McDonald's in Backnang

Went there Saturday night and Sunday morning on the way home. Although it was actually already closed and the door was already closed, we still got something to eat at the drive-in and one of the ladies was even opened again so that she could go to the toilet. There are certainly different opinions about the quality of the food, but the service was friendly and super accommodating.

Unfortunately it was quite dirty there. The floor and tables were not swept. There were crumbs on the benches. The outdoor playground was closed. The displays for table service were once again not available.

It is clearly a fact that people are regularly disappointed here. Unfortunately, you only actually receive your entire order in around 20% of all visits. Conversely, this means: in around 80% of cases you pay and still don't receive everything you ordered and paid for... That's a real shame!

Today November 2nd 11:7 p.m This is our third time here this week. Staff standing around, tables, benches and floor dirty. Cleaned the table and bench myself for the third time. The cloths were dark gray afterwards! It's really not nice when you sit in something oily or greasy and then have to sit in your own car with your dirty pants on. The food is often cold, especially the fries and chicken nuggets!

It was there the last time, this time I ordered at the checkout and it came with almost every sentence in the order, I don't understand., then I showed it in the pictures shown then a I understand... Please train your staff properly. ... I can expect that when I visit Germany from Switzerland, clear German will also be spoken!!

The entire store is dirty, not a single place was clean! The floor was sticky. Many guests preferred to eat their food outside in the car because there was nowhere to sit. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced this situation. Unfortunately, Mc Donald in Backnang has gone bad. There was no shortage of staff today. There was nothing going on and the staff was standing around behind the counter. When they were told that they should maybe clean, they fled. We won't come here anymore!

I occasionally eat at McDonald's Backnang while passing through, although it's much more pleasant to take the food with me, as the restaurant itself is usually inadequately cleaned. During my last visit I had an engine failure and had to have the car towed. Annoying, but it can happen. I was really annoyed when I received a fine for overstaying my parking time. Thank you, that's not how service works. I will drive past this address in the future.

The screen when ordering was sometimes unresponsive. You could only add a voucher from the app to the order. I had the impression that the employees were overwhelmed by the number of visitors

Well, I often go to a McDonald's. If you're on the go a lot, that's often a quick, easy solution. But of all the McDonald's I've visited so far, this one was by far the worst. Don't know if there was a staff shortage or what was going on. At least the "service at the table" worked. The rest not so much. The lady who brought us the food was nice too. But then it started: the burger was cold and the sauces for the fries and nuggets were missing. So traipse through the store again. Later in the toilet, that was the dirtiest MC toilet I have ever seen. Everything dirty and untidy. So we won't go here anymore.

It's just eating McDonald's cheaply. Ambience, please clean again in one or two places, even if they clean in the evening, but you can find a lot of dirt there

This McDonalds is really one of the worst! Employees are very unfriendly, coupons are often not accepted, no table service in the app, no table service at the terminals, terminals broken (touchscreen not responding), very dirty, toilets dirty, fries always not salted, food cold and collapsed, non-carbonated drinks (Cola) Long waiting times for food, food is sometimes forgotten, long waiting times at the McDrive, there are often not many drinks available (sometimes there is no Coke, sometimes there is no iced tea,...), .. and so much more. (There were only 2 MC menus, so 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks and a chicken MC nuggets) Instead of the employee politely pointing out to us that they don't offer that or that the kitchen is busy at the moment, he prefers to yell at us We shouldn't be so lazy and think he called us out several times (the order number), but that wasn't true. He just said "I've said order number several times, I can't do anything if you don't come, we don't do table service, can't you see that we're busy?" At 11:55 p.m. we were literally "kicked out" and so were other people. We just wanted to have an MCFlurry for dessert, he just said again "Don't you see that I have already closed all the terminals and the cash register is already closed!" What can I do about it and, above all, how am I supposed to know that he closes his cash register a whole hour before closing time? By the way, the shop door was already closed from the outside, even though it had still been open for a whole hour. The cheeky thing was that the employee sold a guest a whole MC menu shortly before (about 1 minute before me) and I didn't even get an MC Flurry? The question is whether the employee didn't just already hate him? After the whole campaign with the checkout closed, we just had to go to MC Drive, that's still possible (that was completely okay for us, we were happy when we were out of the store anyway). There we were shouted at again with the sentence "Normally I shouldn't give you your McFlurry" or "You won't get any more." I then just said I wanted my money back and left. The toilets are just as bad. If you go in there you could poop. The terminals never work and you are sent away at the checkout. It's honestly the worst McDonald's I know. Funnily enough, it also works in Winnenden. This employee urgently needs to receive training in customer relations or be terminated immediately. That this McDonalds can still stay on its feet.

The worst McDonald's in the area. We picked up food this afternoon. Unfortunately this time it wasn't checked on site and promptly 4 cheeseburgers were missing 😱 Cola stale and fries so pale that they were absolutely inedible. Unfortunately the last ice cream was nothing at all. The chocolate sauce was hot and the ice cream was sour. Otherwise we've never had anything to complain about here, staff ok, could be a bit friendlier at times. But all in all the branch is okay. We'll try the next ice cream on the spot, because it's a shame to throw away and too expensive in the long run.

Good size with lots of seating on 2 floors and drop off service to the seat. The waiting time from ordering to delivery to your seat was short and the staff was very friendly.

Doesn't seem professional. Order tablets sometimes don't work. Some moody and unmotivated employees. You first have to put the burger back together in the packaging (Big Mac). Maybe they are snapshots. But if this happens to you 4 times out of the last 5 visits, I can only recommend going to another store and testing it out.

The service is not the best. The staff looks down on you. Very often the food is either undercooked, simply warmed up or over fried. It's very rare to find something really well cooked. I am very disappointed with this McDonald's.

Went out to eat again at McD on Whit Monday. Well, preparation rather lukewarm. The floor in front of the counter still had the menu from the last few days visible. 🥴🥴 You didn't need glue because you stuck it tight. Great, I'm not a climate gluer. Hygienically extremely questionable. We had regular Coke, Diet Coke and Zero. Unfortunately it didn't say what was in there. I cannot recommend Backnang.

Good McDonalds, right next to the exit on the B14. There's a lot going on at the weekend, there's also a lot going on at Mc Drive. We went in, unfortunately there weren't enough staff, we had to wait an hour! Afterwards we ate and talked. The end of the story was: Parking was only free for 2 hours and 30 minutes, we were there for 3 hours. Paid a 30 euro fine for exceeding the parking time!!! If McDonald's had enough staff, this wouldn't have happened! Thanks.

I had to pay a parking fine because I was in McDonald's for more than 2 hours. From 11 p.m. I could pick up food through drivethrough EVEN THOUGH I WAS SITTING IN WITH A GROUP AND I ORDERED IT THROUGH THE APP JUST HAD TO PICK UP and then they wouldn't let me in, my friend had to open the closed door from the inside. The floor was stuck that day and the tables in the back room were dirty and crumbling on top. The ice cream machine always works but the macflurry is only available as a sample size, the mcsunday was once larger than the muflurry is today. Not worth it at all anymore.

I ordered a mcflurry and got a "chocolate soup". The mcflurry was filled to the brim with sauce and wasn't edible because it was too sweet, and the service was bad because we had to wait a long time.

Extortionate prices... charging more than 2 euros for a small cheeseburger is a disgrace... Were often at mc in the past. But now at such prices we will never go there again. It's better to get a kebab, it's no longer cheap at 8 euros, but at least you'll be full at the end.

Ambience 4, we were in MC Drive and the car was very comfortable. Towards the end the heating got a bit too warm. Food: Forgotten sauce and missing coleslaw. That doesn't work at all. Unacceptable.

We ordered online and wanted to pay in cash. The lady at the checkout barely spoke German and said if you don't have it online you can't have it brought to the table. Accordingly, many people stood at the front and waited for their food.

Traveling from further afield to eat and then this?! That was the last time we were there, it's a shame, but you've lost us as customers...! The store is now a disgrace - poor service, no table service, unfriendly staff, food is often cold or not even wrapped. Ordered vegan and didn't get it at all! Fatal. Toilets were very unclean the last few times, also the restaurant tables were dirty, garbage everywhere, inside and outside, Betsell machines often don't work, slow staff, etc. the list is long... and now the parking situation, that's the highlight. You eat expensively IN a restaurant and still have to pay a fine, I'm stunned..! You have definitely lost us as customers, NEVER AGAIN BK-MC!!! Very unfortunate.

Ordered 2 Caesar salads, TunaWrap and 20 nuggets - The wrap was a chicken wrap and both salads were missing the Caesar sauce! That doesn't work at all. In general, the visits and the food were good - but forgetting and swapping today is definitely not possible. (bon number 265)

We always order using the app and then pick up the order at the drive-thru using the order code (payment is made via PayPal). For the fourth time this year we didn't get the milkshake after 11 p.m. Although the restaurant is open until 2:00 a.m. or 3:00 a.m., they prefer to clean these preparation machines 4 hours beforehand. However, the product can still be ordered in the app. Always a huge hassle at the checkout to rebook. They then want to sell you a Coke or other drink. We are very disappointed that this is the norm in Backnang and will ultimately report this to MC Donalds Germany. Vegan chicken nuggets fried to death until they break apart like cookies. Burger extremely dry. It's a shame, but at least I'm reminded again why I don't buy anything from Megges anymore.

Everything works until problems arise. We were not given a 6 piece chicken nugget even though it was paid for. Reason “I know what I put out”. Go somewhere else folks, unfortunately this Mecces is anything but recommended. And we weren't just any "rioters", we were a Christian youth group.

Ihr kotzt mich so dermaßen an wie kann man einen Burger vergessen einzupacken Junge Junge 800 Punkte für den Burger geopfert und ihr Klappstühle packt den nicht mit ein!!! Schon klar, hätte ja mal reinschauen können aber die letzten 2 Mal war alles drin und zack, gleich war's nix mehr mit dem Vertrauen ihr Elfmetergesichter! Das Personal war nett, aber leider vergesslich wie ein Toastbrot. Wär's, wie so oft, nur eine Sauce gewesen, ok, aber kein MC Chicken ihr Spaten!

Da ich die maximale Parkdauer von 2 Stunden überschritten habe, musste ich nun 40€ Strafe bezahlen. Ich war die ganze Zeit vor Ort im Restaurant essen, daher sehr ärgerlich. Ich gehe nächstes mal in eine andere Filiale.

Mit Sicherheit der schlechteste MC Donald wo ich seit langem war. Nachdem unsere Pommes eiskalt waren, bekamen wir neue diese waren nur lauwarm. Unsere kalten und angefressen Pommes wurden einfach zurück in die Schütte gelehrt zu den *angeblichen frischen * Die Lebensmittelkontrolle wäre hier mal an der richtigen Adresse Hier werd ich never ever wieder herkommen. Leider kann ich keine 0 Sterne vergeben, dieser Laden hätte es mehr als verdient

Hat alles gepasst, hab bekommen was ich bestellt habe, es war warm und auch die Coupons gingen. Wild was hier teilweise in den Bewertungen steht 😅

Super Parkplatz und auch viel Platz zum Essen aber fast alle Tische waren schmutzig und wurden während wir gegessen haben kein einziges Mal abgewischt.

Naja, irgendwie stimmt immer etwas nicht. Ständig fehlt etwas in der Bestellung, die App funktioniert hier auch nicht einwandfrei und es ist eigentlich so gut wie immer dreckig. Sie haben hier einen coolen digitalen Spieltisch, aber der hat bisher nur einmal funktioniert, meist ist einfach aus/defekt.

Immer wieder gerne. Alle 2-3 Monate hol ich hier Essen. Es geht schnell, die Qualität ist wie erwartet und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und höflich.

Müssen mehr auf Freundlichkeit geschult werden, es fehlt auch an der Zubereitung der Speisen.

Milchshake Maschine wie fast immer angeblich kaputt. (wer soll euch das glauben?)

MC Drive meistens eine Warteschlange, Essen typisch FastFood, man wird. halt satt. Haben uns die Flurrys geholt, die sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Service hat Luft nach oben.

Ich brauche noch ein wenig Zeit bis ich für die Service mehr Sterne geben kann - es scheint sich gebessert zu haben. Dennoch bin ich auf der Hut und achte immer während die das essen einpacken auf es auch richtig ist.😁

Sehr langsame Abarbeitung beim Drive-In, teilweise mit über einer halben Stunde Wartezeit! Oftmals fehlen Teile der Bestellung oder sind kalt. Per App sind viele Produkte gar nicht ersr auswählbar; insb. die Mehrwegpflicht wird hier nach 7 Monaten immer noch nicht korrekt umgesetzt. Einige Produkte, insb. Eis sind auch gern mal eine Stunde vor Schließung nicht mehr verfügbar. Inzwischen sehr teuer und zu kurze Öffnungszeiten. Lieferservice wird ebenfalls nicht angeboten

An sich ein gutes Restaurant. Jedoch habe ich erst kürzlich zwei fehlerhafte Bestellungen bekommen (Filet-O-Fish Remoulade auf einem BigMac...!!?). Leider war ich im Mc Drive und habe es zu spät bemerkt, als das ich es hätte reklamieren können. Irgendwie läuft es bei diesem Franchise nicht rund...

Für die Uhrzeit kam die Bestellung schnell. Aber Soßen haben gefehlt und der Salat war statt caesar salad normaler Salat.

Das Fleisch war kalt der Käse nicht schön verlaufen war früher besser 😎

Backnang Hole mir öfters mal 1 Eis mit Schoko Soße... Diesmal gab es nur noch 1 halben Becher Eis ...auf die Frage wo der Rest abgeblieben ist ...reagierte der Mitarbeiter mit einem Schulter zucken .Danke auch dafür ...früher gab es das Eis für 99cent nun kostet es 1.99eu Mir ist bewusst das alles teuer wurde das auch McDonald's mit den Preisen hoch muss ...aber ein halber Becher geht gar nicht ... Dann verzichte ich ganz .

Musik ist so laut wie in einer Diskothek, telefonieren oder reden ist kaum möglich.

Man bekommt auch hier nur noch halbe Portionen.(Eis)von Sauberkeit und Hygiene wird nichts gehalten..das muss sich ändern. Wenn nicht schließen

Ist halt ein Mces 🤷‍♀️ essen ist so wie man es von Mces kennt, es wird nur bei größeren Bestellungen öfter mal was vergessen, deshalb am Besten noch vor Ort kontrollieren, dass alles da ist

Es ist ein Unverschämtheit, wenn man frägt ob die Nuggets normal sind und die Mitarbeiter sagen ja und zuhause dann Scharfe Nuggets kommen Zweitens Warum vergisst man ein Strohhalm von ein Apfelschorle?!

Nach mehrmaligen probieren gingen die in der App angebotenen Coupons nicht. Wurden dann vom Chef aggressiv weg geschickt. Was für eine b Sauladen, vor allem der sogenannt Chef!!!
