After waiting 30 minutes for our order, I politely went to the cashier and asked where it was. They said they'd been searching for us throughout the restaurant. I quickly went to the (completely filthy) restroom; my daughter had been sitting in the restaurant with the number the whole time. They weren't willing to cancel our order. They had finished it and tried to bring us in. Order 260 from July 12, 2025, 2:10 PM, counter 104 - how they didn't find us is beyond me. €17.45 for nothing... and of course, no one could be reached at the number on the receipt. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Unfortunately, probably no one traveling with children reads a Google review beforehand... Addendum (July 14, 2025): After emailing management, I was immediately reimbursed. 👍🏻

Employee in Feuchtwangen Hilpertsweiler formally threatened customers. The man with the long black hair, from the looks of it, was probably the head of the department. After a simple question about the smoking area, which was even started in an extremely polite manner with "I'm sorry," he shouted at us and said whether he had to explain that to us. Afterwards he looked really aggressive and behaved almost like a stag. This wasn't the first incident with this gentleman, the whole town already knows about him, please do something.

Hi everyone, We were passing through on our family vacation. We ordered in the restaurant. The staff seemed very stressed while preparing our food and drinks. Everything is totally hectic. In the meantime I visited the toilet. Cleanliness 7/10. Unfortunately we had to eat outside (straws were forgotten, as well as 2 sauces) - even though there were only 5 guests in total. Apparently a Corona rule. This can currently justify quite a lot. While we were eating outside, a tour bus parked and 20-30 kids got out and made their way to McDonald’s. Some went into the restaurant and were apparently rudely thrown out again. After we finished eating, my 3 year old son also had to go to the toilet. I wanted to open the door of the restaurant - but was unsuccessful - it had apparently been locked in the meantime. A very angry MA immediately came running to the door and literally shouted at me to stay outside. Completely confused, I asked what the problem was. My son just needs to go to the toilet for a moment. We were no longer allowed to enter the restaurant. I asked for an exception because there were only 5 people in the entire checkout area (There were more people in the checkout area when we ordered... Logic?). When I didn't immediately move away from the door, the MA pushed me away - clearly noticed - with a small child in my arms. What kind of person do you have to be? Again: he became physical with me even though I had a small child in my arms. How can you be so uninhibited? My explanation... the already stressed and overwhelmed MA apparently got the last of it from the school class's crowd. Otherwise, I can't explain such behavior... Whatever... an absolute NO-GO towards people and especially towards his customers. Thankfully, the branch manager interrupted the situation - who knows what would have happened otherwise. Personal details were exchanged. If we weren't on vacation, I would have filed a police report. Absolutely no recommendation!

At McDonald's in Aurach, Saturday 11:50 p.m. I drove an extra 15 km to get something to eat. The store was open until midnight. The doors were closed. First negative point. I went to the drive-thru. I was asked what I wanted; I wanted a Big Mac. I didn't hear another word from the waiter. Assuming it might be a technical problem, I drove on. I knocked on the drive-thru window to see if I could reach someone. No one. Where are all the employees? They were sitting comfortably outside, eating and waving as I drove by. When I rolled down my window, all I got was "we're closed." They weren't interested in my explanation that it was 10:50, "we closed ten minutes ago." A disaster.

I'm asked what I want, I want a Big Mac menu. I didn't hear another word from the waitress. Assuming that it might be a technical problem, I continue. Knock on the window of the drive in to maybe reach someone. None. Where are all the employees? Sit comfortably outside, eat and wave as you drive by. When I roll down my window all I hear is “we are closed”. She wasn't interested in the statement that it was ten to 12, “we closed ten minutes ago”. A failure.
