Under new ownership, coupons can finally be redeemed and the staff is friendly.

Today was our first visit since the store reopened. The store has been completely renovated and looks fantastic inside. Very modern, well-maintained, and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the food was good.

I was at Burger King again today – and I'm thrilled! Fast service, super friendly staff, and the food was top-notch as always. The burgers were hot and juicy, the fries perfectly crispy. Everything was freshly prepared, and even the drive-through was quick and smooth. Fast food is fun – a definite recommendation!

It hasn't reopened long ago, and apparently hasn't learned anything. Vegetarian burger, thin patty slightly soaked in ketchup, that's no good.

After reopening under new management, the Erdinger Burger King has truly taken a huge step forward. Very clean, friendly staff, modern and comfortable interior, ordering kiosks available, and the wait time for the food was really short. The food was very fresh and tasted excellent. Yesterday, we went to BK for the first time in years since the change of ownership, and we have to say, we weren't disappointed, except for one or two things. Please don't skimp on the sauces. My wife ordered a Long Texas BBQ, which was practically bone-dry because it barely had any BBQ sauce on it, and my cheeseburger had a similar problem with the ketchup. Furthermore, while the Long Texas BBQ looked beautifully presented, like a baguette from a bakery, it was really difficult to eat because as soon as she picked up the burger, it fell apart. There's room for improvement here! The ambiance and cleanliness were top-notch; we hope it stays that way. Nevertheless, we're glad BK is back in Erding because the flame grilling simply makes it taste better than McDonald's! :-)

Great new restaurant! We'd love to go back

After the reopening, everything is perfect. Fast service, hot burgers and fries. Very good, keep it up.

The store reopened two days ago (the entire restaurant was completely renovated and the owner has changed). Google should really delete/delete the previous reviews and only accept the reviews from July 14, 2025 onwards! We went to the drive-thru yesterday and placed our first order to thoroughly test the whole experience. The food was fresh, of good quality, and really delicious (I'm not really a fast-food fan, but Burger King is a good place to give in). My only criticism is that the waitstaff was a bit overwhelmed by the rush, and we had to spend about 40 minutes in the drive-thru (people who went in and picked up their own food were out the door after five minutes). There's still room to improve! However, this is certainly also due to the unexpectedly high demand, and I think (and hope) they're planning on hiring a bit more staff in the future. In a nutshell: Food: 5 stars, as usual at BK, very tasty, fresh, and easy to digest. Atmosphere: From the outside, it was clear that the store was very clean and the people were enjoying their visit. 5 stars. Service: The staff was friendly and very attentive, but they were a bit overwhelmed by the volume of orders and the high demand. There's still a need for more staff and/or more practice. The drive-thru, in particular, takes far too long. 4 stars, as it's good, but still has room for improvement.

Extremely bad drive-through, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through there!!!!! Bad service and incomprehensible

New opening! Finally, there's a good Burger King in Erding again. But to be honest, the marketing is very poor. It was only by chance that we discovered the branch had reopened. They could have signaled to the outside world, "We're back!" with a little extra effort. The food was freshly prepared and was finally good again. The employees were friendly and it seemed like they enjoyed working there. The branch has undergone a complete renovation, and it shows. Everything is up to date and looks good. Even if those handheld air fresheners in the restroom aren't my thing; I'd rather have paper towels. If I were the owner, I would have had the old reviews of the former Burger King removed. In any case, I hope this Burger King stays in this condition, because I've been waiting for it.

After changing franchisees, everything is tip-top. Ordering terminals, modern ambiance, fast preparation, and friendly staff.

Finally open again.... Excellent food and service. I think I'll be back soon...

The restaurant reopened on July 14, 2025, after a complete renovation. New operator, friendly staff, app coupons accepted, indoor children's play area, outdoor children's slide, terrace, and drive-thru. Great! Keep it up!

We stumbled into Burger King today by chance as the first customers since it reopened. We're absolutely thrilled. Super clean, incredibly friendly, and there's even a power outlet at every table. We'll be back :) even now with coupons like at ** :)!!! Brilliant

“Fast food”…. 30min waiting time in Drive through.

Today, I happened to be there with my children on the day the Burger King in Erding (under new ownership) reopened – and I'm absolutely thrilled! Super friendly staff, fast service, and the food was exactly what you'd expect: simply delicious! I even asked my children what they thought, and they said it was even better than the neighboring McDonald's. Unfortunately, things used to be very different at this branch. It's all the more wonderful that everything has really changed for the better now with the new owner. We'll definitely be coming back more often. Hopefully, it stays that way!

Paying double at the junior meal, charging 1.49 extra for the fruit nonsense even though he's there, doesn't take part in the app, didn't get a proper explanation why not. Today I was there for the second time in a week and the store was closed again. Does Burger King still exist?

I've been here 5 times, I left twice because after 7 minutes there was still no one there to take my order and the other times I had to wait a long time. Nothing like fast food - more like deceleration, but freshly prepared. In addition, there are no longer any RECUPs (reusable), which has happened repeatedly - so the obligation to offer is currently being ignored. I hope the cups are there next time, otherwise I'll just go to McDonalds because it's not an issue there. Food was good, the rest could really be improved. Today was also quicker than usual, but the review concerns 5 visits, hence 2 out of 5.

Don't even work with gloves! When we saw that and then asked if they had gloves or if that was normal, the lady said "no, no, we already have gloves and we do things with gloves." My gaze goes back to the kitchen and he did everything again without gloves and wiped his hands on his apron or pants every time and then touched the burger patty again and separated the cheeses from each other... Great when you lie right in the customers' faces

Food was lukewarm and not really edible, Cola was tapped "freshly" and tasted like the spit residue from a FreeWay Cola. The lovely employee decided for me that I wanted to make a menu out of it. Better go to McDonald's next door. <3 It's better to go hungry than to visit this establishment again.

Oh man. Unfortunately this is the worst BK ever!!! I haven't been to all the branches yet, but I would still make a decision. The food, when you get it, is good (as you would expect from a system restaurant). The store is clean but you really don't feel like spending time there. “Ambience” is not there. About the service or what they call it in the Erdinger branch. He (service) is simply not there! Waited 5 minutes at the drive-in (we were alone, no other guests in the store) and then drove over to McDonald's. Second attempt in the store: Four employees + 0 motivation = sales at McDonald's again. Please please please get another franchiser!!!! It works in Dorfen too.

The food was great! Today I had a Whopper menu with French fries chilli cheese (plant based, I wanted to try it, I'm not vegan), it was great, tasted like grilled. Lots of lettuce, lots of sauce, tomatoes, cucumbers, everything was there, everything was fresh. I was served quickly. But the store remains very 90s :) Furnishings are very old and very outdated. No screens where you can choose your food and order, instead like before, as I said, in the 90s. I will eat there again

It can't be that 1 employee has to take care of the store and drive-in. Find the error. Stood at the drive in counter for 15 minutes. And the saleswoman apologized that she was alone.

The two employees preferred to clean the shop and ignored us at the checkout for 5 minutes even though there were at most 6 customers there. Went to Burger King today and unfortunately the wait was quite long - a whole 20 minutes. As if that wasn't enough, the wrong burgers arrived and one was even missing. Was really disappointed with the service today.

Of all the Burger Kings I've been to, the Burger King in Erding is the worst. You always have the feeling that the staff has little desire to serve you. And it takes forever to get noticed. We have given the restaurant several chances, but unfortunately it has always been a failure. Never again!

It took us over 20 minutes from ordering to completion. Employees were slow, inflexible and unfortunately unfriendly. Several guests had “comments” and one employee just said, “You can have your money back and leave”! We don't need to stress here... it was dirty and the lamps were flickering (lights broken). Stay true to their philosophy, the price is still right. Every now and then a burger experiment fails, but that also happens to the competition.

I went to Burger King today. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes to order and when I started speaking in English (because I'm not from Germany) and they just laughed at me, I saw that they understood but they didn't want to speak in English lady with black hair just laughed at me and the order alone took 15 minutes. Probably one of the worst Burger King in Bavaria, if not Germany. You wait forever to be able to place your order, whether it's a drive-thru or in the restaurant itself. If you get confronted by the staff, they're rude and barely able to articulate themselves. On top of that, when you leave all this behind, the food is old and stale. In addition, there are no competitions, coupons are not accepted and it is even more expensive than the competition, where customers are piled up right next door and you still only wait 1-2 minutes.

One of the worst services I have had to experience. The cashier was rude. If you didn't understand something, she would snap at you. If you wanted to get ketchup, she would freak out. It is extremely questionable that such a personality is allowed to interact with customers. Let's not even start with the food. The soft drink was warm, the fries were dripping with grease and the burger was cold. I recommend everyone to visit the eatery next door instead.

Öffnungszeit ist von 10:30 Uhr und ich warte seit halb stunde und jetzt 11:00 Uhr und niemand macht auf und drinnen sitzt eine Mitarbeiterin und sie hat mich gesehen dass ich draußen bin und ich warte aber trotzdem macht sie nicht auf

Dieser Burger King ist im Umkreis von Freising der, in dem man sich am wohlsten fühlt. Wer hier zu meckern hat, sollte mal nach Neufahrn/Eching fahren!! Sehr freundliches Personal, super Service und alles frisch.

war hier schon öfter, hab immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht, es war immer sauber, so dass man auch am Tisch sitzen möchte, Essen kommt schnell, manchmal fehlt etwas worauf man hinweist, und dann bringen's sie's auch an den Tisch

Schönes BK-Restaurant in Nähe der Therme Erding - schnell erreicht, schnell gesättigt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, dass Personal sehr freundlich. Super!

Super Football Aktion. Zwei Menüs gerade im drive gekauft. Code soll auf dem Bon aufgedruckt sein. Blöd wenn der Bon nicht mitgegeben wird... Entweder vergessen oder bewusst von den Mitarbeitern "einbehalten". Solche "Aktionen" könnt ihr euch sparen...

- Mayo auf den Burgern war so verschimmelt, dass wir 2 Burger wegwerfen mussten - 1 Burger entsprach nicht dem Bestellten - 1 Soße wurde berechnet, die weder bestellt noch geliefert wurde - beim Rückgeld hat der Typ am Drive in bewusst versucht 8.60 Euro zu unterschlagen. (Beim Hinweis auf den Kassenzettel hat er mir diese nämlich ohne nachzuschauen und ohne, dass ich den Korrektenbetrag genannt habe, sofort gegeben)

Der Burgerking wird oft unterschätzt und ich finde das Essen dort wirklich lecker! Der Drive-In funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Service im Lokal ist mau und ich empfehle das essen eher mitzunehmen. man muss wissen, dass dieser burger king keine aktionen oder ähnliches mitmacht! es gibt aber eine 10% karte, die man erhält und auf den ganzen einkauf bekommt

Um 20:55 in‘s Restaurant rein gegangen. Eine Person noch vor mir, 5 Minuten passierte gar nichts und dann um 21:01 sagte die Verkäuferin „Sorry wir können sie nicht mehr bedienen, wir schließen um 21 Uhr“. Sowieso kundenunfreundliche Öffnungszeiten, allerdings eine bodenlose Frechheit, das so durchzusetzen, wenn man noch zu den Öffnungszeiten kommt!

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich bei diesem Laden Anfangen soll? Schockierend, in diesem Laden sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbei schauen. Des weiteren so schlecht geschulte Mitarbeiter die kein Deutsch können und leider auch nichts verstehen. Ein weiterer Grund wieso man diesen Laden meiden sollte, es werden keine Gutscheine akzeptiert aus der MYBK App und ganz frech die eigenen Filialgutscheine vorgezeigt, das skurrile ist dass die Preise dieser Gutscheine keine Ersparnis bringen. Denn welch ein wunder wurde auf den Gutscheinpreis nochmals 2-4 Euro drauf geschlagen einfach nur asozial und frech! Man stelle sich nun mal die Frage dieser Laden existiert nun seit mehr als 8 Jahren, und ist noch immer in Betrieb trotz der ganzen Negativ Bewertung gehen Leute noch immer dorthin zum essen. Ich kann nur empfehlen diesen BK zu boykottieren, lieber ein wenig mehr fahren und nach Dorfen fahren. MA super freundlich und auch die Qualität stimmt. Würde gern keinen Stern geben, absolut SCHRECKLICH und meiner Meinung nach ein Fall für das Wallraff Team.

Nach Jahren mal wieder dort gewesen! Geschmack hat sich wieder verbessert, abgesehen von den Burger Pettis auf die ich leider bemängeln muss. Ich Biss auf kleine knorpelteile.....Das Personal wie immer sehr freudlich und zuvorkommend. 5 Sterne 🌟 für das Personal ! Update 22.08.23 / 19:00 das Essen war zum ersten mall richtig heiß und hat geschmeckt. Personal immernoch 5⭐

Keine Annahme der Gutscheincodes aus der App. Cheeseburger Plant based nicht möglich, gibt nur die großen Burger plant based. Einfach ein Stück rundes Biomaterial gegen ein anderes tauschen geht nicht. Bisher für mich die schlechteste Performance einer Burger King Filiale.

Guter und ordentlicher Burger King. Bedienungen sind stets freundlich und das Essen scheint so weit frisch zu sein. Es ist etwas dunkel und ungemütlich, aber das liegt mehr an der Immobilie, als an der Ausstattung oder Dekoration.

Schlechtester Burger King in dem ich jemals war. Leider kein Einlösen der Gutscheine möglich.

Besucht im Januar 2022: Geht gar nicht. Da ist eh schon nix los und trotzdem kommt da keiner ausm Knick. Ich kam als dritter Kunde ins Restaurant. Kurz daraum verließ ein Kunde ohne Bestellt zuhaben die Örtlichkeit. Nach knappen 15 Minuten ging ich ebenfalls ohne eine Bestellung aufgegeben zu haben. Das Personal scheint schon mit drei Kunden restlos überfordert zu sein. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nachvollziehen. Das Personal in der Essenszubereitung trug auch keine oder nicht korrekt die die während der Corona Pandemie vorgeschriebene Maske. Ein absolutes No-go! Leider. Dies ist eine Kopie der Rezension aus 01/2022 welche aus unerfindlichen Gründen. Nicht veröffentlicht wurde.

Ich war noch nie von einem Burger King so enttäuscht, wie von diesem. Cola ohne Kohlensäure, Essen war kalt, Coupons werden nicht angenommen, nichtmal den King des Monats haben sie, was eigentlich normal sein sollte🥴. Eis haben wir auch keins bekommen weil angeblich verkaufen sie dort nichtmal eins, obwohl es beim Drive-In abgebildet ist

Wirkt nicht gerade Einladend und Coupons werden auch nicht angenommen. Ohne diese ist das Essen den preis niemals wert. Freundlichkeit lies auch zu wünschen übrig.
