The service was friendly, but could have been better. But the food was even better. You can eat a really good schnitzel here.

Huge and delicious schnitzel. Enough for me to eat three times. It was also easy to reorder the supplement at no extra charge. The price is really great for the quantity, and the quality of the meat is also great. Only the spaetzle seems like it was bought and therefore quite desolate. Next time you might prefer fries or, even better, croquettes (they're not available at the moment). Service was very nice to nice depending on the service. The salad was okay, the potato salad was above average. By the way, you have to order Cordon Bleu in advance.

I was visiting friends in Stuttgart 3 weeks ago and they wanted to go to this restaurant! What can I say, I was really surprised, the portions were huge! Price was right and it was soooo delicious, it's a shame that Stuttgart is 3 hours away from me 😅 The potato salad was the best I've eaten so far!!!!! If I'm in Stuttgart again, it's worth a visit again!

Food is delicious. Huge portions. Price is fair and reasonable. Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible. Staff was very friendly. It gets very warm in the restaurant in summer. All in all, highly recommended.

Chef ich liebe dich i told you i was gonna review i thought just do it now before i forget when i have kids (probably about 10 years or so idk what the futuru holds only god knows) but i would be very happy to introduce them to you and for the poeple who are reading this a kinder schnitzel is like a german steak so very big and you wil eat the other half later at home when you take it its just to big to cunsume but he we love it 🫡

A huge compliment to the entire team at Schnitzelhaus Post, from the phone call (reservation) to the apricot schnapps, everything was excellent. I have rarely felt as comfortable from the first moment as I did here. The food is simply top and the schnitzels are absolutely amazing and unbeatable in terms of price/performance ratio. Very tasty schnitzels. Huge portions at great prices!! I always have something left over, but no problem, if you wish, the rest can be packed up and you can eat delicious schnitzel rolls the next day. If you haven't eaten there yet, you're missing out on delicious schnitzels. Schnitzel here once a week is almost a must for me. The boss personally stands in the kitchen and checks in on the guests every now and then and asks if everything is OK. Very kind person, always in a good mood. P.s. Maybe you could also add Wiener Schnitzel (veal) to the menu.

Really very nice staff. We were there in the evening just before the kitchen closed. The chef let us try the rest of the buttery, delicious spare ribs before he made us our huge schnitzels with fries and a salad plate at the end of the kitchen. It was absolutely great, thank you again for that! Of course we didn't manage the portions and are still eating it today ;-)

There is no better restaurant within a 50 km radius that offers food of this quality and quantity, plus fair prices. Everyone is doing a great job, they really enjoy going out to eat and will do so very often in the future. Bravo Tuncay 💪

We've been there several times now. Schnitzel super tasty, salad super tasty but the potato salad is the best I've ever eaten. The boss and his team are super friendly and really cool. From now on this is our regular restaurant. Keep it up. We'll be back soon. A delight for every palate. So if you want to eat really good schnitzel, this is the best place to go

I've been coming here to eat schnitzel for over 30 years. A big compliment to the new hosts, the Keles family. A culinary delight...absolutely. The super large schnitzels and the potato salad were super delicious, a poem. The side salad was also so fresh and tasted great. Super friendly and nice service. We felt very comfortable. Un sitio bonito donde comer mucho y bien. Está un poco lejos del centro, pero justo al lado de una parada de tren. Los platos son enormes. Las empanadas enormes i buenísimas. El personal muy amable y atento.

The food was, as always, delicious. The portions are so large that there is easily enough for a schnitzel roll the next day. The potato salad is also highly recommended. The service is also friendly and everything seems familiar. The only drawback is that you can only pay in cash.

Schnitzelhaus Post,... What a surprise, Friendly service with a smile. Inside it is still wonderfully authentic, like a gaststatte that I remember from the past, gemutlich. I ordered the cordonbleu, not knowing what and how big it is. The hospitable chef said that it took a little longer because the cordonbleu had to be turned often. Well, it was worth the wait.... Delicious, and certainly not small as one is served in an average restaurant. That's really on another level. A mega schnitzel filled with real slices of cheese and ham. The accompaniments are also sufficient considering the portion. The "normal" schnitzel is also mega. Crispy crust, thick piece of meat. All in all, definitely recommended and worth leaving the highway for, or after a visit to the Porsche museum. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again.. The schnitzels are awesome. Huge portion. Lots of cheese in the Cordon Bleu, no processed cheese. Breading crispy and delicious. The cream sauce also tasted very good. Fries and spaetzle were more standard. Don't expect too much. Salad also normal. Unfortunately the service was limited as it was overwhelmed with 7 tables. We forgot the salad at our table and the sauce at the next table. There is still room for improvement. Still very friendly and tried hard. Ambiance is nice and rustic. But it lacks a unique selling point, the feel-good factor. Overall deserves 5 stars because the food stands out. Well done. Thank you. Gladly again.

Small but great restaurant. The schnitzel is simply delicious, whether with fries or spaetzle. The salad is also very tasty. We'd love to come back again and again. Very child-friendly, staff & boss very friendly and accommodating. Very large portions at very fair prices. Absolutely recommended. It's best to make a reservation or call ahead, as there isn't that much space.

I had the pleasure of visiting Schnitzelhaus and I absolutely loved it! The ambience was cozy and inviting and the service was outstanding - friendly, attentive and professional. As for the food, all I can say is that it was excellent! The schnitzel was perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The portions were generous and the side dishes were fresh and tasty. I was impressed by the variety of schnitzel variations and I look forward to trying more on my next visit. Overall, my experience at the Schnitzelhaus was first class, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Super Empfang schon am Telefon. Eine unglaubliche Freundlichkeit, ein kompetenter Koch und eine Bedienung, die ihren Beruf als Berufung betreibt. Das Essen einfach nur gut (besser kann man Schnitzel NICHT interpretieren), leider etwas zu gross geraten (also HUNGER mitbringen🤣🤣) Trotz 360km Anreise werde ich wiederkommen, garantiert. amazing schnitzel! super moist pork, breaded well & flavourful (especially love it with lotsa lemon) salad was surprisingly great too, especially with the vinegary potato salad. to top it all off, their cola weizen (cola & wheat beer) was so refreshing :-) overall, a lovely restaurant with amazing service. their portions are HUGE so I recommend to share 2 pax to 1 portion and be ready to take away a full schnitzel in a cute pizza box/ aluminium foil :-) highly recommend!

The schnitzel is certainly the successful concept of the restaurant! Just order the plain schnitzel and let yourself be overwhelmed by the giant schnitzel.

We ordered the schnitzel 3 times and the curry wurst once. We first got the salad with the handmade potato salad. Shortly afterwards, the schnitzels were served on a mega plate with the schnitzels hanging over it. It tasted delicious and the service was super friendly. It is definitely worth driving a bit to eat here. Highly recommended and a big 9.5 for the food and service. It is a real experience.

This is the best schnitzel I have and in my month in Germany. Definitely the largest. The potato salad was delicious as was the spaetzle with gravy.

The service is great always friendly! We dined in once and also had take out. We had schnitzel with salad and extra potato salad to go. We just brought big Tupperware and got them filled. Definitely recommend the restaurant the schnitzel portions are huge do be aware, it can easily be shared.

I have to make my review a little more extensive because the post simply deserves it. In the last 20 years I've probably only been there once a year on average, but it was and remains THE schnitzel highlight every year. Both Hansi, who has built the post office into an institution, and under the new boss and cook Tuncay, the schnitzel not only tastes great, but it has a perfect thickness, a great consistency and a breading that you can't get anywhere else . The side salad is a dream and the homemade potato salad deserves special mention. The waitresses are always friendly, have easy-going sayings, orders come quickly and the prices are absolutely fair. On average, a schnitzel can only be achieved with pressure, even for very good eaters. I still take a small piece with me for the next day. Keep doing what you’re doing and stay true to yourself and things will continue to go great. Best regards

Preislich aber hart an der grenze, wobei , wie es mir scheint , der schnitzelpreis fast schon normal ist , leider für mich als gast. Wenn jetzt die MwSt erhöhung noch drauf kommt wirds heftig.Aber es war auch reichlich,hat für den nächsten tag noch ein schnitzelbrot gereicht.

Also bei großem Hunger ist man hier richtig! Die Portionen sind riesig und wirklich zu empfehlen. Geschmacklich wirklich TOP. Man kann vom Platz aus hören, wie die Schnitzel frisch geklopft werden. Der Service war immer parat, Essen und Getränke kommen zügig. Der Kartoffelsalat ist hervorragend! Vorher einen Platz reservieren ist wichtig, sonst sitzt man leider am Tresen. Speißen auch zum Mitnehmen super. Wir werden öffter kommen oder abholen!

Wow, einfach Klasse. Große Portionen lecker und nettes Personal. Eigentlich möchte ich die Bewertung nicht schreiben, damit dieser Geheimtipp ein Geheimtipp bleibt. Waren hier mit der schwimmmannschaft alle mit großem Hunger und großen Magen und tatsächlich konnten wir nicht alle Teller leeren. Einfach Klasse und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen für alle die große Schnitzel mögen und auf gute deutsche bürgerliche Küche stehen. Wir werden wieder kommen wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind. Preis-Leistung einfach super!
