Last week, the four of us ate there. There was a little mishap, so we had to sit at the bar. It wasn't a problem at all, though, because the service was top-notch and incredibly friendly. As for the food… the schnitzel for €24 is worth every penny… a huge slab that most people won't be able to finish. But it was so delicious and freshly prepared that it was simply a joy to devour (even if there was a little bit left over). The potato wedges were crispy and tasty. I'll definitely go again because I have to try the spare ribs ;) Cheers and enjoy your meal!

The schnitzel is undoubtedly the star of the menu. Well fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it is served in generous portions that satisfy even the most demanding customers. The staff is friendly and eager to serve you. The owner shows real passion for his work and makes sure to find time for the customers even though he is also the cook of the restaurant, making the experience there even more welcoming. Huge portions. Excellent value for money. Relaxed atmosphere. Small, rustic restaurant. You definitely won't leave hungry. Friendly service. One small point of criticism: occasionally asking if you'd like another drink would definitely generate extra business. 😁

A cozy schnitzel restaurant with a huge selection and extremely generous portions! It's understandable that one portion includes two or three large schnitzels – my companion was already full after the first. Fresh, crispy, and delicious, plus friendly service and excellent value for money. If you love schnitzel and are hungry, this is the place to go – highly recommended!

Really delicious, great Swabian food, a decent Swabian portion, more than enough spaetzle and delicious sauce, and a roast beef with onions to tuck into 😍😍😍 They also serve delicious draft beer 🍺 Reservations are definitely recommended; we were kind enough to gamble right at the bar, otherwise we would have missed out on some truly delicious food!

Probably the best schnitzel in the surrounding area! Super delicious. Unfortunately, the Cordon Bleu is only available by reservation! But it's worth it!!! Yum!

If you like schnitzel, this is the place for you. These things are so big you can barely see the fries underneath. Always true to the motto: eat out on Friday and be full until Sunday. A definite recommendation! Even grown men despair here.

Whenever I'm in the area, the Schnitzelhaus is a must 🥰 Fantastic schnitzels of the highest quality. Everything is homemade here. Just like mom's 😉 Portions that hardly anyone can manage. I've been here a few times and am already looking forward to the next time. The service is always super friendly. Today I had a breaded turkey schnitzel. My brother had a kids' schnitzel, which was bigger than enough for a whole group of kids 🤣🤣🤣 Highly recommended. Reservations in advance are usually a good idea, though. The place is always packed, and rightly so. Keep up the good work.

We’ve been coming here for years, it’s one of our favorite spots. The food is always fantastic and portions are massive. Everyone is always kind and helpful. They do speak English very well if you don’t speak German. They can get busy on weekends so they suggest calling to make a reservation.

We spontaneously spent our wedding anniversary at the Post Office. We hadn't considered reserving. Despite the restaurant being full, the host found us a table and made it possible for us to spend a lovely time together. The portions were too large even for my mountain farmer-like sibling. I haven't had a schnitzel the size of my upper body in a long time. The atmosphere is wonderful. The food is truly outstanding. I had the plain schnitzel with fries and garlic dip. The schnitzel was huge, deliciously baked, and extremely deliciously seasoned. The dip was homemade. The service was quick and very helpful. I'd happily return.

Highly recommended... Incredibly large portions; even the "baby schnitzel" for little ones would be a normal portion in some restaurants... The price/performance ratio isn't really right, as each guest is offered significantly more quality and quantity... If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again... The information should be clearer. We came from far away (2 adults and 1 child) for dinner, and the restaurant was only open for drinks. This was very, very bad! Terrible experience.

What to say about this awesome place. A google search for the best schnitzel returned this result and it was spot on! First night we got there they had closed the kitchen, so we made the journey again from the city the following night nice and early to make sure we didn’t miss out. Man on man the portions are HUGE! Staff very helpful and friendly, chefs come out to personally check you are satisfied with your meal and beer is ultra cold. We ordered a schnitzel and the dumplings, schnitzel being the star by far. If ever you find yourself in Stuttgart, make sure you venture out to this place. It seems to be mainly frequented by locals making it a great vibe with great value for money.

It's worth it! Be sure to bring an empty stomach, the schnitzels are huge! They taste really good, though, and the potato salad is truly the best I've ever had. Don't forget to bring cash, as they only accept cash payments.

Small, busy restaurant in the heart of S-Zuffenhausen. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. THE FOOD: The pork schnitzel is, above all, HUGE. 30 cm? Unfortunately, it was pounded so thin that it was dry, and the breading made up what felt like 50% of the schnitzel. The turkey schnitzel was better, thicker, juicier. Here, too, the portion is easily enough for two. The side salad is delicious, and the fries are good. BEER: Export and delicious Kellerbier on tap. RESTROOM CHECK: Super clean!!! CON: Cash only! We had read very good opinions about this restaurant, but it has exceeded our expectations, not only because of the quantity and quality of the food (our congratulations to Tuncay) but because of the cozy and familiar atmosphere of the place and the kindness of Ebru, who treated us wonderfully. The food was so abundant that they had to prepare a box for us to take away!

A real highlight for schnitzel fans! The Schnitzelhaus Post offers a huge selection of delicious schnitzel varieties - perfectly fried, crispy and juicy. The portions are very large, the prices are fair! It should be emphasized that the chef only prepares everything with fresh ingredients. From the salad to the meat to its sauces. The chef and the service staff are very attentive and friendly, all in one simply great! A cozy atmosphere completes the whole thing. IT'S DEFINITELY WORTH SEVERAL VISITS 💜🫶🏼

Had the turkey schnitzel (with fries) Onion roast (wild potatoes) and portion of spaetzle (extra). The spaetzle are absolutely not recommended, they are far too greasy and almost certainly not homemade and the sauce was also very weak. The fries and the wild potatoes were ok but not homemade either, not enough for the price. The turkey schnitzel is overpriced. Roast roast was okay but for the price the meat quality was rather unsatisfactory. Won't eat here again.

I'm not sure if it was just us who received the bad food. My schnitzel was huge, but unfortunately it only consisted of tendons. My wife's spare ribs were sour and almost spoiled. The salad looked like it had been kneaded. Although the potato salad was tasty, the sauce was overly plentiful. The fries tasted old, like they had been fried again. I definitely won't come again. You could also hear the cook screaming from the front. The cheff should think about changing the cook. So the price is not justified either.
