The hygiene at Mc Donalds leaves a lot to be desired. The restrooms look like they haven't seen water or cleaning supplies in four weeks. The toilet paper is empty, the paper towels are empty. And the hairdryer doesn't work either. The food was delicious.

Big Tasty Bacon without 🥓? You pay a ton of money, and you can't even fit all the ingredients into the 🍔? Really poor service, and the employees are unmotivated to boot! Mc Donalds isn't what it used to be!

The ambiance is the only thing that deserves special mention. Early in the morning, the employees were grumpy and gave snarky answers. Some of the food was also cold, and complaints were met with rude responses. I know why I go to KFC and Burger King.

This McDonald's is the slowest in the world. 16 minutes the first time and 22 minutes the second time at the drive-thru is definitely too long.

We were there on a Sunday and waited for hours and no one came, even for a drink because we ordered differently, it took a long time and it was absolutely dirty

Ordering in-store is OK. Sometimes Lieferando delivers, sometimes it doesn't, even though they deliver two streets away. Fries are either too salty or stale. Burgers are slapped together. Orders are often forgotten, even though the store is neither overcrowded nor is the order too large. I liked the store, but the stores around here have better service than in Merseburg. It's a shame.

We were there yesterday, ordered in advance, and went to the drive-thru. We ordered and paid on two phones, but they only gave me one order. The second one wasn't even made and was deleted. Then they remade it, but half of it was missing. The cashier at the first window was gone for 15 minutes. I don't know if he was smoking or going to the bathroom. In any case, there were 10 cars behind us. The food was carelessly shoved into the packaging, so at Big Tasty, the bacon is on the burger, not next to it. You should talk to the staff and maybe look over their shoulders more often to see what they're doing.

It's just so dirty there...everything is sticky and disgusting... My daughter only went into the children's area in her socks, and they were black afterward...unbelievable, and that for such a big holiday...sad...

Simply dirty and chaotic, it didn't taste good either...we waited forever for our food. On top of that, it was cold and sloppily thrown together. The burger buns were incredibly hard, and the lettuce was already slightly brown and wilted. The manager or shift supervisor was completely arrogant. Her treatment of her employees, who mostly spoke broken German, was very condescending and questionable.

The wait at the McColl's Drive-Thru was way too long. Today, I waited 5 minutes at the order counter. The salad was completely wilted. Simply disgusting. No hello, no goodbye. Simply no service...

After waiting 25 minutes at the drive-thru, you could finally order, and then you got the wrong burgers, which is just disgusting. Isn't fast food actually "quick food"? Unfortunately, that's not the case at this restaurant.

It was a bit dirty. The atmosphere wasn't pleasant. The staff was loud and yelled. Our order was brought to the table incomplete. The food was lukewarm. Just fast food...? Restricted recommendation.

You usually get what you order. What's annoying, however, is that the EWE Go charging station is constantly blocked by delivery vehicles. The charging station was a bad choice.

We were there at a time when only three tables were occupied. So the staff definitely had time to clean the tables, benches, etc. The tables were very dirty and unclean, and the children's area was a disaster. I had an interview at this branch. Someone arrived ahead of me, even though my appointment was earlier. The employee in charge, Sandra Hänsel, treated me poorly and disrespectfully.

The team was completely overwhelmed. You had to wait until you got to the door. The woman with the blonde curls was also very unfriendly and irritated.

Unfortunately, you can't call the food fast food. It was a complete mess, and the service was disorganized. Large takeout orders from the restaurant were put aside. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. We waited over 30 minutes, and we even pre-ordered online. Other guests next to me had been waiting in line for 45 minutes. Others even wanted their money back. I hope you get back to your old ways.

We drove down the drive at 9.32pm and spent an incredible 49 minutes there and were then harassed because we ordered something worth over €100... not like that, unfortunately it's terrible!!!

I waited just over half an hour for my food. I'm very understanding, especially when the place is packed, but even several people who arrived after me had their food before me, and there were only two of us there. It's just not acceptable.

Sunday lunch at McDonald's. It's going to take a while again 😃😉 But you know that beforehand, so you can wait patiently. The food was great, as always.

Definitely highly recommended. A little more attention to the sanitary facilities (the stainless steel handle on the doors needs special attention) would be welcome.

It's typical McDonald's food. There's something for almost everyone. But I personally find the interior very nicely done and cozy. You can even charge your phone in case of emergency. You can order via the friendly staff or via the ordering terminals. It might depend on the customer how long it takes to prepare the food. I've known this since I was a child, and I've also seen all the renovations, and the current ones are very nicely done.

Disgusting restroom disaster... no cleaning schedule... 20-minute wait for our food... difficult during the lunch break, which only lasts an hour...

I think it's a disgrace how the burgers are just thrown into the packaging. Get a real burger at Burger King; they look really good. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm really pissed off right now. I ordered a Royal TS meal and got a Royal Cheese. And the salad was served with the wrong dressing. I complained about both and exchanged them, but then I got home and the fries were missing from my second meal -.-*. 2 meals and one 20-piece nugget set, and three mistakes. That doesn't do the Mc's employee's image any favors.

It's a very long wait for an order in the morning!!!!! They all walk around like sleepy flies! The orders are mixed up! The coffee is standing for half an hour! Horrible! The worst Mac in Germany!

Ambiance is good, waiting times are reasonable. Anyone who orders at MC Drive should definitely check that everything is complete before continuing their journey. The app is a cool idea, but only if the orders arrive at the counter!!!

We waited longer than 45 minutes for our food and something was still missing.

I ordered the new wrap with honey mustard. When I unpacked it at home, I noticed that there was some kind of mayo sauce on my wrap. There is no such wrap available to order... Very disappointed 🥲

A typical McDonald's restaurant, outside a slide for children and also seating. Unfortunately the service that day left a lot to be desired. It was relatively full and apparently there was chaos. First they brought us the wrong food and the table display was taken away. It quickly became clear it was the wrong food, it belonged to the next table. So the food was passed on and we noticed from the receipt that something was missing. So back to the counter, informed that we had the wrong food. Understood. When the food came, it was brought out in a hurry, so that of course both large cups of drinks fell off the tray directly above the table and 3 of my family members were baptized in a mixture of Cola and Fanta. The service employee remained silent, not a single word! We changed the table, the table and chairs and floor were wet. Shoes were completely wet, up to the socks, pants were stuck, shirts were completely full - back to the counter and the incident was described, there was a nice apology and 2 ice creams plus of course new drinks. Very friendly staff, but unfortunately there was a problem with speaking during service. This should be improved. Otherwise the food was okay and it came relatively quickly.

McDonald's is no longer what it was. Waited almost 2 hours for online orders, even though it says Max 45 minutes. The food was so good, the taste wasn't great, there are other providers where the price-performance ratio is right. The ice cream was extremely sweet, I had the feeling that I had frozen Nutella in the cup, so you can't die from hypoglycemia, so I threw it in the trash. Conclusion not again.

We ordered breakfast burgers to take away. When we got home we unpacked our burgers. When we took a bite, we were met with a burnt smell. So penetrating and repulsive that it made you sick. So we packed up the burgers again and drove back to McDonald's. When we got there, we explained the situation to the waitress. She had the audacity to claim that we might have. smoked in the car. FYI, we are both non-smokers. The waitress smelled the burgers and said she didn't smell anything and that no one was smoking there. She then called the supposed boss. This could not be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness and audacity. First she claims the burgers must smell like that and that the breakfast menu is already over. But she probably couldn't think that we had a route. It's not the case that they always smell like that because we've eaten the burgers many times. Secondly, if that were the case, the burgers would guarantee nausea. Then she said to us, you know the burgers are toasted. Of course you can know if you don't work there. The employee was at least accommodating enough to give us the value back in vouchers. Then the so-called boss said, I don't apologize for anything and she wished us, in a snarky tone of voice, to have fun with the vouchers. The burgers were flawless, nothing burnt or bad. However, they simply smelled disgusting. Something was probably seared somewhere in the oven or the burgers were in trouble somewhere so that it got soaked in the burgers. Instead of simply being accommodating and writing off the inedible burgers, the alleged boss behaved extremely unprofessionally. This woman apparently hasn't heard anything about customer service, customer loyalty and goodwill. Thumbs down for this poor performance.

The Mac crispy caused a virus that put me in the hospital, not recommended

The seating areas of the restaurant are dirty and sticky, as are the tables and the floor. It's a shame that more cleanliness isn't paid attention to. The one star for Ambiente is actually one too many.

This is the only McDonald I know where you can order and pay straight at the checkout...just like it used to be. I hate the ordering machines.

So first of all, we're just talking about the service at the counter. It was the best talk at a counter we've ever had. The order was amazing because we've never had such a nice and fun order. We would also take a detour just for this nice woman at the ordering counter. Thank you for the lovely and funny experience, that's how customer service works, many people can learn a lesson from that...thank you Silke from Merseburg.

The store was full. There was a lot of friendly staff on site. Order came quickly. This is great for McDonalds! No comparison to Vogel Systemgastro in Leipzig

Citizens are just thrown into the packaging. The table service worker wears the same gloves that were previously used to sort the garbage. The package of fries was only half filled and half raw.

Overall a good McDonald's! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The store was clean and tidy and there were no long waits. For a quick snack or meal, this McDonald's is a very good choice.

Alles andere als schön. Es war voll und in meinen Pommes waren 2 davon grün. Die Bürger waren nur lauwarm und schmeckten überhaupt nicht. Insgesamt hat die Qualität d3s Essens dort ziemlich nachgegeben. Besser gesagt es ist schlecht geworden das Essen.

They probably only had singing and clapping in school... how can you forget the cheeseburgers when you have two cheeseburgers and one nuggets

The food arrived neat and warm. The shop itself seemed quite dirty, the tables were dirty and there were chips lying around on the floor. The visitors to this store find themselves unable to put their tablets away and simply behave unpleasantly. But my rating refers to something else. I think it's very good when people with a handicap are given a chance and can work. I have never encountered such friendly and courteous service at a McDonald's. Ordering and billing were completely unproblematic. However, the colleagues were more busy making fun and imitating the employee. If this happens in front of customers when the business is open, how far does it go when the store is closed? Here the operator should have a clear word with his employee!

For McDonalds connoisseurs: Clean, fast and friendly

Wherever you came in everything was very dirty, when you ordered the food it came very quickly but the quality was poor and the food was cold. When you drove home you felt really sick and you barely made it to the toilet in time. Never again

The food is generally good. I have always received my order in this branch as ordered. It's not a 5 star meal but it's a good and tasty option for a quick snack in between. The staff is always friendly despite the fallen guests.

Just like you know McDonalds. 90% of young people who just do mischief and are loud don't expect much from the employees. It takes forever, people prefer to chat and neglect work. At least you can go to the toilet if necessary, they are relatively clean but otherwise not recommended.

What should you capitalize? Personally, I like it. I come here once or twice a quarter. It's also nice to see the price development of the "big" burgers.

It's not the cleanest McDonald's, but that's often due to the customers. A little Indian girl tries very hard to keep up with the cleaning. There are not always competent staff at the checkouts, but they are mostly friendly. What happens again and again is that you have the wrong food in the bag at Mc Drive.

From the best McDonald’s in the area to, oh well. There are always some things missing or the BigMac is only half full. It's annoying because at least you pay the full price. I really don't know what's been going on in the last few months.

Staff overwhelmed as always and unfortunately we were lucky again that our order was deleted by the staff. Faulty burgers 🍔 instead of 2 meat patties there was only one on it but twice as many bun layers. When asked, the answer was "That's right". Only after being asked to speak to the shift manager did they admit that there was an error. It's a real shame to always have to go that far. Unfortunately, the toilets and tables were also very unclean.

Absolutely unfriendly, unable to properly prepare and issue orders. Basically something is missing, you are almost forced to check immediately whether everything is there. When you complain, people assume you received it and ate it within a minute or whatever. So with all my love, I can't manage to eat a Big Tasty in such a short time. Just ridiculous.

Half of the order is missing every time. Wait 20 minutes for 20 nuggets and one mc chicken. There was only one person with a similar order in front of me...
