Employees are unfriendly, incompetent and hardly understand/speak German. When you have questions or something is missing, you get a bored shrug of the shoulders and “no idea” as an answer. The fries are salted differently every time and usually not enough. Which surprises me because most other McDonald's branches add significantly more salt. The vegan burger used to be good, then it was changed and was terrible and now it's super tasty so please just keep it that way. I received ice cubes several times even though I ordered without and then said so again. And my Es with Extra Sauce, came without sauce! So money was thrown away. The generally valid vouchers such as Monopoly can only be redeemed once in the app. Otherwise you need the paper voucher. But ordering via app makes it much easier to quickly go through the drive.

The Mcdonalds is slimmer than in Frankfurt am Main. Dirty/toilets, overall the food is okay but it's dirty everywhere and the toilets are super smelly. We're in the SCHWARZWALD
