One of the best McDonald's. Everything great.

I don't write many reviews, but unfortunately I have to say that almost every time we pick something up here, something is missing. The last time there were 2x fries and not these curly fries, but there were also several burgers missing. When I asked, I was told hand and foot that I could only get 2 of the 3 missing items. Of course it was paid for and no replacement would be offered. It's definitely a communication problem, but it's just a shame because it happens regularly. In general, the employees are friendly, which is a plus point. I understand that the people there really do something, I've already done the job, but either optimize work processes or... improve on other things. The universe probably wants to help me eat a lot less fast food.

The restaurant is neat and clean, but unfortunately, as always, there is a very big difference between what the burger looks like in the advertisement and what you get on your plate.

You don't need to rate McDonald's, you might think. But I have never experienced a McDonalds as slow as this one in Achern. Ordering on site took a full 20 minutes. And the restaurant wasn't really full, on the contrary. A shame for the franchise.

McFlurry is way too expensive for what you get. Not to mention the quality… you can almost drink it after three minutes

A McDonalds like any other. The difference that this scores very poorly is the incompetence of the staff. Everything was very dirty, sticky and it smelled very bad. What made our visit completely bad was the inability of the manager on duty to think along. Our daughter had a toy that she had twice and was not allowed to exchange it because there was a tear in the box, just think with your customer, take the toy out of a box and put the one we had twice back in it. Due to its unprofessional attitude + the unsanitary conditions, we strongly advise against this McDonald and will never return here.

They are usually there during the busiest times in the evening. I think it's really well organized, but everything still goes very quickly. Tables are constantly cleaned, even though it's usually all hell, toilets were clean and everything was always refilled. Good personnel planning, I think. Food is hot, extra requests always arrive just right, as does the entire order. Sometimes buses roll up all at once, but everything runs smoothly! Are on the ball :-)

Nice employees, the store is very clean, you also have many options to order there. Real quick. Quality like any McDonald's

I waited over half an hour for a cocoa and pancakes.

Like all MC. Fast food. Toilet not very clean and very warm inside with many flies.

A stopover on our return journey. Our order went very quickly, except for my apple turnover. However, I received a small compensation for the short waiting time, something I don't know at all from other McDonald's and I personally really liked it, even if it was absolutely not necessary. The staff were all extremely friendly, even at this late hour.

Food: made quickly of course. Service: The staff was discussing with each other in front of the customers.

Nothing to complain about when it comes to food. We were there right at 7 a.m. when it opened. The tables were still dirty from the night before and generally not that clean.

Really disgusting here. The floors and toilets aren't cleaned properly and half of the order machines didn't work. Tables were also not cleared Cleaned when we came here and the food is an absolute disaster anyway. The meat described as vegan is not vegan and is no different from animal meat. Immediately after visiting here I developed a stomach bug. Absolutely not recommended but you can't expect much from a McDonald's.

Unfortunately, there was no space in the parking lot, and it was so small that I preferred to leave.

This McDonald's is one of the few where the fries/curly fries have always been hot and crispy. The service at McDrive is fast and the staff at the counter are competent and friendly (I especially like the older lady who works there). We also like to stop by for ice cream - the ice cream machine almost always works here. A small suggestion for improvement: A chain of lights outside would be great, as it is unfortunately a bit dark in the evenings. Otherwise great 👍🏻

At the truck stop on the A5. Fast internet, lots of parking spaces, unusually beautiful outdoor areas (with trees and a view of the Black Forest).

It's not okay if dogs run around here (all over the store) and nothing is said

I've been eating there every 1/2 a week for 3 years, it's always been fine for me, or maybe I'm just lucky. :) superr (Achern)

It's clean there, but today for the first time (stupidly) I didn't specifically check whether the employees had packed everything correctly. Mistakes have often occurred here, as happened again today: two cheaper products were packed instead of the more expensive paid products. So always check carefully!

Ordered a menu for 16€ with a total of 3 components, the drink was just water with color, the fries were completely forgotten, the nuggets were good..

If you don't feel like working anymore, just quit! There was nothing going on and all the burgers were missing salad. And the Mc Chicken is the absolute crowning glory of it all. Shame on you!!!

Standard McDonald's where everything worked. We had a bit of a wait in the evening.

Best McDonalds I’ve been too, very clean, nice staff and I even enjoyed to the food !

Coffee was a brown broth where the coffee grounds were already visible halfway through consumption, the so-called "cappuccino" was inedible. Had to get my own tomato out of the car and top it with it because the so-called "hamburger" AND the so-called double "cheeseburger" didn't have any vegetables on it! :-D :-D Cheese hangs "at half past seven" - just slapped on it. This branch is not recommended.

Excellent! The first time mobile ordering worked for me at McDonalds! And even though there was so much going on, it was finished really quickly! Everything was really great, thank you very much :) By the way: I have NEVER seen Big Mac sauce as a selection and have never had such good curly fries! Great 😋

No WiFi, nothing gluten-free, some of the staff were unfriendly. The only plus point is the proximity to the motorway.

Order only on the screen. According to the employee, this is not possible at the checkout. The customer service sucks. You're just another individual 🤮 so you didn't order anything and left!

Always a feast at the Golden M. You can make it when traveling or as a snack if you don't have time. However, the ice cream is and remains the best that McDonalds has to offer.

I went to the McDonald's Drive-In again today. Despite checking, something was missing again. And the prices are now quite reasonable.

Toilet dirty, I think coffee is too expensive.

A very clean McDonalds. I think it's good that there are now lactose-free hot drinks. It was a lot going on, but you could clearly see that the entire McDonalds team was making an effort to process the orders quickly.

The Mac rib really has almost no sauce. Or it's floating in there. It's no longer normal that something is always missing... and strangely enough, it's always the most expensive thing!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead of typing on your cell phone, learn to look at what you're doing. Wonder how the training works there??!?!?!?!?!??? They steal and lie to clients.

Today, after a long time, the children brought us something to take away. I generally love the MCRib, but what I got today looks anything but inviting. In addition, the most expensive burger was once again missing from the order. Intention? NoGo I probably won't go there again because of the children.

Everything would be good if you didn't make so many mistakes when ordering, something was often missing, or it often happened that the one burger you ordered was wrong. Instead of eating a chicken burger all at once. Always, really always check. And if you just order quickly in the drive, it's really annoying. The employees should be trained better.

This McDonald’s was well located and the service was very friendly. Of course as always the coffee is not good since they changed the supplier a few years ago and stopped putting effort, but that applies to all McDonalds.

They give meat to a vegetarian and then this employe blames it on the customer "you should have checked". She hasn't eat meat for years so she cannot check if it's real or not, good fake meat tastes like meat and someone that doesn't eat meat cannot taste if it is real meat or not... Untill they get sick. She got sick and they only say an unmeaningfull sorry when you get angry about it. They only gave the money back for the burger, not the full order. Not even a free ice-cream to get that awefull taste away. The employe was very rude to tell that she should have checked, and the manager did not fix the problem by giving only the money for this burger back. These people made someone feel bad and sick, and don't feel like fixing the problem. For that I had to write this review and they do not even deserve this 1 star. Zero star for the employe, the manager and this mc Donald's.

Terrible experience! I ordered a mcplant and got meat! I ate this and went back to the counter. I was then told that I should have checked myself whether the meat was yes or no. Staff was very rude! Explained that this is the staff's fault and not mine. They had no understanding. Finally the manager came and I got my money back for my menu. This does not change the fact that they made a serious mistake, which they should not have made and that I was subsequently blamed for not checking whether the meat was 'real' or not (I would not know how to do that because to look at it). Overall a terrible experience with rude staff!

First McDonald’s in Europe to have refused me a half cap of hot water to warm up toddler’s food. “Buy a tea and use the water” they said.

Parking is super, on Saturday even at 22.00 you can find a place, from 20 euros, food is super, all inclusive, the price has gone up

You know beforehand that you won't be full for long. But every now and then you just need something from McDonald's 😉. Unfortunately, I have to say that it is almost common practice for either something to be missing, something to be packed incorrectly, or the order to only partially fit. Which is why, sadly, I don't drive straight after the MCDrive but first go to the parking lot to check whether everything is correct. If necessary, you can go to McDonald's with your order to complain. Which in my opinion has nothing to do with MCDrive anymore 🤔. Everything is corrected without any problems, I've already gone to McDonald's and received a voucher, but personally it would be important if I didn't have to do any follow-up checks, but the order just fit the way I ordered it.

Very modern McDonalds opposite the rest stop. Always busy. Great modern play table with touch games to sit on (Ideal when you have to wait for food and the children are bored) Cell phone charging stations at almost every place

Elegant MCD with a fantastic view of the Black Forest mountain line from the Rhine plain. Immediately gives the Mc Menu something of American distance and endless prairie. You can't be any closer to the American dream in Germany. Gourmet order with 5 stars!

Das Essen war wie immer gut. Nur die Preise sind inzwischen sehr teuer. Für das Geld kann man auch in einem normalen Restaurant essen.

Sympathischer stationsleiter, muss gekonnt sein in der Frühschicht lustig aufgelegt zu sein, nette Bedienung und entspanntes Ambiente

Fastfood halt. Gibt besseres aber manchmal muss es einfach sein 🍟🍔🍟

Das ist kein Cappuccino, sondern brüllend heißer, dünnflüssiger Instantaufguß mit zwei Tropfen Milchschaum. Bietet sich am McDrive natürlich an - bis der Typ das merkt, ist er schon 50km weg. Unwahrscheinlich, das er dann nochmal umdreht. Unverschämtheit. Unbedingt meiden den Laden!!

Leider wurden zwei BigMac total vergessen und nicht in die Tüte gepackt. 10€ umsonst gezahlt. Sehr bedauerlich, dass man sich nicht auf den Service verlassen kann. Tipp immer gleich kontrollieren. Habe ich leider nicht gemacht. Weil ich mich drauf Verlass habe, das alles korrekt ist

Bestellung am Drive dauert sehr lange, kurze Info wäre nett gewesen anstelle den Kunden 8 Minuten warten zulassen. Schade

Top Kaffee... wenn man Bock auf Magenkrämpfe hat. Nachtrag: Meine Rezension wird gerade geprüft, ob sie gegen Richtlinien verstößt... Passiert hier immer öfter. Dauert wahrscheinlich nicht mehr lange, dann ist Google einfach nur noch Werbepartner der ganzen Unternehmen und Kritik wird nicht mehr geduldet.

Per App bestellt und zügig bekommen. Die Qualität vom Essen ist gut und das Personal ebenfalls.

Die Bestellung lief ohne Probleme. Leider war die Sauberkeit an Tischen und auf dem Boden nicht vorhanden, sogar auf den Steckdosen lag der Staub. Die Bestellung wurde nur teilweise und unvollständig. Leider war auch das Essen nicht frisch. Die Hygiene hinter der Theke war auch nicht vorhanden.

Personal unfreundlich. Sieht mich nur an und sagt kein Wort. Man kann nicht mehr persönlich bestellen,man muss am Terminal bestellen.

Leider das dritte Mal in Folge bestellt und zuhause gemerkt das komischer weiße immer fast das teuerste Produkt fehlt! Für mich nicht mehr!!!

Unfreundlichen Personal am MC Drive. Heute Abend um 19.45 Uhr ein Chicken MC Nuggets Menü bestellt mit Pommes. Die Dame fragte mit Ketchup. Ich sagte nein. Am Schalter wurde ich dann von Ihr angeflaumt. Sie kann es nicht riechen das Ich kein ketchup möchte ...... sorry Du bist wohl fehl am Platz. FREUNDLICHKEIT GEHT ANDERST !!

Waren heute im Mc als ich 2 mc rib bestellt hab und eine Cola bekamm ich 1 mc rib der war ok und 1 der hat ausgesehen ob man in deuch geschüttelt haben dann statt Cola bekamm ich eistee Personal zum Teil sehr unfreundlich Tisch war nicht geputzt war noch Dreck vom Kunde davor drauf echt schade so kann man sein Betrieb auch gegen die Wand fahren

Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt, da Besuchersturm aus Europapark hier wahrscheinlich die Gelegenheit nutzen. Bestellung trotz Bringservice an Tisch nicht vollständig und musste reklamiert werden. Diese klappte jedoch problemlos. Toilette sauber, trotz der vielen Gäste. Parkplätze sehr eng.

Der Manager war dermaßen unfreundlich am Telefon, antwortet nicht und nach langem Warten lachte er nur. Was soll man dazu noch sagen. Die Sitzplätze sind ständig schmutzig, gefühlt wird da nur zum Feierabend gesäubert und da soll man sich wohlfühlen? Nachdem ich den Manager darauf angesprochen hatte sagte er nur: „reg dich nicht so auf“ und wurde förmlich patzig.

Absolute Pampe. Hat mit Burger nichts mehr zu tun. Könnte man eventuell Schweinen vorsetzen. Qualität von MC Donalds hat dramatisch nachgelassen.
