We were there as a family of 7. The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside and out. I especially like the size of the tables. We often go to Greek restaurants and loved them! It's really a first class restaurant and the atmosphere there is great. You could tell that the chef attaches great importance to quality. It was all homemade and more generous portions. As a vegetarian, it's always difficult for me to find something at a Greek restaurant, usually there are only vegetarian starters and if you're lucky, a vegetarian dish. Here the owner is ahead of his time and sets a good example. With three dishes it's still manageable but it was enough for us. The waitress was very personable and a real host. We'll be back ☺️👍

As an Italian I looked for a restaurant to eat fish in the black forest. DAS Mediterranean was a wonderful discovery. Advised!!!

The food and service were both very good. The food came quickly and the service was attentive, courteous and very friendly. The restaurant is very inconspicuous, almost hidden. The environment is a bit irritating at first. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended and the little ones have also been taken into account. I highly recommend it.

This is a host who loves, lives and can do his job. Rarely have I experienced such professional service as here. The food was very, very good. Well seasoned, sufficiently large portions and the fact that there were home-made fries really impressed us. The only thing that is difficult is the ambience, with an outdated carpet in the restaurant and dirty awnings and parasols outside. But it doesn't detract from the overall picture. We will be back definitely.

Food is very tasty, high quality, beautifully prepared. Portions so that you can eat them, which I personally think is good. Very nice service. Outdoor area available. One would just like to wish them a different location. The permanent construction site in front of the house and the restaurant in a complex of hotel and access to the fitness studio on the edge of the town actually doesn't do this restaurant justice. But that shouldn't stop anyone from enjoying the great food.

The very best Greek food and wine you can get in the black forest. Georg was very helpful selecting the right appropriate food for the small family with two you kids and knew how to keep them entertained and happy during the dinner. The service was excellent and way beyond any other Restaurants we visited in the last two to three years. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Every one of our wishes was fulfilled promptly and with a smile. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. We were particularly impressed by the fish dishes. Not only were they freshly and deliciously prepared, but they were also beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight and reflected the love and passion of the kitchen. We can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect place to celebrate our special day and we look forward to our next visit.

Unfortunately, gyros are not on the skewer, as they should be. It should be clear on the map that these are pan gyros.

We were just at Das Mediterrane for the first time.. We were welcomed and served very attentively and friendly. Today's fish recommendation was a grilled tuna steak on green beans and cherry tomatoes in retsina fish sauce. It was delicious! Nothing against eating at a traditional Greek restaurant, but here you have the effect: Aah, that's how it works too!! SURPRISINGLY DIFFERENT! We'll be back soon!

Addition June 1, 2024: Another real treat for the senses! “Das Mediterrane” offers truly authentic Greek cuisine and once again impressed us with its exquisite cuisine, friendly service and cozy atmosphere. The traditional, innovative and creative dishes were deliciously prepared and put us straight into a Mediterranean holiday mood. The selection of wines and desserts are also excellent. We can only highly recommend this restaurant and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Never before have I eaten such delicious Greek food - a real taste explosion

The restaurant is of medium quality. Price performance is not right. For the quality of the food it is completely overpriced. The meat was hard, the fries were undercooked and the salad was bland. The waiter was a bit over-motivated, but when asked if you could get bread from the kitchen as a greeting, the answer was a clear NO. We cannot recommend it.

Selected, wonderful service, you feel more than welcome! The food is also something very special; in my experience, you can only find it in this form here. There are also vegetarian and vegan dishes that change every now and then, so there is always something good for me. My partner chooses meat and he loves it too!

Das Essen war hervorragend und manches etwas anders angerichtet. Zu empfehlen ist die Vorspeise Trio Creme, bei der ich 3 verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen zu den kleinen Pitastücken gegessen habe. Die Familienplatten sind geeignet um Verschiedenes zu probieren. Eine geniale Idee sind auch die Mini-Desserts, klein genug, um noch einen süßen Abschluss zu haben, aber groß genug, um zu genießen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das einzige was ich mir wünschen würde ist eine bessere Ausschilderung. Wer nicht von der Gegend ist, sucht- selbst mit Navi. Gerne wieder!
