There's no service at McDonald's anymore, it's a shame. OK for a little hunger. Unfortunately it is becoming more and more expensive.

The waiters talk instead of taking the money and serving the customers. I waited almost 10 minutes to find out that they were just chatting amongst themselves while I was waiting to be charged. I left without my order nothing, I wasn't going to wait all day for someone to take my payment

Theoretically (according to the checklist), everything was probably fine – except that they apparently ran out of trays (with five guests at eleven-thirty at night). But the long chili cheese was dripping with grease, and BK fries used to be tastier than those at McD's. That was once upon a time... This will be my last visit to BK for a while.

Yeah, that was probably nothing today. I ordered a large fries. I also got a large package, but it was nowhere near full. It's not like this was the first time I've ordered large fries. McDonald's, my favorite burger, was disastrous. There was very little lettuce. I'm sure the recipe has changed. But there wasn't a single leaf on the burger, it was all lying next to it. Everything! And the burger was extremely dry. No wonder, there were only a few drops of the otherwise really delicious dressing on the burger, if at all. New recipe here too? If so, then I won't be seeing McDonald's again. It was quite busy today, maybe that's because of the situation. But it was pretty clean and the service was okay. A lady held the door open and greeted and said goodbye, great! But the waitress who did table service totally radiated "not in the mood." Okay, maybe it was a stressful day or she was annoyed by the customers since, as mentioned, it was very busy. Everything was human and bearable. However, the quality of the fries and especially the McDonald's chicken was a disaster.

The employee simply forgot my order but it looked pretty good and the slide was good for the kids

I was at McDonald's on Eckendorfer Straße in Bielefeld on Friday, March 21st, and quickly grabbed a coffee and a hamburger. 👍

Yesterday, after about 10 years, I was there again (Saturday). Waited over 45 minutes for our food. Then our number simply disappeared from the display, hardly anyone had a plan. Burgers were also cold. Sorry, no

Something is always missing. When two people place an order together, they don't know what is beautifully packaged and what isn't. When ordering 35e, 2 burgers and a drink are missing. I don't have to say more.

Just a Mägges...what more can I say? If you don't go there too often, it tastes really good, and since they've been remodeling it a few times, I even like the look. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The good thing was that my fries and nuggets were warm, but that was the only good thing. Our Big Tasty was ice cold and my ice cubes were already melted. The waiting time was 25 minutes.

We were here first thing in the morning as we were passing through - the toilets and sink were not clean, the food took a long time to prepare and something was missing. It was also evident on one employee's face that she didn't enjoy her job.

A BIG compliment to the branch manager on March 8th. was there around midday! This is a professional restaurateur. This person loves his work! He has a feeling and eye for his customers! But most importantly, this good man has a heart for children! All the best and all love to this person! I'm "almost" speechless.

I've had enough now, once again not what I ordered. Nuggets without sauce... Big Mac with only one meatball and no napkins. Give your oh-so-strenuous and complicated job a good fuck
