Complete disaster. Staff were overwhelmed with the order. Despite checking the receipt, it was issued incorrectly. At the end I thought you can't go wrong with a Michlscheak (strawberry). The sheak was white and tasted like a chemical strawberry additive. The Sheaks used to be really good, but this one ended up in the trash can. The food was just acceptable in the past, but this time it was subpar. I will steer clear of Burger King in the future...
A bit out of the way in the industrial area, but still easy to reach. I've never had anything to complain about here, especially with the drive. Everything fresh and no errors. It's also very quick to order. App ordering with vouchers always works without any problems. Of course it's subjective, but for me it's the best McDonald's in the greater Stuttgart area.
Edit: Unfortunately it has slowed down, new employees have probably been hired. Forgot nuggets straight away and the burgers and everything else weren't the same quality as before... it's a shame, I'll give it another chance but it looks like I'll have to change my regular McDonalds. Besides, what's the point of increasing the point prices by 200. Really cheeky. I'm extremely disappointed.
I ordered from KFC at 7pm, the delivery was supposed to come at 8:15pm, but it didn't arrive until 9:40pm. While I was waiting, I called several times and was sometimes pushed away or rejected in a very unfriendly manner. I finally canceled the order but it still arrived. The fries were soggy and the meat was inedible and I had the wrong drink. The only part that was okay was the burger. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service and quality of the food.
At least the delivery person was very nice
Since Burger King offers access to their coupons via the app, it would be really great if you had internet access/reception in the immediate vicinity or even in the restaurant. But unfortunately that is not the case here. It's really a shame.
Wanted to try an alternative to McDonald's.
Once and never again...
First I went in. After a few people waited at a distance from the counter, I assumed that they wouldn't be served here and that everyone was waiting for their food. There were only two people behind the counter packing burgers.
I had previously downloaded the app, but unfortunately it is not possible to order in advance (like at McDonald's).
So I stood at a screen and tried to scan the QR code. Somehow it didn't work. So I clicked my burger manually. There were different things to choose from. I then clicked on everything I wanted on the burger. Suddenly the thing showed almost €22 for a burger.
Apparently I was actually too stupid to use this terminal.
I then left the store and drove into McDrive, sorry drive in, when I finally found the very poorly signposted entrance.
It actually took 45 minutes from the entrance to the exit!!!!
There were “only” 4 cars in front of me.
I gave my code through the intercom, but it wasn't recognized. I almost didn't understand the male voice on the other end. At some point I understood what had happened before.
The clerk was then very helpful and explained to me what I needed to click on the phone. It took 12 minutes until I got my food. Since I was standing directly at the issuing point, logically nothing was happening behind me.
The best part of all was actually the fries. The burger meat was somehow sizzled and very dry. Everything was only lukewarm. Taste also out of place.
I have no idea why everything took so long and then wasn't fresh or hot.
I immediately deleted the Burger King app. That one experience was enough for me.
If fast food then definitely McDonald's.
