Always very quick and efficient. This is a good McDonald's.

My hash brown burger was quite good. Unfortunately the fries were cold and too salty. I don't eat at this type of restaurant often. But every time I ask myself why I have to eat food out of cardboard boxes even though I eat it in a restaurant. On the one hand, it would taste much better on the plate and, on the other hand, it would save a lot of waste.

It's a shame that no one can be found to serve you (even though 7 people were waiting). After 10 minutes of waiting we left again. The staff at the “food distribution” is probably not responsible here.

After waiting 10 minutes I am served. I wanted extra Oreo with my Oreo caramel ice cream and was denied it. I got that much Oreo (see picture) and almost nothing.

Cheaper, more interesting menus and birgers than in Switzerland

For the first time in my entire life, I had food poisoning because of McDonalds. Ordered McWrap Cesar around midnight, Nov 9, I think salat leaves were infected. Barely could walk the next day, suffered from high temperature and stomach problems, had to take a sick leave. I don't know if there is something wrong with these border lands (lack of quality control etc.) or it was just a bad luck.. Anyway, McDonalds is no-go for me now. Terrible. Better to avoid at any cost.

I apparently parked for 2 hours and 2 minutes and now received a payment request for €60 for parking. Absolute rip-off and a really poor number. I was there last time... Dear McD

They make a lot of mistakes about orders

Seit Jahren besuche ich hin und wieder diese Filiale. Hier erlebt man immer was, aber eigentlich nichts positives. Fängt beim Manager an, der nie kundenorientiert arbeitet, sondern nur für seine Tasche oder Statistik. Dieses hat sich heute mal wieder gezeigt. Wir gaben am Terminal unsere Bestellung zum mitnehmen auf und auf der Anzeigetafel stand die Nummer unter Zubereitung. Nach nicht einmal 1 Minute stand diese unter Abholbereit. Fehlanzeige, wir mussten 15 Minuten warten. Bitte kontrollieren Sie immer Ihre Tüten auf Vollständigkeit, denn in 99% fehlt immer was.

Ordered food and still not delivered after about 1.5 hours. Absolute impudence. Nobody answers the phone either. Once and never again

What's that supposed to mean .... They've intentionally stopped making a big tasty burger for weeks, I wonder why there's a coupon for it.... This is the very last thing mcdoof does to treat the customers like that..... Thank you 👍🏾

Too small menus. This from the pictures is the big sandwich. I can only imagine how small is the smaller one.

Extremely loud, a device is constantly beeping, people are talking extremely loudly, almost only foreigners, I don't come here anymore

Was there on a Wednesday afternoon. It was quiet and not that crowded. Staff were just training other staff and seemed stressed/annoyed. Otherwise everything is fine. There are plenty of parking spaces, but a maximum of only 60 minutes are free otherwise you get a parking ticket.

Good Macdonald. Please note: Parking limited to 1 hour then paying 30th. The employees are not too friendly but it's still a McDonald's

This McDonald's is very bad and my colleagues and I had their orders completely mixed up and I simply didn't have any fries with me and that has happened too many times now

Drive in, unfortunately something is missing every time!

I really enjoy eating at McDonald's, I've been to many McDonald's restaurants in many countries or within Germany. But the McDonald's in Friedlingen is by far the worst quality McDonald's I have ever visited. I waited 1.5 hours for my order and not for the first or second time... Nuggets were ok, burger had been in the warming cupboard for a while (salad was already soggy) fries smelled of old fat... I think that the deep fryer fat had not been changed for some time. My living room and kitchen also smelled disgustingly like these fries afterwards. That's the last time I ordered there

Paid for 4 burgers and received 2. Half of the order was missing, as it was take-away we didn't notice it until we got home. Unfortunately the staff didn't understand German.

Waited over 15 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets and then they forgot the sauce. Nuggets dry, cold and almost inedible.

Dear Mc's team We had dinner with you today. We waited quite a long time for our food, but we understood that because there was a lot going on. But the fact that we got cold burgers and fries after almost 40 minutes of waiting wasn't nice at all. The only thing that was hot and fresh were the nuggets. What a shame! What we also didn't understand was why everyone who kept coming in and ordering takeaway was served first.

I don't recommend the McDonald's in Weil am Rhein, I was ten cents short of ketchup and they weren't even able to be generous and offer me ketchup for 40 cents instead of 50 cents. It is unacceptable. I recommend McDonald's in Saint Louis where the ketchup is free. Kind regards, thank you

Bigmac double pack menu ordered on the drive (Bigmac & Royal Cheese Burger) in the Bigmac box was just an ordinary cold Chessburger. Is this how waste is now being disposed of by ripping off customers at the drive?

Well, what can I say - good is different. The vegetable sticks were simply overly fried something and tasted mainly of fat, see photo. The glass that should have been included with the menu wasn't there either. Since I got the things via drive, I unfortunately only discovered this on the way and didn't have time to turn back. The burger was actually OK, even if the meat in the double burger was only a few millimeters thick. I won't say anything about that now. Addendum 1 year later; We tried again and drove into drive. What can I say, what can't be understood about a "cheeseburger menu medium"? I ask myself. I received a normal burger with small fries. I have no doubt that the lady at the order and payment point is multifunctional and can take orders and cash out at the same time, but unfortunately that went terribly wrong this time.

I actually just went to Switzerland to buy cigarettes, but then I had to fill up my fat reserves and came across this unbelievably cool place, they are so damn friendly, the Mces employees come to you and ask if everything is ok and if you still have one Want apple turnover...never experienced it and loved it straight away

Being nearby, I decided to come here to eat something delicious and drink a great drink ;) I ordered what I usually order when I eat at McDonald's, a McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola). The food was delicious and the drink - Coca-Cola - was very refreshing. The price, in my opinion, was reasonable and you can pay by card. It's usually crowded, but the service is fast and friendly, so I deserve praise. Clean bathroom. Open until late. 5 Stars, the highest rating, is, in my opinion, an accurate rating for this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant and McZestaw ;)

The size of Sunday a real scam compared to commercial photography. For the manager, this is normal. Avoid especially given the sale price.

Wer hier mit dem Auto anreist und länger als 1h verweilt darf gleich nochmal €40 Strafe zahlen weil man „zu lange geparkt hat“. Ist mir egal dass das an einen externen Dienstleister ausgelagert ist, das ist schlichtweg Abzocke … hier war ich definitiv zum letzten Mal.

Unfortunately, my last visit to this McDonald's was a bitter disappointment. The cheeseburger I ordered arrived almost cold, which really detracted from the eating experience. Even worse were the fries, which were saturated with oil and just looked unappetizing. Overall, the quality of this location is deteriorating more and more. I unfortunately cannot recommend eating here as both the food and the overall experience are far below the standard one might expect.

It's probably been more than 5 years since I've been to Mc Donalds in Friedlingen and I'll definitely never again! The prices are beyond outrageous, the fries were soggy and dripping with grease and the cheeseburger was also a disaster. On Sunday evening at 8.30 p.m. the place was well attended and to my horror there were still many families with children who should have already been in bed. Poor Germany is all I say - but the majority of the guests seemed to be based beyond the borders - 🙈

I wasn't greeted at all. They also didn't give me any change. Instead, a strange Indian woman looked at me stupidly when I was being seated, and the whole time. But at others it was precisely the Indian woman who greeted others and served them in a friendly manner. Huge impudence!

The operator of the McDonald's stipulates that you can only park your car in the parking lot for a maximum of an hour. I was there for 2 hours having breakfast with a friend and received a fine of 60 euros. How anti-social is that? It was definitely my last time in this Mc

This branch doesn't have an ambience. Likewise the employees. This McDonald's is fully geared towards maximum profits. If the visible part of the branch looks dingy, what will it look like in the background. Mc Donalds Germany should order that the owner should renovate again. This branch has an extremely high customer frequency and therefore an above-average level of wear and tear.

A lot of nice people at the drive in side but inside I was slipping around dangerously in front of the cashdesks floor was full of oil ! and no one was interested when I said it’s slippery I just got blank stares -

McDonald's surprised me with the taste of the BBQ burger with double cheese and crispy bacon. The combination of these ingredients created a tasty experience, and the chips additionally emphasized the value of the meal. Unfortunately, the chicken burger did not meet my expectations and did not impress me much. Nevertheless, the wealth of options on the menu means that everyone can find something for themselves. McDonald's remains a solid choice for fast food lovers.

Muy buen Mc, local grande y agradable, con máquinas para hacer el pedido. Gran estacionamiento, auto Mc y Mc Cafe. Muy buenas ofertas respecto a los precios en Suiza que son una locura a tan solo unos km. Variedad de hamburguesas, incluso las Mc Ribs de cerdo que hay en pocos lugares.

We wanted to have breakfast. Unfortunately, McDonald's only vegetarian breakfast menu offers a dry croissant with a drink and a cookie. This location has little influence on this, but I was surprised that the offer has decreased significantly. This location is getting very old, even if the interior at first glance gives the impression that it has been renovated (my last visit was a few years ago), this only affects the room dividers and the arrangement of the tables. The chairs all have damage to the backrest, the benches are almost as hard as the unupholstered chairs. During our stay there was a constant annoying beeping, which made us more and more aggressive, so we quickly left again. The extremely unpleasant noise came from the café area, which - as on my previous irregular visits - was unoccupied

Beaucoup trop long dans le drive qui est mal organisé à attendre sa commande pendant qu'ils préparent plusieurs commandes à la fois des voitures derrière vous et après la votre sera froide quand ils vous la donne. Nulle de chez nulle.

It was an okay McDonald's experience. Altough since close to the Border of France and Switzerland there have been a few weird people in there. One.guy was.shaving in the mens bathroom and.the Toilets were extremly dirty. Food was decent, altough definetly sub standard (burgers had been offset with bun, barely.any sauce etc.)

Good McD's, and a very good coffee and cakes bar.
