I don't understand this new mentality that I drive through McDrive and then have to go straight into the large parking lot. We usually wait there for 10/15 minutes and sometimes for 4 cheeseburgers... Fast food is different...

Today I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and an MC Flurry... I asked the woman at the counter in between and was only called out and told me "it's not ready yet" only when I asked what seemed to be the manager, the problem was resolved. .. she also apologized, which she didn't have to, because she was obviously the person who wanted to save the whole store from ruin.

Extreme waiting times. If you don't order things at the touch you will be complained about, you should please order there and not from the employees. They wouldn't have time for that. (If you only have cash, you certainly don't line up at the touch screen and then again at the cash register!) Unclean. This McDonald’s has its phases. (Probably depending on how well the employees follow along) Unfortunately it's a bad one at the moment!

Hearing aids may be made available to employees in the future. So much stupidity in one place should be banned

Others wait 45 minutes for their food so they can be happy that they get their now cold burger after 20 minutes was the statement that... things used to be better here

Preferably zero on all points Unfriendly, dirty, first an employee runs in front of our car on the driveway, you get picked on when you take your order, and if you're confronted directly, you're just left standing We couldn't even order because we were simply ignored. Never again not even for free!!!!!

I would also give minus 10 stars. After a very long day you just want a chip and wait 30 minutes for a normal MC menu!! Then the food is still cold in the parking lot, the burger is wrong... Unfortunately, that doesn't work. Unfortunately, the completely overwhelmed staff were no help either.

Been there twice, both times we had to wait far too long for a normal order without any extras. Also, no one feels chosen to turn off the alarms for fries etc., so it beeps constantly.

As always, I took the Mac menu Hamburger Royal TS with fries! As always, it was very tasty!!😋😋

The one employee with short red hair is so extremely unfriendly that you don't feel like eating there anymore. It's your own fault if you work at mcces and then don't feel like doing your job.

One of the worst McDonald's I know, the staff is relatively friendly and the food tastes like other branches. You just wait 3 times as long. Whether you get what you order is also a matter of luck. When it comes to complaints about incorrect orders, no one feels responsible. No thanks! I'd rather drive to the competition on the other side of the street. Or if it is McD. should be to Soest, Hamm and Neheim!

I rarely and reluctantly give such a bad rating. But there is simply no other way here. Because nothing works in this Mc anymore. At least 30 minutes waiting time. In addition, staff who don't even understand the simplest German. It is best to give the receipt number with a show of hands. The receipt roll at the self-service order terminal was empty again. It wasn't changed even after several people pointed it out. The food is always cold and the shake is already melted because it comes much earlier than the rest of the food. With a 30-minute wait, it has nothing to do with fast food. And every time, really every time, something is missing from the bag!

My friends and I all ordered a Big Tasty Bacon. According to them, his burger tasted good, but mine was really bad and I had to stop after the second bite. I felt sick because my burger smelled faintly of something indescribably disgusting...

We stopped there spontaneously and ordered something. I went to the toilet ohha!😷 It was very dirty. 👎👎👎Floor, doors... brown spots on the wall and toilet paoier, I don't want to let my imagination run wild. 🤢 I just want to hope the kitchen was clean. Terrible !!! Took a few photos.

So fast food is something different. I wait 15 minutes and a friend waits 25 minutes for his order. Staff is very unfriendly. We both wanted the order brought to the table. Instead, the numbers are written through the store, the main thing is that they don't have to move? Is clear. I do not recommend the MCS!!!

We were there today and were really dissatisfied for the first time. It was dirty, the tablet was sticky and they didn't give us the right food and when you ask something they don't understand.

Every time you order, you are now directed to the general parking lot. And that’s with standard products. This is probably intended to cover up the waiting and idle times that arise due to a deliberate lack of staff. Because once in the parking lot, the order is considered “completed”. Neheim and Soest are the better choice! Addendum March 1st, 2024: No change to date, apart from the cold, sticky cheese/hamburgers you can't get anything straight away in McDrive. Otherwise you always have to go to the parking lot with a 5-10 minute wait. Since the McDrive also takes up part of the normal route, sometimes you can't get out of the parking lot in a timely manner after waiting. But the owner doesn't seem to be interested. The only thing that helps is staying away!

At 2 a.m., ordered 6 nuggets, cheeseburgers and hamburgers Royal Ts without onions. The packaging said it didn't have onions, but there were some on it. Nuggets and cheeseburgers tasted like they were 2 days old. NOT recommended the shed.

2 hours. Having to wait for a personal order and then receiving the wrong one. As I noticed, every second order was given incorrectly.

The most unacceptable McDonald's restaurant I have ever seen. Let me start with the coupons, which may not be the restaurant's fault, but almost every coupon is invalid. Secondly: the staff who prepare the food work without gloves, they handle everything with their bare hands, including the food. There are rolls lying on the floor, they have been walked over thousands of times, so that the roll has already been run tight, unclean to no end, I understand, where work is being done, the chips fall, but in the food sector you should pay attention to cleanliness and more often Sweep roughly. The employees were all very friendly, the food preparation took a little longer and the food was lukewarm and the nuggets and fries were even cold. There were no towels on the changing toilet and there was no bag in the trash can. I then disposed of the child's diaper in the trash can in the women's restroom.

Sehr dreckig überall eine dicke Staub Schicht essen durchweg kalt .. sämtliche zusatz Bestellungen wie Ketchup usw . Überhaupt nicht dabei ..Klima Anlage voll aufgedreht so das im Winter wohl bemerkt so das mann keine chance hat Überhaupt gemütlich zu essen mann wird gezwungen schnell wieder platz zu machen durch unbehaklichkeit im gesamten.. schade von angehobene Preise mal abgesehen sind sie sowieso mit nichts gerechtfertigt nie wieder danke für nichts

Toiletten waren sauber und essen war okay. Nur die Toiletten könnten größer sein.

bei McDonald's bin ich schon oft gewesen kann man gut und günstig essen dort.Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und schnelle Bedienung vor Ort

Fünf Sterne, ja tatsächlich 👍 Serviert werden keine kulinarischen Wunder aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Burger, Pommes und Wraps werden frisch zubereitet und sind lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich verhält sich tatsächlich kundenorientiert, falls doch mal was fehlt und nachgeliefert werden muss. Dafür fünf Sterne, bis zum nächsten mal 👍

Zum 3. Mal fehlte bei unserer Bestellung ein Burger, leider erst zu Hause bemerkt. Also immer kontrollieren bevor man fährt!!

Totaler Reinfall nie wieder mc Donalds Werl, habe wirklich überall auf der Welt bei mc Donalds gegessen und nie erlebt das ich mein Getränk ohne Strohhalm bekommen habe bei Nachfrage ob wir Strohhalme bekommen könnten wurde uns gesagt das es keine Strohhalme mehr gibt. Ein jüngerer Mann mit Bart meinte wir haben keine Strohhalme mehr und hat netterweise Deckel angeboten . Wir kommen nie wieder! Ketchup und Mayo wurden ebenso vergessen und bei Nachfrage erst rausgegeben

Essen dauert zu lange bis es da ist. Von Fast Food keine Spur. Essen lau warm oder kalt.

Jetzt mal ernsthaft: Die Bewertung ist natürlich nicht in Relation zu einem RICHTIGEN Restaurant zu verstehen, sondern bezogen auf die Kategorie "McDonald's und Co.". Sonst müsste die Skala ja schließlich verlängert (oder nach links erweitert) werden. Gerade im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald's-Filialen (ja, ich kenne welche... 😳) war es in Werl aber Recht angenehm. Bestellung und Tischservice funktionierten einwandfrei, was sicher auch an der Franchise-Politik liegt. Das Essen war etwas besser als erwartet - kein Hammer, aber völlig in Ordnung. Gerade die Verpackungen haben Schnellrestaurants auch in Verruf gebracht - das war hier zumindest weitestgehend gut gemacht (Pappe/Papier statt Plastik). Leider aber eben auch nur weitestgehend und nicht konsequent zu Ende gedacht! Das Ambiente war auch ok - was will man an einer Ausfallstraße im Gewerbegebiet schon erwarten? Sauber war es, soweit ich es wahrnehmen konnte. Allein: Es müsste Einlasskontrollen geben, damit laute und nur primitiver Laute fähige "Menschen" nicht so nerven. Alles in allem also gut - für McDonald's! 😉

Das Essen hat irgendwie überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Habe alles weggeworfen außer die Cola. Und diese Deckel aus Pappe auf den Cola Bechern halten überhaupt nicht! Für "to go" eine sehr schlechte Lösung. Der vanille milchshake schmeckte gar nicht nach vanille und der veggie Burger war der schlechteste den ich bisher hatte. Egal ob Restaurant oder bk, jeder bekommt den besser hin.. Sorry, bin eigentlich ein mecces Fan

Ich habe mir zu meinem Essen eine Flasche VIO-Wasser mit Kohlensäure bestellt. 0,5 Liter für !!!!4,69 € !!!! Diese Flasche VIO- Wasser kostet im Handel 59 Cent. Liebe Leute von MCDonalds, das ist eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit. Früher hat man sowas Wucher genannt.

Super schnell Bestellung erhalten. Essen war auch schön heiß. Mitarbeiter freundlich und nett.

Bestellung und Bezahlung per App hat prima geklappt. Am Drive-In den Code genannt, das Essen wurde nach kurzer Wartezeit ans Auto gebracht. Alles war komplett, die Gratis-Burger aus der App waren auch dabei.

Service ist eine absolute Frechheit, Mitarbeiter interessieren sich nicht für Kundenkritik, Tische sind verdreckt, Mitarbeiter mit den einfachsten Bestellungen überfordert. Starke Leistung McDonald's

Wird immer schlimmer da. Überall bei McDonald's klappt es reibungslos aber in Werl hat es noch nie geklappt mit dem Service. Jetzt muss man beim MC Drive schon auf dem Parkplatz auf sein Essen warten und das dauert ewig,sodaß man letztlich doch rein muss um zu fragen ob es was wird. Und bekommt dann mit wie andere Gäste sich beschweren,weil der Service es anscheinend mit dem kassieren gebacken bekommt und doppelt abkassieren will. Reine Katastrophe in Werl 👎

Fast Food am Drive In ist mittlerweile nicht mehr möglich. Man muss generell mit Wartezeit auf dem Parkplatz rechnen, wenn man nicht nur ein Getränk bestellt. Der Lieferservice (über Lieferando) ist wirklich nicht gut, denn die Lieferzeit ist sehr lang (generell 2-3h). Verbesserungen: So langsam erhält man auch (fast immer) die korrekte und vollständige Bestellung, was zeitweise wirklich katastrophal war.

Da geht keiner ans Telefon finde das ziemlich frech und ich habe mehr wie 45 min auf meine Bestellung gewartet

Tut mir leid.. Aber seitdem die Technik umgestellt wurde ist es in dem Laden total nervig. Alles Piept ohne ende, die Mitarbeiter sind zwar freundlich, aber wirken unglaublich gestresst. Warten muss man auch oft sehr lang.. manchmal fehlt dann sogar noch was. Ich komm nicht gern. Aber was will man machen, wenn die bessere Hälfte Heißhunger auf McRib hat.. 🤷‍♀️

Leider noch nie einen McD gehabt,wo zu 90%etwas vergessen oder vertauscht wird.Der Bestellautomat funktioniert gut,allerdings hapert es bei der Umsetzung mit den Nummern.Den Monitor dafür kann man sich sparen.Ansonsten nettes Personal.

Der MC Donalds in Werl ist so schlecht organisiert wie kein zweiter !! Bestellung aufgegeben um 19:08 Uhr erhalten 22:00 Uhr Auch wenn die Bestellung kommt es häufig zu Falschlieferungen !! Das ist ein Zeichen von Demontivierung bzw. Desinteresse am Job !! Es geht keiner ans Telefon und das Personal ist schlecht ausgebildet !! Es ist keine gute Werbung für so einen Konzern.

Pommes kalt, Cola warm, der ganze Laden dreckig, Service mies, lange Wartezeiten, teuer - typisch McDonald´s

Bei McDonalds da weiß man was man hat, beziehungsweise was man für sein Geld, bekommt. Gute gleichbleibende Qualität, für wenig Geld, bietet jedes McDonalds - Restaurant, das ist zu mindestens, meine persönliche Erfahrung, mit McDonalds. In jeder uns Neuen Stadt, besuchen wir ein McDonalds - Restaurant. Hier in Werl, hat die Zukunft schon begonnen. Die Neuen Restaurants sind mit viel mehr Service für die Kundschaft ausgestattet worden. So nach und nach werden wohl alle McDonalds Restaurants auf den neusten Stand der Technik umgebaut, oder gleich Neu errichtet. Das ist sehr kundenfreundlich, und empfinde ich, als Innovation in die richtige Richtung. Junge Leute bestellen gleich über die bereitstehenden Terminals, ich gehöre da schon zur älteren Generation, und bestelle manuell, im persönlichen Gespräch, alles das was ich gerne haben möchte. Man bekommt nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung, einen Tischaufsteller, der mit einer Nr. versehen ist, die mit der Bestellung identisch ist. Die Bestellung wird einen an den Tisch gebracht, so haben wir es hier in Werl kennengelernt. So voll wie es hier auch war, das Personal, war sehr freundlich und höflich. Wir, haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Was ich noch gerne lobend erwähnen möchte, ist die McDonalds -Kinderhilfe, hier wird jeder einzelne Cent gesammelt, der von der Kundschaft für diesen guten Zweck in die bereitstehenden Sammelbehälter eingeworfen wird. Jeder Cent, hilft, davon bin ich, überzeugt Schön das McDonalds so etwas anbietet und unterstützt. Da sage ich gerne einmal DANKE, an alle, die ein paar Cent für einen Guten Zweck in die Spenden-Box werfen.

Es gibt im Werler-Umkreis einige MC´s. In Hamm, in Unna, in Soest. Dieses Fastfood fällt ganz besonders aus der Rolle: Unfreundliches Personal, kalte Pommes und schlechte Burger. Leider lässt auch die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich kann nur empfehlen ein paar Kiomter weiterzufahren, alle anderen Mc´s in der Umgebung sind deutlich besser.
