After a small misunderstanding with our order, the employee apologized very kindly and took care of the problem immediately. She also gave us two very funny sayings along the way

Unfriendly and bad staff. The order was taken incorrectly and the fries were simply thrown in. I'm not coming back.

Friendliness of the staff is great it's probably a foreign word. Order not taken correctly and then get rude. But looking at the reviews, I'm probably not the only one who feels that way.

All well and good, but why is our McDonald's so outdated? I'm not talking about ordering terminals or anything like that, but how can it be that I can order via Lieferando, but McDonald's isn't listed in the app after all the years that this Mc app has been around? I find it much more convenient to order in advance and see straight away what I can actually eat in the McDonald's, rather than having to wait at the menu under pressure and only then be able to decide. Hopefully this can be changed somehow in the future.

Both BigMacs were stuck to the bottom of the packaging. The bread had already become hard too! Not possible at all! The BigMacs looked and tasted like they had been made last week. Swiss McDonalds, on the other hand, is almost gourmet.

Sweet, retro McDonalds as you know it from before. The food was freshly prepared, everything was hot and delicious. The staff was quick and super friendly. Coupons were accepted. It was a nice change not to order on the monitor but at the normal counter :)

Completely inflexible, despite the extra charge there were no other sauces with the ice cream as requested. But it was paid for. After asking again you were treated stupidly. Never again MC Lahr

Old Swede, this restaurant desperately needs a renovation. It feels like nothing has been improved here for decades and this branch seems just as cold and uncomfortable. Not exactly a figurehead. But I received friendly and excellent service here today on October 15, 2024.

I grew up with it but compared to the one in Herbolzheim it's really bad tbh

Anyone who wants to travel back in time fifteen years (in all aspects) will find what they are looking for here. Long lines, everything is trashed and then they can't even manage to put the right sauce on the right burger so that the Big Mac tastes like Big Tasty and vice versa 🙈

Mac driver worker was about to slap us in the face for taking our drinks because according to him the order wasnt finished yet unbelievable unprofessional and rude Mcdonalds are nowadays a horror places not restaurants

Never experienced such unfriendly staff. We were yelled at by a certain employee in the drive-in earlier because the employee didn't understand anything and neither did she. I also ordered two apple turnovers, which never showed up. It's really unbelievable how rude the staff is there. The only nice one was the employee at the counter and the female employee. At the back I was still mocked by the so-called “professional” shift management. So if you work in service, you can also be friendlier. It's the same every time, so you really think about driving 20km more and going to Offenburg.

I actually like going there, but a homeless man recently asked me if I was a certain Walter Weiß and wanted to sell me drugs. All in all a good shop it just needs to take care of the homeless problem there are just too many

Eat hal Mc, but everything is outdated by the system. Not even really compatible with the app... Old-fashioned, get food, pay in cash, ok, but the rest is better to look for alternatives... other MC or Burgerking

A classic macdonalds experience, retro americana late eighties eatly nineties furniture, no pseudo healthy nonsense, no interactive paying experience, just good old red and yellow mac and donalds. Go there.

Never again. Were there on Friday. Staff incompetent. Order taken incorrectly. Then answered cheekily. Food was old and very dry. Cheeseburgers were without sauce. Meat old and dried out. Thrown away after 2 bites.

Drive Inn difficult to navigate We ordered 2 MC Flury and 2 soft ice creams for which the cashier wanted €18... after checking our site and complaining... a colleague was called in... then 4x Fluy were charged No excuses, nothing...ice cream doesn't taste as creamy anymore either

Ridiculous franchise location. Must be fundamentally revised in order to be even close to the next worst branch. Except for the staff, the lady at the drive-in with the landing net is awesome.

Here is my short review of McD in Lahr. You either love the food or you hate it. I personally eat there maybe 3-4 times a year. When I want burgers that taste the same as last time, I go to McD. Royal cheese is the best ✌️. About the service: self-service with friendly staff. Often stressful because the store doesn't have the new terminals yet. Otherwise okay, that's why only the 2 stars for the service. Ambiance: Well it's looked the same for 10 years, could use a new coat of paint. I always try to evaluate fairly. Thanks for the food. Ich und meine Freunde haben uns nach dem Europa-Park gedacht das es eigentlich ganz nett wäre in den McDonald’s zu gehen. Was sich als Fehler herausstellte der Geschäftsführer ist so dermassen unfreundlich und die Mitarbeiter sind grösstenteils so dermassen inkompetent gewesen, dass sie nicht mal eine richtige Bestellung, aufnehmen konnten. Zudem kommt dass die Pommes nach gar nichts geschmeckt haben und die Mitarbeiter nicht verständlich sprechen konnten. Aus diesen Gründen würde ich allen herzlichsten empfehlen diesen nicht preiswerten McDonald’s zu vermeiden. Postskript wie man anhand der Bewertung sehen kann bin ich nicht der einzigste der so denkt.

The new employees have arrived, most of them spoke Turkish, and when the girls come in they talk among themselves about the hips of the people who came in. I have never seen such a rude place

I won't visit this McDonald's again. Despite a good staff, the staff is not able to provide the service you are used to from McDonald's. Order incomplete should be brought to the table. After a long wait. I went to pick it up myself. Instead of meeting friendly staff, I had the pleasure of dealing with annoyed staff. In the end I didn't receive everything that was paid for, just the perfect end to a vacation trip. After being on the road for 12 hours and wanting to give the children a great ending. Thank you McDonald's Lahr. I will avoid such an experience in the future.

Service ordered on Wish! I have never been served so rudely in my life as in this restaurant. The three men at the drive-thru probably thought that the orders were a matter of life or death. If you look at it more closely, they would probably be dead given the intelligence they possess. As if it were too much to ask to get the right order and then be friendly. Is it because we are two women who ordered? Because they were extremely friendly to the male customers. It's a shame that in 2024 you still have to wait for niceness. You should probably think about your employees instead.

I'm horrified, such a dirty shop at the entrance it smelled like vomit🤮🤢💀 and the employees looked like they were being forced to work there. The shop should be closed. I'm surprised that such hygiene is even allowed. The meat from the breakfast burger was still half frozen🤮 disgusting.

The McDrive is a challenge in itself.

Worst MC I know! The staff is always unfriendly, unmotivated and haphazard. I wonder how one can go to work with such an attitude. Every time you have to queue for ages at the checkout because at 12 noon there are 3-4 people "working" in the restaurant. The store is stuck in the 90s, both visually and technically. The drive in, well the architect who came up with it, has never driven a car through a curve. You can't get to the payment terminal without getting out. Terrible. Then to eat, cheeseburgers are almost always cold, fries are always soggy or almost raw, cleanliness is also a matter of luck. And I didn't find any pricing information about how much a single burger costs, no menu. Tip to the staff: if you don't feel like dealing with people, please don't work at the checkout there.

Most terrible McDonalds there is. Let's leave out the run-down ambience, the poor location of the drive-in and of course the quality of the "fresh" burgers. This could be overlooked if the employees weren't so horrible. There is an older lady in the store who is really into it and greets customers, says goodbye, makes jokes, etc. and all in an appropriate tone. But the rest of the employees, you can tell from 10km away that they just don't feel like it and don't want you there either. A young, black-haired woman with glasses should really be trained again. There is no hello, no please, no card or cash payment, no goodbye... just nothing. She stands there and waits for the customer to do everything. Meanwhile she just looks at you and signals to you “I’m not in the mood for you” It's really a shame that the overall image of this MC is suffering because of the employees.

Fries cold and "not cooked through", Mc Flurry forgotten and only received when asked. I had to look for chocolate beans with a magnifying glass. Very long waiting time. That's no fun

No points and reward system possible! Drive-in impossible to enter. Goods/coffee/food rather mediocre... Next time I'd rather drive further. Clearly... thumbs down!

The most terrible McDonald's - the hamburger was cold, they made a child a hamburger with a burnt bun, at least put a leaf of lettuce - and the cutlet - it was scary to look at - thin and black - in Herbolzheim - super McDonald's - never here again!

It is not possible to redeem or collect app points. But you can use the app. After the code to redeem points was scanned, an employee actively pushed something away on the display. Was also very unfriendly.

Wie haben eben um 1:00 Uhr nachts nach unsere Urlaubsreise noch etwas zum mitnehmen bei MC Donald Drive in geholt. 1. die Cola Zero wurde meinem Freund ins Auto gelehrt, keine Entschuldigung. Wir haben dann nach Servietten gefragt. Ohne eine weitere Aussage wurden 2 Serviette ausgehändigt. 2. wir haben uns nach dem bezahlen an der 2. Abholer Kasse entschlossen noch etwas dazu zu bestellen. Die Aussage der Dame war dann: geht nicht hab keine Kasse hier. Kein weiteres Auto stand im Drive in. Dieser Laden will wohl kein Geld verdienen.

I was there about 2 hours ago with my husband and was in the toilet while I was washing my hands. Maybe my wedding ring fell off... if someone finds it that would be very nice...

I ordered 2 Bigmacs. What did I get? I received 2 Bigmacs where the rolls were already stuck to the package. That means this thing was there for at least 20 minutes. Bad service :(

I went to McDonalds today and ordered something. There was a bit of a big choice. What made me upset is that I was supposed to be eating a chili cheeseburger, but I was given a regular cheeseburger. The cheeseburger looks like it's been stepped on. The food is okay but I thought it wasn't the best

Order often incomplete, always very long queue. This McDonald's branch has been around since around 2000 and the same facility has been there ever since. There is no ordering via a terminal (as is common everywhere), nor are there mobile orders via the app. But an overpriced delivery service...

We took the food with us and preferred to eat in the car. The employees all had thick jackets on. It was warmer outside than inside. I wouldn't work there for 5 minutes if I had to freeze for the entire time! Food was good. But this coldness in the whole store... it's not okay. The poor employees.

So it's been getting worse and worse, but now it's totally run down. Tables are always dirty Toilets as well. It should be renovated and a few more people should be hired.

Total chaos! Order placed. Waited forever. Ordered burger without tomato. When I finally had it, the tomato was simply removed from a burger that had already been prepared. Otherwise very old facility. Order machines urgently needed! Staff seemed (understandably) very unmotivated. There were even communication problems with each other and with the customer.

Die Bestellung verzögert sich immer und die Transaktion ist nicht immer gut 🙂

Das Restaurant ist von der Inneneinrichtung Anfang der 2000er Jahre stehen geblieben. Genau gleich ist es auch mit dem Service. Bestellungen werden weiterhin bei Mitarbeitern aufgegeben die sichtlich keinen Bock haben und einen nicht so richtig verstehen wollen. Das kann dann schon mal dauern so ne Bestellung aufzugeben. Abgeschlagene Tischkanten, abgenutzte Sitzgelegenheiten zeugen davon dass hier alles bis zum auseinanderfallen benutzt wird. Die Toiletten sind mit Abstand das wiederlichste dass ich seit langem gesehen habe. Es stinkt, es ist dreckig und einfach ekelhaft. Wer auch immer auf die Idee gekommen ist ein Gebläse als Handtrockner hier einzusetzen, dem ist Hygiene und Sauberkeit komplett egal. Jetzt könnte man natürlich sagen "ist halt ein McDonalds..." jedoch wissen wir alle dass es auch anders geht. Wir alle gehen seit Jahren in Filialen die sauber, gepflegt und modern sind. Wir wissen dass es besser geht!

Essen gut bzw. McDonalds Standard ! Mitarbeiter geiern während Monopoly um die Mülleimer herum und warten auf noch nicht abgelöste Sticker ! Ob ich es anderst machen würde wenn ich dort arbeiten würde weis ich nicht, aber es sieht nicht gut aus und ist sehr auffällig wenn permanent ein Mitarbeiter mit dem Besen um die Tablettrückgabe schleicht. Das Ambiente leidet natürlich auch ein wenig darunter

Super Mc Nettes Personal auch noch in späteren Stunden der auch Länger auf hat als andere.

Der McDonald's ist meiner Meinung nach nicht so gut. Das Personal wirkt sehr unfreundlich und auch genervt und ist sehr langsam. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich gut. Die Pommes waren sehr gesalzen und mit den Gitterkartoffeln gemischt. Außerdem schmeckten viele so als hätte man sie mehrmals fritiert. Die Burger hingegen waren perfekt, mit viel Belag. Das Ambiente bei dem McDonald's ist sehr alt, es wurde sehr wenig modernisiert. Man kann hier weder Online (in der App) noch an Bestellterminals sein Essen bestellen, wie normalerweise üblich. Das System und die Ausstattung ist von Anfang der 2000 Jahre.

Also, ich freue mich jedesmal auf mein mc flurry, mit schokosoße. Und jedesmal werde ich enttäuscht. Es ist kaum soße drinne?! für was zahl ich, so ein witz.

Le cadre de ce mac Donald's est vraiment trop vétuste par rapport aux restaurants mac Donald's français on ne nous demande pas de trier nos déchets des plateaux j'ai trouvé ça bizarre en Allemagne qui est tellement avancée dans ce domaine Aucun effort du personnel pour nous aider car il nous manquait quelques mots en allemand

Toller Laden, die geben sich echt Mühe. Bei Bestellungen sind regelmäßig schöne Sachen auf die Tüte gemalt. Letztes mal haben sie ein Quetschi für mein Sohn mitgebracht der nicht bestellt war, total süss.

Alles super . Nur ein kleines Problem . Zu wenigen Mitarbeiter manchmal . Aber alles immer sehr frisch und sehr Freundlich. Immer wieder besuchen .

Ein bisschen wie eine Reise in die Vergangenheit: Es gibt keine Bestell-Terminals und die Filiale wird auch nicht in der App gefunden, dass man von zuhause aus schon mal bestellen und dann abholen kann (oder ich habs übersehen). Aber die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse sind schnell und freundlich. Das Essen an sich: Na ja, ist halt Mäcces. Da geht man nicht hin, weil man ein Gourmetessen will. Da geht man hin, weil man weiß was man kriegt, Heißhunger hat und nach dem Essen seine Entscheidung doch nicht was gesundes gekocht zu haben bereuen möchte.

Super nettes Personal, das trotz Unterbesetzung immer auf den Gast eingeht. Klar muss man mal was länger warten und Fehler können immer passieren, aber wir sind alle Menschen. Multikulti find ich toll.

War nicht schlecht,man kann aber noch am allem arbeiten

Leider sehr altmodisch, seit Jahren enderte sich nichts. Keine Bestellung über Internet, überhaupt läuft nichts online. Ich habe einen big Rösti bestellt, leider war schon gamelndes Salat drin, wurde natürlich sofort ohne aufstand getauscht.

Ich bin auf einer sehr netten Mitarbeiter getroffen. Ich wurde von Herrn Bachmeier freundlich begrüßt und meien Bestellung war vollständig und schnell fertig. Es war lecker und Herr Bachmeier hat mir freundlich alle fragen beantwortet und mir freundlich einen schönen Tag gewünscht.

Qualität des Essens war selbst mit anderen McD mau. Personal war bemüht, Ambiente etwas trostlos , da dunkle Beleuchtung

MC Donalds, erster Eindruck oje, täuschte aber. Man hats im Griff, auch das reinigen und hat sich bemüht das Ambiente bisschen cool zu gestalten.

Je tiens à signaler qu’un individu très DANGEREUX et très grave travaille dans ce macdonalds Avec mon mari nous sommes passé au mcdrive ce soir, une fois arrivé a la caisse le monsieur qui nous a livré la commande nous a demandé de bouger d’une manière très désagréable, mon mari a essayé de lui expliqué qu’il rangeait son portefeuille, soudain le monsieur s’est mis à s’énerver, á crier et il a même insulté mon mari en arabe ! Le personnel qui travailler là bas sont venu pour calmer ce monsieur car c’était très grave, il nous a fait un « un geste insultant » avec son doigt, mais il était incontrôlable et impulsif. Face a ce comportement, mon mari a demandé à ce monsieur d’appeler son responsable. Il n’a pas voulu et a essayé de nous agresser. Nous avions eu très peur et nous nous sommes senti menacé. Ensuite le monsieur a décidé de sortir de l’autre côté pour nous attaquer nous avions eu très très peur et nous avions démarré la voiture pour fuir. Et il a commencé à courir derrière notre voiture, c’est un comportement très impulsif, très grave et menaçant. Et il nous a jetté une glace sur notre voiture quand on a essayé de fuir. Je ne veux même pas imaginer ce qui se serait passé si nous étions restés là-bas et si nous avions pas pris la fuite, car il avait l’air remonté et je suis sûre il voulait nous frapper. C’est très très grave. Je tiens à signaler que cet incident s’est passé le dimanche 30 janvier entre 19h40 et 19h43 vous pouvez tout vérifier sur vos caméras !!!!!!!! Regardez les caméras tout est enregistré !!!!!!! Nous nous sentions en sécurité a Lahr, mais plus maintenant.
