There is hardly an order where something is not missing. The slide is broken and will not be repaired immediately. Otherwise quite okay.

Basically, something is always missing with an order, so we always go to the store to check whether something is missing. Very unfortunate.

I think everyone knows McDonald's and knows roughly what to expect. The burger was good, the nuggets were too cold but somehow it was still ok. Apparently the fries were empty and the staff fried cardboard strips. I don't know how you can deliver such quality in a standardized process.

Nice McDonald's. Very clean inside, the staff was nice and everything was up to date. Located a little out of the way, but that's completely OK in the country. Gladly again.

Food was as you would expect at the Golden M. Good. A really big minus were the toilets, disgusting. The service staff couldn't say hello, it took at least 5 minutes for someone to take the order.

No changing table these days. Employees don't understand German. No table service as there are no numbers. Eat, well, McDonald's.

As always, easy to order via touchboard, short waiting time for preparation. This can vary depending on the amount of people.

Food was good and we didn't have to wait long despite the restaurant being very full. Tables were dirty, but the employees probably just couldn't keep up with cleaning because there was a lot going on. Location is a bit hidden, but easy to find with maps!

In general, the wrong sauces are always packed with the nuggets. This evening (08/13/2024/5:55 p.m.) I ordered for 16.10. I gave the young black-haired cashier 51.10. He then wants to give me €34. I had to tell him that there 1 euro is missing. I then see on the receipt that he only entered €50.00. People, pay close attention and count your change!!!

The faucet wobbles and no water comes out. Soap dispenser doesn't work. Door doesn't close properly. Because the building was newly built. He has come extremely down.

Absolute impudence Table signs hide them behind the cash register so that you don't have to serve at the table. Cash register beans don't come out, tape is empty. Nobody fills up addressed. I devoured two chickens last night and they were pretty nice, even if one of them was covered in cream and looked more like the result of an organization (too much mayonnaise). But €5.80 (approx. 11.60 marks) is a hefty price for such a burger that you can partially pulverize in one bite. We also waited 6 minutes just for an apple turnover, no idea why. A typical McDonald's like you can find in every major city. Me and my friend only order at the terminals, as you can look through the burgers, nuggets and whatever else there is in peace. The other day we ordered with the coupons from the app, my friend had a double pack menu with 2 Mc Rips, I had a Big Tasty Bacon and we also shared a box of 20 nuggets. After ordering and paying at the terminal, the food arrived relatively quickly but not completely. We had specified table service, so someone came to us and brought us our order. We immediately noticed that 1 Mc Rip and the two fries were missing. The employee had mumbled something under his breath, but neither I nor my friend understood that. 2-3min. Later the fries and the Mc Rip came, I was very surprised about the fries because they weren't "wobbly" like you normally would but nice and crispy, a plus point for Mc Donalds at this point. After eating I went to the toilet, this one is quite small but clean, I was very satisfied because I'm a bit picky about the cleanliness of the toilet anyway. The dispensing shelves were also all clean and empty so we had no problems putting away our tray. Cleanliness is really a given in this McDonald's, but the service can still be improved a bit because, as I said, we didn't understand the gentleman. Don't get me wrong, I know it may have been the first day and he was nervous and all, but with someone else this "silence" could have escalated into a larger discussion.

You pay a lot of money for the menus, despite vouchers. Then you have to check whether everything is there and then you get insulted when you say at the front that the children's sauces, drinks and books were forgotten. This really leaves a lot to be desired here!

Incompetent staff and not cheap in price

So I'm slowly having the feeling that the quality of our beloved Laupheimer McDonald's is deteriorating brutally. I eat there quite often and recently there's something every time. Today e.g. B: I got a mango chilli instead of Plant Burger Tomato Chargrill, lettuce was wilted and the plant nuggets were brutally dry. I wasn't the only one saying that at the table. They were really inedible. Last time signs were posted for table service but were not delivered to the table due to staff shortages. However, we didn't know anything, waited forever for our food and then realized that our food was waiting for us cold at the front and it was called out with the receipt number. Of course we didn't pay attention to them. We had chosen table service. Everything is just annoying. We wonder if there is new management? If so, there is a need for action.

Order is wrong, incomplete and served cold. If you want to complain, the staff is unfriendly and rude. This branch is also broken and unclean. Toilet always dirty, no soap or toilet paper available.

I ordered Fanta Zero in a promotion. Unfortunately the item was no longer available. Unfortunately, when I asked to get another item (drink), the answer was no. It seems that it is no longer possible to pack the entire order there. Every time something is missing. Just yesterday again around 4:30 p.m. We're also really tired of having to drive 10 km every time to pick up the missing part. This has happened a total of 4 times now. It can't be that difficult to read it from top to bottom and pack it correctly. You only have one job. Then you just have to reconcile it before giving it out. Otherwise, next time I'll unfortunately have to stop at the output until I've checked everything thoroughly.

Were there today in the MC Drive, I have to say I have never experienced such an unfriendly, disrespectful employee like the lady today with long blonde hair. Unfortunately I got chicken nuggets instead of chilli cheese snackers when I ordered. When I noticed the mistake I went through the drive again to exchange them, the absolutely terrible employee then just said that it was my bad luck and I didn't get the right item that it was my own fault. Great, the nuggets had to end up in the trash because I'm a veggie and found the whole thing extremely outrageous and absolutely disrespectful.

Update: Tested it again today and was pleasantly surprised. During my visit there was cleaning and work. Handled customer requests very friendly. Orders were correct. However, as I was leaving the restaurant, management came towards me. I'm assuming that they're trying to improve and it wasn't the visitor's fault ;-) Two stars improved!!! ‐-------------- I ate here again today after a long time. What hasn't changed so far is the IQ of the employees. Of course, you don't expect Mc employees to have a high school diploma, but they should know their own products. Of course, the usual step back should not be missed because something is missing. The fries tasted old and the Big Mc Sauce had a slight sting. There is also only half the cheese. Yes, now you could go back and complain about it. But I think they are already overwhelmed enough.

Tut mir echt leid, aber das war das letzte mal. Hamburger Royal TS mit großen Pommes und großer Kola. Pommes lätschig und versalzen. Burger absolut geschmacklos . Cola war in Ordnung. Für diesen Preis von € 22 kann ich auch in eine Pizzaria gehen, habe genug gegessen, hat geschmeckt.

Essens Bestellung war falsch, Burger usw hat nicht gepasst. Junge frau an der Theke wollte mir mein Geld nicht wechseln und hat nur ausländisch mit den anderen über mich geredet. Der Leiter kam dan und hat es mir gewechselt. So ein Verhalten ist für ein Restaurant(auch wenn’s mecces ist) nicht akzeptabel.

Sauberkeit lässt Grüßen Außen Innen sowie Toiletten ist viel Luft nach oben.

Die freien Tische sind oft nicht richtig sauber. Hab jetzt schon zum zweiten mal normale statt plant based Nuggets bekommen. Die Gutscheine mit Plant Based Burgern haben jetzt schon mehrfach nicht funktioniert, vermutlich weil nicht vorrätig. Ist oft chaotisch, die Bildschirme für die Abholung funktionieren nicht, oder zeigen komplett falsche Zahlen an. Zusammengefasst: Es ist eben ein McDonald’s, wenn man das richtige bekommt, schmeckt es auch wie es schmecken soll. Könnte sauberer sein, aber bei einem McDonald’s hab ich auch keine großen Ansprüche.

In letzter Zeit scheint es hier immer schlimmer zu werden. Personalisierung werden zwar auf der Packung gekennzeichnet jedoch völlig ignoriert und zwar ausnahmslos jedes mal wenn wir hier sind. Offensichtlich arbeiten hier inzwischen auch mehrere neue Mitarbeiter. Sehr schade, wir waren immer gerne hier.

Was soll man da schildern? Es ist ein McDonalds. Ich habe schon schlechtere gesehen, das Team hier arbeitet effizient und wie das Essen schmeckt weiß glaub jeder hier.

Grundsätzlich sind wir hier stets gerne zum essen, heute war ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Von 4 Bestellungen wurden 3 falsch zubereitet (anstatt Upgrade hat alles gefehlt, wurde aber berechnet) und dann noch diskutiert und mir unterstellt ich wäre unverschämt. Eine blonde, sehr freundliche jüngere Dame (Schichtleitung?) hat sich dann eingeklinkt und mit tadellosem Verhalten die Angelegenheit geklärt. Leider war die ersetzte Ware dann aber auch wieder falsch und lauwarm. Hoch zu bewerten ist jedoch das professionelle Verhalten der jungen Dame.

Es ist schön nur ist es das auch wenn man auch das bekommt was man Anbietet und schlussendlich kauft es geht garnicht das man Cookie Taschen kauft mit 3 Gewinnchancen und davon keine Einzelne eine Gewinnchance hat das ist einfach nicht schön wegen 1 fehlenden mekert nicht jeder aber wenn es gleich Mehrere sind würde ich mir mal Gedanken machen Das ist einfach unverschämt

Es gibt kein Tischservice den es in jedem anderen Mc gibt die Bildschirme mit der Bestellnummer sind fast immer ausgeschaltet. Die Hälfte der Tische ist meistens verdreckt.

Spielzeug war nicht da nur Bücher, Handtrockner in Toilette war defekt.

War eigentlich alles ganz in Ordnung. Bin in den Drive reingefahren. Man hat mich verstanden und alles war in der Tüte!

Alles voll. Trotzdem wurde ich freundlich beraten, da ich von den Menü keine Ahnung hatte.

Es wird sehr oft etwas vergessen. Sowohl beim Verzehr im Laden, als auch in McDrive. Das Essen ist meistens in Ordnung, gab aber auch schon Tage, an denen es absolut nicht geschmeckt hat. Aber ansonsten ein typischer McDonald's halt.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter beim Drive in helfen einem das beste Menü zu wählen essen ist warm und super lecker gerne wieder top Service Lob an die fleißigen Menschen dort 👍👌

1mal in 3 Monaten ist MC Donalds lecker

Für Service 4 Punkte weil wir länger für unser Bestellung warten mussten als üblich.

Dreckige Tische, unfreundliches Personal, Essen meist nicht vollständig...

Normal ist alles gut aber letztens als ich dort war und das Menü mit den Gläser genommen hab (wo überall Werbung gemacht wird und etwas mehr kostet) hieß es einfach :"es gibt keine Gläser mehr die sind aus " und das geht meiner Meinung nach garn nicht

Sehr schön Tische sauber und an der Kasse wird man nicht zur PC Bestellung angewiesen. Sondern so weit die Angestellten sich auskennen, auch persönlich beraten, SUPER!!

Der „Big Tasty Bacon Chili Chese“ hat exakt so ausgesehen wie auf den Werbeplakaten. Top! Und geschmeckt hat er auch vorzüglich. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Normaler McDonald's. Aber die bekommen es seit über einem Jahr nicht hin die Monitore für die Abholung zu reparieren. Katastrophe.

Es gab leider keinen Wickeltisch, MC Donalds nennt sich doch immer Kinderfreundlich. Mittlerweile passt Preis und Qualität der Bürger nicht mehr zusammen. Fand ich sehr erschreckend die teuren Preise im Lokal

War seid längerem mal wieder im Mc Donald's in Laupheim. War sehr enttäuscht. Auf gut Glück nahmen wir 2 mal Regenbogen Pommes und ich muss zugeben. So was schlechtes hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr. Ich weiß nicht, wer dich sowas ausdenkt. Geht gar nicht und das Geld raus geworfen. Dazu wurde aus einer Cola Zero auf einmal, ein Pfirsich Eistee. Bin sehr enttäuscht

Absolute Katastrophe macht Mc Donalds ein Punktesystem und am Mc Drive weiß keiner wie das geht. Dann altes Brot und kalter Cheeseburger ich hab sowas noch nie erlebt. Kein Deutsch sprechen absolute Unfähigkeit. Ich gehe gerne zu Mc Donalds, aber Laupheim ist die schlimmste Filiale immer wieder gibt es Probleme und andere Filialen heben sich eindeutig ab. Sollte man dringend mal einen Personalwechsel machen sowas lustloses!

Stellt euch vor, es hat 30 Grad und ihr wollt mit euren 3 Kindern ein Milchshake holen. Dann fahrt lieber nicht zu McDonald's, dort sind leider öfter mal die Maschinen defekt... Eis gibt es dann übrigens auch nicht.

Restaurant war nicht besonders voll & dennoch sehr lange Wartezeit & unmotiviertes unfreundliches Personal...mürrisches Gespräch, wieder Wartezeit ohne jegliches Info, ob mein bestellter Fisch überhaupt vorrätig ist, noch frisch gemacht werden muss oder sich das Personal irgendwann mal selbst "in Bewegung setzen" bzw. selbst darüber informieren würde...

Wie immer hat das Personal kein Bock zu arbeiten.Unser Big Mac war kalt und Eismaschine wieder nicht funktionsfähig.

Zum Restaurant selbst ist nicht viel zu sagen, McDonald's halt. Aber beim McDrive-Schalter sollte man das Herausgeld gründlich nachzählen, der Mitarbeiter nimmt es nicht so genau mit der korrekten Auszahlung. Das Ganze gepaart mit Schludrigkeit beim Bedienen, einer fast unverständlich genuschelten Aussprache im "Kiezdeutsch" bzw. "Kanaksprak"(siehe Wikipedia) und offensichtlicher Unlust auf Arbeit ist eine Frechheit den Kunden gegenüber. Auch wenn es "nur" ein Schnellrestaurant ist - korrekte Herausgabe von Wechselgeld und verständliches korrektes Deutsch kann man verlangen, Freundlichkeit beim Bedienen wohl nicht.

MC Donalds halt, aber bisher habe ich immer frische Burger bekommen und das Personal war auch motiviert und zuvorkommend

Wartezeit: teilweise sehr lange, geschuldet in der Trägheit einzelner Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Teilweise sind diese aber auch schlichtweg überfordert. McDrive: unbedingt die Ware auf Vollständigkeit prüfen, hier wird regelmäßig etwas vergessen. Qualität der Produkte: wenn man die Produkte einmal vollständig bekommen hat, kann es sein, dass diese kalt oder mit einer gefühlten halben Tube Senf verfeinert wurden. Tipp: Am besten einen großen Bogen um diesen McDonalds machen.

Wir sind öfters dort, die Burger und Pommes schmecken immer frisch. Das Personal ist freundlich. Da kenne ich andere MC's

Eben McDonald's wie überall. Für zwischendurch und um den kleinen Hunger zu befriedigen oft eine gute und schnelle Lösung. Für die Kids natürlich ein Paradies.
