It's such a disgrace what's going on here. You are ignored by employees and to thank you, the order is not even complete. Never again!!

For in between ok. Once a year is ok. Otherwise it would have become too expensive.

Unfortunately citizens forget. But very tasty and really well stocked.

Good McDonald's. Service quick and friendly. Food is also relatively good for McDonald’s. Everything clean.

The food is generally good. I have always received my order in this branch as ordered. It's not a 5 star meal but it's a good and tasty option for a quick snack in between. The staff is always friendly despite the fallen guests.

Just like you know McDonalds. 90% of young people who just do mischief and are loud don't expect much from the employees. It takes forever, people prefer to chat and neglect work. At least you can go to the toilet if necessary, they are relatively clean but otherwise not recommended.

What should you capitalize? Personally, I like it. I come here once or twice a quarter. It's also nice to see the price development of the "big" burgers.

Even one star is too much. First the coupon doesn't work and then we waited forever for the food and because it wasn't enough, the restaurant was completely filthy from bottom to top. Never a bad picture for McDonald's again

Were there at McDrive and ordered Mcflurry, everything worked out wonderfully

Sometimes very long waiting times for the food ordered, the staff are completely overwhelmed, the food sometimes only comes lukewarm or cold...

It's not the cleanest McDonald's, but that's often due to the customers. A little Indian girl tries very hard to keep up with the cleaning. There are not always competent staff at the checkouts, but they are mostly friendly. What happens again and again is that you have the wrong food in the bag at Mc Drive.

From the best McDonald’s in the area to, oh well. There are always some things missing or the BigMac is only half full. It's annoying because at least you pay the full price. I really don't know what's been going on in the last few months.

Staff overwhelmed as always and unfortunately we were lucky again that our order was deleted by the staff. Faulty burgers 🍔 instead of 2 meat patties there was only one on it but twice as many bun layers. When asked, the answer was "That's right". Only after being asked to speak to the shift manager did they admit that there was an error. It's a real shame to always have to go that far. Unfortunately, the toilets and tables were also very unclean.

Absolutely unfriendly, unable to properly prepare and issue orders. Basically something is missing, you are almost forced to check immediately whether everything is there. When you complain, people assume you received it and ate it within a minute or whatever. So with all my love, I can't manage to eat a Big Tasty in such a short time. Just ridiculous.

Super friendly and always available staff. Especially the regular and full-time staff. Service is always quick even when it's full and warm.

A shambles!!! You are not understood, the preparation takes a long time, it was terribly dirty on and under the tables! No wipes in the toilet. The display board for the orders was broken and I waited forever for my ice cream (of course it was already liquid). No system at all! This store is a complete disaster. Shame on you!

Food was fresh and tasty. But that doesn't have much to do with fast anymore. 15 minutes for two burgers with one person in front of us? Hmmm. That's what it was good for. But not for people in a hurry. And this ordering at the vending machine.... only makes everything worse. But in every branch and everywhere. Not a big innovation!!!

You wait forever for your food...we've been sitting for an hour, tables and chairs are stuck together, employees are completely demotivated, there's only rubbish rum in the outside area. When we finally had our food, of course half of it was missing, we said so, the employee brought something back, half of it was wrong, of course...you really don't need to go there

FOOD...MC Donalds. SERVICE...if you're lucky the motivated people are there. But only if you're lucky... AMBIENCE... Furnishings are fine, McDonald's just... BUT... the cleanliness: tables full of leftover food. It sticks to the tables and seats. And the floor, a dog would be fed... We're talking about gastronomy here! What about hygiene!?

Good McDonalds, friendly employees, something is rarely forgotten when ordering, it's not like that everywhere

Ordered and paid for via the app, picked up everything at the Drive In and enjoyed the new “M”. Nice staff.

Was the only customer with my children and as so often the most expensive citizen was missing again, that's really the system, take your time and check everything at the drive in no matter how busy it is

McDonald's Merseburg This fast food restaurant was very clean when we visited. Rarely experienced comparable service in this chain. Here we experienced unforgettable magic. And we had a very nice stopover. A big thank you to all employees! Hopefully the spark will also spread to the staff of other branches 😀

Sunday evening we waited almost 30 minutes for the Mcdrive

Absolute disaster. We've now been waiting for over 40 minutes for a McMenu and a 20 piece of chicken nuggets. This no longer has anything to do with fast food. Staff is helplessly overwhelmed. Absolutely not recommended at peak times. You'd rather go to the nearest McDonald's in Weißenfels or Halle and still get your food quicker.

Ate on site in the outdoor area, fast service, tasty food, everything OK.

For a MC Donalds restaurant, this restaurant is one of the better ones, the service is above average... whether for an ice cream or an MC menu you wait an average of 10-15 minutes for your food and it is of the usual quality... more You can't give like 4 stars because the system as such is only designed for mass and therefore can't do justice to everyone, but I hope that they continue to be above average and maybe even do a little bit differently... Unfortunately it was very dirty. Toilets and the entire inside area.

Catastrophe!!! There's not much going on in the restaurant. We are here at 12 noon and I almost vomited from the disgust of the dirty toilets!!!! This is a disgrace!!!

Today it was really really disgusting. Not a single seat was clean, there were crumbs everywhere on tables and benches/chairs, some of them were totally sticky and there was food leftovers everywhere on the floor. Then I decided to eat standing up. Milkshake was spontaneously chosen and my burger, which I had specially ordered without onions and cucumbers, unfortunately contained cucumbers and onions. The fries were hot and tasty, but then I noticed some strange, shiny crumbs on the fries and then I didn't feel like eating them anymore. Today really wasn't great.

The tables outside are dirty and unclean (full ashtrays, garbage...). Staff pass by empty-handed several times, but no cleaning is done. Also inside, dirty and sticky benches, leftover food on and under the tables. You always wait far too long for your food, and then it arrives at the table lukewarm or cold. The toilets were also completely filthy. Doesn't work at all...

McDonald's in Merseburg is always an experience, teenagers who meet there or teenagers who try to attract attention with cars that are too loud, next to the families who try to get their children to eat. Otherwise, stable McDonald's, always see all stars in the fast food context. Service tries to keep an overview in the chaos, but respect for that.

Unfortunately always very full. Food swapped. You should just display the numbers correctly as to who can pick up and not just by pressing and then calling out indistinctly.

I had the misfortune of wanting to sit at a broken table outside. (was not obvious) I had put my bag on the tabletop and at exactly the same moment it came to me Table top slammed on its foot! Although supposedly the tables are checked in the morning. That doesn't work at all!!! Now I have had a blue foot and pain for days. It also looked like the table top had been hot glued!

Unfortunately, MC Donalds in Merseburg has slacked off quite a bit. Things are no longer the same as they were a few years ago. In terms of price, it is becoming more and more expensive and the quality has to suffer. Cleanliness is becoming increasingly limited. It's a shame actually. But exactly for these reasons there are no more than 3 stars.

So I can only say that if you have special requests, such as wanting the burger without cucumber slices and without ketchup, you should get that too. This has now happened for the 7th time. They charge a lot of money for the food, but prepare it very unprofessionally and don't even read the special requests. Apparently no one in this restaurant understands German anymore... just terrible.

It was simply full and the employees were beyond overwhelmed.

I just have one question. What happened here? I've never experienced that in all my years. Not only is it totally dirty now, you wait forever, then only a quarter comes and if you dare to ask where the rest is after almost an hour, you get hit. No offense, where people work, mistakes happen and that's absolutely not a bad thing, but then getting really cheeky is a different story. And that didn't happen in previous years either, quite the opposite! Service looks different.

They forget food like burgers or fries which is annoying when you want something quick. McDonald’s is fast food but I think they focus more on fast than food.

Very long wait until the ice cream has completely melted. But it was replaced immediately upon request.

Ordered via app, picked up on site: Picking up at the restaurant is a big mistake! Customers in the restaurant stand around waiting until the line of vehicles at McDrive is cleared. Recommendation: Be sure to use McDrive. Saves time and frustration.

Food was there for 3 people within 10-15 minutes and the staff were friendly Unfortunately, 1 burger was missing after we asked and it came. Unfortunately, as you can read in the other posts, the toilets were dirty and disgusting. The recommendation still goes out

UPDATE!!! Fries and burgers were cold! It's not that bad, because you lose your appetite when you see the completely dirty restaurant. If the dining room is so neglected, I don't want to imagine what the kitchen area and the storage area look like. Yuck!!!! Update The grandchildren really wanted to go to McDonald's, I feared the worst after our last visit. But no, tables, benches and floor were clean. The tray rack was cleaned regularly and the toilets were also clean. Importantly, the grandchildren enjoyed the food.

Restaurant is okay, food tastes good but every time, really every time something is missing. And with a wait of about 20 minutes, I'm really tired of checking every time.

All I can say is disgusting: the toilets are an absolute horror. The whole store is full of dirt and the tables aren't wiped down The only thing I can rate positively is the friendly staff, but unfortunately there isn't anything else good to say

I understand that it's full, but I order sweet chili sauce twice and get one sauce and then the wrong one. It really doesn't have to be that way

We bought coffee and went to the toilet. The toilets are not cleared away, but there is plenty of paper and napkins. The coffee seemed too expensive to me, although it was on sale, but after adding sugar it became more expensive. This doesn't apply to a specific location, just McDonald's in general. There is not enough parking, it was difficult to turn around to get a spot.

So in the end it's a McDonalds like any other. The only individual thing is the employees and they are friendly and funny. But tables are often not clean.

Lately I've been ordering burgers almost cold at Mc Drive, it's a shame I don't know it any other way

Food was ok.. Atmosphere, well, MCDONALDS... Service was more like bad and rude. Service staff put gloves on and did everything once to clean the toilet and serve guests

Well first of all it's a fast food restaurant. On the other hand, I only gave the ambience 3 stars because the tables are usually slightly dirty and it is almost always full and therefore it is quite loud (beeping machines, guests talking loudly, screaming children, etc.). All in all, a normal, good McDonald's.

Hier gehe ich sehr sehr gerne essen mit den Kid's. Freundliche Bedienung und schnell. Dankeschön hierfür 🫶

Burger in üblicher guter Qualität, Kaffee eher dünn und auch beim Essen vor Ort im Pappbecher statt in Tassen wie beispielsweise in Angersdorf. Meist wenig Betrieb, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Die schlimmste Filiale in der ich je etwas essen war. Der Service, die reinste Katastrophe!

Zum zweiten Mal fehlte Essen bei Mc Drive.Mann sollte Personal wechseln. War die gleiche Person wie letztes Mal.

Der erste MC wo wir glücklich raus kamen ... Crispy Chicken wirklich crispy und frischer Salat . Pommes sehr knusprig und gut gesalzen ... DANKE, so sollte MC funktionieren

McDonald's - i'm lovin' it. So oder so ähnlich werde ich dorthin gelockt. Über dem gerührten Vollei habe ich etwas Bacon erahnen können. Das wurde mir auf den Bildern anders versprochen. Zu dem leckeren Cappuccino gab es eine Schokolinse, die ich erst liebevoll in den Kaffee tauchen konnte und dann vom ausgesprochen leckeren Holzlöffel lecken konnte. Den Metalllöffel konnte man nicht nutzen, da diese dreckig aus dem Geschirrspüler kommen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat das bestätigt, dass alle so aussehen. Naja, immerhin gabs das letzte Croissant der ganzen Filiale. Die Rutsche ist geschlossen, die Spieleecke ist geschlossen, der Magic Table ist ausser Betrieb. McDonalds Merseburg - hier gibt's das beste Frühstück Deutschlands, munkelt man.

Die vergessen Apfeltüten beim Kinder Menü rein tun. Und ab und zu Menü verwechselt .

Ich muss sagen ich war immer zufrieden mit den Essen, aber diesmal hat es mich echt aus den latschen gedroschen, zum Mittag hatte ich mir was zu essen geholt und ich sitze seit geschlagenen 20 min auf den Thron und Tapezier die Schüssel neu. Wir haben es jetzt 21:28 der plan für heute war auch ein anderer. Zum glück hat jemand mal Tik Tok erfunden danke nochmal. 21:33 - Jemand anderes muss mal, eher schlecht. 21:36 - noch kein Ende in Sicht. 21:46 - ich riskiere es jetzt und stehe auf. 21:56 Runde 2 - und ich sitze schon wieder, es macht aber langsam den Anschein als wäre alles raus. Jetzt heisst es A****backen zusammen kneifen und durch. Ob wohl, lieber doch nicht zusammen kneifen das gibt bloß ne jemerlichste Sauerei. 22:03 - ich werde mich der Sache einfach ergeben und das ganze aus Sitzen.

Das einzige,was da heiss war ,war mein Kaffee. Konnte bei einem anderen Kunden beobachten, wie erst in die Handfläche genießt wurde und anschliesend ohne Hände waschen das Essen zum Kunden gebracht wurde.

Leckeres Fastfood. An der Wrapauswahl könnte Mc Donalds meiner Meinung nach noch feilen... Dennoch schmeckt es uns hier sehr gut. Das Personal ist immer freundlich! Danke dafür.

Drive In, alles bekommen und ab nach Hause

Es war schon mal sauberer dort,Eis war aber lecker 😋 bei to Go Bestellungen fehlte bisher leider immer was ...schade

Nettes Personal, Kaffee heiß, Essen lecker, mit Gutscheinen super Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.....

Die Toilette war sauber und nicht überfüllt das Essen war lecker aber im mc flurry war viel zu wenig drin (nicht mal bis zur Hälfte gefüllt) und mein Bruder hat sich sein weißes tshirt mit süß-sauer soße vollgekleckert.

Seit langem waren wir mal wieder hier frühstücken. Kurz nach 8 Uhr findet man verdreckte Sitzplätze vor, die nicht erst von Kunden kurz vor uns entstanden sind. Die Mitarbeiter spiegeln praktisch ihre "Freude" bei der Arbeit und "Zufriedenheit" mit ihrem Arbeitgeber wieder. Obwohl man vor Ort speist, bekommt man Einweglöffel. Der Cookie schmeckte wie noch vom Vortag. Hier fühlt man sich "wohl".

Also ich war jetzt 5 mal hier und 4 mal war davon meine Bestellung falsch oder es hat was gefehlt!

Die Burger sind teilweise verändert, der Geschmack stimmt nicht mehr so richtig. Die Wartezeit war lang, obwohl es nicht besonders voll war.

Leider muss man seine Bestellung danach immer kontrollieren.. Letztes Mal wurden beim Happy Meal die Pokémon Karten vergessen und heute hatten wir in unserer 9er Nugget Box nur 6 Nuggets drin.. sehr ärgerlich.. :(

Superkeit im Außenbereich lässt des öfteren sehr zu wünschen übrig Die Preise schießen auch regelmäßig in die Decke
