, no paper, stinks and everything is sticky. You should avoid everything else can only be better.

Waiting time at the drive-in was long, few staff, only 3 visible with a busy restaurant. The taste is typical of Burger King, which has deteriorated significantly in recent years.

Conveniently located at the exit from Vaihingen towards Enzweihingen. There are now terminals where you can enter your order directly and pay cashless. In theory you can be served at the counter, but no one was interested in me when I visited and I had to order via the terminal They didn't show my number on the display and the employee had to call me out after asking questions. That was a bit annoying. There is little to say about the food, as it tastes the same and is delicious everywhere.

No toys for the children's menu but not marked in the display case. But it's super dirty under the benches. Unfortunately, I was already there again. Nothing mentioned above has changed, but as I was watching my order being prepared, I asked myself what they do for a living... Ah yes, the fact that they packed the wrong burger for me is probably called profit maximization.

A below average Burger King. Overall pretty unkempt. You should also check your food as something is almost always missing or wrong.

Worst Burger King in the region. Half of the terminals are always broken. If you want to order at the checkout, you are brushed off and told you should go to the terminals... If you can't find something at the terminals you get a snippy "I can't help you with that either". Most drinks don't work with the drink dispensers and just looking at the collecting container gives you a stomach ache. In addition, even if there aren't even a handful of orders in front of you, you still have to wait quite a while. It's almost shocking how many reviews show the same problems and are obviously simply ignored by the "restaurant". We will definitely stay away from this franchise in the future.

Were there today and ordered 2x fries and waited 20 minutes. There were at most 3 orders ahead of us. The car counter was also very busy at the time and new guests kept coming. After about 10 minutes, an employee closed all the doors and hung a sign saying "Temporarily closed." Definitely overwhelmed because there are too few staff. One at the car counter, one for the checkout and serving and one for food preparation. And the guests who found their way to the rear entrance to the restaurant were immediately sent away by an employee, saying it was closed. You could have left it open and simply informed the guests that there are water times. Then everyone can decide for themselves whether to stay or go. More staff should really be deployed here.

I'm actually a big fan of Burger King but this is one of the worst Burger King in the area. The food was lukewarm, the salad was already brown and you can't just order in person via the terminal. The toilets stink and they aren't clean twice.

I wanted to have lunch here and entered the almost completely empty Burger King. However, the employee refused to take the order in person and referred me to the self-service machines. I stated that I would like to place my order here in person and she replied that this was not possible. I then left the store and went through the drive-thru, where I was able to place my order with her in person.

No ordering possible at the machine, no carbonated drinks because the machine doesn't work, no card payment possible (there's probably a notice outside), staff try hard but often don't understand the problem and dirty tables outside. No longer recommended, although we used to enjoy staying here.

This fast food restaurant is a disaster, the whole place is totally filthy, you can't even order directly at the checkout, but only via the terminals, the waiting time is unbearable because it's totally understaffed. Half of the vending machines don't work and 3 out of 4 self-service terminals are out of order. Unfortunately there is no ice for the drinks either. You can only enjoy your Cola or Fanta warm. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't really speak German either. Zero points would still be too many. When I look at the other reviews, I'm really surprised that this store is still open at all, because the conditions described were probably like this a year ago - a real disaster for this store. Actually, the business inspection service should drive by here and take a closer look at the shop. If the dining room already looks like “under the table at Hempels”, what is it like in the kitchen?

I'm actually a fan of BK, especially because of the great selection of vegetarian patties. Unfortunately, sometimes a patty is forgotten when several patties are ordered. Ordering takes forever. You have long waiting times. Plus the air in there is bad. I've experienced this differently with other BK's. The worst thing is that the store can't serve carbonated cola. In any case, I just let the Pörre go back completely. Warm non-carbonated cola... I'd rather drink water. Unfortunately a problem in 70% of the branches.

Processing the order takes a really long time. The employees were mostly nice, but occasionally it happened that the employees seemed unmotivated and were rather unfriendly. Food is good considering it's an almost-photo chain.

You get into the drive-in and stand in line, only to find out that the grill is broken. Not the first bad experience with BK Vaihingen. 2 years later 20 minutes to eat even though there isn't much going on. Then drink empty and you don't get any drink. Toilets stink. Vol the Sauladen I ate there with the family. There was hair in my burger. I don't recommend this Burger King! And no decision.

For weeks there has only been a limited selection of drinks at the vending machine. Today only one out of four order machines is still functioning. Long queue, the waitress at the checkout still doesn't take any orders and rudely points out the one remaining machine.

I really like eating at BK, but I've had food poisoning several times after eating at this branch. I don't dare eat here anymore. I would hope that things would get better after the next visit to the health department.

No longer recommended. Something is always missing or mixed up when ordering. Customers who ordered long after you receive their order before you do. Some coupons cannot be redeemed. Statement from the manager at 6 p.m. “We are running out of products.” Funny that I was able to order the burgers individually (more expensive) from the coupon. Burgers are becoming more and more expensive and service is declining.
