The only refuge for a quick bite to eat before 8.00.

Very clean, burgers are freshly prepared and not kept warm like in other branches. Then I prefer to wait and have the menu brought to the table more often. Very friendly staff.

Everything was great, except no goulash soup.

I haven't been to MC in a long time due to the poor quality. On 10/22/24 I was in the drive. Because of my bad experience at the counter, I ordered via the APP. That works well. I was able to pay immediately and the food was given to me. The lady at the counter was friendly. Unfortunately, I was once again confirmed why I will be avoiding MC. The burgers were so cold, the fries were just as cold and inedible. No napkins included.

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star, never again... I have never experienced such an unfriendly, inflexible and arrogant person in the service sector! We were in the drive-in today and I have to admit that I drove past the ordering column on purpose. When I wanted to order at the window, I was told in an arrogant, impudent manner that I would have to stand in line again! At prime time, it's easily 15 minutes with two small, hungry children in the car! I can only recommend this nice lady to change her job to an area where she has no customer contact, as this behavior is bad for business. We then drove one town further to Metzingen. I can only recommend it to everyone. In any case, the MC Bad Urach will never see me again!!!

The food is bad, the McDonalds used to be cleaner and the food was better, my curry sauce tasted expired and my food was cold. The chicken nuggets felt like paper in your mouth... Only the new cola from the can was delicious!

Worse than it has been for a long time. Table service is not possible because there is no “capacity”. Sauces were completely forgotten as was the salt on the fries.

What I like about it is the immediate food preparation after paying cash. What I don't like about it is the high prices for just a small boring burger meal, desserts and tasteless fries. However, I really like the chocolate sauce on the ice cream! Please use the sauce for other desserts too. Otherwise the restaurant is clean and tidy.

Rarely seen a pigsty like this. The employees prefer to chat instead of cleaning up. There was packaging on the floor everywhere, tables hadn't been cleared or cleaned.

I got there and ordered food from these great terminals. The receipt roll appeared to be empty and the signs for table service were also not refilled. No receipt came out of the machine. So I had no confirmation that I had paid and logically no order number... And so the path takes its course. Luckily it wasn't that crowded, so you could see what was being packed there. An employee who barely spoke German called my supposed number in an unfriendly manner. I wanted to explain that it could be mine, but he couldn't pronounce it or perhaps understand me. Well, I took my tray and ate but no one cared about the ordering terminal being repaired. People also made fun of it behind the back and repeated “Bon Leer” 10 times. Another customer ordered at this terminal and the person who had nothing to do anyway and couldn't speak properly finally moved and tried with his hands and feet to remove a paper jam that had accumulated there. Service looks different and if you had responded immediately to customer 1 and removed the paper jam, you could have saved yourself the stress afterwards. Maybe instead of making fun of it, do the work you're paid for... PS: the MC Flurry didn't add 2x KitKat as ordered, but only 1x, but that was only in passing.

Really nice staff this time. We had a very large order and all special requests were taken into account. Only two sauces were missing, but we received them without any problems when we asked.

So basically the Mägges is okay, it always depends on who is on shift at the time. There is one team that laughs together and serves really good food and the other team unfortunately just works like a machine. What comes out are limp fries with too little salt and fart-dry nuggets that come out of the casing. Unfortunately, we are missing sauces for the fourth time now, which you can't get in Swabia, because a Swabian needs his sauce Heidanei!

The lady at the counter today on September 1st 24th at 3:15pm was just incredibly sweet!! As always, super friendly, the food was great and arrived quickly. You can't complain and you feel extremely comfortable. Nicest and best MC Donalds in the area.

Das Frühstück war besser als erwartet. Besonders gut, wir waren fast allein, so war es auch ruhig. Wir waren auch zum Mittagessen dort. War auch ganz entspannt und nicht überlaufen.

Too bad we ordered food! 1 burger too few at first, noticed afterwards. It started with the order that was placed...the woman didn't understand you, couldn't speak proper German!

Everything there is disgusting... because of all the chatting with friends who also get preferential treatment, you sometimes find yourself standing in front of an order like you're stupid... The tables are carelessly cleaned with a rag...the special iced coffee latte only tastes like water, the picture looked delicious, ours didn't look at all like what was offered, there was no taste, just ice cubes with ?? Milk??.but the price was right. Burgers didn't taste good either... Meat fart dry stuck in your throat... Never again... the only thing were the fries that were delicious... one star is still too many in the dirty McDonald's you stuck to the bottom of the everything there looked like a garbage dump... and the toilets were bad, I'm just saying... it's sad that there used to be such a great McDonald's, we're extremely disappointed... Also... The lady helped herself from the bowl of fries with her hands every time she walked past It was disgusting because you could see it as a guest... Creepy there... maybe something for the young people who don't pay attention to anything. I can't recommend it, I still feel sick thinking about it today...

Fries inedible. Musty staff. If my grandchildren hadn't been there I would have returned everything. They didn't eat the fries either.

Were there last Saturday and I have to say it was a complete disaster, were at the checkout and had to wait for someone for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked if someone could come and the answer came from the kitchen. You should be patient🤬🤬I think it's a disgrace.

Have to give this place 2 stars because they don’t wear gloves to prep the food and the fries were really soggy / old. Prefer fresher fries.

Today, July 2, 2024 at 6:44 p.m. I wanted to order a menu and no EC payment was possible. I went back to the car to get money. After dinner I went to the car and wanted to drive off. Battery empty 🥺 I went back and asked the restaurant manager if he could please give me jump start. He said I should ask other guests. 2 company vehicles from MC Donald, s were there. Jump start cables all available. Customer is king 👑👑 👑 that was once!!! Generating sales at any price is not possible. I worked in this area myself for 12 years. Too bad. Humanity and willingness to help should not be left behind. The management of MC Donald, s should set this as their top priority.

Dirtiest McDonald's in the area! Tables, seats and floors very dirty, branch manager walks around, takes note of it and ignores the dirt. All tableware returns are overflowing. The fries tasted like stale fat. A pity !!!

The treatment of customers in this branch (Bad-Urach) leaves a lot to be desired. After an order was placed in MC-Drive and the question was answered with clear words “with barbecue sauce, please” as to which sauce you would like, unfortunately (as is often the case) there was none in the bag. This circumstance was then reported. Instead of insight, we learned about the inadequate service provided by this branch. Someone was rudely accused of not having ordered any sauce and therefore the customer was to blame for the situation instead of being able to handle it professionally. Fortunately, the sauce was finally served. As a customer you expect more.

Ordered our menus from McDrive today. Then paid as usual and the usual check of the order was carried out, as it often happens that sauces etc. are forgotten. After checking, it was discovered that a component was missing. So go back to get the missing component. Instead of taking responsibility for the mishap, you, as a paying customer, are told that the component in question was not listed on the order. Unfortunately we were unable to check the order because we did not receive a receipt. So we wanted to pay for the missing component, but were shooed away by the employee with a dismissive wave of his hand. Great way to deal with his paying customers (sarcasm)

Only 2 minutes from payment to table! You can talk about FAST FOOD!

Just typical McDonald's. It's always difficult to evaluate. It always depends on the staff. But here you have to say it actually always works very well. The orders are always complete, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is always clean. After all, the food at Mc is always the same. Just fast food, no one should expect 3 stars when they go to McDonalds😉

It's a very clean shop and the food is prepared quickly. However, there is a suspicion that one or two foods were no longer good.

You never get what you order. If you don't check, something is usually missing.

Really unfriendly staff, the restaurant manager is totally rude and very unfriendly when dealing with customers, insults her native language in front of the guests and does not respond to their needs I would not recommend this very bad restaurant to anyone.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the tables are wiped here and there with the same cloth. The burgers are often available as a kit that you can put back together yourself. Coke on the floor is only spread over a large area. Now and again in the restaurant it sounds like an ICE train is slamming on the brakes. All in all, an exceptionally bad McDonald's experience.

Food is 10/10, sometimes things are forgotten but it is still better than the mecces in münsingen, which is... Happiness was concluded. Normal waiting times of 2-10 minutes

Super friendly service staff, great emphasis is placed on cleanliness, tables are cleaned regularly, overall very well-kept appearance, clean toilets. We recommend the cappuccino with foamed oat milk.

The store is really no fun, apart from the fact that the ice machine was broken for months, the cola is often not carbonated and the food is often cold. If you order an MC Flury, you will receive an MC Sunday portion. Then there's the usual thing: something is always forgotten when packing, but unfortunately you only find out when you get home. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, there are things here and there everywhere, tables and seats are not always cleaned, so you have to make do with the napkins you ordered. Some employees only speak German poorly, so there were often problems with orders. There's an old saying: "Other countries, other tongues, so I forced myself early on to dispel the misunderstanding that you have to learn languages." You don't really want me to write anything about the toilets here.

Table service numbers are placed at the back by staff and are not available at the terminal. Sorry, I don't think it's that great.

The ice cream machine is broken, so no milkshakes. And the repair should probably take another 2 months 🙈. Very disappointing if you stop by and don't know anything about it.

Tolle Location zum Essen, aber heute ging gar nicht! Bin jetzt schon 3,5 Jahre Kunde hier und bin alle 2 Wochen dort. Es war immer gut, das Essen war für mich recht und die Freundlichkeit war auch immer beim Personal gegeben. Bin eigentlich immer zufrieden gewesen. Heute eine große Pommes gehabt in dem ein größerer Käfer sich befand. Hab das gemeldet und es wurde verständlicher Weise dann auch dann frisch gemacht. Als die Pommes mir gebracht wurden war der Hunger zwar schon vergangen aber hab sie trotzdem gegessen. Aber der Herr der die Pommes frisch gemacht hat und die voherige Pommes auch, kam dann her und sagte ganz genervt:" Sonst noch was neu machen?!". Und hat dann das Tablett auf den Tisch geworfen! Also sowas hätte ich nie erwartet und sowas gehört sich auch einfach nicht, denn ich kann nichts dafür das ein Käfer darin landet! Ich werde weiterhin dort Kunde bleiben, doch solch ein agressiver Vorfall sollte man ehrlich nicht so stehen lassen. Kann es sonst eigentlich immer empfehlen ist nur schade das man den Kunden für die selbstverschuldeten Fehlern gleich so anschnautzen muss. Sonst Top

Ganz normaler McDonalds Neu gebaut, attraktiv eingerichtet Essen Standart wie bei allen anderen auch.

Alle bis auf 2 Tische waren noch von den Vorgängern verschmutzt, ob wohl das Restaurant nicht gut besucht war.

Sehr saubere und ordentliche Filiale. Wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten, es hat nichts gefehlt und alles kam wie bestellt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich würde hier jederzeit wieder essen.

Am Sonntag den 9.7.23 gegen Abend war das Personal voll und ganz überfordert! Zum einen Taten die Terminals Zur Bestellungen nicht richtig, zwei von vier gar nicht, die anderen beiden haben kein EC angenommen. Der markt sah aus wie sau! Niemand hat den Müll weggeräumt die vollen tablets standen auf Tischen weil die Abräumwagen voll waren!! Und auf das Essen musste man ausgesprochen lange warten, das ist kein fast food!!

Ständig funktionieren die Bestellterminals nicht oder zumindest der Kartenleser nicht, also muss man eh wieder an der Kasse in die Warteschlange stehen. Zudem wirkt das Personal überfordert und ist unterdurchschnittlich langsam. Unter "Fast Food" verstehe ich was anderes - und das zu den Preisen. Nein danke.

Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Direkt vorm Eingang Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Ladestation für 2 E-Fahrzeuge. Zahlung per Karte oder bar möglich. Bestellmöglichkeit am SB-Terminal oder direkt beim Personal. Drive in ist auch vorhanden. Genügend Sitzplätze im Innenbereich und draußen mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Neben dem MC Donalds ist auch ein MC Cafe vorhanden.

McDonald's ist einfach lecker Besucht es noch heute!

Mehr als die Hälfte fehlte von unserer Bestellung was wir natürlich erst zu Hause bemerkten. Das ist mehr als lächerlich. Für über 50€ essen gekauft und nichtmal 30€ sind im Paket. Edit: Nach Reklamation bekamen wir die gesamte Bestellung nochmals gratis.👍🏽

Wenn man in ein Fastfood Restaurant geht darf man nicht viel mehr erwarten als man das bekommt was man bestellt. Ich war trotzdem zufrieden 👍

Bei McDonalds weiß man ja was man bekommt für sein Geld. Diese Filiale unterscheidet sich nicht von anderen. Nach einer Wanderung zum Wasserfall und wenig Essen den ganzen Tag vorher, schmeckt wahrscheinlich alles gut :D
