Some of us got our food quite quickly, some had to wait longer. One of them didn't get his food until so late that the others were already getting dessert by then.
Oh man, more like slow food than fast food. You could tell the employees were trying, sometimes more, sometimes less. But there was no sign of a standardized workflow or process. Sure, it was busy, but that's what happened elsewhere.

When I asked for my money back after another 15 minutes, things suddenly moved quickly, and I received my order. Oh, that was the mc smart menu with two cheeseburgers.
The store urgently needs improved management, process training for employees, and team-building measures.
Then maybe it could be fun there as a customer and as an employee.
After a small misunderstanding with our order, the employee apologized very kindly and took care of the problem immediately.
