A modern McD restaurant, with nice decor and typical McD taste. Toilet could be cleaner so impression is complete.

It's so clean you could eat off the floor. A long red carpet is laid out in front of the entrance. There is no smell of McDonald's, no annoying beeping from the kitchen, flowers and candles on the tables. Good music and volume. Toilets also very clean. Staff very friendly :)) Best McDonald's I've ever seen!

I have never been to such a clean McDonald's branch. And on a Monday night, I didn't see a receipt on the floor in the entire restaurant. Good music plays here at a great volume and the toilets are cleaner than in many other restaurants. The flowers on the tables and the pleasant ambience don't make you feel like you're in a McDonald's. Keep it up, big compliments to the team and their manager!

The food and the place is fine, but the lady who brought the food to us had long, tangled hair on her shoulder, all over our order. She practically threw the tray on the table, and walked away. I could barely eat. Please, make sure that waiters have their hair tied up and clean. Otherwise, it is not hygienic.

Everything was super good, sometimes something was missing when ordering, but they were immediately accommodated with a voucher.

Fast and friendly service, however, out of 9 nuggets, only 3 were real nuggets, the rest were real nuggets. The second pack also had mixed nuggets instead of plain nuggets. People who prefer vegan/vegetarian food should therefore always check whether they have really received plant-based products.

Waited 5 minutes in McDrive for “we don’t have ice cream”

I think it's a bit cheeky if the lodn stays open until 4:00 and if you come back at 3:30 then you don't have anything to eat

Mc was always a part of my life, but since a while I'm seeing a reduction of the quality and seize of the portion. I hope that Mc will gain terrain again.

Food is almost cold. You have to ask for napkins every time. There are 2 on the tray!!! There are no stands for this. The McRib doesn't even come with wet towels...

Incompetent staff who can't remember 3 things.

Parking is a complete disaster, only a few people in Germany can manage to stack burger parts on top of each other at McDonalds.

The same every time. Half are missing or incorrect. Everything is slapped together completely carelessly and you are treated like that👎👎👎 After almost a year I tried my luck again and of course I was unlucky. Completely different staff but just as incompetent.

Fast Food at it’s best, BigMac forever! Your order will be brought to your table if you choose that way. As expected, the ambience is that of an average fast food restaurant. Cleanliness OK, there's actually nothing to complain about. I enjoy going there every now and then and will continue to do so.

Honestly, every Monday I come to eat, and I was really satisfied, but this time I waited 30 minutes for an order, I had placed the order, but my order was skipped, and I had to notify the shift manager, who well behaved, but it's a minus for wasted time.

So..... !!! I order at the terminal and pay with the card. Apparently the paper roll is out and there is no receipt. When I asked, I was unkindly told that that's just the way it was, there was no receipt and no invoice. The roll is not renewed and you don't make a note on the machine either! Dear McDonald's, the service rating today is a straight 6. 2 years ago I gave you 5 stars here. Now let's change it to 1 unfortunately you can't give 0!!! And the height is still to come..... things are simply forgotten and I am then spoken to cheekily when I ask..... there is so much going on that it can happen that something is missing?! I'm sorry, what? Can I then forget to pay part of it?! Unbelievable...that really has consequences!

Fries 🍟 without salt. Mc Chicken two lids and pressed flat. All citizens have been flattened and that is no longer appetizing. Even my son said no more McDonalds. Actually no star at all 🌟. We will never come back

Nice restaurant, fast and friendly service

McDrive: Used to be the best McDonald's. However, on my last 5 visits I had to park and wait 10-15 minutes for my food. I always go there in the afternoon at less busy times (3 p.m. - 4 p.m.) and usually just order one menu. Last time I only ordered 20 nuggets. No matter, waiting time 15 minutes. In 30 visits so far, the sauces have only been forgotten once. But it's difficult to forget more than the sauces in a menu or dish. I always order via the app and pay in advance with Paypal. I then tell the employee at the first window the 2 letters and 2 numbers of my order code. Too difficult for some employees. In the end I said the code 3 times and still had to show it on the first window with my phone. But I would like to say hello to the nice gentleman at the first window, who has always been super friendly since my first visit in 2019 and who never has any problems with ordering via the app. You deserve at least 10 stars. If I visit this McDonald's again, it will only be because of you. Thanks.

Nach dem wir diese vielen Negativ Bewertungen gelesen habe, haben wir beschlossen das selbst vor Ort zu testen. Aus diesem Grund sind wir aus knappen 730km angereist. Tatsächlich entsprechen die Bewertungen der Wahrheit. Zwei Bigmac mit Pommes bestellt und beide waren kalt. Der Käse noch so wie er aufgelegt wurde also nicht verlaufen. Wie soll der auch wenn er kalt ist. Auch die Pommes waren kalt und nicht zu genießen. Fazit es wird auf jedem Fall Folgen haben es wird hier eine gesonderte Überprüfung statt finden.

Very clean. Service people at the checkout are flexible and think for themselves... I was there three times and was very positively surprised by the cleanliness.

Why is there no option to select smartmenu in the morning???? Who even came up with this? I don't want your breakfasts, I just want to eat normal burgers without your abnormal breakfasts! Eat them yourself. I didn’t order anything, I’ll be hungry all day, idiotic policy! It’s a pity you can’t give a lower rating, even one is too high a rating for such a dump!

Employees are too incompetent to take orders correctly! I ordered 2 different menus at the counter, only one was given to us and billed for. When we then asked where the other menu was, we had to go around again to order our food again because it apparently wasn't working anymore. Total chaos, food came wrong twice. Employees speak English. As we waited for our food, the employee ripped our receipt out of her hand and put it in another customer's bag. They don't understand anything there! The wrong food was brought to us twice even though everything was written on the receipt, and despite the receipt, the employees didn't check anything. Nuggets tasted really old and rancid.

Mc Drive, had to wait 15 minutes for FAST FOOD. The staff was also very unfriendly. My orange juice was missing, unfortunately I noticed it too late, I didn't get any sugar with my coffee and I wasn't asked. I cannot recommend this branch.

Today I went to McDonalds again for a long time. I bought a FischOFilet and a BigMac to take away. I was very disappointed when I opened the packaging. I can't swear to it, but I feel like the burgers have gotten smaller. The burgers were really lousy and slapped together carelessly. The cheese slice was hanging out the side of the burger, the lettuce wasn't spread evenly on the meat patty, the burger sauces weren't spread out either. Everything just slapped together and it's done. It's a shame, it'll probably be another long break with McDonalds.

Now I have to give a negative review because it's happened for the fourth time. This is the fourth time the takeaway order was incorrect. Since I often order something to take away after work, the annoyance is particularly great when you unpack the menu at home, which is wrong and you have unnecessarily spent more money on things that you don't get in the end. The first three times I didn't think anything of it, just to understand, I ordered a personalized burger three times and the second addition was always left out, but because it was "only" a cent amount I didn't think anything of it because it can happen and I'm not going back to McDonald's just for that. But today it happened again, I placed an order via the app with a Double Big Mac Bacon TS and received a Double Big Mac without bacon and TS, yes it's a small thing again but when it happens so often it's extremely annoying. If you want to rely on a fast food snack bar/McDonald's where everything is almost always right, this is it Not recommended in Erding. The order was on July 24th around 8:00 p.m.

Von 15 Bestellungen die ich in den letzten 2-3 Jahre bei euch gemacht habe, hat mit Sicherheit bei 14 Bestellungen was gefehlt, teilweise die Hälfte. Ihr seit mit Sicherheit eines der unzuverlässigsten McDonald’s ganz Deutschland. 5 KM weiter McDonald’s Aufhausen genau das Gegenteil von euch. Armutszeugnis .

I come from Munich and really enjoy going to McDonalds in Erding. All the employees here are very friendly and I can't say anything negative about this branch!

Mc Drive: 2x cheeseburger & 2x fries Both cheeseburgers looked crumpled up and unfortunately you didn't want to eat them anymore based on how they looked. Fries were good.

In general, the visit is not recommended; the children's number puzzle game is unsolvable, the number order makes no sense; the Mcnuggets are hard; the plant-based burger tastes like the sole of a shoe; There was one too many meat on the Big Mac, which you wouldn't normally complain about if the quality didn't dissuade you.

But so bad, Grand Bacon was cold, somehow thrown together and stuffed old. That's exactly what Cola Zero was like without carbonation. Mesh potatoes were ok. Service was friendly. Kind regards

We waited 40 minutes for our food on Saturday, complained and were insulted in some language, then we got our food after 5 minutes. It's not clear in my opinion.

I'm slowly getting tired of eating at McDonald's at all. No matter when and in which branch, the tables are hardly cleaned, the food is only lukewarm or something is missing or you get the wrong thing. What's going on at McDonald's? Ingolstadt was absolutely miserable recently, Parsdorf is a disaster and today things were absolutely not right in Erding.

I ordered at 3:06 p.m. and had the number 200 and apparently so did someone else. After over 50 minutes I got my order after going to the manager. There was no apology or anything (compensation). It will be the last time I eat at McDonald's here.

Competence on the radio column, (MC Drive) mumbles and speaks too quickly, thinks up half the order himself, and he didn't display the order without us being able to check it. Repeated 3 times and only got the wrong one. No changes possible after payment, receipt for checking only received after payment. Thanks for nothing and no more visits.

My husband ordered locally at 7pm and had the number 135 and someone else had the same number. After 50 minutes he got his order after going to the manager and demanding the money back. There was no apology or anything. It will be the last time we eat at McDonald's.

The last load Unfriendly staff I'll never enter this dirty shop again

So we were there an hour ago. The staff behind the counter and at the preparation desk were extremely annoyed. The MA threw the ketchup packets onto the tablet. The gentleman who was responsible for preparing the nuggets put the box down so roughly (and on purpose, you could tell by the expression on his face) that the box opened. He wasn't interested. The burgers we had were carelessly topped. With my BigMac I could count exactly 6 small pieces of onion and the iceberg was virtually non-existent. The Fishmac was cold and the sauce was more on the bun than on it. It's very dirty there, we couldn't use the toilet at all and it smelled terrible. I'm glad we were just passing through.

There wasn't much parking space, we sat in the restaurant relatively far from the counter, but we were still able to see the screen with the order numbers. Our order didn't show up and was waiting for a long time to be delivered after it was ready. The food was no longer warm. We ordered 2 menus, one was missing the fries and the second had nuggets in the Happy Meal instead of the burger. For the Happy Meal gift, we chose the gift we wanted, but something else was still added. So far I've never had anything to complain about at McDonald's, but here it all came together at once.

It's a McDonald's, you get McDonald's burgers. There's not much to say about it, everyone has to decide for themselves whether they like it or not :) But this branch is definitely clean and cozy + the service is fast and very nice.

Typical McDonald's you love it or you don't! Last time I was there relatively early, around 11:30 a.m. and the nuggets and burgers were really super fresh.

Never experienced such a bad McDonalds, meat was hard, fries mealy, fish o fish hard… never again

Will never eat there again. You get paper in the burger patties. Weird things incorporated into the nuggets. The choice of a gift in a Happy Meal is left to the employee, which should be left to the child or parents. Burgers thrown together carelessly are disgusting to the eye. The takeaway food is simply thrown carelessly into the bag. Staff well could use some proper training. And spend money on such a huge pile of money and then animals die pointlessly. Staff nice, but food here tastes like it was made a week ago and only then was it served. My wrap was so dry and the curly fries tasted so unseasoned. My Fata was simply a mixture of the iced tea and Fanta.

Kaffee und Kuchen ist ok. Aber ernsthaft, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist Schmarrn. Da kann man auch einen richtig guten Burger in einem Restaurant essen. Die hamburgerbrötchen sind langweilig und geschmacklos. Vegane Angebote sind auch fad. Keine wirkliche Alternative. Was ich mag, ein einfaches Vanilleeis mit Apfeltasche. Die heiße Apfeltasche ins Eis und dann essen... das ist prima. Seit man an den Terminals bestellt, dauert es auch länger, bis man was zum Essen bekommt. Und manchmal sind saubere Tische auch echt Mangelware. Neuerdings tragen die bärtigen Angestellten Bsrtnetze. Das ist hygienisch, sieht aber sehr ulkig aus... aber daran gewöhnt man sich leicht. Cool wäre wenn so ein Burger mal so ausschauen würde, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.. Aber das ist wohl nicht möglich. Statt Fastfood geht lieber mal gescheit essen und probiert mal Lokale und Restaurants aus. Und wenn dann doch Mäcki, dann drinnen essen und nicht den Müll draußen in der Umwelt entsorgen. Sowas machen nur dumme Vollpfosten ohne viel Hirn.

Gut organisiert, sauber und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Bestellung wurde an den Tisch gebracht und unser leeres Tablett wurde sogar abgeräumt!

Bestellung per App im Auto vor der Filiale getätigt und kaum komme ich rein, steht die Bestellung schon zum Mitnehmen bereit. Einer der wenigen Male, dass ich bei McD echt baff war. Bestellung war vollständig und alles sauber eingepackt. Top!

2 mal zum mitnehmen bestellt und 1 mal 2 falsche Burger und ein anderes mal einfach die Hälfte der Bestellung nicht bekommen. In diesem Laden sollte man 102% kontrollieren ob die Bestellung auch wirklich passt, die Mitarbeiter schaffen es ja anscheinend nicht.

Clearly Mcdonalds is not a 5 star restaurant, but I am rating the Erding McDonald's for what it is in comparison to other McDonald's I have stopped at. The Erding McDonald's is super clean. The staff really make a huge effort and there are very often little tea lights (candles) on the tables and sometimes fresh flowers. The staff are efficient and the food is what you expect, and the coffee is good. The WiFi is good to, and if I am that side of town, I go and sit and work over a coffee using the 3 free hours they provide.

Mc Donalds eben, aber bei meinem Besuch war es sehr sauber, das Essen war schnell da, an der Kasse ist sehr schnell jemand gekommen um uns abzurechnen. Passt.

NIE WIEDER!!! Letztens: wurde mein Fleisch auf dem Burger vergessen und da ich es immer mitnehme, hatte ich mein Brötchen nur mit Salat und Soße. Heute: öffnete ich meinen Burger und ein angebissener Nugget hat mich angeschaut. War natürlich beide Male beim DriveIn, konnte ich dann natürlich nicht reklamieren als ich daheim war. War das letzte mal bei dieser McD Filiale!!!🤢

Der Cheeseburger ist im Öl in der Verpackung geschwommen, was nicht sehr appetitlich war sondern im Nachgang auch Magenprobleme geliefert hat Der Tisch war nicht sauber was am sehr vollen Restaurant gelegen haben kann

Den Bigmac durfte ich mir selber zusammenbauen, der wurde scheinbar einfach reingeschmissen, der McWrap war überall aufgerissen. Hat in letzter Zeit ein wenig nachgelassen. Nachtrag: inzwischen bei einem Stern, nachdem mein wrap legit nen 90° Winkel hatte. Erklär mir mal einer wie man das schafft.

Ladenpersonal unfreundlich, Essen meistens kalt und lieblos reingeworfen. Die Bestellterminals sins fast immer defekt und die Gutscheine lassen sich oft nicht Scannen. Keine Empfehlung!!

Man konnte lediglich zwischen ein paar wenigen Frühstücksangeboten wählen, sonst gabs gar nichts. Absolutes NoGo für einen Fastfood-Tempel. Ich bin dann lieber wieder gegangen ohne etwas zu essen.
