You'd better take a look at JK's Burger 500m away, you'll get a real burger there. I was glad I found it :D

Everything is getting old, the toilets aren't exactly clean and some of them are broken. Some dishes that are otherwise available in McDonald's are not available. Conclusion, never again.

I can only agree with the negative reviews. I had the same problem, ordered at 8:30 p.m. via Lieferando. Nothing happens 10:00 p.m. I call the BK Karlsruhe Kaiserstr on the recommendation of Lieferando. The result of 3 calls: a totally annoyed lady answers the phone with an Indian accent. I explain my situation to her, she rudely interrupts me and says no order here, no order received, problems from Lieferando, it would be completely normal at this time that there would be no drivers available. I explain to her again that I ordered at 8:30 p.m. not just 10 minutes ago... I can't get to the end again, she interrupts me again and asks if I don't understand you and she doesn't have time for it, it's Lieferando's problem and insults/curses me in a language I don't know. I told her clearly that I understood you better than she probably did and that I would like to speak to management or a superior. The answer is again a stupid answer and the lady hangs up on me coldly. Now everyone can explain to themselves what else is available at this time: nothing! I will never donate just one cent to this club again! This lady needs a supervisor to retrain her in dealing with customers very urgently, what a shame!

4 employees stood at the counter, discussing intimate, personal problems. We waited a LONG time for the food. Curly fries very crispy and hot, normal fries flaky and cold. Burgers were ok.

Ordered online. Was not displayed. I should pay cash again. Now I paid twice for a menu and had to wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru. Nothing more needs to be said about it

So this shop is really ruining the good reputation of churros! I have never eaten such bad churros. I was really looking forward to it but they were so bad. You should concentrate on these Turkish balls and not sell them as churros or advertise them just because churros are better known than Turkish balls.

I found a rotten chip in my food!?! When I asked why my fries were green, the employee was initially shocked and disgusted. She then said in broken German that this was normal. She said the raw potatoes are green too.

McDonalds should repair its self-service terminals. Those things don't work at all. Very bad service.

The beeping sound of orders ready is a huge pain in the ass since months already.

This branch is the only one in Mannheim that has a drive-thru. That's why we only go there when we feel like Burger King. Ordered from the drive last night and checked everything straight away. Number of burgers and sides were correct. Pepper was missing again and there was mayo instead of sour cream. But good.. Didn't want to run in.. At home then the surprise.. Instead of the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double there was an unidentifiable plant based burger wrapped in paper. Today I drove in and asked for the branch or shift manager. I explained my concerns to him. He was very nice and polite to me. Apologized for that and offered to freshen up the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double for free. As a gesture of goodwill and upon request, he even made two of them. This is what customer service looks like! Thank you

After years of trouble, countless arguments, inconveniences, faulty management & incompetent staff - ...you have to admit, things have improved! Service is friendly, fast & the employees can now count, listen & implement... & collect..., even EC works... Why the (A)911 was printed on my receipt is a coincidence?! 🤣 If the worst comes to the worst, there can be a speed dial to Munich... - in this case everything went to your complete satisfaction!

What a nasty shed!! Went there at 11am this morning. Order was a McRib, a double cheeseburger and a coffee grande. I had just been to the men's toilet beforehand. The toilet smelled horribly of urine, a toilet bowl was stuffed with toilet paper and the tiled walls were slightly sticky. As for the food, the McRib was clearly a leftover from the day before! The meat was hard, had a strange consistency and an unpleasant taste. The bun, onion and cucumber were OK. The double cheeseburger seemed very carelessly put together. The cheese was next to the patties rather than on top. In terms of taste, it was standard. But not the clearly visible fingerprints and onion residue on the top of the bun. These then enticed me to continue enjoying the burger. The coffee tasted more like coffee that had been kept warm for hours than like freshly brewed coffee, which surprised me a bit since it came fresh from the machine. I suspect that this is due to inadequate cleaning of the machine. In summary, I can only say that you will definitely not see me there again!
