McDonald's in Erding

I'm from Austria and recently went to a McDonald's in Germany for the first time, and I have to honestly say: the quality of the food is so, so much better than here in Austria! Everything was really good, fresh, and tasty, really high-quality, especially for fast food. I thought it was particularly cool that they have different items on the menu than we do in Austria; it made the visit even more exciting. The restaurant itself is also beautifully decorated, and the service was friendly and attentive. We were completely satisfied with our visit and can definitely recommend this McDonald's in Erding!

Extremely disappointing! Ordered 5 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers to take out – discovered at home that one chicken burger was missing. This simply shouldn't happen. The employee at the counter was also unfriendly and irritated. If you can't even get a simple order right and then treat customers rudely, that's a disgrace. A very bad experience!

Bad table service, waited for 30 mins and the employee looked at our table , saw our number and just decided to ignore it, we picked up our own food from the counter, good thing is still was warm. Food and atmosphere; its just a McDonald's, so I can't really say it blinks out (extra point in atmosphere because their music choice seems to be different from the macs I'm used to, in a positive way). Only complaint is the small parking space and tight road to enter the venue. Service was easy and similar to the McDonald's experience. Not special but I'm not expecting 5 star service at a macdonald's, so blaming nobody. overall: Nice quiet MacDonald's especially after a day Therme!

Better find another McDonald's; you rarely get anything good here...sometimes the food is cold, sometimes something different comes out...not recommended...

I've never experienced anything like this before. Today, there was a burger in it that wasn't actually there. Philipp ordered a cheeseburger stack. But he got a Samurai Mac in a burger bun for the Philipp cheeseburger stack. I hope this remains an isolated incident. I've gotten used to things being missing every now and then (generally at McDonald's). But if I also have to check to see if the right thing is in it, I don't want that. Here's something positive: The store is always clean.

Guys, this is not acceptable. We got a Royal Meal today, a cheeseburger and nuggets, and everything, absolutely everything, was inedible, old/cold/sloppy. The curly fries were particularly rancid and tasted like rubber. That was an absolute disgrace. I feel like you cheated me out of €20!

We always visit this McDonald's when we're on our way to Munich. Clean and tidy. The staff is attentive, and orders are always correct.

We came here for a quick bite before the nearby spa. The entrance is a little bit odd given the streets, but inside has easy order kiosks in multiple languages, decent seating options, and the food came out quickly and accurately.

Today I realized again why I always go to Altenerding when I feel like having a coffee and an ice cream. The staff are incredibly friendly! One employee (we were there around 3 p.m. today) even gave my dog ​​a bowl of water - how welcoming can you be? Why are you suddenly no longer delivering via Lieferando? :( EDIT: Occasionally you can order via Lieferando, then you wait 2 hours for your order and when it comes, everything is cold. The service has really fallen catastrophically since the change of ownership from Heinritzi to ED Systemgastro KG. The employees can't do anything about it, they're always friendly and apologize when delivering. Everything was perfect before the change of ownership, so it's probably the management's fault. Very unfortunate.

Been to Mäcki's ED again for a long time. Even though it was busy, my order came as soon as I sat down. And was hot and fresh. And delicious! You can tell that McDo has reworked or that I had a good day (my last McDo visits in the Munich area were "normal" to disappointing) - hence my effort to give this Mäcki a positive rating.

10 people working in production here on a Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The restaurant is only half full. Average waiting time is far too long (25 minutes), every second customer came to the counter because something was forgotten. Is that economical?

I eat at this McDonalds several times a week on my lunch break, and over 50% of my orders are prepared incorrectly!! Don't you have two seconds to look at what the customer actually wants? Every time there is no sauce even though I ordered with extra sauce or there is simply no extra meat on it even though I ordered it that way. Please don't hire people who can't even read the order.
