McDonald's in Erding

Truly one of the most pleasant McDonald's I know. Seems clean and tidy, not overcrowded, staff very nice and friendly. I'll only give McDonald's 5 stars if the burgers look anything like the ones in the photo.

Whether you get a delicious meal is a matter of luck (at least in the drive-thru). Sometimes it is relatively fresh and tasty, but often you also get chicken nuggets that have been sitting for a while. And when I think about the prices, it's kind of a joke.

Large McDonald's with nice seating inside and outside. McCafe is there too. Lots of machines for ordering and paying yourself. There are enough parking spaces available.

If I couldn't give a star, I would... Today we waited 30 minutes despite ordering, then got 3 drinks plus mcflurry plus quetschi plus sunkist in a drinks carton (broken!!!!), and the Fanta was in the car. Thanks so much!! “What is our fault now”… exactly. The total.....store!!! Never again!

The McDonalds was completely remodeled. It turned out really nice...I love coming here! Even now with table service 👍 GREAT

Been to Mäcki's ED again for a long time. Even though it was busy, my order came as soon as I sat down. And was hot and fresh. And delicious! You can tell that McDo has reworked or that I had a good day (my last McDo visits in the Munich area were "normal" to disappointing) - hence my effort to give this Mäcki a positive rating.

SLOOOOOOOW FOOD 30 mins for a chicken burger

10 people working in production here on a Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The restaurant is only half full. Average waiting time is far too long (25 minutes), every second customer came to the counter because something was forgotten. Is that economical?

During my visit, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the cleanliness and the quality of the food were above "McDonald's average".

Why are you suddenly no longer delivering via Lieferando? :(

I eat at this McDonalds several times a week on my lunch break, and over 50% of my orders are prepared incorrectly!! Don't you have two seconds to look at what the customer actually wants? Every time there is no sauce even though I ordered with extra sauce or there is simply no extra meat on it even though I ordered it that way. Please don't hire people who can't even read the order. In addition, the burgers are completely crooked every time and there is sometimes more toppings in the box than on the burger. It couldn't be more incompetent. When I point this out, the old burger is often simply thrown away and I get a new one. At least they're friendly.

There was a hair in the burger.

We placed an order via the app and picked it up at McDrive. When we got home we discovered that no (!) sauces had been packed. We would have had 3x sweet and sour. We also ordered 1x vanilla shake and 1x strawberry shake, we got 2x vanilla shake! Last time a burger was missing! Mistakes can always happen but lately these mistakes are happening too often! We're really upset. Maybe in addition to “packing quickly, quickly”, the employees should also be trained to look at the orders and pack them correctly!

I only had a coffee, but the lady who made it for me was super friendly and very accommodating! Kudos to her!

A quick burger after a great day at the thermal baths... NOT HERE!!! 30 MINUTES waiting time for three menus... When I asked the restaurant manager, I was very rudely told that it was unusually full. And if we don't see and understand that we should go somewhere else, which we will definitely do. I haven't experienced anything so bold in a long time!

Very friendly staff, food is brought quickly, cleanliness is debatable, the men's toilet was wet and smelly, there were sometimes small leftovers of food on the floor that had not been cleared away for a long time. In my photo you can see leftovers that were not cleared away over a period of 30 minutes even though no one was sitting at the table or was sitting during my stay, so it could have been longer

Stop at an MC Fonalds like everyone else, but the waiting time in the MC Drive of 40 minutes (30 minutes of which I stood in front of the serving window) is already very long. It was breakfast time, there were 6 tables occupied inside and there was only 1 car in front of me on MC Drive.

Very satisfied. Employees friendly and quick. Order completely complete and error-free. Branch nice and clean. Unfortunately, you don't find Mc D branches like this that often anymore. We are passing through and are already mourning the loss of the branch. They've done everything right here, only the music could be a little quieter, but that's complaining at a high level. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is in the best location for my route and I often stop there on the way home. There are always missing burgers that were paid for or extras. Came home with a Double Hamburger Royal TS. There was no patty in the burger. It can't be true that your burger comes out without a patty, which actually has to be 2!

Ordered at 11pm. The burgers felt like they were 6 p.m. And the daughter wanted a burger, which was probably taken to heart as it was just rolls and meat, bacon was also left out. I've been to a lot of McDonald's, even bad ones. This one tops everything, what a shame!

Der McCrispy wird immer mickriger. Gefühlt 2/3 nur noch Panade und day bei dem Preis. Das Einzige, was qualitativ gleich geblieben ist, sind die Pommes. Fazit: McDonald Du wirst mich jetzt noch weniger antreffen. Für das Geld bekomme ich fast was frisch Gekochtes.

Der dreckigste und ekelhafteste Schuppen, den ich je gesehen habe. Selbst der Hühnerstall meiner Oma ist sauberer! Überall lagen Tomaten Pommes und Haare rum. Habe vergebens nach einem sauberem Platz gesucht. Die Dame, die das Essen an den Platz gebracht hat, war so unfreundlich. Ekelhaft!!!! Ich gehe hier nie wieder hin

Eigentlich bin ich ein sehr ruhiger und ausgeglichener Mensch, aber nach diesem schockierenden Ereignis motierte ich zum WUTBÜRGER, was mich mein ganzes Leben lang begleiten wird. Eigentlich war alles wie immer, wir bestellten unser Essen an der hoch technologisierten Bestellsäule des Altenerdinger McDonald's. Sollte man denken, dass die Bestellung dann auch reibungslos verläuft. Allerdings war alles anders als gedacht, denn gleich zwei Burger wurden nicht in die Tüte gepackt, was uns erst auffiel, als wirmit dem Auto bereits ein paar Kilometer entfernt waren. Da wir viel beschäftigte Personen sind, konnten wir auch nicht so einfach umdrehen, da Zeit für Menschen wie uns, bares Geld ist. Daher fuhren wir mit (halb) leeren Magen weiter. Wir wissen um die Sorge und Nöten der Gastronomen und haben dafür grundsätzlich auch Verständnis, aber so? Mit Lügerein, mit vorsätzlichem Betrug, aber nicht mit uns. Wenn das eure neue Masche ist, dann ohne uns. Wir erwarten einen Gutschein im Wert von 50 Euro als Entschädigung für unsere von Hunger geplagte Reise, sonst geh ma do nimmer eine und ihr verliert vier der treusten Stammkunden.

Wir sind nach der unfreundlichen Nicht Begrüßung und langem Warten bis die Servicekräfte mit ihren Gesprächen miteinander fertig waren, nach 7 min. wieder gegangen. Da auf unsere Nachfrage ob sie gesehen hätten dass wir hier an der Kasse stehen, gesagt wurde... Sehen du dass wir reden!

Esser wie immer ganz gut Aber es ist mittlerweile schon sau teuer. 1x Shrimps und mc Rösti 16 EUR Für an Snack sau teuer...

Die Curly-Fries haben verdorben geschmeckt und haben nach verbrannten Öl gerochen, dass mir davon schlecht wurde. Und ich gehe regelmäßig beim McDonald's essen.

Leider wollten wir hier nachts auf der Heimreise noch was essen. Nach der Zahlung vergingen 45 Minuten, bis jemanden auffiel, dass man uns vergessen hat. Der Schichtleiter reagierte darauf sehr unfreundlich. Von wegen warum müssen auch um Mitternacht so viele Leute zum Essen kommen. Haben die Bestellung storniert und woanders gegessen. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Leider kann man in der App keine Happy Meals mehr bestellen, ohne funktioniert es. Schöner McDonald's, manchmal funktionieren die Drucker an den Terminals nicht und die Kartenleser ebenso, bisher gab es aber immer eine Lösung. Vergessene Artikel wurden immer ohne wenn und aber ausgegeben. So soll es sein.

sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, auch der Chef war ganz nett. Bei der Bestellung ging was schief, wurde sofort ausgebessert und ich habe ohne Probleme das Richtige erhalten. Sehr sauber, die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett und reinigte uns noch Tisch und Boden bevor wir uns hinsetzten. Gut geschmeckt hats auch noch...nur weiterzuempfehlen...danke

Wollte einen Cheesecake. Bin 10min beim mcCafe gestanden nur dass die mir dann gesagt haben, man muss an der kasse bestellen. Wofür gibts den Cafe Bereich dann. Schlechter Service

Bestellt war ein Kaffee. Einer! 10 Minuten Wartezeit, Bedienung ignoriert einen und wird pampig, wenn man dann endlich den Kaffee auf der Theke stehen sieht und ihn sich nimmt, da es die einzige offene Bestellung ist und nur ein Kaffee. Service ist schwierig.
