Ausgezeichnetes Geschäft! Sehr freundliches Personal! Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Saubere Toiletten! Sehr geräumig!

Ein guter McDonalds. Kurze Wartezeit. Essen ist im Normalfall warm. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Und man bekommt auch das was man bestellt (bei anderen Filialen ist das teilweise nicht der Fall)

Haben leider „alte“ Pommes bekommen, die Nuggets waren nicht fertig und auf den Sundays war kaum Soße.

Dieser McDonald’s war leider ein Negativ‑Erlebnis: Dreck auf dem Boden, Essensreste überall, klebrige Tische und eine Herrentoilette ohne Seife und ohne Papier. Das wirkt, als würde die Filiale seit Stunden nicht gereinigt.Auch der Service war nicht präsent – selbst ein freundliches „Servus“ blieb unbeantwortet.Bei den heutigen McDonald’s‑Preisen erwarte ich zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit. Unter diesen Bedingungen überlege ich, diesen Standort künftig zu meiden.

Leider war der Besuch heute ein Reinfall. Die Pommes schmeckten nach Uralt- Fett und kalt. Der BigMäc war zu selbst zusammenbauen, alles einfach nur in die Schachtel geschmissen. Und das ganze für zwei Personen und fast €30.- eigentlich eine Frechheit.

Ich bin kurz vorbeigekommen, um mein Elektroauto aufzuladen und mir einen Kaffee zu holen. Einer der Angestellten lief im Restaurant und in der Küche in Pyjama und Flip-Flops herum 🙈

Wir fuhren an die Bestellsäule am Drive und warteten mehrere Minuten. Doch nix passierte. Also fuhren wir zum Ausgabefenster. Dort gingen 3 Mitarbeiter*innen (mit Kopfhörern - also zuständig für den Drive) vorbei und sahen uns durch die geschlossene Scheibe an. Erst als ich mich entschloss, weiter zu fahren, öffnete eine Dame das Fenster. Ich sagte, dass wir bereits an der Säule gewartet hatten und, da sich nix tat, davon ausgingen, diese sei evtl. defekt. Die Dame schnautze uns dann an, sie würden alle Kopfhörer tragen und würden schon mitbekommen, wenn jemand am Drive steht. Auf die Frage, ob ich denn dann jetzt am Fenster etwas bestellen könne (ich wollte nur ein kaltes Getränk, weil es meiner 85-jährigen Mutter bei der Hitze nicht gut ging), meinte die Dame, das wäre dafür das falsche Fenster. Ich müsse nochmal rumfahren und an der Säule bestellen. Service sieht anders aus! Ich habe anderweitig Wasser besorgt und werde hier auch nicht mehr herkommen.

War frühstücken. Das Essen war sehr gut. Nur im Cola schwimmen komische Bröckel.

An sich gut ausgestattetes, sauberes "Restaurant" mit Außenbereich und McCafe. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfinde ich insgesamt mittlerweile für die Fastfood-Qualität nicht mehr wirklich angemessen, was jedoch natürlich nicht von der jeweiligen Filiale beeinflusst werden kann. ABER: solche Portionen wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, beim MC-Drive rauszugeben empfinde ich für € 4,69 (Mittlere Pommes inkl. 20 g Majonaise) einfach als absolute Frechheit. Der Kunde merkt es ja erst zuhause... Nicht ok.

Bisschen wenigig "Hanuta" im McFlurry, das können andere Restaurants deutlich besser!

Die Herrentoilette ist staubig und da wurde schon länger nicht mehr gewischt. Keine Papierhandtücher und der Blow Fryer wirkt so alt, dass man sich das Händewaschen gleich sparen könnte. Innen gehen 2 von 6 Bestellterminals nicht, an einem kann man nicht mit Karte zahlen. Das "Vorsicht nasser Boden" Schild dürfte in einer Nebenkammer stehen... der Boden vor der Ausgabe ist mit Sohlenabdrücken übersät und fettig.

Manche Produkte sind leider nicht verfügbar. Die Saucen werden kommentarlos ausgetauscht und die Plätze waren dreckig.

Leider werden die Burger immer kleiner..

Vor Ort zu essen ist in Ordnung – falls etwas fehlt oder falsch ist, kann man es direkt reklamieren. Problematisch wird es beim Mitnehmen: Ich habe fünfmal Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, und nur ein einziges Mal war die Bestellung vollständig und korrekt. Die Rechnung stimmte zwar jedes Mal, aber der Inhalt leider nicht. Dass man jede Bestellung vor Ort erst vollständig kontrollieren muss, ist auf Dauer wirklich ärgerlich und wenn schnell gehen soll - unmöglich.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen war lecker, Tische sauber, parken problemlos möglich.

Die chicken nuggets werden nie richtig gekocht bei mir sind sie jedes mal innen ein bisschen pink

Leider gab es bei unserer Ankunft heute keinen einzigen sauberen (abgewischten Tisch) Essensreste lagen überall auf dem Boden (unter den Tischen) Von unseren 4 Burgern war kein einziger ordentlich „zusammengebaut“. Bei den Großen sah es aus wie ein Baukasten - Salat und Gurkerl außerhalb des Burgers. Bei den Cheesburgern war der Käse nur halb im Burger- somit auch kein bisschen geschmolzen, Ketchup und Senf nur auf einer Seite- und optisch, als wär schon einmal jemand drauf gesessen- die zweite Hälfte war dann staubtrocken. Das Personal war freundlich, beim Service an den Tisch fehlte jedoch ein Burger, eine Nachspeise und eine Sauce war falsch. Über Kleinigkeiten seh ich normalerweise hinweg- aber das ging heute insgesamt garnicht. (Vor allem die Sauberkeit)

Essen schmeckt wie in jedem Mc Donalds. Es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Ausstattung gemütlich. Keine Lademöglichkeit für Smartphone

Wir haben diese McDonald’s Filiale besucht und möchten unsere Erfahrung teilen. Leider sind an den Rutschen Materialien angebracht, die verhindern, dass Kinder richtig rutschen können. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Ich habe dazu auch Fotos hinzugefügt, damit man die Situation besser sehen kann. Außerdem waren die Tablets im Restaurant leider defekt und konnten nicht benutzt werden. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch den schnellen Service und das sehr freundliche Personal. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken. Wir hoffen, dass die genannten Probleme bald behoben werden.

Gut geführte Filiale. Tische werden regelmäßig abgewischt und auf dem Boden liegen auch keine Speisen rum. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und die Wartezeiten sind kurz. Allerdings bin ich nur in der Woche hier und nie am Wochenende. Geschmacklich ist der Big Tasty Bacon super! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Es ist toll, wenn man 2 Apfeltaschen bestellt am MC Drive und man dann Zuhause feststellt, das man 2 Kirschtaschen bekommen hat, die keiner mag. Und selbst da kein Datum oder dergleichen drauf ist. Ich gehe davon aus, das diese um 23 Uhr übrig waren und weg müssten. Der Dumme Kunde merkt schon nichts!!

Big Tasty ohne Bacon bestellt, aber mit Bacon geliefert. Sehr schlecht und enttäuschend. Bestellung nicht korrekt umgesetzt.

Bitte den Kollegen sagen, dass Sie nur dann auf den Abhol-Button drücken, wenn die Ware bereits abholbereit ist. Ist leider nicht zum ersten Mal vorgekommen, dass die Arbeitskollegen zu früh den Button drücken und die Ware noch nicht abholbereit ist.

Alles ist in Ordnung. Ich komme wieder.

Wartezeiten teilweise unterirdisch (20 Min) - mit der App bestellen ist in dieser Filiale nahezu unmöglich. Zweimal Warenkorb Fehler und einmal wurde sogar die Bezahlung schon getätigt - jetzt muss ICH mich darum kümmern laut Filialleitung um das Geld wieder zu erhalten wenn die Rückbuchung nicht automatisch erfolgt. Letztendlich und nach 25 min wurde dann am Terminal bestellt. Das ist FastFood!! Schade!

Essen war kalt...nervt. Der BigMac Patty ist so dünn wie ein Papier..... würde mich freuen wenn Ihr mir sagen könntet wann ihr ein Patty wie auf den Werbebildern bekommen habt.....

Diese Filiale wird immer schlechter. Eigentlich komme ich oft her, da die Filiale auf dem Weg liegt. Die letzten fünf Male war meine Bestellung unvollständig. Heute fehlten alle Getränke, alle Saucen und der Fruchtquatsch. Dabei ist es egal ob man im Restaurant oder im Drive in bestellt. Es fehlt immer etwas, obwohl es auf der Rechnung steht Offensichtlich sind die Mitarbeiter bei einer Bestellung für 4 Personen völlig überfordert. Das Essen wurde einfach in die Pappschachteln geworfen. Mein M Burger lag in Einzelteilen verdreht in der Schachtel, dies obwohl die Mitarbeiter ihn selbst zum Tisch brachten. Der Mc Chicken war so zusammengepresst, dass meine Kinder ihn fast nicht mehr essen wollten. In der großen Pommes Schachtel waren fast weniger Pommes als in der Kleinen. So was muss man doch sehn. Das angesprochene Personal zuckt nur mit den Schultern. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Ihr werdet von Woche zu Woche schlechter. Ich hoffe, dass dies auch mal jemand vom Management liest und das wieder abstellt, sonst werden zumindest wir nicht mehr kommen. Ich habe keine Lust mich jedes Mal zu ärgern wenn ich Essen gehe oder hole.

Dieses Jahr das dritte mal dort gegessen. Jedesmal fehlte die Hälfte, will mal keine Absicht unterstellen. Service mässig, lange Wartezeit, Tische dreckig. Der Service spricht kaum deutsch, der Tagesmanager unfreundlich unkoordiniert und überfordert.

Kein einziger vegetarischer Burger, generell keine vegetarischen Optionen, Burger King mal wieder viel besser

Hier war man (zumindest als wir da waren) sehr bemüht! Das Essen wurde höflich an den Tisch gebracht mit einem Lächeln, Tische wurden sauber gehalten und die Atmosphäre war gut (nicht so gross. Wir kommen wieder!

We just ordered two burgers and 20 nuggets from the McDonald's Drive-In. Unfortunately, we didn't check right away whether everything was in the bag. A burger worth over €8 was missing. The second burger was only half-filled. At least the nuggets were fresh and hot.

Best Mcs, warm, crispy and tasty, good service, nice staff and clean toilets

We complained about a vanilla milkshake because it looked like a chocolate milkshake. They told us it should be brown. The milkshake tasted like dish soap. The employees were unfriendly and didn't really want to address the complaint. I expect a lot more. Mistakes happen, but you have to own up to them. This location urgently needs further training in customer service.

The MC was actually good. The staff varies; some are very friendly, others rather silent. It's just since the reopening that so many mistakes are being made with orders; either something is missing or there's something wrong in the order. The wait time is already very long.

I'm from Austria and recently went to a McDonald's in Germany for the first time, and I have to honestly say: the quality of the food is so, so much better than here in Austria! Everything was really good, fresh, and tasty, really high-quality, especially for fast food. I thought it was particularly cool that they have different items on the menu than we do in Austria; it made the visit even more exciting. The restaurant itself is also beautifully decorated, and the service was friendly and attentive. We were completely satisfied with our visit and can definitely recommend this McDonald's in Erding!

Extremely disappointing! Ordered 5 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers to take out – discovered at home that one chicken burger was missing. This simply shouldn't happen. Bad table service, waited for 30 mins and the employee looked at our table , saw our number and just decided to ignore it, we picked up our own food from the counter, good thing is still was warm. Food and atmosphere; its just a McDonald's, so I can't really say it blinks out (extra point in atmosphere because their music choice seems to be different from the macs I'm used to, in a positive way). Only complaint is the small parking space and tight road to enter the venue. Service was easy and similar to the McDonald's experience. Not special but I'm not expecting 5 star service at a macdonald's, so blaming nobody. overall: Nice quiet MacDonald's especially after a day Therme!

Better find another McDonald's; you rarely get anything good here...sometimes the food is cold, sometimes something different comes out...not recommended...

Guys, this is not acceptable. We got a Royal Meal today, a cheeseburger and nuggets, and everything, absolutely everything, was inedible, old/cold/sloppy. The curly fries were particularly rancid and tasted like rubber. That was an absolute disgrace. I feel like you cheated me out of €20!

We always visit this McDonald's when we're on our way to Munich. Clean and tidy. The staff is attentive, and orders are always correct.

We came here for a quick bite before the nearby spa. The entrance is a little bit odd given the streets, but inside has easy order kiosks in multiple languages, decent seating options, and the food came out quickly and accurately.

Today I realized again why I always go to Altenerding when I feel like having a coffee and an ice cream. The staff are incredibly friendly! One employee (we were there around 3 p.m. today) even gave my dog ​​a bowl of water - how welcoming can you be? Why are you suddenly no longer delivering via Lieferando? :( EDIT: Occasionally you can order via Lieferando, then you wait 2 hours for your order and when it comes, everything is cold. The service has really fallen catastrophically since the change of ownership from Heinritzi to ED Systemgastro KG. The employees can't do anything about it, they're always friendly and apologize when delivering. Everything was perfect before the change of ownership, so it's probably the management's fault. Very unfortunate.
