Not exactly the best McDonald’s you can recommend. -Long waiting times -French fries that are often not fully fried -Unenthusiastic staff -Eating places are often oily

It's not usually the way to express myself. But it's just a dirty hole. All the work was totally chaotic. You wait forever. The order machines are broken. Likewise the ad. You wait forever for a Mc Flurry. Manager very unfriendly. His wife - I think totally overwhelmed.

The service in the drive-in is a disgrace. You wait 15 minutes to even be able to order. If you ask what's going on you'll be rudely shouted at. The worst McDonald's I know!

I had to wait 15 minutes before I could even pay and only because I asked several times when I had my order, two burgers were missing

The worst McDonalds you can go to! We picked up something at the DriveIn on Friday. The lady who felt like she had her shirt open up to her belly button was EXTREMELY unfriendly and unmotivated. We ordered a McWrap, what was there? A long chicken (only noticed it when I got home because it said McWrap on the packaging). The vegan nuggets were NORMAL nuggets in a vegetarian box. How can you be so incompetent?! The fries were soggy and half full. We didn't take any drinks, but these lattice potatoes, but there was only one portion instead of two, as described on the receipt. The nuggets were gristly, for whatever reason. These double choc pockets were over-baked and tasted like burnt chocolate. I lived in Stein for a long time and often went to the Mc. Please look for a new job, maybe you can work there properly. 43€ thrown out the window - for dirty, untasty food. Never again!

First I waited at “mcdrive” for almost 15 minutes, then I parked and entered the restaurant, where 2 out of 4 tablets for ordering were not working, so the rush was huge..👎🏻

When the store is a bit full, people are overwhelmed. Big Mac with sauce and salad for 3 burgers and when you bite into it everything comes out and you mess up and get the wrong drink.

So the food is OK, half empty but otherwise it's fine. But the employee was so cheeky, didn't understand my coupon and gave me the wrong bill, I asked her about it and she immediately got angry and didn't see the mistake, she did I brought in a man who didn't understand anything either. It helps to simply learn the language and learn friendliness.

Terrible restaurant, I waited 40 minutes for my order and they didn’t give me a Coke. Disgusting place, I don't recommend it to anyone.

When the order arrived, one drink was missing. the restaurant is good location and food but the staff is terrible. There is a girl who works in a Mc cafe or brings trays of food so she can hit someone with that tray, I think she would do that. If she is not satisfied with her job, she should look for another one, but I don't think a smile costs anything. Makes terrible coffee as if she peed in the cup. As an old McDonald's employee, I know how to behave, how to prepare things, I'm really surprised that they haven't passed the tests on how to prepare things.

When I looked for a table there wasn't a single one that was cleaned. The drinks were served in disposable cups even though reusable ones were ordered and paid for at an additional cost. Upon request, the reusable cup was issued without a lid (which is mandatory) and we had to pour our drinks ourselves. The burgers were made with the wrong sauces and ingredients. Not recommended going to the next one with a wide berth.

Unfortunately the worst store in all of Germany. The MC drive is catastrophic. It takes ages, even though there are only 2 cars in front of you and the parking space is almost empty. The bags are almost never right. Either half is missing, or you get the bag from someone else. The other day the round buns were empty... you could only order the long burgers. Laughable.

Chose takeaway food. Food normal MC standard. Branch itself is not particularly inviting. Order and cleanliness compared to other branches could be better.

We went to this “restaurant” today. Out of 4 order screens only 1 worked. After almost 40 minutes and repeated complaints, we received our cold food. As always, there was no ketchup or toys for children. Staff very rude and lazy. We almost always have problems there. Please avoid this place!!! One star is too many!

Among other things, we wanted to order hamburgers. Answer: they are out??' How about McDonald's without hamburgers? There were cheeseburgers. I waited over 30 minutes for food for the second time, the fries were rock hard and cold. You can't stand the air conditioning in the window without a jacket and you'll freeze.

Order only received after 30 minutes. The burgers and fries had a time stamp from 30 minutes ago, so they were cold and no longer tasted good. With a cheeseburger everything was completely forgotten, so no cheese and no ketchup! People ordering for pickup should be sure to check their order. No recommendations to friends and families. We don't go there anymore.

Today I had dinner there again for a long time with my girlfriend. A lot has happened since the restaurant had a new boss. The food was served fresh and warm and it was super quick. The staff was very friendly and the shop was nicely decorated and cleaned properly. The boss asked us personally whether everything was OK. I would love to come back soon! It's now my favorite McD branch!

My husband bought rolls from you last night, well he came home and what happened? Half of the order was stolen and everything that was supposed to be there was written on the receipt. As usual, we had money stolen again and no real money! It's so outrageous that this happens so often!

Disastrous parking, if you go out to eat with friends or family you'll quickly be there for more than 90 minutes, unfortunately you'll end up with a parking depot bill of a whopping 55 euros.

We waited exactly 40 minutes for two happy meals today! To then discover that half of the fries were missing!! This is beyond outrageous! Actually puking!! There yesterday evening, almost no guests. Ordered food, waited 20 minutes. There were 3 customers in front of me, 2 of whom complained about their order because something was missing or wrong. Staff fussing but not working. Finally got my order and checked it straight away... wrong of course. One part was missing, but another was duplicated. Missing food was provided without apology. Since something is wrong every time (the most expensive one is always missing), I assume there is a system behind it. Only God knows why 3 people pack a bag to take away. I definitely won't go there again.

Worst Mac store ever. Constantly overwhelmed, unfriendly staff... I couldn't order what I wanted for the second time because the product I wanted was no longer available, McDrive was also catastrophic and overcrowded to the point where it was no longer possible. So this store is really a new low even for MacDonald’s.

Went there again yesterday and as always it was a disaster. The food was completely cold. All of the tables in the restaurant were completely dirty, so you wouldn't actually want to eat there. The visit to the toilet was even worse - it smelled strongly of urine and, miraculously, it was completely dirty. All that was actually missing was that there were installments running around everywhere on the terrace again, as was the case during the previous visit. Honestly, I can't recommend anyone to go there. Quite the opposite. This McDonald's is the worst one there is in all of Germany.

I'm just a McDrive customer. You often have to wait a long time because there is always a lot going on. For this I was once given 6 nuggets as an apology and a Fanta. Very nice of the employees. The food has always been good so far. I think the only problem here is simply the waiting times at McDrive. But it's also a good sign that people like it.

The first thing I would do is give the whole restaurant a really good cleaning. Tables and floor dirty. On the window shelves it looks as if no one has cleaned for weeks. Spider honeycombs, waste bins totally overflowing, just really disgusting. Unfortunately most of the food is cold. Burger was ok. The drink looked like it wasn't really fresh anymore.

Very disappointing and in my opinion no longer worth visiting if something doesn't change there quickly. Mc drive closed, unfriendly staff wherever you look, you wait forever for your food. Coke tastes like water, if you complain you get a new one but you don't even look at it. Ice cream machine broken, unfortunately not for the first time this week... the screen where you should see the order numbers doesn't work or was turned off, so an employee had to shout out the numbers in an unfriendly manner that you almost winced when it happened after 4/5 minutes it was that time again. You would have been spared the 100 flies, dirty tables and chairs if the Mc drive had been open....If nothing changes there, which it absolutely has to, you should really consider reporting it to a more appropriate place. Ordered a cappuccino today and received something indefinable without milk foam. But I didn't feel like having a discussion. Then shortly afterwards I found out from an overheard conversation that the milk frother wasn't working. I don't think the staff should point this out to the customers!

When things have to happen quickly. But otherwise I'd rather not. Preparing the entire order correctly is a weakness there. The only bright spot is the older gentleman who always cleans and motivates and warmly welcomes the visitors.

We usually get our burgers at the drive-thru. However, you should always check whether everything is really there.

Ice cream is the most popular product in summer. If you don't have it or can't make it, then please take it off your menu completely in the summer. It's annoying that we go there for free and waste gas because it's available one day and not the next.

I was in this restaurant today with my family. The food was served cold and the staff was terribly rude and lazy. I asked an employee to warm up baby food, to which he asked his colleague if that was possible. His colleague told me that wasn't possible, to which I again said it was baby food, to which she said we didn't have a microwave. If they didn't have a microwave, the first employee would have told me that right away. Apparently she lied to me. On the way back I saw an oven in the McAfe. I uploaded the image. The food container was also oven safe. Overall, 1 star is too much. There are much better alternatives in the area. Never here again.

06/07/14 – this is pathology. I ordered a drink without ice, I got it with ice. The Asian lady took the ice in her hand, pulled it out and I gave the drink back. Water dripped from the roof. And the employee didn't feel like sorting the trash, he took all the trays of food to the trash can in the parking lot.

I ordered at +/- 7:20 p.m. an order for 18 eur, I took everything to go, so I didn't check what was inside until I got home 6 km away, and instead of ordering for 18 eur, I got one Big Mac and one small fries. 3 sauces, so I feel cheated of at least a few euros, it's a disaster how you can get your order wrong in such a blatant way and there was a card next to it telling you what was ordered. In the meantime, absolutely the last thing. I recently started counting what was missing from the orders and what was wrong. From now on I won't go here anymore, I'll take a further route! In the last 5-6 orders, 4 different burgers were missing, 3 apple turnovers and one apple turnover was simply replaced by another pocket which I bit into and then had an allergic reaction! 3 drinks were missing from the deliveries or were simply replaced with water without an explanation why and 2x chicken nuggets were missing (1x 6er, 1x 9er). Today the lady had absolutely no desire to serve you, which you could tell from the order. I was missing 6 pieces of chicken nuggets from mine. There were the last remaining smarts on it (almost nothing, just splinters). Only after everything had been shaken out was it refilled, much to my chagrin The ice cream was so long that it was liquid but there was no new one! Then I had a Fanta instead of the Coke I ordered! My large fries were just about a small one and the curly fries were only half full, if at all! And instead of an apple turnover there was something else with yoghurt I would say. I won't come here anymore! Complaints are blocked and calls have only been accepted once after at least 30 attempts! I'm done with them! And I will also forward this message further up. This foolishness really has to have consequences. As you can see in the other comments, this is nothing new, but rather a behavior that is constantly repeated!

Every time we order something at MC Drive, something is missing or wrong. We just ordered 4 MC Muffin Egg & Bacon. We got 2 MC Muffin Bacon and Egg, 2 MC Muffin Sausage and Bacon. Error rate 50%, across all orders 70%. Experience from this: Don't pick it up in the drive, rather pick it up directly and check it.

Underground service! Nothing going on and people get out at McDrive and ask why we can't go any further! You were so slow! Then an MA says he has to teach you how to park! Absurdly cheeky! I would never have dared to speak to customers like that in a service industry! One star is too many!

Dieser McDrive war heute Abend (13.6. gegen 21.30 Uhr) eine Katastrophe. Im Wagen vor uns haben sich der Fahrer und die Angestellte am Schalter für die Essensausgabe mit Gegenständen beworfen. Unmöglich! Unsere Wraps waren noch nicht gar, so daß diese am Papier klebten und nicht zu essen waren. Die Burger waren kalt und hätte ich nicht schnell den Getränkebecher gegriffen, wäre dieser zu Boden gefallen, da die Angestellte gar nicht zu uns geschaut hat. Alles in allem, nicht empfehlenswert!!!
