McDonald's in Leimen

I've never seen anything dirty like that in a McDonald's. Every table was littered and not cleaned and the food was cold. We left everything and left, once and never again the health department would have to take a look. I don't think everything is going well there, miserable conditions. The employees don't seem to understand the word service. Showed total disinterest after I pointed it out to them. What worse have I ever encountered in this chain? Ugh, honestly, ugh.

Basically, a Megges is a Megges. But in this branch I was treated really unkindly on the drive this week. Not from the young man at the checkout or at the counter, but from the branch manager. We ordered something online using the McDonald's app. Unfortunately we made a mistake and changed the order again in the app. When we arrived at the counter after what felt like an eternity, the young man asked us what we had ordered. It's ok... it can happen. When we then called our changed order. We discovered that the changes had not been adopted in the app. Until then, that was our mistake too. Now the branch manager came into play. He also asked us what we had ordered. When we told him he came back: "NO YOU DIDN'T!" . He then called the cashier from window 1 to him with the words: "We're really stressed here!". We also admitted our mistake to the branch manager and said that something like this could happen and that we would just take the original order. All I got was: "We're in total chaos here because of you!" Back. I can understand that things can be more stressful at Megges. But blaming the paying customer for this and talking to your employees about "Assi Stress" in front of them is absolutely unprofessional. Hopefully this review reaches the right people.

"Got the wrong order twice in a row - simply unacceptable! Both times the order was wrong and the fries were cold and completely inedible. Apparently the boss here knows absolutely nothing about customer service and the whole team seems to be working in fear. It's clear "The atmosphere here is bad and the employees are not properly trained. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended!"

Parts of the orders are constantly forgotten... really sad, even after pointing this out you get insulted

The employees can't even tell you what else you can order in the evening. Unfortunately nothing was possible in the app.

I wouldn't even give this one star! It can't be that you pay €20 to then get 20 nuggets without a sauce and fries without ketchup or mayo. We also got two Mc Smart menus with two double cheeseburgers but they were only one Mc Smart menu with a normal cheeseburger. So here you get a Chessburger and 20 nuggets without sauce and half a cola for 20€ world class job!.

I bought mc for €50 and only got 5 of a pack of 6 nuggets.

The two of us were there for breakfast today. Between us there were maybe 5 customers in the entire branch. We ordered three things to eat and two coffees. The food came after 20 minutes and one of the three things was wrong. The two coffees came again 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, with a total waiting time of 25 minutes, this has nothing to do with fast food.

Burgers are just thrown on top of each other and fall apart on almost every visit. Bacon etc. are completely hard and the cheese isn't melted at all. It looks like a cold slice of cheese in a burger. Rolls are completely soggy and meat often tastes bitter. About the atmosphere: extremely overcrowded, tons of naughty children leaving their things everywhere. Benches and tables are very dirty.

I was just in the drive, I ordered a happy meal, the drinks were missing, unfortunately there is no place where the drink was forgotten, service quality is unfortunately very poor.

I wouldn't even give that food to my enemy!!!! What comes out of my intestines probably tastes better...

Something is always missing with every MC Drive order, very annoying!

Basically a normal, fairly modern McDonalds. Unfortunately, as is often the case, poor service ruins a lot of things. It took 3 cars almost 15 minutes to get to McDrive. An impudence.

Terrible management in this restaurant. After 5 minutes of waiting I complained and the restaurant management showed no understanding. Ordered via app from 5km away and paid for immediately. you still had to wait and listen to cheeky answers. Bought 2 burgers and 20 chicken nuggets. The 2 burgers were immediately placed in the distribution zone and the chicken nuggets came out of the deep fryer immediately afterwards. Only the chicken nuggets were distributed to customers who were at the monitor after me. Then the second batch came out of the deep fryer and the chicken nuggets were distributed again to other customers, my burgers were still in the distribution zone. I then complained to a lady, the answer was unsurpassed, she said: Why are you upset, you've only waited 300 seconds. I think the lady didn't understand the principle of fast food and first come first serve. So I took my cold BUrgers and my hot nuggets and left. Conclusion: This branch is a pure disaster because of the way it is run. One could assume that orders are regularly carried out incorrectly in the drive. The customer only notices it at home. No accomodation whatsoever, etc. 7 months later, the service in this branch is still unreasonable. After 30 minutes in the drive queue I still don't have my app order

Eating at McDonalds with children and all. Great and good. A new dish to try for the first time, and it was brilliantly good. It's going to be my burger. See you soon, see you.

It has now happened to us for the third time that part of the order was missing. Something like that shouldn't happen again!! We pay for it too.

It happened to me here again today that I ordered take-away food and found at home that the wrong food was packed for me. Every time it concerns the dessert from MCCafe, which is packed incorrectly and at a price of just under €4 For a mini piece of cake, I would really like the cake or donut that I ordered and not something completely different.

Be careful with the takeaway, I've missed burgers several times now! Always have the food given to you on a tablet and pack it yourself!!! This has never happened to me anywhere!

It says on the front that they're open until 1:00 a.m., but the front door was already closed at 12:20 a.m. (On a Monday)

The service here is terrible... At first I thought this could happen once, BUT now I've had terrible service on 2 out of 2 visits. On the first visit, we had two orders to pre-order (coupon limitation, greetings. The restaurant can't help it) for the pick-up point. According to the display, the first order was ready for pickup and would be taken straight away. A short time later, the second order was also marked on the display for pickup. However, there was no sign of the order anywhere. After a while the order even disappeared from the display. After a short discussion with the staff, the order was prepared "again" because it apparently didn't arrive in the system. The second visit was once again by advance order. But this time at the DriveIn. Once again two orders. Unfortunately, when accepted, only one code was loaded. In order not to hold up traffic, we decided to continue driving. When we handed it out, we politely asked if we could still accept the order (already paid for in the app). After initially being insulted by the staff, the order was finally accepted and directed to the waiting area. Isn't it possible to just take the order or tell them to go to the drive-in again, which wouldn't have been a problem at all?

They can't even put 2 drinks in a cardboard holder of four. One drink fell over in the car. The floor is SOggy, wet. Net potatoes were lukewarm almost cold!!!!!!!! I let the net potatoes go back and waited 7-10 minutes until I got NEW ones. P.S. It seems to me that no one wants to work there!!!! They didn't even have ice cubes!!!!!!!!

Catastrophic!!! My McMuffin Egg was inedible as were the mini pancakes which tasted like cornflakes. The store isn't particularly hygienic either. I have to say that I've never seen a McDonald's branch before and never again🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻

Unfortunately I was disappointed again, I ordered 2 burgers with side dishes and sauces. One of the burgers was the wrong one and both sauces were forgotten for mcnuggets and fries... disappointing. Today again, I just forgot my lattice potatoes... how do you manage to forget something every time...

The McDonald's is neat and clean. Ordering via app with service at the table worked perfectly. The EWEgo charging station was the main reason for the visit. Quickly reload, eat something and continue driving 😁

The food was cold, the staff were very unfriendly and said we were stupid and made vegan nuggets instead of normal ones! The tip only got a stupid laugh!!

We booked a place here in April for a birthday party. Booking went smoothly and great. The service was very friendly. Beautiful decorations. The food tastes like McDonald’s, what can you say about that. Enough parking spaces available

Terrible! 1 burger was forgotten in the order. Products were swapped. Other guests were also missing products. The McFlurry's were not available and the answer was "not possible" The tables were all dirty. There were full garbage bags outside. The children's slide was smeared with milkshakes. The cups were still on the slide. A great experience for my daughter... But the staff didn't seem to care. It didn't bother the cleaner either.

The worst FishMac I've eaten in my life. The bread was like a dry cake. The cheese is simply cold in between. That was pretty cheeky.

Dirty McDonalds, me and my colleague's meat was completely cold. Employees prefer to be on their cell phones and when they do, it looks like a garbage dump

I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's and was extremely pleased with my experience. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the fries and the Big Mac. The staff was friendly and quick, despite the high volume. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and clean, which contributed to a relaxed meal. Particularly noteworthy is the efficient ordering process, both at the counter and via the self-service terminals. I will definitely come back and recommend McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

Check your order! Employees are unable to pack 5 things. Once again products were missing from the order. Anyone who doesn't control this loses.

We love McDonald's, but after ordering online for the first time, it was the biggest disappointment! It said the food would arrive within 20-50 minutes, but now we've been waiting almost 2 hours and it still hasn't been delivered. You can't get anyone to answer the phone anyway. That was the first and last time I ordered from McDonalds!!! I'm very upset. You're no longer hungry. The only thing missing is that the food comes cold. Absolutely outrageous!

Chaos reigns here. Ordered there once a month for the last four months. There's always one or two orders missing. Sometimes fries then chicken nuggets plus the sauces or drinks, etc. The question is always what is missing this time.

The usual quality from McDonald's is to be expected, but the drive-thru employees seem to be forgetting to include things in the order more often lately. And that's especially annoying when you've paid extra for it.

My daughter loves McDonald's and our favorite place to go is this one. We like the atmosphere and you can also sit outside. Of course, things have sometimes been missing from our orders (as others have complained about in their reviews), but that can always happen and if you tell the employees, you'll get what's missing straight away. All in all, we find it attractive and clean and the employees are nice.

Everyone can rate the food for themselves, whether it's tasty or almost nutritious or or, the Leimen McDonald's has enough parking spaces, the entrance/exit is poorly chosen, the staff changes so often, it's difficult to rate that...

This store is absolutely terrible! Paid items are constantly missing, so you always have to check everything. Even sauces are packaged incorrectly. The employees don't listen to you and seem uninterested. I have had a stomach ache and diarrhea since yesterday, probably due to the poor hygiene in this store. I strongly advise against eating here.

That just can't be right, at night after work you're hungry, you want to treat yourself, you order an order worth about €20, you come home even though you live in Leimen, I'm talking about 12:20 a.m., you order nuggets where your 2nd Pieces were missing, as mentioned, complete order cold…. Eating at McDonalds has become extremely expensive. 3 burgers - €10.67. I rarely go there, but that's it with megges and co.

We were here with 8 people and had an order of almost €90. Nevertheless, the order went really quickly!! The order was also transferred to a tablet at short notice after one of us accidentally ordered “takeaway” - great! They were friendly too! Only the cleanliness was a bit poor in some places, but there was also a lot going on.

Hands off !!! What Bet@@@@r!!! I took a big order today, at home I saw that a few things were missing!!!!! It's a shame I didn't check the bag in MacDonald directly!!! The colorful fries were totally disgusting 🤮 raw and old. Chicken burger with a few spreads of lettuce just a thin cutlet and sweet sour sweetness. Ganix more!! A pity !!!! Never again !!! Better go somewhere else!!

Made the wrong burger instead of Royal smoky, a Royal BBQ was made for me and the Royal cheese with smoky sauce and fried onions had this but it was cheeky

Best McDonald's I've seen so far. All the employees are very polite and helpful, they carry the food to the table and always clear it away. Everyone tries very hard to ensure that the customers are well and that everyone feels comfortable. The small seating area in café design is very appealing and invites you to stay and relax. While children have their own space to play and run around, you can choose from a number of seating areas to linger. The usual music is very quiet, if you like it quiet this is the place for you. The ordering machines work perfectly without any ifs and buts, which is very pleasing.

Really rude, stupid employees, were there for breakfast this morning, Half of our order was missing. When we asked about it after a certain wait, the employee said we had already received it. When we showed him our tray with only half of the order on it, he said “that can't be right, he gave out the order”. At some point another customer overheard our discussion and came to the conclusion that she had received a completely different order than what she actually wanted. Namely ours, but the employee was very rude, made us out to be liars. Well, we won't go there anymore.

Yes, the food is like everywhere else. But for me as a biker it was a pleasant place to warm up and plan the rest of the way.

Alles ist viel schlechter geworden. Essen schlecht verpackt, wie einfach reingeschmiesen, kleiner geworden, keine Trinkhalme, in Getränken nur Eis. Automaten, bleiben hängen, oder funktionieren nicht zur ohne Kartenzahlung, alles daurt sehr lange, und allgemein schmutzig geworden.

Bereits zwei mal bei dieser Filiale die 20er Plant-Based Nuggets bestellt. Beide Male die Originalen Hähnchen-Nuggets erhalten. Ist einfach eine absolute Frechheit. Ich habe zwei mal 11€ bezahlt und hab mir dann doch noch was kochen müssen, weil ich das Essen nicht essen konnte.

Größter Fehler da hinzugehen andauernd fehlt irgendwas von der Bestellung und das Restaurant an sich ist auch echt dreckig nicht empfehlenswert da fahre ich lieber in eine andere Filiale als dort nochmal hinzugehen

Es ist halt ein mecces. Ich verstehe nicht warum ich manchmal den Big Vegan TS ganz normal bestellen kann aber wenn ich ihn über einen Coupon auswählen möchte wird mir angezeigt er wäre aktuell nicht verfügbar. Eventuell ist das kein Problem der Filiale aber es ist ärgerlich ohne ersichtlichen Grund mehr zahlen zu müssen

Unfähiges Personal, bekommt zum mehrfachen Male nicht gebacken, die Bestellung vollständig zu verpacken, immer wird etwas vergessen.

Spät am Abend habe ich keine großen Erwartungen an einen mc Donalds. Um so mehr habe ich mich über die freundliche Bedienung und den Service gefreut. Bitte behalten Sie sich das unbedingt bei. Essen wie beim Mces üblich.

es geht, einmal im Monat vorbei zu kommen, ca. 10€ pro Person

Wir besuchten das Restaurant zum zweiten Mal (innerhalb 2.5 Wochen) mit dem Wunsch, ein entspanntes Frühstück zu genießen. Leider wurden wir erneut enttäuscht, da weder Mc Muffins Bacon & Egg noch MC Muffin Fresh Chicken verfügbar waren - zum zweiten Mal in Folge. Die wiederholte Unverfügbarkeit dieser grundlegenden Frühstücksoptionen hat unsere Erfahrung stark beeinträchtigt. Es wäre ratsam, entweder die Verfügbarkeit zu verbessern oder diese Elemente aus dem Menü zu streichen, um Frustrationen zu vermeiden. Wir hoffen auf eine Verbesserung bei zukünftigen Besuchen.

Ich bin geschockt-was ist denn mit MC Donalds los??? Die Restaurants sehen sehr,sehr schlimm aus! Heute waren wir bei Rohrbach-Süd,neben der Shell-Tankstelle...da schmeckt einem nicht mal das Essen (- ist schon soweit in Ordnung) -im Restaurant sieht es aus ,wie nach einem Krieg/ Schlachtfeld!!! Total verdreckt...sogar die Sitzbänke und Tische- vom Boden wollen wir gar nicht erst reden. Auf der Toilette ist mehr Papier als auf der Rolle!!! Seife könnte man auch auffüllen. Wir nehmen ab sofort unser Essen mit nach Hause!!! Sehr schade!!!

Schlieren auf der Tischplatte ... immerhin wurde anscheinend vorher abgewischt ... während unseres Aufenthalts hat sich darum allerdings niemand mehr gekümmert. Die große Portion Pommes war auffallend flach. Das haben wir bei McDonalds auch schon anders erlebt. Bei den Pommes hatten wir ein wenig mehr Salz erwartet. Eigentlich kein Problem, man könnte sich etwas Salz einfach dazuholen. Es gab allerdings keine Station, wo man Salz oder auch Servietten hätte bekommen können. Das Personal war überwiegend in der Küche tätig, keine Chance, jemanden auf die Schnelle anzusprechen. Wir haben bekommen, was wir für heute erwartet hatten, also schnell etwas zu Essen. Und das hat ja auch geklappt.

Also muss man auch schreiben nicht nur schlechtes top Service ohne maulen neue Pommes wenn kalt kann ja mal passieren immer nett top laden

Alle Tische dreckig trotz einigem Personal vor Ort

Ich bin seit einigen Jahren regelmäßig ein paar Mal pro Kalenderjahr dort zu Gast, Service ist dort immer sehr freundlich und gut, Ambiente, naja,Ganz okay

Frühstück ist gut... aber leider etwas zu teuer. Und das Rührei, von der Menge her, leider etwas zu wenig. Sonst ist alles ok. 😊

Wir haben 4 Softeis vor Ort gegessen. Es hat geschmeckt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und der Laden war sauber.

Erstaunlich warm der BigMac für ein McD. Ansonsten alles OK. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Auch genügend Mitarbeiter vor Ort. War soweit ich sehen konnte alles sauber.

Also da werde ich nicht mehr essen die Dame die diet Tische Putte hatte zuerst die majo vom Tisch gewischt und mit dem selben Lappen die Sitze abgewischt und nicht nur einen ohne nur einmal den Lappen auszuwaschen igitt

Wer kennt nicht McDonald? Fastfood - Restaurant mit beliebten und bekannten Gerichten.Eingang Rollstuhl tauglich.. Die Bestell-Terminals sind für Rollstuhlfahrer in einer etwas ungünstigen Höhe angebracht. Dafür gibt es dann die Alternative seine Bestellung an der Theke zu machen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich obwohl sie sicher einen stressigen Job haben... An diesem Tag waren sehr viele Kunden da, der Geräuschpegel daher entsprechend. Die Tablett Wagen waren randvoll und es machte Schwierigkeiten sein Tablett nach dem Essen abzustellen. Leider waren die Tische sowie der Boden im Außenbereich mit mehr oder weniger Müll verschmutzt... Dabei gibt es ausreichend Mülleimer... Die Preise? Wow... Mit mehreren Kindern/Personen kann dies ganz schön ins Geld gehen... Die Toiletten sehr sauber...

Haben zum Mitnehmen bestellt am digitalen Modul. Großer Familienandrang, daher Wartezeit am Bestellmodul und an der Ausgabe. Personal sichtlich überfordert mit der Situation! Nun als kleiner Tip: man sollte im Geschäft nicht nur kontrollieren wieviel eingepackt wurde, nein auch in die Schachteln solltet ihr schauen. Mein verpackten Big Mäc hat leider nur Deckel & Boden, das Innenleben fehlt 😱

Immer wieder fehlen Sachen in der Bestellung. Auch heute hatten wir 2 MC flurrys schoko und 1 Menü. Wir haben 2 Vanille Mc Flurrys bekommen und die Cola hat gefehlt. Natürlich erst gemerkt nachdem wir auf dem Weg nach Hause waren. Man muss hier immer alles penibel kontrollieren ob man alles bekommen hat. So sollte das nicht sein!
