There yesterday evening, almost no guests. Ordered food, waited 20 minutes. There were 3 customers in front of me, 2 of whom complained about their order because something was missing or wrong. Staff fussing but not working. Finally got my order and checked it straight away... wrong of course. One part was missing, but another was duplicated. Missing food was provided without apology. Since something is wrong every time (the most expensive one is always missing), I assume there is a system behind it. Only God knows why 3 people pack a bag to take away. I definitely won't go there again.

Totally unhygienic and unfriendly, not even toilet paper in the cabin, dirty everywhere. Like the toilet, like the kitchen!!!

Worst Mac store ever. Constantly overwhelmed, unfriendly staff... I couldn't order what I wanted for the second time because the product I wanted was no longer available, McDrive was also catastrophic and overcrowded to the point where it was no longer possible. So this store is really a new low even for MacDonald’s.

Went there again yesterday and as always it was a disaster. The food was completely cold. All of the tables in the restaurant were completely dirty, so you wouldn't actually want to eat there. The visit to the toilet was even worse - it smelled strongly of urine and, miraculously, it was completely dirty. All that was actually missing was that there were installments running around everywhere on the terrace again, as was the case during the previous visit. Honestly, I can't recommend anyone to go there. Quite the opposite. This McDonald's is the worst one there is in all of Germany.

I'm just a McDrive customer. You often have to wait a long time because there is always a lot going on. For this I was once given 6 nuggets as an apology and a Fanta. Very nice of the employees. The food has always been good so far. I think the only problem here is simply the waiting times at McDrive. But it's also a good sign that people like it.

We ordered via the APP RV24, the pick-up code price was 53€, which was paid by us, since there were apparently computer problems at McDonalds, we paid and didn't get the burgers we paid for, the employees didn't give us the money back either The shift manager called the boss about this problem and she didn't find it necessary to return our money or give us the food we ordered, unfriendly employees. Ripped off!! Yes, if you look at the negative reviews, you can only say that this is true!! I'll report this to headquarters!!! Conclusion!! Money is gone and no food was received!!!

The first thing I would do is give the whole restaurant a really good cleaning. Tables and floor dirty. On the window shelves it looks as if no one has cleaned for weeks. Spider honeycombs, waste bins totally overflowing, just really disgusting. Unfortunately most of the food is cold. Burger was ok. The drink looked like it wasn't really fresh anymore.

Very disappointing and in my opinion no longer worth visiting if something doesn't change there quickly. Mc drive closed, unfriendly staff wherever you look, you wait forever for your food. Coke tastes like water, if you complain you get a new one but you don't even look at it. Ice cream machine broken, unfortunately not for the first time this week... the screen where you should see the order numbers doesn't work or was turned off, so an employee had to shout out the numbers in an unfriendly manner that you almost winced when it happened after 4/5 minutes it was that time again. You would have been spared the 100 flies, dirty tables and chairs if the Mc drive had been open....If nothing changes there, which it absolutely has to, you should really consider reporting it to a more appropriate place. Price performance is no longer right at the front and back...

Ordered a cappuccino today and received something indefinable without milk foam. But I didn't feel like having a discussion. Then shortly afterwards I found out from an overheard conversation that the milk frother wasn't working. I don't think the staff should point this out to the customers!

When things have to happen quickly. But otherwise I'd rather not. Preparing the entire order correctly is a weakness there. The only bright spot is the older gentleman who always cleans and motivates and warmly welcomes the visitors.

We usually get our burgers at the drive-thru. However, you should always check whether everything is really there.

Please note that you will receive parking tickets here if you want to spend a pleasant afternoon with the family. Left 100 euros in the MC leagues and 2 weeks later a parking fine for 55 euros arrived in the mailbox. We don't go there anymore

I download the McD app, it shows a voucher, it also explicitly shows that it can be redeemed in this restaurant. The touchscreen doesn't work on site and it doesn't work at the checkout either. The employee shrugs her shoulders and calls the supervisor about it (at least that's how it seemed to me). This first claims that I have already used the code, which is definitely not true. Was there the first and last time. 1* for the technical problems (why can't a coupon that is obviously valid at this location be used?), and 0* for the absolute inability to present a solution (why do you let a customer leave hungry instead of offering a solution?)

Ice cream is the most popular product in summer. If you don't have it or can't make it, then please take it off your menu completely in the summer. It's annoying that we go there for free and waste gas because it's available one day and not the next.

I was in this restaurant today with my family. The food was served cold and the staff was terribly rude and lazy. I asked an employee to warm up baby food, to which he asked his colleague if that was possible. His colleague told me that wasn't possible, to which I again said it was baby food, to which she said we didn't have a microwave. If they didn't have a microwave, the first employee would have told me that right away. Apparently she lied to me. On the way back I saw an oven in the McAfe. I uploaded the image. The food container was also oven safe. Overall, 1 star is too much. There are much better alternatives in the area. Never here again.

06/07/14 – this is pathology. I ordered a drink without ice, I got it with ice. The Asian lady took the ice in her hand, pulled it out and I gave the drink back. Water dripped from the roof. And the employee didn't feel like sorting the trash, he took all the trays of food to the trash can in the parking lot.

I ordered at +/- 7:20 p.m. an order for 18 eur, I took everything to go, so I didn't check what was inside until I got home 6 km away, and instead of ordering for 18 eur, I got one Big Mac and one small fries. 3 sauces, so I feel cheated of at least a few euros, it's a disaster how you can get your order wrong in such a blatant way and there was a card next to it telling you what was ordered. I don't recommend it to anyone

In the meantime, absolutely the last thing. I recently started counting what was missing from the orders and what was wrong. From now on I won't go here anymore, I'll take a further route! In the last 5-6 orders, 4 different burgers were missing, 3 apple turnovers and one apple turnover was simply replaced by another pocket which I bit into and then had an allergic reaction! 3 drinks were missing from the deliveries or were simply replaced with water without an explanation why and 2x chicken nuggets were missing (1x 6er, 1x 9er). Today the lady had absolutely no desire to serve you, which you could tell from the order. I was missing 6 pieces of chicken nuggets from mine. There were the last remaining smarts on it (almost nothing, just splinters). Only after everything had been shaken out was it refilled, much to my chagrin The ice cream was so long that it was liquid but there was no new one! Then I had a Fanta instead of the Coke I ordered! My large fries were just about a small one and the curly fries were only half full, if at all! And instead of an apple turnover there was something else with yoghurt I would say. I won't come here anymore! Complaints are blocked and calls have only been accepted once after at least 30 attempts! I'm done with them! And I will also forward this message further up. This foolishness really has to have consequences. As you can see in the other comments, this is nothing new, but rather a behavior that is constantly repeated!

Every time we order something at MC Drive, something is missing or wrong. We just ordered 4 MC Muffin Egg & Bacon. We got 2 MC Muffin Bacon and Egg, 2 MC Muffin Sausage and Bacon. Error rate 50%, across all orders 70%. Experience from this: Don't pick it up in the drive, rather pick it up directly and check it.

Underground service! Nothing going on and people get out at McDrive and ask why we can't go any further! You were so slow! Then an MA says he has to teach you how to park! Absurdly cheeky! I would never have dared to speak to customers like that in a service industry! One star is too many!

Catastrophe is really too nice ordering machines are operated with bamboo cables. Then go to the checkout. Vouchers only go to the machine. Orders cannot be completed in less than 10 minutes. Time is no longer the joy of life here

I always like McDonald's no matter where, but I think the fact that the drinks don't have a lid is not a good thing because of the flies. Ambience and food I would give everything 5 if you give cardboard lids or paper lids, at least.

Dieser McDrive war heute Abend (13.6. gegen 21.30 Uhr) eine Katastrophe. Im Wagen vor uns haben sich der Fahrer und die Angestellte am Schalter für die Essensausgabe mit Gegenständen beworfen. Unmöglich! Unsere Wraps waren noch nicht gar, so daß diese am Papier klebten und nicht zu essen waren. Die Burger waren kalt und hätte ich nicht schnell den Getränkebecher gegriffen, wäre dieser zu Boden gefallen, da die Angestellte gar nicht zu uns geschaut hat. Alles in allem, nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Very slow, VERY dirty (even by McDonald's standards...) and unfortunately very often with basic communication problems (except when using fluent Farsi...) this franchise location is one of the least recommended. Edit 07/23: In the meantime, the McD Bad Säckingen has tried via Google (obviously without success - thanks Google!) to have this post deleted because it 'violates the rights of the owner' THAT is the crown and a real indictment! If I were alone with my experiences here and everyone else thought the store was great, I could at least understand the approach. But with so many similar descriptions? Would you still rather delete legitimate, negative criticism instead of thinking about how you could get this catastrophe under control? How about 'thanks for your feedback?!' and 'We'd love to hear your opinion?!' - sure, but only if it's good for marketing. To clarify again: I actually LIKE McD food and will continue to enjoy it (at other places) - but even at McD the food costs money. And if the service, hygiene and friendliness at a location are just as poor as in Bad Säckingen, then IN MY FEELING the price/performance ratio is simply not right and it is my right to express this - even publicly. Do it better in Bad Säckingen or just live with the scolding...

The salad leaves a lot to be desired. The leaves are too hard. It's just a ready-made salad. There is a pearl here who cleans the tables, clears them away and is super nice with the guests. That was the best thing here besides the play tower for the children.

I often come to McDrive, on my last visit I didn't have any curly fries with my two menus and they also forgot the apple turnover that I ordered and paid for. Staff at the counter very friendly.

Today, May 20, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. we ordered 2 McMuffin Bacon Eggs and only one had any bacon on it!!!! The 6 mini pancakes were cold and way too cooked.

Ordering online and having it delivered is great. What should you write about Mäckes? Everyone knows the pros and cons of fast food. Worth a sin once a quarter 😉 Must make a clear statement about McDrive orders. We have used this option several times, it's actually a great thing. Now actually, 90% of the time the order is not complete!!!! The problem is that you only notice the incomplete order when you get home. Nobody checks a large order that is divided into two or three large bags. For me this is systematic customer fraud!

I've been there several times, but they were never the fastest. But what we experienced today cannot be surpassed. In the morning for breakfast, empty parking lot in Mc Drive, one car in front of us. We ordered a coffee and 4 breakfast burgers. We had to wait 20 minutes. And then there were the wrong burgers.

Disastrous visit. Ordered and paid at the terminal. We waited an hour for the food until we got to the counter and asked. We were forgotten, when the food came it was cold. Totally unfriendly staff who don't even really understand you. The shop itself looked like a mess, there wasn't much going on in the end but no attention was paid to cleanliness. I'm not going there anymore!

McDonald's is a disaster. We always have to check whether the order is complete. It has also happened that someone ordered a choco shake and there were only ice cubes and a little milk in it and for over 3 euros it was just water and milk... However, the older man who is always super nice and also offers food pushes the rating high - he is simply a man of honor 😌

I stayed there for more than 90 minutes and as a thank you received a letter from the Parkdepot company saying that I had to pay €45 because I parked there longer than allowed. How can you as a restaurant operator tolerate something like that? This will scare your customers and me from now on. We were here at rush hour. Lots of staff and lots of visitors. The burgers are carelessly made. The fries were lukewarm. But the Springfries, extremely hot. The floor should be cleaner. The door to the women's toilet is stuck and you can't enter properly. While I was sitting there, I had a good look into the kitchen of this company. It's clear to me that you won't be able to find anyone on the weekend who will pay for the wages (I'm assuming that the company doesn't pay its employees great wages). I originally gave a negative rating because my first order there was pretty bad. I've been there two more times since then, both times the service and the food were good. I think the many negative reviews were taken seriously and things have improved a lot. Therefore I have adjusted my rating.

Catastrophe! We ordered two Big Tasty Bacon. Unfortunately there was no bacon to be found and the burgers were completely cold. When we complained, the burgers were thrown in the trash amid audible protest from an employee. We've never experienced anything like this before. Not recommendable!!!
