Phew, what can I say.... Current voucher promotion (03/10/25). Unfortunately we spontaneously decided to go to BK, the vouchers were at home. According to the employee, it is not possible to get the vouchers like this. Hmm, not exactly customer friendly, especially considering the competition. Driving home specifically for this would be stupid and I hated downloading an app onto my smartphone. Annoying, but then we decided on “regular” food. After eating we wanted to try the Baklavar milkshake or ice cream. You didn't get it because the ice cream machine was probably broken. Then we tested the churros. Great cinema, smelled and tasted like chicken, probably because it was baked in the same oil 🤢 In summary: I no longer visit BK Schwäbisch Gmünd

I had the same problem, ordered at 8:30 p.m. via Lieferando.
Nothing happens 10:00 p.m. I call the BK Karlsruhe Kaiserstr on the recommendation of Lieferando.
The result of 3 calls: a totally annoyed lady answers the phone with an Indian accent.
I explain my situation to her, she rudely interrupts me and says no order here, no order received, problems from Lieferando, it would be completely normal at this time that there would be no drivers available.
I explain to her again that I ordered at 8:30 p.m. not just 10 minutes ago...
I can't get to the end again, she interrupts me again and asks if I don't understand you and she doesn't have time for it, it's Lieferando's problem and insults/curses me in a language I don't know.
I told her clearly that I understood you better than she probably did and that I would like to speak to management or a superior.
The answer is again a stupid answer and the lady hangs up on me coldly.
Now everyone can explain to themselves what else is available at this time: nothing!
I will never donate just one cent to this club again!
This lady needs a supervisor to retrain her in dealing with customers very urgently, what a shame!
4 employees stood at the counter, discussing intimate, personal problems. We waited a LONG time for the food.
Curly fries very crispy and hot, normal fries flaky and cold.
Burgers were ok.
So this shop is really ruining the good reputation of churros! I have never eaten such bad churros. I was really looking forward to it but they were so bad. You should concentrate on these Turkish balls and not sell them as churros or advertise them just because churros are better known than Turkish balls.
This branch is the only one in Mannheim that has a drive-thru. That's why we only go there when we feel like Burger King.
Ordered from the drive last night and checked everything straight away. Number of burgers and sides were correct. Pepper was missing again and there was mayo instead of sour cream. But good.. Didn't want to run in.. At home then the surprise.. Instead of the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double there was an unidentifiable plant based burger wrapped in paper.
Today I drove in and asked for the branch or shift manager. I explained my concerns to him. He was very nice and polite to me. Apologized for that and offered to freshen up the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double for free. As a gesture of goodwill and upon request, he even made two of them.
