Kentucky Fried Chicken in Leimen

Ordered online. Was not displayed. I should pay cash again. Now I paid twice for a menu and had to wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru. Nothing more needs to be said about it

Inattentive staff, I ordered food but the cashier gave it to another customer, when another customer ordered after me and got food before me I was suspicious. Then I saw that my order number was missing on the screen, I immediately asked the cashier about it, I got my food, but I had to wait a long time for it, I didn't think it was that great...

Today I ordered food through Lieferando...if I could, I wouldn't give it a star at all! Of the 24 Or bites I ordered, only 16 arrived. These were also very cozy and barely warm. Of my two sauces of choice, only one arrived The mashed potatoes with gravy were also barely warm. Coleslaw was ok... Price including delivery = €28.27 Shame on you! People....better cook yourself,

The food is nothing special, greasy, unhealthy and chemically seasoned, but the staff were incredibly friendly and nice, the kitchen is very clean and they saw my children and warned me about the spicy wings. (They weren't spicy, but it really wasn't for children's mouths) I haven't been served so kindly in a long time 💚

Is that a Colonel Burger? I don't recommend. that can be anything except KFC!!!

Well, comfortable is something else, but at least it's clean. Order only via terminal, despite there being a cash register, notice board and card machine - confusing. Tastes good, as always at KFC, unfortunately always outrageously expensive 🫤. The chicken pieces were quite cold, otherwise ok.

I was just driving to this restaurant and was asked to drive up after waiting several minutes at the intercom. When I was at the serving counter and made eye contact with the staff several times, I simply wasn't served. I've never experienced anything like that

Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave if he saw the dry Classic Chicken from here. Even the iced tea is so stretched that it's actually just brownish water. By far the worst KFC I've tried. Sometimes you're lucky, you can wait 20 minutes and then you actually get fresh chicken, but that's really rare. When you get the bucket in your hand immediately after ordering, you already know what's going on...

Today I ordered delivery after waiting two hours, I called but unfortunately no one was available so I canceled the order in Maine

Ordering with Kiosk is easy. The service was good. One of the product was not available and the lady was kind enough to give a replacement.

KFC Leimen is really the last one! Every store deserves a second chance. But here it's so bad! Eternal waiting time even though there were only 2 people in front. Then half of the drinks were not available (only zero drinks. Then the food was cold and measly for €10.79 Tables look like shit. And then the staff was really unfriendly You won't see me here anymore 😡

Food at KFC was OK, unfortunately we sat for over 90 minutes because larger portions were ordered. Now the awesome thing, two weeks later a parking ticket of a whopping €35 for being parked for over 90 minutes. Never again this rip-off at KFC. Zero points for this store 😡😡😡

Good food, but the drinks machine was often broken

The entire staff is always extremely friendly and very accommodating, very personable. The food is always delicious too. All in all, always had a good experience. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A pretty good KFC. We haven't been to one for a long time and were quite pleasantly surprised. It was a shame that you couldn't pay by card during our visit and the tables weren't cleaned regularly. This can be done even better. The food was good, the fries were a bit too salty, but we enjoyed it.

Horrible. Twice in a row, simple orders completely wrong. Fire the manager because he spends his time outside with his buddies while one guy sweats over hot oil and another guy is left alone to do everything else. Poor guy gets beat up by customers because the boss is out on both of my visits out joking around. Worst KFC in DE and the manager had the nerve to ask me for a 5 star review because he threw in an extra piece of greasy chicken into an incorrect order.

Very disappointing, I ordered 2 large fries, which were served together in the cardboard bowl and were definitely not enough for 2 people. The drinks machine didn't work again. Employees are disinterested and incompetent, it was not considered necessary to look for alternatives. Never again and would not recommend the branch to anyone.

The worst KFC I've experienced so far. Friday at 12:45 p.m. the store was completely empty. The staff sits around and fidgets on their cell phones, but there is still a dirty tablet lying around. Fries are cold, replaced upon request, clearly they were only briefly heated in the deep fryer and not freshly prepared. Hot wings are at best lukewarm and not crispy. One machine dispenses soda instead of Cola, while the second machine dispenses CO². The staff is disinterested. Rating not possible via the portal (network error)

Yes, okay, it's fast food and yes, okay, the drive-in never really works the way it's supposed to (tip: just drive through to the counter xD), but at least when Noah is there, you are served with a warmth that shortens the waiting times more than makes up for it. And we've never had too little...

Big compliments to Noah, he served me for the second time, he provides great service, full bags, nothing was missing and everything was fresh. I didn't really know what to do with kfc. Noah took the time to explain the menus to me:) Thank you! and that Children also received a present 👍🏽

The service at KFC in Leimen is very good, although it is difficult to get help when ordering and I even saw a foreigner get help in secret. Chicken wing is our favorite food and there is a good offer there every Tuesday and Thursday.

With heart a 10/10 for the store, great food, super fast service and the boss/manager is really nice and you are looked after warmly.

Was served by Noah and had a smooth and very customer friendly process! If KFC would say goodbye to ZERO drinks again and offer the normal Pepsi, for example, everything would be perfect. Many greetings, Luke

I ordered takeout from Family Corb and came home. Parts of the chicken were missing. Instead of the chicken thighs, they somehow put two large pieces of chicken breast in there. There are three of us, one ate chicken legs and the other two now have this thing that we don't even know what it is?!!!?

50 minutes before closing time they no longer wanted to serve us. We then drove 10 minutes to the nearest store.

Rarely experienced such poor customer service. We decided to give this store another chance because something went wrong on previous visits and online orders. Ordered items were often missing even though they were paid for. So we were there again today and were the only ones in the drive in. We stood in front of the shields for a while because we wanted to choose what we would eat in peace. We were asked several times in an extremely unfriendly manner to finally drive up. (There was no car behind us). When we were standing at the window and I accidentally said something wrong and asked the lady to change it, she said NO?! In fact, we drove away without ordering any further. Such behavior is unfriendly, impudent and cheeky.

Ordered at 6:50 p.m. for 9:30 p.m. nothing arrived. Only the mailbox is answered on the phone

Last time I eat here 1. cold 2. not fresh (there was nothing going on) 3. didn't taste good -we then went to HD and went to the KFC there because we were hungry, the food was hot and fresh but soggy.

Quality and quantity are more than questionable. Dry, smelly mini chicken pieces, fries fried in old fat. Are these KFC standards?

I ordered fries (1x), coleslaw (1x) and 8 chicken mix for €24.49. I was aware of the price. But if I had known what I would get in the branch in Leimen, I would have skipped the almost €25 boat and played ship sinking on the Neckar. The meat was so dry that you had to drink something with every bite. Some of the meat and breading were hard and tasteless. There was definitely more breading on two pieces of chicken than any meat at all. I have no idea how long the poor chicken has been in the warming cupboard. All in all, I've never eaten such expensive, bad fast food. Thank you, no more in Leimen!!!! P.S. Even though I had it to go, my journey wasn't so far that the quality suffered that much.

The experience at this KFC was disappointing to say the least. Despite my order, items were forgotten, I can't say whether this happened consciously or unconsciously (maybe it's just a lack of attention). The staff seemed unfriendly and the service left a lot to be desired - not a pleasant experience. It would be better to drive the 500 meters further and help yourself to McDonald's when the desire for fast food arises. The KFC in Leimen is definitely not worth recommending.

Waited 30 minutes for my food... just wanted to leave... never again.

Just bad.....first having to wait 25 minutes for the food (drive in), apparently the lady behind the counter was also serving the guests in the restaurant. Then the food came and who would have thought of course there was a lot missing. Of the 3 burgers that were ordered and of course paid for, only 1 was there. Despite waiting 25 minutes, fries were cold... just unbelievably bad.

I often stay in the neighboring hotel for work and today I gave the store a chance for the third time. And this time too, not all of the things I ordered (and paid for) were in the bag when I unpacked them in the hotel room. So either this is a scam and you're trying to save on goods, or you should look for new employees very quickly.

Eating takes forever, huge communication problems. Absolutely not recommended
