Super nice service! The employee with the short hair and the mole on her face was super friendly and immediately made me smile. That's what makes McDonald's fun!

The toilets were broken. The staff were unfriendly, arrogant, and unwilling to speak German. When we asked for a restroom, we received no answer. After a more assertive approach, we received a half-hearted suggestion: they could go to the gas station. Impossible. Order incomplete. Disaster.

Impossible! The staff doesn't speak a word of German and is unfriendly! The place is dirty, and to top it off, there's no working restroom! And in Germany... I can't think of anything else!

The toilet is in a dilapidated container outside the door. The only vegetarian options are nuggets, which are inedible. No apple turnover, no Coke Zero. You used to be able to go to McDonald's all over Europe and the food would be okay. Unfortunately, that's no longer possible.

It's a bit dirty and a lot of people come just to warm up. It was quite uncomfortable for some reason.

Today I wanted to go out to eat with my family at around 11:50 a.m., but this restaurant is constantly closed. My mother lives in Switzerland, and we visit her often. The children and my husband were very hungry after a 3.5 hour drive, and since this service station is the first after Switzerland, it is the most affordable option for a quick and inexpensive break and a bite to eat. I looked it up online and it said the restaurant is open from 9:00 a.m., but unfortunately they can't seem to optimize the opening hours. This has happened several times now. I agree with the other reviews. Disastrous service.

The dark-skinned lady at the cash register was unfriendly and deliberately introduced misunderstandings into the ordering process. The sauce for the nuggets wasn't in the bag either. Unfortunately, I only noticed this on the highway, otherwise I would have told her. The restrooms are in the dirty container in front of the door.

They say McDonalds tastes the same everywhere. BUT here they make the worst fries! Hence 2 stars because I was quite surprised that it worked.

Best McDonald's in Europe Amazing staff!!

It's fine for people who just want to satisfy their hunger before continuing their journey, but there should be a little more care and professionalism... always discussing private matters so audibly. When the order is ready, even if it's placed through the app, they leave it on the table and don't have a table number. They insist on leaving it on the counter so we have to go get it! This is the second time I've experienced this.

Four employees stood at the counter, discussing intimate, personal issues. We waited a LONG time for the food. Curly fries were very crispy and hot, regular fries were soggy and cold. Burgers were okay.

Where do I start... The food was what you would expect from McDonalds. Generally solid. However, the ambience was hardly there. But we are also at a motorway service station and I don't expect anything special, everything is half as wild. The gaming machines were only slightly annoying. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the sanitary facilities. My current impairment and the associated walking on crutches made it much more difficult for me to reach the toilet. From the McDonald's you had to walk down a small staircase and then climb a rickety double step without a railing into an unhygienic emergency container. To make matters worse, the soap dispenser was unfilled. Unfortunately only 2 stars.

Expensive: cheap burgers are twice the price as in Italy, while expressive burgers are just a bad Big Mac. Food was just not good and tables and chairs were dirty.

Normal McDonald's with a not friendly lady at all

I think this McDonald's is the best in the area! The staff are super friendly and the fries are always hot and the burgers are prepared with love and not just slapped down. I'd rather go here like everyone else in the area. Most of the time there isn't that much going on, which is also an advantage.

Terrible place! The staff cheated on the change, from 100 euros on the check there were 50 and only 20 francs were handed over, with an order of about 30 euros. I had to figure it out, the manager said that they don’t accept 100 bills at all, then she went into one cash register and then into another, and there they were. They didn't even apologize. We left for 10 minutes to change money, and when we returned they handed us the same order. The burgers were in terrible condition and the potatoes were overcooked.

After the last visit, I was disgusted with this place and the disrespectful staff, but today the food is really good and the fries are crispy - apparently there has been a change of staff and it is much better

McDonald's: I've never experienced anything so incredible. My husband wanted to know something about a burger, the young man at the checkout was very rude and pissed off. While we were waiting at the table for our food, he picked his nose as deeply as possible. He then plucked his eyebrows at his co-worker at the checkout. I have a trauma...Never again McDonald's in DE.

Incompetent employees. Rough. There is a “sort of free shower”, but they don’t let you into it, claiming that there are some problems with it. Although everything works properly... When they asked why they didn’t indicate that the shower wasn’t working, the manager said this: I AM THE OWNER HERE!!!!! I don't recommend.....

"Energy problems" but. Not trying to fix the problem, or to turn off the easy order. When you complain you get a totally different order. Which is not the same value as what youve ordered. And when you ask your money back they talk trash about you. Worst mcdonalds ive ever seen. They can close this one for good. Bad service.

Generell kein Veggie-Burger (McPlant) erhältlich.

Ab 12:00 Uhr sollte es offen sein, jedoch kann das Personal nicht arbeiten, wenn der "Chef" keine Kasse gebracht hat . Um 12:08 Uhr kam dann auch endlich der "Chef" in seinen Flip Flops. Es wurde sich aber nicht für die Wartezeit entschuldigt, oder sonst irgendwie kommunikativ, auf die Verspätung eingegangen und es gab auch keine Aufmerksamkeit ( oder ähnlich) für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Goed voor Mc burger ,en lekkere Duitse braadworst.

Raststätten McD halt, aber sonst alles OK. Sozzplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, wobei die meisten das Essen eh in das Auto mitnehmen.

Für eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und zu trinken während der Fahrt ist er in Ordnung. Bei den Preisen in der Raststätte frage ich mich nur , wer sich in der Raststätte etwas zu trinken kauft, wenn es 10 Meter weiter bei McDonalds weniger als die Hälfte kostet. 🤔

Mittwoch Abend um 20 Uhr dort gewesen den besten Burger gegessen alles war frisch zubereitete super nette Dame an der Kasse sehr freundlich

Wir kamen Freitags Abends auf der Heimfahrt von unserem Urlaub hier vorbei. Da in der Schweiz McDonalds noch teurer ist als in D, haben wir extra gewartet bis nach der Grenze. Aber es war unglaublich. Viele Kunden, die auf ihr Essen warteten. Wir haben bestellt und nach 15 Minuten konnten wir immer noch nicht bezahlen. Es war absolutes Chaos. Zu wenig Personal, das überhaupt keinen Plan hatte. Wir sind dann ohne zu essen weiter gefahren.

Toutes les qualités et défauts de l'enseigne mais surtout une augmentation des prix conséquente !!

Der McDonald‘s ist sehr klein. Manche Sachen gibt es dort nicht, z.B. McWrap. Aber nette Personal.

Hier kann man nur am Automaten bestellen, vor Ort wird man ignoriert. Nicht sehr freundlich in meinen Augen. Automaten funktionieren nicht richtig, der Touchscreen hat so seine Macken. Bei den Happy Meals sind alle Getränke nicht verfügbar. Tische waren auch nicht sauber.

Erg warm binnen. Eten was prima. Maar 1 bestel zuil. Personeel was een beetje krankie, maar dat zal wel door de warmte komen.

Magnifique vue, super paysage campagnard. Cuisine local très bonne !

Buena gente y buen sitio para los que tenemos que esperar los trámites de la aduana. Un café o una buena hamburguesa, hace mejor la espera.

Ich wollte den jungen Herren, der heute gegen 15:30 Uhr gearbeitet hat, loben. Er hat einen ausgezeichneten Job gemacht. Selten erlebt man so eine Freundlichkeit auch den Kindern gegenüber in Deutschland. Vielen Dank, du hast unserem Sohn den Tag verschönert.

Sehr schmutzig und unhygienisch

Leider war das Personal etwas unterbesetzt nur 2 Leute, einer in der Küche und einer an der Kasse und im Servicebereich ist eindeutig zu wenig. Trotzdem kann ich mich nicht ueber dir Qualität der Speisen beschweren. Jedoch gab es eine Stelle an der Kasse an der Wasser von der Decke tropfte. Dies ist zwar in einem Eimer gelandet hat aber meine Jacke fast getroffen.

Müssten kaum warten und die Bedienung war freundlich. Zum Essen bräuchte man ja nic sagen, wie immer halt - nix besonderes aber wenn man auf der Reise Mal Hunger kriegt geht's schon ;)

Es war Chaos, das McMenu für den Double Chili Cheeseburger war aus ??? Wieso? Den Burger und die Fritten gab es einzeln. Der Oberhammer war: der mittlere Cappuccino war ein Cappuccino, der große im Menü eine Wassersosse. Nur die nette Bedienung hat das Chaos abgemildert! Sonst wär nur ein Stern übrig geblieben.
