It was clean and the staff were really friendly. You don't find that at every branch.

The food is good. The location is quite modern.

I've rarely had such bad chicken... it tasted exactly like the cheapest frozen food, and it wasn't even properly cooked (air-fried). Yes, there's no real deep fryer here, and if there is, it's just for show.

I bought a chicken wings box. The coating on the chicken was hard as a rock. The chicken had been kept in a warm place for a long time and was not sold. I paid 14.79 € and threw my money away. It's a shame. You are tarnishing the name of KFC. I was disappointed.

The food was very tasty and was served quickly.

If you want to take away food, check the bag, as there's always something missing from the packaging (last time only 2 out of 3 meals) and this isn't the first time! Unfortunately, the staff are poorly trained.

We spontaneously stopped by for lunch... there was only one other couple there besides us, so it was pretty empty. The place seems pretty clean, and ordering via pad is very easy and hassle-free. The restroom is an experience - very loud music, like in a disco - so caution is advised. In the shop, on the other hand, the music is minimal. There were five people in the small kitchen, but only one was actually working - without gloves. The food was ready quickly and hot. My crispy chicken was juicy and good. The fries with cheese I ordered were okay, but with fried onions on them? It's not on the menu... and yes, I know, I could have returned it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I ordered a meal, and the chicken in the burger was almost smaller than the fries. I got two chicken pieces for €7. Unsatisfied.

I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of corn, and 2 sweet and sour sauces via UberEats. My order hasn't arrived yet, and KFC said it would arrive at 7:50pm, but it's now 8:24pm on Sept 11, 2025. As I was on my way to KFC Leimen to pick up my ordered food, the delivery person arrived at 9:03pm and 1 piece of chicken was missing. He probably ate 1 piece of my chicken! That's why it took so long for him to bring my food. I ordered from Uber Eats just now Sept 6, 2025 & I ONLY got 1 juice instead of 2. I ordered a juice by itself & a juice with the wrap combo. I get ONLY 1 JUICE! I NEED MY NEXT JUICE.

Incredibly long wait times. Every time you come here, you have to wait at least 30 minutes for your food, unless they forget your order. This isn't fast food!

The food was cold and bad. After complaining, my burger, including its packaging, was put on the contact grill.

Great store, but the restroom resembled a disco - the employee apparently wanted to listen to loud music and turned the speakers in the restroom up to the maximum.

Virtually no food orders are coming through the counter; there are currently eleven customers waiting for their food. I've never experienced anything like this before.

We stumbled upon this KFC by chance and were really glad we did! The chicken was juicy and delicious, and the restaurant was very clean and inviting—unlike some other branches in the area. The service was fast, efficient, and really friendly. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Staff were very slow. They had no idea what was going on. It was quiet, and yet we waited 20 minutes for our food. Ordered wrong twice, and the food was cold after a 30-minute wait. So, never again at this KFC.

Pre-ordering with the KFC app always works very well. The Korean burger is incredibly delicious. Better than many standard products. Highly recommended!

I tried for almost 15 minutes to place my order using the touchscreen, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. The touchscreen had a response time of about 5 seconds, and the entire menu was so slow and jumped randomly between sections. Since there are almost no people at KFC anymore, just like at McDonald's, I ended up going through the drive-thru to get something to eat. Unfortunately, they don't ask you for side dishes or sauces; you're just given things, which I find very unfortunate. Unfortunately, 2 out of 2 times, this hasn't been a good experience at KFC.

We came here for takeout. Overall the experience was good and the food arrived quickly and was hot. The space was okay. Not particularly clean or not particularly dirty. The lady serving didn’t have any Oreo shake left, which we ordered.

Small but nice. I can recommend the chili cheese fries. The wings and other chicken dishes were good as usual.

There was very loud music. Loud music bothered me. Prices are too high. But Wings is delicious.

KFC doesn’t offer same size or taste example crisp chicken wings are small and too much roasted 10% of flesh is wasted.

When I got home I discovered that part of the order was missing. Very annoying, especially when you're looking forward to eating. It's a shame, I hope that more attention will be paid to completeness in the future.

Disaster! I ordered delivery via the app! The delivery guy wanted me to come downstairs because he didn't want to walk haha, and my salad, which I paid for, wasn't there either! €30 for nothing and never again!

Disappointing experience with KFC Leimen – unfortunately not recommended I thought about writing this review for a long time, but unfortunately my experience was so disappointing that I wanted to share it. I placed my order via Lieferando at 7:30 p.m. and it was accepted at 7:45 p.m. The stated delivery time of 35-45 minutes was completely fine for me. In fact, the food didn't arrive until 9:15 p.m., a time when I was already close to going to bed. The supplier apologized for the long waiting time and cited an alleged power outage at Lieferando as the reason. However, I know that the delivery address is also noted on the printed order receipt that the restaurant receives. Even in the event of a system failure, on-time delivery should generally be possible. Unfortunately, the food was not only late, but also a disappointment in terms of quality. Parts of the order were missing, some of the fries were still raw and the meat was so fatty that it was literally dripping. I had to process both in my air fryer to make them edible. Despite this measure, the taste was far from what I'm used to at other KFC branches. What's particularly annoying is that I even felt sick after eating. During the long wait I had already read a few reviews about this location and unfortunately I can only confirm many of the negative reviews. I seriously wonder what quality standards management sets for itself when such conditions are the order of the day in a catering establishment. I'm really sorry to have to write this review. I would have liked to leave a positive review, but given this experience, that's simply not possible. For the overall package - long waiting times, missing order items, poor quality and ultimately inedible food - I give it two stars.

Not recommended. I ordered 4 burger menus and only got the bag with fries and fillet steaks, no burger. Very few fries in the bag and cold fries on the side.

We gave the store a second chance. And we weren't disappointed, the new staff is super friendly, the hands are very fresh. Big praise goes to Larissa, she served us really well and was very accommodating. We felt very comfortable The shop was clean, we would love to come back 🙏 Kind regards to the boss, they did a great job

Food really bottomless… just put it cold and instead of 6, only 5 hot wings… Service Jo is okay, typically bad fast food service - atmosphere very cool, but unfortunately far too little space.

There are too much water in the drink

The only thing that was confusing was the fact that the staff apparently forgot to update the order display. This gave the impression that we would probably have to wait forever, even though we were almost there. Otherwise everything is great.

Burgers were burnt, unfortunately I've never seen anything like that before... I was assured that I would get the amount refunded and all I had to do was call the manager. Far from it because there was another manager there and they said they couldn't do anything for you so feel it I'm completely fooled and I'll never go there again

After ordering in the restaurant, we waited 42 minutes for our food because something had gone wrong due to a lack of staff. However, every time I looked into the kitchen, the cook was standing there with his hands in his pockets or with his arms crossed and nothing happened. At least the food was warm and OK for supposed fast food. Also because of the repeated apologies from the cashier, there is still a bitter aftertaste. I don't think we'll be going back there any time soon.

The food on site was OK! However, schwip schwap is offered and there is no schwip schwap if you get schwip schwap from the drink filler you get Mirinda Fanta!!! I asked the staff about it and they said it was totally normal!!! Absolutely not okay!!!!! The Twister tasted like it had just come from the freezer and had been heated up briefly! Absolutely no go! The burgers and fries were quite good.

Inattentive staff, I ordered food but the cashier gave it to another customer, when another customer ordered after me and got food before me I was suspicious. Today I ordered food through Lieferando...if I could, I wouldn't give it a star at all! Of the 24 Or bites I ordered, only 16 arrived. These were also very cozy and barely warm. The food is nothing special, greasy, unhealthy and chemically seasoned, but the staff were incredibly friendly and nice, the kitchen is very clean and they saw my children and warned me about the spicy wings. (They weren't spicy, but it really wasn't for children's mouths) I haven't been served so kindly in a long time 💚

Is that a Colonel Burger? I don't recommend. that can be anything except KFC!!!

Well, comfortable is something else, but at least it's clean. Order only via terminal, despite there being a cash register, notice board and card machine - confusing. Tastes good, as always at KFC, unfortunately always outrageously expensive 🫤. The chicken pieces were quite cold, otherwise ok.

I was just driving to this restaurant and was asked to drive up after waiting several minutes at the intercom. When I was at the serving counter and made eye contact with the staff several times, I simply wasn't served. I've never experienced anything like that

Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave if he saw the dry Classic Chicken from here. Even the iced tea is so stretched that it's actually just brownish water. By far the worst KFC I've tried. Sometimes you're lucky, you can wait 20 minutes and then you actually get fresh chicken, but that's really rare. When you get the bucket in your hand immediately after ordering, you already know what's going on...

Ordering with Kiosk is easy. The service was good. One of the product was not available and the lady was kind enough to give a replacement.

KFC Leimen is really the last one! Every store deserves a second chance. But here it's so bad! Eternal waiting time even though there were only 2 people in front. Then half of the drinks were not available (only zero drinks. Then the food was cold and measly for €10.79 Tables look like shit. Food at KFC was OK, unfortunately we sat for over 90 minutes because larger portions were ordered. Now the awesome thing, two weeks later a parking ticket of a whopping €35 for being parked for over 90 minutes. Never again this rip-off at KFC. Zero points for this store 😡😡😡

Good food, but the drinks machine was often broken

A pretty good KFC. We haven't been to one for a long time and were quite pleasantly surprised. It was a shame that you couldn't pay by card during our visit and the tables weren't cleaned regularly. This can be done even better. The food was good, the fries were a bit too salty, but we enjoyed it.

Horrible. Twice in a row, simple orders completely wrong. Fire the manager because he spends his time outside with his buddies while one guy sweats over hot oil and another guy is left alone to do everything else. Poor guy gets beat up by customers because the boss is out on both of my visits out joking around. Worst KFC in DE and the manager had the nerve to ask me for a 5 star review because he threw in an extra piece of greasy chicken into an incorrect order.

Very disappointing, I ordered 2 large fries, which were served together in the cardboard bowl and were definitely not enough for 2 people. The drinks machine didn't work again. Employees are disinterested and incompetent, it was not considered necessary to look for alternatives. Never again and would not recommend the branch to anyone.

The worst KFC I've experienced so far. Friday at 12:45 p.m. the store was completely empty. The staff sits around and fidgets on their cell phones, but there is still a dirty tablet lying around. Fries are cold, replaced upon request, clearly they were only briefly heated in the deep fryer and not freshly prepared. Hot wings are at best lukewarm and not crispy. One machine dispenses soda instead of Cola, while the second machine dispenses CO². The staff is disinterested. Rating not possible via the portal (network error)

Yes, okay, it's fast food and yes, okay, the drive-in never really works the way it's supposed to (tip: just drive through to the counter xD), but at least when Noah is there, you are served with a warmth that shortens the waiting times more than makes up for it. And we've never had too little...

The service at KFC in Leimen is very good, although it is difficult to get help when ordering and I even saw a foreigner get help in secret. Chicken wing is our favorite food and there is a good offer there every Tuesday and Thursday.

With heart a 10/10 for the store, great food, super fast service and the boss/manager is really nice and you are looked after warmly.
