Fries not quite cooked through, seasoned very differently. In some cases nothing at all and in others only salt would last. Burgers are dripping with fat, the whole packaging is greasy, fat runs out on the patti when you eat it, way too much ketchup

Lukewarm fries, non-carbonated cola and room temperature and Mac Rib with hardly any sauce on it. Unfortunately it was 12 o'clock and there wasn't much going on yet. Really sad.

Food is McDonald's standard, the ice cream machine is regularly broken (as usual at McDonald's😅)

The food was delicious, the service was crap, very long waiting time for whatever reason (no info) very dirty table, the staff was in a bad mood before, it doesn't get any better, not recommended

Waited 40min for the "fast" food

Heute war ich im Burger-King in Weingarten zu Mittag essen. Ich habe mir ein Menü mit 2 Burgern bestellt, leider haben sie einen Burger vertauscht. Als ich gefragt habe, ob sie mir den Burger ersetzen könnten, meinten sie, dass es in Ordnung ist. Ich habe vorne am Tresen 20 Minuten gewartet, nur um von der selben Person, die ich gefragt habe, vergessen zu werden. Der Manager kam vorbei und ich fragte ihn, wann der Burger fertig sein würde. Er griff nach hinten, holte mir den gewünschten Burger und drückte ihn mir sehr unfreundlich in die Hand. Keine Entschuldigung für die Verwechslung oder Wartezeit, obwohl ich sehr Höflich geblieben bin. Das ist nicht die einzige schlechte Erfahrung die ich im Burger King in Weingarten hatte, über alles zu berichten würde den Rahmen sprengen. Heute hatte ich aber die Schnauze voll. Sehr Schade, weil das Essen eigentlich gut schmeckt. Muss mir wohl ein anderes Lokal suchen.

Completely crazy staff booked vouchers incorrectly. I didn't feel like complaining in real time because explanatory communication was probably only possible with hand and foot signals.

Food was as always :) Good & typical Mc ;) never had any problems at this McDonalt. However, this time I was approached in such an unfriendly, arrogant manner by an employee. The shift manager then apologized several times for this. The situation made him so uncomfortable. I had the feeling that this wasn't the first time with the employee. Such a shame.

Warnung: Ekelhaft, vergammelt. Komplett weggeworfen. So ist die über 1 Stunde. Verspätete bei Lieferando bestellte Lieferung knapp umschrieben. Die Bezeichnung skandalös ist untertrieben. Nachdem die Lieferung zum angekündigten Zeitpunkt nicht kam, wurde vergeblich versucht, über die offizielle Telefonnummer die Niederlassung von McDonald’s in Hanau telefonisch zu erreichen. Niemand hob auch beim dritten Versuch ab. Daraufhin wurde der Franchise – Nehmer identifiziert und angerufen. Auch eher reagierte nicht. Über 1 Stunde verspätet traf dann die Lieferung ein. Begründet wurde die Verzögerung damit, der Boote und seine Kollegen seien erkrankt. Wahrscheinlich haben sie selbst an den so genannten Lebensmitteln genippt, für deren Auslieferung sie verantwortlich sind. Die Lieferung war komplett kalt. Die Platten, feinkörnig, kalten Fleischpads rochen muffig. Der Salat auf den Fleisch – Hamburger war ebenso verwelkt, wie auf einem Burger mit Huhn und einem mit Fisch. Angekündigte Saucen waren nur in homöopathischen Dosen feststellbar, die Kartoffeln weich, ölig und ebenfalls ungenießbar. Nachdem wir die Lieferung nach essbaren Teilen vergeblich durchsucht haben, haben wir sie komplett der Mülltonne anvertraut. Unsere Nasen meinen, dass wir vielleicht einen Fall für das örtliche Gesundheitsamt vorliegen haben, nicht aber für Essensbestellungen.

An absolute no-go - the man at the drive-in was very unfriendly from the start and then packed me a cold, squashed burger without a patty. His strange smile as he handed it over suggests this was intentional. I was able to exchange the order with the help of a much friendlier service lady. But I will certainly never order here again.

I had never seen or experienced anything so bad I'll be there on Friday evening October 18th, 2024 at 11:11 p.m And have warps with Chicken Sweet Chili And hot chocolate bag And paid and waited Everything was fine until then The lady was nice and packed the order correctly and had a nice weekend I went out and ran to the car I opened Warp and took the first bite and saw that it wasn't Sweet Chili but César warps. I'm back, the supervisor apologized and made me a new one While I'm waiting I have my so-called hot chocolate bag I said the bag wasn't hot My order got me new warp with sweet chili I go out and unwrap it and take a bite And see César warps again I went back and spoke to him again And said that's sweet chili I replied that it could be I know the taste because I order it often And discussed I went out and just threw the 2 warps in the trash I will never set foot in this location again And I'll tell my people not to go in anymore I go love to the other At least you get the right order That's just a shame 😒😡

I have many branches all over Germany but this one is really the highlight so the food is as usual. ..no problem but the service is miserable...that means unfriendly incompetent and just dirty and every corner has the "funny" thing, the toilet with no light and liquor bottles everywhere and very very dirty 0/10

It is 9 AM in the morning and some breakfast items are not available I wasted four minutes online to Order

We have never been treated so disrespectfully! It says "please wait to be seated" at the entrance. We waited there for 10 minutes, the waitress looked at us several times but ignored us completely. Meanwhile, the last table was occupied by someone else who didn't follow the rules and simply bypassed the sign at the entrance. For this reason, we went to the waitress to ask what was going on, i.e. why they made us stand there for 10 minutes and instead served the guests who simply walked past the sign. She then said that the board is just there and if there is no space for it, she doesn't care, it doesn't interest her. I have never experienced such incompetent and disrespectful service. No apologies, just cheeky answers. And that's only because we stuck to the sign they put up. Really outrageous!
