Liebes und geduldiges Personal! Während einem Stromausfall weiterhin höflich geblieben trotz Stress!

War gerade eben dort 28.06. 21:50 uhr. Der Typ am drive Schalter ist der Beste. Macht immer gute Laune und ist einfach immer nett. Wissen nicht wie viel er verdient aber hat unserer Meinung nach eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient.

Ich habe ehrlich ein bisschen gedacht, als ich das gesehen habe… Also wie kann man etwas denn mit so wenig Liebe zubereiten. Hälfte der Sauce neben dem Burger👍 Die Pappschachtel war mehr mit Käse belegt, als mein Burger… Nuggets waren kalt und hart… Leider nd so cool

Service völlig in Ordnung, essen OK. Überall Dreck ...Außenbereich nicht ein sauberer Tisch .

ich habe soeben im mcdrive 2 mc muffin egg bestellt, die mitarbeiterin hat mir jedoch 2 mc muffin bacon egg gemacht. als mir auffiel dass ich weniger rückmeldung bekommen habe habe ich nochmals nachgefragt & dann ist das missverständnis erst aufgekommen. ich habe mein frühstück zwar ohne bacon bekommen, jedoch keinen cent zurück! das sind 2,40€ die mir abgezogen wurden! das ist eine bodenlose frechheit! „da kann man nichts machen“ „wir können im system nichts ändern“ man sollte ja wohl dem kunden den fehler rückerstatten können oder eine alternative anbieten! passt also auf dass eure bestellung richtig angenommen wird!

Wir waren eine halbe Stunde vor Schließung da und wir durften nicht mehr auf Toilette gehen finde ich gar nicht okay nur weil sie früher Feierabend machen wollen.

Parkplatz-Abzocke im Westpark, wirklich beschämend für die Stadt Erding. Dauert der Einkauf 10 Minuten länger als geplant werden hier Briefe von einem Externen Unternehmen verschickt. Hier werden Beträge gefordert die absolut Ungerechtfertigt sind. Schade für jeden der noch Lokal Einkaufen möchte.

Parkticket bekommen, weil wie zu lange den Laden besucht haben. Einfach 45€ Strafe! Frechheit.

Für mich der beste Mäci im Landkreis. Immer sauber, Burger ordentlich gebaut und immer sauber. Das Personal ist super lieb und freundlich.

Das Essen war lecker - wie immer bei Mc Donalds. Die Bedienung war freundlich. ABER: Wir haben 20 Minuten auf das Essen warten müssen und viele Tische waren sehr dreckig, ebenso wie der Boden. Außerdem war der Laden sehr überfüllt (Wir waren abends da)... Das Personal schien überfordert. Wir kommen nicht wieder in diese Filiale!

Der mc donalds mitarbeiter wollte mich schlagen und hat mir sachen unterstellt die ich nicht gemacht habe und hat mich angepackt und mir gedroht mich zu schlagen schlechter Service ich bin enttäuscht

Unfreundliches personal. hatte einen vanillemilchshake bestellt , der war braun oben und hat nach kaffee gerochen. Habe dies angesprochen, wurde nur blöd angeschaut und die augen verdreht. Bekam einen „neuen“ (einmal umgerührt) habe ihn stehenlassen. unmöglich

Es gab sogar frische Blumen auf den Tischen

Ich war selten so zufrieden mit einem McDonald’s wie hier. Alles war wirklich top – die Pommes perfekt und der Burger genauso gut. Man merkt, dass der Manager den Laden super im Griff hat. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind total freundlich und machen einen tollen Job.

Ich bin vom Service äußerst zufrieden und der Chicken Burger (Chicken Big Mac) war top nicht zu trocken :)

Eigentlich wie jeder MC Donalds, lecker. Aber leider vergessen die Mitarbeiter des öfteren das Essen beim mcdrive richtig rein zu tun bzw. Sonderwünsche richtig zu beachten. Auch richtig das Geld zählen, zählt nicht zu ihren Stärken am mcdrive...

Wir waren morgens zum Frühstück vor Ort. Die Bestellung wurde - dank Automat - zügig aufgenommen und die Speisen sowie Getränke wurden schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Das Frühstück entsprach dem gewohnten Standard – alles frisch zubereitet, wie man es von McDonald’s erwartet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm im Umgang. Wir wurden sogar am Tisch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Rührei Wrap bestellt, nicht mal zur hälfte belegt.

Durch die enorm Kurze Aufenhaltsbeschränkung durch durch den Parkplatzbetreiber 2Park GmbH ist ein entspannter Aufenthalt nicht mehr möglich. Ich werde wie bereit andere diese Filiale meiden müssen.

Ich war im McDonald’s in Erding und bin einfach nur enttäuscht. Das Essen wurde uns in einem absolut unzumutbaren Zustand auf den Tisch gestellt – der Burger sah aus, als wäre er schon einmal runtergefallen, alles war zerdrückt und die Soße lief überall raus. So etwas geht gar nicht! Auch die Pommes waren lieblos hingeworfen und teilweise kalt. Von einem ordentlichen Service kann hier wirklich keine Rede sein. Für das Geld erwarte ich zumindest, dass das Essen halbwegs ansprechend und frisch serviert wird. Insgesamt eine Frechheit und definitiv einer der schlechtesten Besuche, die ich je bei McDonald’s hatte. Hier werde ich so schnell nicht wieder essen

War gegen 18:00 Uhr am Mc.Drive,habe 1 Double Hamburger Royal TS und 1x 6er Chicken mc naggets bestellt, bekommen habe ich den Burger und Pommes mit süßsauer Sauce

Burger waren zerdrückt, kaum Sauce und kalt. Ganz schlechter McDonald. In der Junior Tüte haben die Chicken Nuggets gefehlt.

In der Box vom McVeggie TS lagen kleine stücke Rindfleisch dabei. Ich hab die für meine Freundin probiert und es ist unmöglich in ein Veggie produkt, fleischreste "liegen zu lassen". Unsere Veggie Nuggets hatten nur 8 statt 9 bestellten stück

Die Portionen werden immer kleiner. Der royal TS ist viel kleiner geworden und der fishMac ist eine mini Burger…

Meistens passt alles. Wie bei jedem Mc wird das ein oder andere einfach mal gern vergessen, wird aber ohne Probleme nachgereicht. Tische sind meist sauber, Essen ist gut. Wir kommen wieder. Auch die Kinder sind hier immer willkommen...

VORSICHT! Bei Parken über 45 Minuten nach 20Uhr kostet es 54€ an Strafe...Abzocke pur

An sich ist das essen super nur eine Bitte.... Hatte heute eine Cola Zero bestellt mit den neuen Himbeer- Geschmack bei Kategorie ZERO mit dem Gedanken, dass kein Zucker drin ist auch bei der Geschmacksveränderung Himbeere Das Problem: man bestellt sich ein Zero-Getränk um dann Zucker-Sirup zu bekommen und wurde auch nicht drauf hingewiesen...bei einen Zero Getränk !!! Erst bei Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass kein Süßstoff drin ist sondern Sirup mit Zucker. #Keto Vorschlag: Einfach nicht mehr als "ZERO" anbieten!!!!!

They skimp on lids and straws for glasses of Coca-Cola.... because of this, for the second time, a glass of Coca-Cola fell and everything spilled right on my feet.... they once forgot to bring ice cream.

I'm loving it! I never thought I'd ever say this, let alone write it. McRib is my absolute favorite. It's such a shame it's not available in Austria. 😭

Speechless! This is the third time I've ordered from the drive-thru, and each time I've given my order to the driver in front of me. Every time, the driver looked in the bag, unpacked it, and said... wrong order! Bag returned! After I pointed out that I wanted a new order and fresh burgers, everything was fresh... different drivers, different order, everything correct... blah blah blah...! Unfortunately, I don't have a dashcam to prove it! After I mentioned Burger King's "Maser campaign," I was simply ignored and left! Seriously? The absolute worst hygiene you could expect! Never again at McDonald's at Westpark! I'll be reporting this to the authorities again! I don't even want to know what goes on behind those doors after reading all the negative reviews here! I actually ordered two Double Chili Cheese burgers... I'll spare you what I found in the bag! After reading all the comments here, I'm honestly surprised that the Burger King next door is getting such a bad rap. I've never experienced the situation where the person in front of me received my food, then returned it, and then sold it to me at a higher price after I pointed it out! I want fresh burgers for my money!... well... like I said... speechless!

I've rarely experienced such slow service at McDonald's. Even when ordering at the drive-thru, I had to repeat everything individually. After the order was handed out, four cars were waiting. Unsurprisingly, the employee didn't go outside as soon as an order was ready, but instead collected them, presumably to save herself some time. After almost 10 minutes, I went inside to cancel the order. The woman was standing at the counter (doing absolutely nothing) with our bag, still waiting for the next order. After I said something, her colleague snapped at me rudely… “It's coming!” The burger and fries were, unfortunately, only lukewarm by then! Management really needs to address this!

Utterly incompetent staff. I ordered €27 worth of food from home and sent someone to pick it up. The money was debited, but despite having the order number, the order couldn't be processed. The staff responded rudely and insolently when I asked how this was supposed to work and didn't refer me to support or any other assistance. I was told to go to the register with the order code, but was met with broken German: "You have to go to the drive-thru; I'm not doing anything at the register." This "manager" has no clue about his own system, and he offered no help whatsoever. This branch was a complete disappointment.

I don't know what's going on with you guys right now... are you all new? Do they not understand customers, or don't want to? The offer was a Big Rösti meal with 6 nuggets... for €13.99 as a special offer... a picture was shown, and then the cashier didn't know what it was? Okay, no problem, I'll just have the Rösti in the meal... but that there were 8 pickles in it, ugh... and the rest of the order looked... ugh. They had to assemble the burgers themselves... so sorry, but for that price... no way. I was really looking forward to the Big Rösti and was really disappointed. I hope things will get better.

The service was exemplary and very tidy, however, when my order was brought, a drink was completely spilled all over me and the employee didn't notice; I was soaked. The stains won't come out.

The restaurant is okay, but not without its drawbacks. The McDonald's in Erding is sometimes a bit messy, especially in the dining area and around the tables. The lines at the registers are often long, and the staff sometimes mix up orders, which lengthens the service. That's why it gets 3 stars.

We bought 2 menus and a happy meal to take away, we drive home the happy meal is missing the nuggets and the french fries.

Unfortunately, the employees are unable to take orders, and then part of the order is almost always missing. Today, with an order containing four items, one was missing again... What's missing when a larger order is due? It's annoying when you've driven through the drive-thru and are over the hills before you even notice... it's unacceptable.

Everything that makes a McDonald's.

Pleasantly surprised with this particular restaurant. I’ve never seen flowers and candles on tables in other McDonalds. Service was also very fast.

We were at the drive-in restaurant after a visit to the Erdinger Therme spa. We ordered two lactose-free lattes, chicken nuggets, and the accompanying sauces. However, the lattes didn't contain lactose-free milk, which we later learned the hard way. If you order it specifically, and McDonald's offers it that way, they should also deliver it that way. It's just unfortunate when people are allergic to lactose and subsequently experience serious physical problems. Please be more sensitized there. The chicken nuggets, by the way, were super fresh. And delicious, as always.

It's usually good, I order once a month. Today, unfortunately, the 20-piece nuggets weren't fried well, even though they're supposed to be crunchy. P.S.: Last time I asked if they could fry the nuggets thoroughly, they said it wasn't possible.

A gorgeous McDonald's, great vibes in the evening, the streetlights are shining, the style is modern, the tables and chairs are new. The staff is very kind and nice. Wide selection.

-Employees can barely understand you because they simply don't speak German/cheap workers from Romania or Ukraine with no interest in the language, but the main thing is to "escape" here -Food is usually just so-so slapped together/everything usually falls apart when you open it -Touchpads are very dirty, and two of them (the ones at the back) have been permanently broken for months -The Burger King next door reopened a few months ago and is doing great and tastes worlds better than the MCI

Ordered food and employees chatted outside the door instead of completing the order

It was exemplary, quite clean. Tables, floors, and even windows were cleaned. The food was good. Only the fries could have been fresher; they were a bit cold.

Once again, something was forgotten in the order. The toy, ice cream, and drink were forgotten in the Happy Meal. Also, one of the fries was missing all the sauces and a burger. I'm very unhappy now and will go to the competitor next door next time...

Very slow - tested twice today / morning and afternoon - the number ready for pickup appears on the display but the food was not ready yet / after pushing the display to the pickup - it took no more than 12 minutes

Fries and burgers not fresh again

You order to drink here and then get your tea served in a paper cup. When you ask if they can serve it in a glass, they just say, "Ask the manager," and that's it. I could have ordered takeaway, too. Thanks!

We waited over 15 minutes at the ordering counter. If you want something quickly, you've come to the wrong place!

Picked up a Happy Meal, but when I got home I realized there were no toys! When will you finally get around to packing everything? Something's always being forgotten, it's impossible! But with ONE Happy Meal, it's really questionable what's going on with the employees... Thanks, McDonald's team, for a crying child at home!!!

We went three days in a row, and each time something was forgotten. We already had to wait a long time, even though there were only seven people in the McDonald's. And then the employee came and said they were out of ice cubes. (I only ordered an iced coffee.) Then the orange juice was forgotten the next day, the morning farmer. The employees aren't even able to delete something from the menu or the digital card; instead, they just give you something else to eat, and if I hadn't told them I ordered something different, they would have just left it as it was. It's truly outrageous how someone can work in a restaurant and not get anything done. I'm really disappointed. What if a lot of people want to eat here, do I have to wait 50 years for my food? I won't come here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone else. P.S. McDonald's in Austria has better quality and less long waiting times!

We always had to wait 30 minutes, even though it wasn't busy. Something was always forgotten in our order, or we were told it was out of stock, even though it was still listed as available at the kiosk. It was a disgrace, and the entire staff was truly unfriendly and irritable.

Completely oversalted burgers. Never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before.

Den Bigmac durfte ich mir selber zusammenbauen, der wurde scheinbar einfach reingeschmissen, der McWrap war überall aufgerissen. Hat in letzter Zeit ein wenig nachgelassen. Nachtrag: inzwischen bei einem Stern, nachdem mein wrap legit nen 90° Winkel hatte. Erklär mir mal einer wie man das schafft.

It's truly awful there. They yell at you if you notice that not everything you ordered is actually served. I'd rather not give the service any stars at all. We ordered a Coke and didn't get it. The same goes for all the sauces. When we mentioned it at the checkout, an older lady practically threw the sauce at our feet and said it couldn't be right. My coffee was also made incorrectly with regular milk, even though I had requested lactose-free milk.

Long wait for food. The restaurant itself is pretty dirty. Dust and dirt everywhere. Unfortunately, this branch isn't worth a visit. Maybe go to the competition.

Pretty big McDonald's! Very clean and the world wide menu was quite exciting - especially the black pepper and soy sauce from Japan!

The cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. The restrooms are also super clean, the staff is friendly. There are even flowers on the tables.

I can't recommend this McDonald's at all. 😡. The Big Mac was stuffed with lettuce, and after trying to offer my constructive criticism to the nearest employee, all I got was a "please go to the checkout." I find that very rude, especially since the food is really not that great. Never again McDonald's. 😡

Yet another disappointment at a McDonald's. Why would I use table service if I then have to get up three times because products are missing? Employees should perhaps work more carefully and learn to read. But when you're such a large corporation, you can afford it. To top it all off, the iced coffee didn't taste like coffee because there was no coffee at all; it was just ice cubes with ice and whipped cream.

We searched for ages for a clean seat. When we finally found one, we waited for our food, only to realize something was missing. We went up to the counter and asked about our missing food, but all we got was a flat "it'll take a while." I just mean, why do they only bring out part of it and then wait until later to serve the rest, in case it had arrived? In many reviews, I leave beautiful flowers on the table, but I only saw a wilted flower with dirty water on one table.

American fast food. It's not clear whether it's healthy or not and the prices are a bit high.

June 18, 2:55 p.m. ALWAYS check the drive-thru! Ordered and paid for a Double Big Mac meal... only received a regular Big Mac. Unfortunately, I didn't see it until I got home.

I ordered a McSmart meal, which includes two burgers and a set of fries, and they didn't pack my fries. This isn't an isolated incident; these people often forget all sorts of things, so I wonder if it's that difficult to simply pack the items listed on the order board!!!!!!

This McDonald's branch has always met my expectations on several visits. The store was always clean. The food was ordered at the terminal and then brought to the table relatively quickly by an employee. All orders were always complete and correct. The food always tasted consistently good, as is typical for McDonald's. The burgers were also neatly assembled and not scattered around the box. The ice cream machine also "worked" every time. So, I can't say anything negative about it.

There was hardly any pistachio sauce in the McFlurry Org. Minecraft. That's why it didn't even taste a bit like pistachio. Very disappointing for €3.99. Also the tables are not clean.

I didn't get what I ordered, and when I asked, the employees said I wouldn't get it despite the receipt.

Preferably 0 stars. Unfriendly and you have to wait 20 minutes for your ice cream. Which arrives melted. When asked and complained, the ice cream soup was then covered with chocolate. Running. Employees who don't speak German collect garbage and serve food without washing their hands. McDonald's used to be a lot better!! A shop that cannot be recommended!

We were always satisfied. The Happy Meal comes with unchilled water, which is also fine. But today the water was really lukewarm, even though it's cold outside. Bit disgusting and not really drinkable. We wanted to swap it, but there are only warm bottles. At the end there was a cup of ice cubes. Well.. Still somehow unappetizing warm water like that. You should urgently come up with something.

This McDonalds is not what it used to be. Expensive prices have now become standard at all locations, but the quality of the food has deteriorated dramatically. Always rancid fries, great little ice cream & not even the burgers are tasty. No longer recommended

Very well attended, like every location. Enough parking spaces around. There is also a playground for the children and a toilet there. Every child loves it. I like the shakes and ice cream myself. McDonalds is not for every day as it is not healthy, but once a year is fine.

I ate there with my brother last night. Now we both have diarrhea, nausea and stomach cramps. I have no idea what they put in the food there, but it certainly wasn't anything good.

Unfortunately, the fryer oil was old. Neither the fries nor the chicken nuggets nor the burgers were enjoyable to eat. All three dishes had the same sour taste. Please check this and ensure that the oil is changed regularly and that hygiene is maintained. It's important to me that it doesn't become harmful to health.

1 star because when you order something, half of it feels like it's missing. So please check next time. I work as a warehouse logistics specialist, and when someone has ordered something, we make sure that everything fits when ordering. What do I want to tell you? Next time please take a closer look to see if anything is missing when packing your order. Because some people get deducted for it and that's Assi to the power of 10 so please. Just think that you work as a warehouse clerk and nothing is missing when it comes to packing. Thanks

The screens don't work and it stinks

I only went there for the sake of the grandchildren. I hate this chain.

I wasn't used to what I got there from McDonald's. There is a world of difference to the McDonald's in Weixerau/Eching. For something like that for 20 euros, I was very disappointed.

Great, from the terminal to the square, and the food arrives. And that on a Friday evening. And there really isn't much going on. I have never experienced a McDonald's like this in my life. If it wasn't so far away, I would go there regularly.

I waited 20 minutes for my food. When it came everything was cold, my order was wrong and half was missing. The service was also very unfriendly.

The order is served hot to the table within 5 minutes. Nothing was ever missing. If I ordered something wrong, it was exchanged without any problem. The employees greet you with a smile. Mega! I just find it a bit strange when it comes to the furnishings why they chose the motif of a head and eyes, which somehow doesn't fit in a fast food restaurant for me :-D The retail designers at headquarters should take another look at that.

I understand the system malfunction and everything, but waiting almost 40 minutes for the order borders on your rules "get the food within 40 minutes", otherwise it's free (I didn't want to mention it at the counter) and then at the end to screw up the order like that, I'm speechless, ordered big tasty bacon without bacon as you can see in the picture, what do I get with bacon but with a label without bacon, of course I could throw it in the bin because I don't eat bacon, 6 pieces Nuggets, got 4 pieces awesome 😂 then ordered mcChrispy spicy I got the normal one without spicy, messing up an order has nothing to do with system failure, if you can't read you shouldn't work in the kitchen. And yes, at the end where I got the food it was so cold that it wasn't even edible. By the way, you can see from the cheese that it didn't melt in the chrispy, just the slice was thrown in there. 20€ unnecessarily thrown into the bin 😂 McDonald's Erding never again, the poor shift manager told me how she has bad staff, the kitchen can't read the order, orders aren't given out at the front desk, table service simply brings orders to the wrong table. Otherwise the store looks chic, something positive 😂 the rest doesn't even deserve 1 star

I have never been to such a clean McDonald's branch. And on a Monday night, I didn't see a receipt on the floor in the entire restaurant. Good music plays here at a great volume and the toilets are cleaner than in many other restaurants. The flowers on the tables and the pleasant ambience don't make you feel like you're in a McDonald's. Keep it up, big compliments to the team and their manager!
