The food was delicious, everything was beautifully decorated, and there was a pleasantly spicy aroma in the air. The staff was very friendly, and the food was served quickly (we specifically asked for it). The dishes themselves were perfectly seasoned and flavored. You can't complain; we'd gladly go back.

Very, very tasty ramen. Noodles were chewy, broth was intense, and spiciness was perfect. The gyoza were also very juicy.

Very very highly recommended. Super friendly. Everything freshly prepared. Absolutely unbeatable in terms of price. Always worthwhile. :-)

When you enter the Nigrum, an almost different world opens up... Stylish in every area combined with the old walls of this historic building. The food, which is offered as a menu, can be chosen by the number of courses and tailored to your own hunger. Every course is a delight and perfectly prepared. The wine list is optimally matched to the food, with the chefs always making a sometimes unknown recommendation and scoring 100 points there too.

Zunächst mal ganz einfach gesagt: ich war begeistert !!! Ich war auf der Suche nach einem neuem Restaurant und habe mich von dem Konzept und den Bewertungen sehr angesprochen gefühlt. Ja, es ist etwas anderes als vielleicht hier zu Lande gewöhnt und ja, es wird sehr direkt mehrfach erwähnt beim Restaurant-Besuch- damit kommen manche nicht klar. Aber dies wird auch schon auf der Website erwähnt und ist daher bekannt und man kann sich sehr bewusst dafür entscheiden. Ich persönlich mag auch keine Handys im Restaurant, ich mag es sehr mit Zeit zu geniessen- und ich war schon in vielen anderen Ländern nicht nur auf Tourismus-Wegen- deswegen meine deutliche Empfehlung: einfach mal darauf einlassen!! Was kann man gewinnen? Einen wundervollen Abend in einem sehr schön und liebevoll hergerichteten Restaurant, ein tolles Essen mit einer sehr ehrlichen Küche mit tollen, frischen, auch mal überraschenden Zutaten, die sich wunderbar ergänzen, mit vielen Gängen, so dass man auf jeden Fall satt wird, leckerem Wein, wunderbarem Minztee und am Ende hat man einen wunderbaren Abend mit Freunden verbracht, fast das Gefühl, eine kurze Zeit in Marokko gewesen zu sein- da braucht man keine Speisekarte, nicht die Notwendigkeit, selber Speisen zu wählen (Allergien etc werden abgefragt und berücksichtigt, fast alles ist sogar glutenfrei), man muss danach nicht Zeit haben, um weiterzuziehen. Wenn man möchte (und sich die Zeitt nimmt :-)), kann man danach sogar noch mit dem Chef plaudern, der davor unermüdlich gewirbelt hat und alles komplett selbst in die Hand nimmt. Herzlichen Dank!

We spontaneously had the idea of ​​going out to eat and, as always on Sundays, the problem was that everyone was open until 5 p.m., so we looked on Google for a place that was open all day. I can only agree with the other reviews. Don't be put off by the outside, anyone who goes in will be rewarded with delicious food and a good mood. The staff is very friendly, you feel welcome here and you can tell everyone is having fun. We had gyros with homemade fries and 2 extra chicken souvlaki skewers. Very good in terms of appearance and taste. There was an aperitif and a “greetings from the kitchen” beforehand. We'll definitely come back to eat again 😎

It was my first time here and I'm thrilled. Very good service and it tasted wonderful. I could also get a parking space even though every table was occupied. Only the map seems almost too extensive to me. But everyone certainly sees it differently. We ordered the roulades and the pork medallions and for dessert Kaiserschmarren and apple rings with vanilla ice cream. Yummy.

A completely successful visit! The food was simply delicious and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. The walk from Hausach to the restaurant was a real highlight thanks to the wonderful weather. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted by a tastefully decorated and immaculately clean dining room. A great experience – absolutely deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

Cozy ambiance & first-class food The Alte Zunft in Achern impresses with its truly cozy atmosphere, especially at the bar. There, you have the opportunity to chat not only with the friendly owner but also with other guests in a relaxed atmosphere. The changing menu is simply fantastic! The quality of the premium meat is outstanding – every dish literally melts in your mouth. The desserts are also a real highlight. While some dishes are a bit more expensive, the quality makes it absolutely worth it. We'd definitely be happy to come back!

The pizza rolls and tenders are really outstanding! For me it's the tastiest pizza dough ever and the tenders are extremely tender and crispy. The family is also very friendly and accommodating. Best regards on the spot! A clear recommendation!
