Getränke sind warm, ohne Eiswürfel und haben kaum Kohlensäure. Das geht jetzt schon seit Monaten so. Der King des Monats wird nicht mehr angeboten. Zurzeit ist der Crispy Chicken als King des Monats im Menü, kann aber nicht bestellt werden, obwohl man den Crispy Chicken einzeln bestellen kann. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass dieser Burger King Sparaktionen nicht anbietet. Bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur wird die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet. Es ist kaum auszuhalten, der Raum fühlt sich schnell wie eine Sauna an. Der Franchise-Unternehmer scheint jeden Cent sparen zu wollen. So kann man Kunden auch vergraulen

Haben heute dort 3 Menüs bestellt, die Getränke waren sehr warm und ohne Kohlensäure. Nach dem ich es Reklamierte, hatte die Mitarbeiterin mir angeboten das Geld zurück zu erstatten. Womit ich einverstanden war. Doch dann kam eine andere Kollegin und sagte das geht nicht. Finger weg von dem Bürgerking, so eine unfreundliche Art und Weise wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Bei fast 40°C bekommt man Badewannenwarme Cola.... Frechheit.

Bei 40 Grad Hitze habe ich mich hingesetzt, um mich auszuruhen und etwas zu essen. Mir wurde ein warmes Getränk serviert. Man sagte mir, dass es keine Eiswürfel gibt, weil die Eismaschine kaputt ist. Das ist wirklich nicht normal.

Das Essen ist lecker, aber die Wartezeiten sind lang. Der Ort ist oft schmutzig, und einer der Getränkeautomaten ist außer Betrieb.

Auf der Durchfahrt habe ich mir auf Grund des großen Hungers eine kleine Mahlzeit geholt. Für das Geld war es in Ordnung, nur leider war der Parkplatz ein bissichen dreckig.

Leerer BK, schneller Service und sauber. 1 Stern abzug, da es nicht für Kinder gibt an Spielgeräten.

Die Tagesgerichte sind immer ausverkauft und die neuen Frühstücksangebote haben sie auch nicht immer. Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort hingehe, bin ich enttäuscht.

Kein Getränkeautomat mehr. Man wird nicht mal mehr gefragt, was man zu trinken möchte. Cola war mehr warm als kalt. Ist nix mehr, der Schuppen.

Für einen Burger King absolute Spitzenklasse. Aufmerksames Personal, kurze Wartezeit, ein sauberes und offenes Lokal. Leider wurde kürzlich der Getränkespender abgebaut, das war ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal und zusätzlicher Grund vorbeizukommen, darum nur 4/5.

Im Drive in bestellt da die Bildschirmbestellerei eine Katastrophe meiner Meinung nach darstellt. Burger sehr gut, frisch gemacht, Pommes heiß und knusprig, perfekt. Sehr freundliche Dame am Schalter.

Ich war im Burger King in Vaihingen an der Enz und bin extrem enttäuscht. Ich habe einen Bacon-Burger für ca. 9,50 € bestellt und das war eine absolute Katastrophe: Der Käse war nicht einmal geschmolzen, das Brötchen komplett matschig, das Fleisch kalt und der Bacon einfach ungenießbar – zäh wie Gummi und offensichtlich von schlechter Qualität. Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, wurde der Burger nicht richtig neu gemacht. Stattdessen wurde der Bacon offenbar nur kurz erwärmt, was ihn noch schlimmer gemacht hat – komplett gummiartig. Das Fleisch war weiterhin nicht essbar. Ich habe den Burger zurückgegeben und mir einen neuen bestellt – leider genau das gleiche Problem. Auch dieser Burger war so schlecht, dass ich ihn zu Hause entsorgen musste. Für rund 10 € absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten, hier etwas zu essen. So eine schlechte Qualität und so ein Umgang mit Beschwerden gehen gar nicht.

Dieser Franchisenehmer weigert sich vehement seit Jahren seine Eiswürfelmaschine instandsetzen zu lassen aber was viel geiziger ist, schaut euch mal die Menge an Tomate in meinem Crispy Chicken an hahahahhahahahahahahahahahhaahh

Alles okay, ein Schnellrestaurant einfach. Man kann schön draußen sitzen.

War heute da und habe mir Nuggets bestellt waren nicht richtig durch. Pommes waren latschig und haben alt geschmeckt und mein Bürger war in meine Verpackung rein geschmissen und sah auch nicht gerade lecker aus. Nach Ansprache das es nicht durch ist wird Mann doof angemacht und wird respektlos behandelt.

This was the third time I've been there and each time the dining room was closed during the normal opening hours and you could only order food via the drive-thru. Of course it's stupid if you want to combine the visit with a visit to the toilet. Ordering at the drive-thru counter felt like it took forever, or at least a lot longer than usual. The employee at the counter was super nice. At least something.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm not a Halloween fan but they put a lot of effort into it.

Ordering at the drive-thru: Very fast, everything hot and fresh. My special requests (without specific ingredients) were all honored. Friendly staff! I'll be back. The windows were beautifully decorated for autumn.

I don't understand the bad reviews at all. A Burger King as good as any other. The food, ambiance, and staff were all excellent. Hygiene-wise, nothing to complain about. I'll be back in Vaihingen soon.

I am very disappointed to report that my order of two burgers, specifically requested without onions, unfortunately included them.

The restroom, at least the men's, stinks terribly. The window on the drive-in side is broken, and the draft is terrible. The burgers are lukewarm, if you're lucky. The ashtray in front of the door is overflowing. The tables are dirty from the previous customer, but no one cares. The best part is, the special offer burger, Kebab Lover Style, is sold out. Now I remember why I haven't been here in a while.

I've been to this branch a few times now, and I have to honestly say: it couldn't get any worse. The food is bland, carelessly thrown together, and usually not fresh – fries are often cold and soggy, and the burgers look like yesterday's leftovers. The store itself is a disgrace: littered, dirty, and rarely properly tidied. Upon entering, you feel like you'd rather leave right away. The service is also disastrous. Most of the employees seem extremely unfriendly, listless, and sometimes as if you're personally insulting them with every order. There are one or two exceptions who are actually trying hard and friendly, but that doesn't save the overall impression at all. Overall, this branch is just awful. Definitely not a place I want to visit again.

I can't describe it; let's just say the location, the outdoor area, the greenery around it. The food is great and usually warm and delicious. It's a shame they still have the old vending machines. But it's just lovely there.

There was an Asian woman at the drive-thru counter from whom I ordered the new lemonade, and when I got it, when I asked about the missing cotton candy, she said it wasn't available? (I can't say that since I only bought this lemonade for that reason). When I asked why she didn't say it, since I didn't want this item, she turned around and walked away.

My daughter and I enjoyed our meal here. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. There's plenty of parking.

After enjoying a burger that tasted terrible even while eating it, I felt increasingly worse throughout the afternoon. I felt terribly nauseous and just had to throw up… I will definitely never go there again and would not recommend a visit!

Waited 25 minutes for an order. The burger was cold, and the employee didn't speak a word of German.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Burger King. I was the first customer of the morning, and yet my seat was already dirty and unkempt – that shouldn't be happening. Unfortunately, the food wasn't a good experience either; I had severe stomach upset shortly after eating it. This is absolutely unacceptable. More emphasis should be placed on cleanliness and quality here.

The self-order terminals didn't work. Okay, that can happen sometimes. Instead, you had to order at the counter. People gave you strange looks because it took you so long to think about what to order. They also forgot something in your order, and that wasn't the first time. They simply said that everyone makes mistakes and that if you wanted, you could cook for yourself at home. I've never experienced such rude behavior. What I've also noticed is that the portions are getting smaller and smaller and they don't taste the same as they used to. I had to pay a total of €25 just to feel full. I used to come here every now and then, but this will be my last time.

Employees do what they want. The outdoor area is locked 40 minutes early, and when asked why they do this, you get dubious answers like, "Yeah, I thought I'd just close half an hour early." 15.08.25

I ordered and ate two burgers at this location for the first time. That same evening, I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Then, I had a fever for three days. I didn't eat anything else that day. I suspect I got food poisoning, as the other comments already indicate that hygiene is poor.

Apparently, we only had three fries. Only after discussion were we given four fries, but without an apology. The reusable cups weren't included either, so we had to ask again. Overpriced food and poor service. We only came here because Vaihingen didn't offer any alternatives 😔

I visited this Burger King recently and had a pretty good experience. The food was fresh — my burger was tasty and the fries were hot and crispy. The staff were polite and handled my order quickly, even though it was a bit busy. The place was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Nothing over the top, but definitely a solid spot if you’re craving a quick and satisfying meal.

I used the drive thru and even though the workers got the order wrong, I could come back for the missing items and got extra stuff on top as an excuse. Nice staff!

We were there at lunchtime, and it was quite busy. The staff was very friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Even though everything was freshly prepared, it was served very quickly. Highly recommended.

Too bad. It's bad across the board. The toilets are dilapidated, the nuggets are dehydrated, and the Whoppers are sparsely filled. Everything is lukewarm. And the restaurant smells really bad. Not worth the money. Sorry, guys.

The food was solid – neither particularly good nor particularly bad. So, it's perfectly fine for a quick snack. What I did notice negatively, however, was the accessibility and signage: • The entrance initially leads through the Aral gas station, which is not only confusing but also not particularly inviting. • The drive-thru is extremely difficult to find, especially at night. The entrance is partially overgrown, poorly lit, and poorly signposted. It's very easy to drive right past it. • When that happens, things get really tricky: The parking lot is full and narrow, with no passage – so you have to turn around in an awkward position, which is anything but comfortable. For newcomers or first-time visitors, orientation is really difficult. I would like to see improvements made here urgently – with clear signage, better lighting, and clear access.

They were passing through and stopped at Burger King. Everything was sticky, and the tables and seats were dirty. But they had time to chat. That was the last time.

There has been a caravan in the parking lot for months, probably belonging to an employee who lives there. At the drive-in, I have seen rats running past several times, just walking along normally, they weren't even afraid.

Good Burger King. The food is the same as anywhere else. However, the service needs some improvement. Tables should be cleared more often (from lazy customers) and wiped down more often. Otherwise, everything was okay. I'd go back.

For 3 weeks they haven't even managed to keep the drinks cold. The best excuse is a broken machine. Toilets are dirty and tables are dirty. The best thing is the staff. Their crafting is...

It's a shame you can't give zero stars, because that would better describe this Burger King branch. Once again, parts of our order were forgotten. The food is getting worse in terms of taste and quality, and the employees are becoming increasingly unfriendly. Stay away from this branch!!!

Unfriendly, lecturing behavior from an unskilled young lady at the counter. If the lady doesn't like her job, there is the option of looking for something else. Nobody is forcing her to work here. I left without ordering anything. I waited 5 minutes at the counter and then, when nobody answered, pulled up and she said you can order right here at the front. When I pointed out that nobody had answered and there was a note hanging there... I didn't get any further. She immediately told me that the note said they didn't have any ice cubes. Unfortunately, I can't give it any fewer points. This Burger King obviously doesn't want any more customers.

The food was truly awful. Tasteless, poorly prepared, and of poor quality. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Really?!? 4 ordering terminals… 2 broken, and only one of the two working ones accepts card payments? Is cash only possible when ordering at the counter? Dear operator… don't do this to your customers or your staff! 🙏 … you can do better than that!

Unfortunately, the vending machine was out of carbonation even after two "repairs." Furthermore, the employees there were filling drinks for drive-thru customers (hygiene?!?). Furthermore, there were no paper towels or hairdryers in the men's restroom, and the sink is directly behind the door, which means you're bound to ram the door into your side. We won't be visiting again if possible. Update after 7 years: Back here again: everything is still broken... Crazy, we left again because the staff didn't want to bother us with ordering without a terminal. Drive-thru takes priority 😅 (several witnesses were there!!!)

Unfortunately, these employees can't be held responsible for the products or the proper execution of Burger King's food preparation. There's nothing more to say. The service was excellent, but nothing more.

No, not really. The staff was very uncoordinated. Teamwork was nonexistent. And the cleanliness of the store really left a lot to be desired. Dirty, sticky tables. Absolutely unacceptable.

I've always enjoyed eating here, but the last time I was there, the long chicken was absolutely disgusting... as if the patty had been left in a corner for a few weeks and then reheated just before being sold. It's never tasted so stale and bad.

So never again Burger King. Generally worse. Make everything smaller. Quality declines as do the employees. Sorry... but in the last 2 years I've tried 3 different Burger King's and been blown away 3 times... that's enough now.

As you know it from Burger King: fast food that actually almost always tastes good. Often something is missing from the order - but unfortunately you already know that. What should be positively highlighted are the good vegetarian and vegan options, which are really tasty. The employees are friendly and helpful, even if things don't always go smoothly. Overall solid – if you like Burger King you will be happy here.

At the drive in, there was hardly any waiting time and the citizens and onion rings were great. Update: It's been crap for a few weeks now, something is always forgotten at the drive-thru and even in the restaurant you get the wrong things. Example: Ordered strawberry shake, got vanilla. Yes, it's not bad in itself, but if it is for everyone! If the order is incorrect, it won't work at all. And the taste has been getting worse for some time now. Burger King and Co. have never been known for their gourmet cuisine, but when a piece of waste paper with ketchup has more taste than a BBQ burger with bacon.... 👎 Update 04/02/25. Tried again, what can I say... Touchscreen displays don't work properly, for 3 burgers and a hot brownie we had to wait so long that the brownie was reheated several times until the burgers were finally ready (cheeseburger, so nothing complicated). Employees endlessly, but instead of marking our fully packed bag as ready for collection, we talk to our colleagues... As for the food, I don't know how it works but the patties in the cheeseburger were burnt. Awesome, never tried such a disgusting cheeseburger!

It's not nice inside... when you drive into the drive you wait quite a while for your order even though there's nothing going on... instead of Sprite you only get water and that in all 3 cups. Unfortunately it's not nice and it's happened quite often. We gave it a chance for the last time but unfortunately that was it

The restaurant is generally very dirty. Your shoes stick to the floor. It disgusts me. The floor is really unsightly with old dirt around the screwed table tops. The trays are stacked up, no table is wiped clean. The staff moves in slow motion and it seems as if they are teasing each other with firecrackers in the kitchen. You can watch the rats while waiting in the parking lot and the drive-in alley. I'm really a BurgerKing fan in general, but unfortunately this restaurant doesn't work at all. A citizen's menu now costs €16.50.

Well, Burger King used to be really okay, but we won't go there anymore. I don't know when the floor in there was last cleaned... the drinks machine is out and you can just get something warm poured at the counter. The staff is extremely on the back burner, which is really noticeable. Something was missing during the meal, but unfortunately I only noticed it at home. If you want to run a store down, do it like this.

Stinks, no climate, you wait forever for your food, the ordering terminal is permanently out of order and today no meat, only chicken. What's best for heroes is to close the shop and open a McDonald's, at least they'll get it sorted out

The Burger King is quite passable

and in my opinion this is the worst Burger King because the employees work slower than snails, there is a lot of garbage on the floor, I once came to the table with 3 trays full of food

I ordered and paid for 2 menus with Fanta. Unfortunately the machine is empty/broken. But since my children don't drink cola as an alternative, I didn't get any drinks. But I didn't get the money back for it either.

A good BK Not too small, the burgers are usually still really hot.

It's been improving for a few weeks now, you can now eat inside again and not just drive through the drive, today it was very clean, the employees are very friendly, the ordering machines are working again.

Not bad for a German Burger King

We went to the drive in at 1:50 tonight and got 2 Whoppers and more. I noticed a piece of chewing gum in my mouth while eating. After examining it, it is actually bubble gum and smells like Airwave's purple. Check who was working at that time. I've never experienced anything so disgusting. Attached is a picture of the chewing gum, how can something like that end up in the Whopper!?!?!

Ordered a Danish King. Felt like "falling down" I had to ask if the burger I received was really a Danish King. No resemblance to the picture.
