I love McDonald's! It's fast, reliable, and perfect for a quick, tasty bite. Whether I want a classic Big Mac or a McFlurry, the quality is always great. The staff is usually friendly, and the service is consistently efficient. I'll definitely be back!

I'm really disappointed and angry! According to the website, the restaurant is open until 1 a.m., but by midnight you can only order through the drive-thru. They should at least be honest about that! The staff was unfriendly and disrespectful to the guests. I work in the restaurant industry myself and know it can be stressful – but that's simply no way to treat customers! On top of that, something was missing from the order again, and there wasn't even an apology. That's completely unprofessional.

They were very slow. The meat tasted like grandpa's.

Food as expected. Unfortunately, I've encountered a faulty order display several times now. Sometimes there's no pickup receipt, sometimes the payment system doesn't work. There's still room for improvement.

I bought 9 McPlant Nuggets and a McWrap with plant-based nuggets, but the 9-pack of McPlant actually contained Chicken McNuggets! That's completely unacceptable!!! Selling meat as vegan is a complete no-go. Then removing the McPlant Burger from the menu at the same time (which, of course, the restaurant in Rohrbach can't do anything about!) is completely unacceptable. That's it for me with McDonald's as a vegetarian. 😖👎🏼 PS: Also, the Yuzu Cream Cheese wrap I bought wasn't included in the package...

Well, not having a chocolate milkshake in the summer is pretty harsh. Then there was one lucky day in September when there was a big advert saying it was back. And today, in mid-October, there are no shakes at all. It's real...and I'm slowly starting to wonder why, how, what for? Not customer-focused!

The food was okay. But my observation personally disturbed me a bit. I was there late in the evening at a time when there were few guests in the restaurant. The staff were apparently testing the new hot sauce in the kitchen area. Which isn't okay according to the Infection Protection Act. One employee apparently found it much too spicy. His body's reaction was clearly evident in hiccups and a runny nose. He then blew his nose in the kitchen (without washing his hands afterwards) and ate fries (straight from the container in which they were salted). He rubbed the salt that was sticking to his fingers onto his jacket. He repeated this several times in rotation. I really hope this was just an isolated incident and that the staff otherwise adheres to the guidelines of the Infection Protection Act.

Tables and seats aren't always clean; when tables are cleaned, the seats aren't. Often disgusting!

The seating area is pretty dirty. The fries are cold and undercooked. This is the third time this has happened. I will definitely stop eating here. I'm sorry.

The food was excellent. The burgers were neatly presented and looked so good it was almost a shame to eat them. Since it was World Week, I had the Samurai burger and the Shakerfries, among other things. The taste was excellent, and all the food was hot (I've experienced this differently at other McDonald's restaurants). I was very satisfied with this. It was a bit unusual that I was confronted about taking photos of the counter, among other things. Now, I can imagine that not every staff member is eager to have their photo taken, but that wasn't the case here. It was a strange course of events, especially the way I was addressed. Anyway, the food was excellent (for a McDonald's).

Not recommended. I didn't get my food, and the money was debited. Complaining to McDonald's is pointless. They'll forward it to the operator, including the address. Just don't order from there again.

Worst shop ever. I got lunch as a tradesman. What started as 2 burgers, a wrap, a Coke, and a portion of fries turned into fries with a burger and an iced tea. Just terrible. On top of that, the staff are rude, and they've been missing items several times. I'm never going there again!!!!!!!

A great McDonald's! It's always nice to be able to order with EasyOrder as a foreigner, and the food arrived very quickly.

A disaster. When you go to McDonald's, you know where you're eating and that you haven't chosen a luxury restaurant. But this one is truly abysmal, even compared to other restaurants. Two of the four burgers were completely missing, even though they were paid for. The remaining burgers were served with undercooked fries without salt. The drinks were still carbonated. I definitely won't go there voluntarily again. The food is prepared without gloves, which is really unhygienic. It's very dirty everywhere.

What's this junk about? It says "Open until 2 a.m. on Saturdays!" After years, you think, "OK, cool, I'll just pop in and pick something up." When you get there, the doors are locked and there are people inside eating! It was just after 12:30, so there was still at least an hour and a half to spare. What nonsense is this? Then the money will go somewhere else. Wanting to go back after years and then something like this happens.

Disgustingly dirty. Everything is sticky, there's trash everywhere, and the toilets are disgusting.

Almost always, especially with medium and large orders, they don't bring everything, and most importantly, the hygiene is very poor, the employee can scratch his head and immediately, without washing his hands, be without gloves and prepare the order. This is unacceptable!

The burgers seem to be getting smaller and more expensive. The Big Mac used to be bigger, and the cheeseburger used to be €1. There are no straws or lids for the drinks. There are no French fry picks. The tables, the floor, etc., don't look particularly well-maintained. Obviously lying around is only sporadically cleared away. Service has been replaced by the terminals. The ambiance, well, it used to be more comfortable. It looks too dreary for me.

Drive: 3 attempts to place the order and a full 5 attempts before I could take my order with me and in the end, despite taking the receipt with me, the order was still incorrect, incomplete and lukewarm.

We've ordered food for more than €60 several times and always found something missing: sometimes a hamburger 🍔, sometimes fries 🍟. Today again, we ordered ham wings for €20. We just didn't add them but paid for them.

One daughter was in the women's restroom in cubicle 1 and when she was finished she couldn't get out because the door was broken and very difficult to open. Two people heard her scream and helped her. She was completely distraught. The ladies who heard my daughter reported it to the staff and nothing happened. There was no sign saying the door was broken or anything.

Disaster... One order, four errors... The food was brought to the table cold. According to the order, the drinks were without ice... what was in them... ice, one burger was completely missing (was given reluctantly after showing the receipt!!!!).... Burgers were ordered without pickles... Of course, they were. Pickles...

It would be great if these specialists from all over the world didn't want to learn German but at least learned math or at least one of the two... 10 minute brain marathon alone, not being able to use the display they sit in front of all day and not being able to do the billing. 29.98 costs 50€, three other employees who couldn't speak German had to help... I can't do all this anymore 😂😂😂😂

Nice front yard, the rest is standard. I always eat the same thing: hamburger, cheeseburger, both without pickles. Warmed-up German pickles give me uncontrollable loose stools (immediately, or even sooner after eating warm pickles—maybe I'm missing GMOs; I can get them everywhere in the States). By the way, I also eat a Big Mac there—it costs $2 max—so spot cheap. Lebaid

It could have been worse, the kitchen is a bit behind. The parking spaces are large, but there are not many of them.

Update 05/30/25: I quickly ordered takeout and, in a hurry, didn't check the contents. They immediately stole two cheeseburgers, for which I was charged €4.60. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home... that was the last time I went there... A McDonald's like any other. Everything was fine.

Absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty and not sanitized at all. The staff were too stupid to bring drinks to our tables... They told us everything... NEVER AGAIN I CAN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Ultra unfriendly & not competent at all. We wanted to order a McRösti because we didn't know that it wasn't available at the moment, we were insulted, the gentleman even came to the car and really insulted us. Apparently we were screaming, which isn't true at all. We would have been disrespectful, which is not true at all (as I said: wanted to order a McRösti) & the gentleman absolutely freaked out. His bad day is not our problem!!! We then drove to another McDonalds. It's best to warn something like that, impossible!!

I got something from McDonald's today. The burger was okay so far. But the fries... Any blind person can see that these were in the frying pan for too long. I find it really disrespectful that they dare to serve these to a customer.

Went to this McDonald's branch today, my son had 2 x cheeseburgers, fries and 6 chicken nuggets, it was ok for him, I had one Iced Coffee Shake Choc was a disaster both visually and in terms of taste. Tasty and interesting for children

We had a wonderful evening last night, but what really made our visit special was the exceptional kindness of a member of staff named Victoria. As soon as we paid at the checkout, we were greeted with such a warm smile that we immediately felt welcome. She was incredibly attentive and took a moment to ask about our evening. But what particularly impressed us was that Victoria even came to our table later to ask whether everything was OK and whether we enjoyed the food. This personal touch and their genuine interest in our well-being really surprised us in a very positive way. It is rare to experience such attention and kindness.

The food is like you would expect from McDonald’s – that’s fine. However, we noticed that after a certain time in the evening it gets pretty messy. The tables are then no longer cleaned properly, used trays pile up or simply remain standing, and the staff often just walk past them. Overall it could be much cleaner.

Service is always so kind and thoughtful. They were really fast and super friendly. McDonalds feels like a second home and is always delicious.

I got a Minecraft happy meal with a small fries from my points. They forgot the small fries and I got the old packaging for my check nuggets instead of the Minecraft packaging like my friend got

There for the first time today, I was very satisfied, the burger was hot and fresh, the toilet needs to be reworked... smells strong from the men... parking spaces are readily available... best regards

My sundae sundaes were only half full. That was it for us at McDonalds.

Unfortunately, the employees and the manager are very overwhelmed. Quite often you get cold fries and changes to citizens, for example, are not taken into account. Without cucumber and Zack there is cucumber on it. Sad.

The older gentleman at the checkout was very unfriendly and because there were problems with the system he sent us to the back of the queue. We were allowed to wait longer and when our turn came again we had to go to the other checkout and get in line again. The waiting time was actually 5 minutes but then we had to wait 45 minutes plus the orders were mixed up at the end.

Pleasant ambience, different from the others I have visited. The fries were perfect, as was the rest of the order. The staff served the entire order without fail. I say this because in other restaurants something is often missing from the menu or it is prepared incorrectly. Hygiene in the restaurant is satisfactory. All recommendations for those who sometimes want to eat something at Mc Donalds.

I ordered at the drive in today and asked twice if everything was included: the Pokemon cards for my nephew and my order. The colleague confirmed everything there. Turns out I didn't get my burger nor did my nephew get his Pokemon cards. I paid just under 12 euros for a portion of kate fries and some water.

Always check your order. EVEN THE INGREDIENTS ON THE BURGERS. I've gotten used to the fact that something is almost always missing from the order in this branch. Also, when topping the burger, the ingredients usually end up in the box and not on the burger. But forgetting the meat on a burger is not possible. That was the last visit to this branch. This McDonalds is not recommended and I can only advise against ordering here.

Completely messed up and received the wrong order, poor customer service and too long of a wait. Wiping is a foreign word here. They probably haven't cleaned the place since it opened, so whoever had the idea to clean apparently got fired, because I've never seen a McDonald's that dirty - and I've been to a lot of McDonald's. In addition, the McChicken salad was rotten. Go here if you want to eat in a pigsty, otherwise I can't recommend this McDonald's!!

So normally the hygiene standards at McDonalds aren't that high anyway - but here new standards are set: As soon as you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a very unpleasant kitchen smell and from the seats that were free it has proven to be almost impossible to find a place to eat that wasn't completely filthy and full of rubbish, as the cleaning staff here probably wanted to cheat on their working hours. When the food was brought to us after a rather entertaining time, we noticed that the lettuce on one of the burgers was rotting away and the BigMac was more like a traffic accident, as everything was carelessly thrown together. Definitely a case for the health department!

It's just what it is. But everything is okay.

Sunday evening very crowded, toilets very dirty, staff friendly and attentive.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's before. There was trash from previous guests everywhere next to or under the table. Spilled cola that has already stuck to the floor, etc. I don't even want to know what it looks like in the kitchen.

I've never seen anything dirty like that in a McDonald's. Every table was littered and not cleaned and the food was cold. We left everything and left, once and never again the health department would have to take a look. I don't think everything is going well there, miserable conditions. The employees don't seem to understand the word service. Showed total disinterest after I pointed it out to them. What worse have I ever encountered in this chain? Ugh, honestly, ugh.

Basically, a Megges is a Megges. But in this branch I was treated really unkindly on the drive this week. Not from the young man at the checkout or at the counter, but from the branch manager. We ordered something online using the McDonald's app. Unfortunately we made a mistake and changed the order again in the app. When we arrived at the counter after what felt like an eternity, the young man asked us what we had ordered. It's ok... it can happen. When we then called our changed order. We discovered that the changes had not been adopted in the app. Until then, that was our mistake too. Now the branch manager came into play. He also asked us what we had ordered. When we told him he came back: "NO YOU DIDN'T!" . He then called the cashier from window 1 to him with the words: "We're really stressed here!". We also admitted our mistake to the branch manager and said that something like this could happen and that we would just take the original order. All I got was: "We're in total chaos here because of you!" Back. I can understand that things can be more stressful at Megges. But blaming the paying customer for this and talking to your employees about "Assi Stress" in front of them is absolutely unprofessional. Hopefully this review reaches the right people.

"Got the wrong order twice in a row - simply unacceptable! Both times the order was wrong and the fries were cold and completely inedible. Apparently the boss here knows absolutely nothing about customer service and the whole team seems to be working in fear. I wouldn't even give this one star! It can't be that you pay €20 to then get 20 nuggets without a sauce and fries without ketchup or mayo. We also got two Mc Smart menus with two double cheeseburgers but they were only one Mc Smart menu with a normal cheeseburger. So here you get a Chessburger and 20 nuggets without sauce and half a cola for 20€ world class job!.

I bought mc for €50 and only got 5 of a pack of 6 nuggets.

The two of us were there for breakfast today. Between us there were maybe 5 customers in the entire branch. We ordered three things to eat and two coffees. The food came after 20 minutes and one of the three things was wrong. The two coffees came again 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, with a total waiting time of 25 minutes, this has nothing to do with fast food.

Burgers are just thrown on top of each other and fall apart on almost every visit. Bacon etc. are completely hard and the cheese isn't melted at all. It looks like a cold slice of cheese in a burger. Rolls are completely soggy and meat often tastes bitter. About the atmosphere: extremely overcrowded, tons of naughty children leaving their things everywhere. Benches and tables are very dirty.

I was just in the drive, I ordered a happy meal, the drinks were missing, unfortunately there is no place where the drink was forgotten, service quality is unfortunately very poor.

I wouldn't even give that food to my enemy!!!! What comes out of my intestines probably tastes better...

Something is always missing with every MC Drive order, very annoying!

Basically a normal, fairly modern McDonalds. Unfortunately, as is often the case, poor service ruins a lot of things. It took 3 cars almost 15 minutes to get to McDrive. An impudence.

Terrible management in this restaurant. After 5 minutes of waiting I complained and the restaurant management showed no understanding. Ordered via app from 5km away and paid for immediately. you still had to wait and listen to cheeky answers. Bought 2 burgers and 20 chicken nuggets. The 2 burgers were immediately placed in the distribution zone and the chicken nuggets came out of the deep fryer immediately afterwards. Only the chicken nuggets were distributed to customers who were at the monitor after me. Then the second batch came out of the deep fryer and the chicken nuggets were distributed again to other customers, my burgers were still in the distribution zone. I then complained to a lady, the answer was unsurpassed, she said: Why are you upset, you've only waited 300 seconds. I think the lady didn't understand the principle of fast food and first come first serve. So I took my cold BUrgers and my hot nuggets and left. Conclusion: This branch is a pure disaster because of the way it is run. One could assume that orders are regularly carried out incorrectly in the drive. The customer only notices it at home. No accomodation whatsoever, etc. 7 months later, the service in this branch is still unreasonable. After 30 minutes in the drive queue I still don't have my app order

Eating at McDonalds with children and all. Great and good. A new dish to try for the first time, and it was brilliantly good. It's going to be my burger. See you soon, see you.

It has now happened to us for the third time that part of the order was missing. Something like that shouldn't happen again!! We pay for it too.

It happened to me here again today that I ordered take-away food and found at home that the wrong food was packed for me. Every time it concerns the dessert from MCCafe, which is packed incorrectly and at a price of just under €4 For a mini piece of cake, I would really like the cake or donut that I ordered and not something completely different.

Be careful with the takeaway, I've missed burgers several times now! Always have the food given to you on a tablet and pack it yourself!!! This has never happened to me anywhere!

It says on the front that they're open until 1:00 a.m., but the front door was already closed at 12:20 a.m. (On a Monday)

The service here is terrible... At first I thought this could happen once, BUT now I've had terrible service on 2 out of 2 visits. On the first visit, we had two orders to pre-order (coupon limitation, greetings. The restaurant can't help it) for the pick-up point. According to the display, the first order was ready for pickup and would be taken straight away. A short time later, the second order was also marked on the display for pickup. However, there was no sign of the order anywhere. After a while the order even disappeared from the display. After a short discussion with the staff, the order was prepared "again" because it apparently didn't arrive in the system. The second visit was once again by advance order. But this time at the DriveIn. Once again two orders. Unfortunately, when accepted, only one code was loaded. In order not to hold up traffic, we decided to continue driving. When we handed it out, we politely asked if we could still accept the order (already paid for in the app). After initially being insulted by the staff, the order was finally accepted and directed to the waiting area. Isn't it possible to just take the order or tell them to go to the drive-in again, which wouldn't have been a problem at all?

They can't even put 2 drinks in a cardboard holder of four. One drink fell over in the car. The floor is SOggy, wet. Net potatoes were lukewarm almost cold!!!!!!!! I let the net potatoes go back and waited 7-10 minutes until I got NEW ones. P.S. It seems to me that no one wants to work there!!!! They didn't even have ice cubes!!!!!!!!

Catastrophic!!! My McMuffin Egg was inedible as were the mini pancakes which tasted like cornflakes. The store isn't particularly hygienic either. I have to say that I've never seen a McDonald's branch before and never again🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻

Unfortunately I was disappointed again, I ordered 2 burgers with side dishes and sauces. One of the burgers was the wrong one and both sauces were forgotten for mcnuggets and fries... disappointing. Today again, I just forgot my lattice potatoes... how do you manage to forget something every time...

The McDonald's is neat and clean. Ordering via app with service at the table worked perfectly. The EWEgo charging station was the main reason for the visit. Quickly reload, eat something and continue driving 😁

Terrible! 1 burger was forgotten in the order. Products were swapped. Other guests were also missing products. The McFlurry's were not available and the answer was "not possible" The tables were all dirty. There were full garbage bags outside. The children's slide was smeared with milkshakes. The cups were still on the slide. A great experience for my daughter... But the staff didn't seem to care. It didn't bother the cleaner either.

The worst FishMac I've eaten in my life. The bread was like a dry cake. The cheese is simply cold in between. That was pretty cheeky.

Dirty McDonalds, me and my colleague's meat was completely cold. Employees prefer to be on their cell phones and when they do, it looks like a garbage dump

I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's and was extremely pleased with my experience. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the fries and the Big Mac. The staff was friendly and quick, despite the high volume. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and clean, which contributed to a relaxed meal. Particularly noteworthy is the efficient ordering process, both at the counter and via the self-service terminals. I will definitely come back and recommend McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

Check your order! Employees are unable to pack 5 things. Once again products were missing from the order. Anyone who doesn't control this loses.

We love McDonald's, but after ordering online for the first time, it was the biggest disappointment! It said the food would arrive within 20-50 minutes, but now we've been waiting almost 2 hours and it still hasn't been delivered. You can't get anyone to answer the phone anyway. That was the first and last time I ordered from McDonalds!!! I'm very upset. You're no longer hungry. The only thing missing is that the food comes cold. Absolutely outrageous!

Chaos reigns here. Ordered there once a month for the last four months. There's always one or two orders missing. Sometimes fries then chicken nuggets plus the sauces or drinks, etc. The question is always what is missing this time.

The usual quality from McDonald's is to be expected, but the drive-thru employees seem to be forgetting to include things in the order more often lately. And that's especially annoying when you've paid extra for it.

My daughter loves McDonald's and our favorite place to go is this one. We like the atmosphere and you can also sit outside. Of course, things have sometimes been missing from our orders (as others have complained about in their reviews), but that can always happen and if you tell the employees, you'll get what's missing straight away. All in all, we find it attractive and clean and the employees are nice.

Everyone can rate the food for themselves, whether it's tasty or almost nutritious or or, the Leimen McDonald's has enough parking spaces, the entrance/exit is poorly chosen, the staff changes so often, it's difficult to rate that...
