McDonald's in Werl

I lost a year of school because of the McDonald’s internship I did there. When the manager is there, the employees are friendly, and when she's not there, it's completely different (i.e. rude):

I'm sorry. But since the technology was changed, it's been really annoying in the store. Everything beeps non-stop, the employees are friendly, but seem incredibly stressed. You often have to wait a long time... sometimes something is missing. I don't like coming. But what do you want to do when your better half has a craving for McRib... 🤷‍♀️

Tasty, but prices are starting to get too high

Ordering food took over 25 minutes, at a certain point in time they called out that it was ready, in order to avoid the control, I wasn't ready at that point, the employee couldn't understand the language and couldn't get the correct numbers in German. In the end, half of them were ice cold, we waited too long, and no one can check them because they were called too early. Werl never again

My wife and I just ordered from McDonald's, everything arrived but everything was cold, the fries were green, the chicken nuggets were toes and didn't taste like chicken nuggets at all. When you opened them they looked more gray and I have no idea what they looked like Not too tasty. The only thing that worked was the burgers. I'll never order there again

Today on November 23rd, 2024 we had dinner at the branch in Werl. We used the McDonalds app to place the order. Since we stayed a little longer, a second order was placed via the app. When the second order came a cola was slammed on the table and a bit was spilled on the table. When we asked why we were being served like that, the shift manager (Mrs. Win..f..d, who also served us) claimed that she was alone and had a lot to do and why we didn't pick up the things ourselves and instead brought them to the table order. 1. First and foremost, we can confirm that the store wasn't really full! And the drive was two vehicles at the time. 2. We are not employees who can evaluate what is really going on there, apparently the store was not full as described! 3. If the function is not desired, you have to sit down with the management and deactivate the function in the app for the branch. We are often in the branch and already know many employees and other team leaders who are always courteous and always polite and do a great job! The disappointment about today's event is all the greater that the shift manager herself behaves like this. It's not a criticism of the branch, ultimately just of the one employee, Ms. Wint...fe.. Hence the one star for service!!!!!!

Too bad. Mc Flurry is only half full. We had 3 McFlurries in total and the same thing on all of them. When we mentioned this to the employee, she said it was the rule and we should complain to the boss. It's definitely different in other McDonald's branches... it's not worth the money.

Ambiance ok. Service bad. After 25 minutes I went to the counter and asked for my 2 orders that should be brought to the table. After another 5 minutes this came with the result that the hot apple turnover was cold. Disaster. Why is there such a high minimum wage??? There can be no question of an apology. I have never experienced such bad staff. Throw out all the staff and replace 1/2 of the current team.

Very bad service, I just wanted to ask for a straw and pointed to the one behind the counter to see if you could have one there and you would be immediately announced and sent out moderately. I'll never go here again

Always old, expired components and cold food. It's almost never fresh here. Staff listless. After last time I got an apple bag with a time stamp that had long expired and had it returned, today I got another cold apple bag with the time stamp on it still in the future. Cheeseburger not even lukewarm. When I complained when I brought the food that the ice cream was missing, I received a cup that was only half full as a "thank you". Thanks for nothing!

UPDATE: The service has now improved and the orders were mostly correct. However, with a lot of customers, especially in the drive-in, mistakes still occur from time to time. But the bottom line is better than before. (My recommendation: It's better to go to the Burger King opposite. At least they don't screw up the orders and there's usually less going on there. Why?: I've been to the drive-thru several times in the last few weeks and each time at least one thing per order was wrong or the order was completely incomplete. This is a joke. All the processes are automated down to the smallest detail and you still manage to screw up the orders. But maybe that's now part of the business plan to get even more money out of customers' pockets.)

25 minutes waiting time with 3 guests in front of us. You can hardly move any slower. Cold fries, very bad service!

Complicated, inflexible and unfriendly staff. Among other things Valid coupons will not be redeemed for unacceptable reasons. Furthermore, the large bags of fries were compressed so that only small quantities fit in - a clever strategy to save money. The bad reviews from other customers and an overall Google rating of only 3.3 confirm my experiences. In the future, we would rather spend our money in traditional restaurants with high standards and friendly service.

02.10. /19:48 McDrive order MW85 Receipt number: #1365704 Something was missing once again! The McCrispy Bacon TS was not in the bag! The one missing mayo is ok. But not a big burger! You feel ripped off because you paid for something we didn't get. We're pissed! It can't be that in the drive you always have to check the shit bag to make sure it's complete before you drive 12km home and only then notice it. If that happens again, I'll come back after eating at home and clarify it with the shift manager. Impossible!

I ordered it online, the order arrived three quarters of an hour later. Although my ice cream was initially forgotten, it was delivered a few minutes later. The employee was very nice.

There were problems with the app and an ordering terminal, but the employee was fine and helped us very quickly and then issued us the vouchers. The tables were wiped over but not thoroughly enough for my taste. Food and drinks were very tasty

All tables not clean, waited too long for two menus. Our fries were forgotten. It can happen, but no, after minutes there are still no fries, even though they said the fries would be ready in 2 minutes. Then the staff gave the fries to someone else. Our burger was already cold. We were offered two new menus. But with everyone like that we didn't feel like it anymore and the cleanliness of the tables was zero. Hope it's not always like that. It's a shame we're not that familiar with McDonald's. We won't go there anymore. It's good that there are other branches.

Long wait, food is cold. 45 minutes for a menu is just ridiculous. Just a disaster. It has nothing to do with a “fast food restaurant” anymore.

This time we only ordered 2x coffee and 1 ice cream (small). We had to wait over 20 minutes to order, after which we were told that we didn't have time to wait any longer. Our order would be processed after another 5 minutes. On top of that, not particularly clean or friendly. I didn't manage to finish my coffee because I had to move on.

We waited forever for the order. For the 3 mcShaker Fries we ordered there was only one bag and 3x cinnamon sugar spice instead of the real spice. When I asked, the employee just said that it was the right thing to do and didn't really take notice of my request.

On average 20 minutes waiting time. Every other time something is missing or done wrong. Except for the nice lady with red hair, the staff is completely unfriendly and you can always tell that you don't want to work. I can recommend every McDonald's in the area! If it were possible, there would be zero stars here.

All the tables were dirty, although they were wiped, the dirt was spread carelessly. The two women's toilets were both blocked to the top, so I couldn't go. Hardly seen such a dirty McDonald's. I hope the kitchen is more hygienic, otherwise I'll notice it soon...

Since my reviews about this store will never be published, I can only recommend you to go to another mecces, just not here!!!Just believe me!!!

We waited a long time for our order even though it wasn't really busy. There were already angry people in the checkout area and questions about where the order was kept kept coming up, which was extremely unpleasant. An older gentleman seemed completely overwhelmed putting the orders together and took plenty of time. My Mc Flurry (only 1/4 full, is that normal?) was already on the counter with the shakes for 15 minutes until the food came, well we were in a good mood and joked about it, but it was more like crying. Never again Maeckes in Werl, that was really ridiculous and of course annoying.

Everything is like everywhere. But it was here that they observed how the manager made remarks to customers, exactly to foreigners, based on their appearance. This is the first time I have encountered this in Germany.

The waiter lady is beautiful. Usually I don’t pay attention to the waiter because I will take the food and leave. Time is the channel to discover beauty.

McDrive waiting times have increased significantly (as I hear, but in many branches) but I can't imagine that the employees send you to wait in the parking lot next to the issuing counter where only one car fits in and then you realize that several cars can fit in there comprehend. Don't know your own terrain. A pity

McDonald's just Today we pre-ordered via the app. Pure chaos today. Ordered to eat in a restaurant, received food in bags to take away from home. There's the right stuff in there, but all the sauces are wrong. I went to the counter 3 times to exchange something, 3 napkins for 5 people. The order was shown as ready for pickup, 2 other orders were brought forward and our burgers were already in the bag. You didn't cover yourselves with glory today. Otherwise it was okay

Better check your orders after you receive them. It's slowly becoming a scam that half is always missing

Disaster! Just been to the drive-in. Ordered a BigMac menu and 2 burgers. Unfortunately, when I got home I discovered that the BigMac was missing. However, there was mayonnaise which I didn't want. This isn't the first time. Because of the often long wait, the food there is only lukewarm. There seems to be chaos behind the counter. 4 employees pack an order, for example. It seems like there is no real structure there. Which is why mistakes happen.

Simple, but not fast. We waited here for three quarters of an hour. I had two cheeseburgers, strangely with lots of iceberg lettuce that tasted very wine-like. Not so good. Waiting 30 minutes for food at a fast food restaurant? You can also order in a normal restaurant. The employees may have to take an English course. "Fast" means "quickly" and not in half an hour. If you have time and aren't dying of hunger, I recommend the branch in Hamm. You just have to drive a little longer, but they're faster.

Today I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and an MC Flurry... I asked the woman at the counter in between and was only called out and told me "it's not ready yet" only when I asked what seemed to be the manager, the problem was resolved. .. she also apologized, which she didn't have to, because she was obviously the person who wanted to save the whole store from ruin.

Extreme waiting times. If you don't order things at the touch you will be complained about, you should please order there and not from the employees. They wouldn't have time for that. (If you only have cash, you certainly don't line up at the touch screen and then again at the cash register!) Unclean. This McDonald’s has its phases. (Probably depending on how well the employees follow along) Unfortunately it's a bad one at the moment!

Hearing aids may be made available to employees in the future. So much stupidity in one place should be banned

Others wait 45 minutes for their food so they can be happy that they get their now cold burger after 20 minutes was the statement that... things used to be better here

I would also give minus 10 stars. After a very long day you just want a chip and wait 30 minutes for a normal MC menu!! Then the food is still cold in the parking lot, the burger is wrong... Unfortunately, that doesn't work. Unfortunately, the completely overwhelmed staff were no help either.

Been there twice, both times we had to wait far too long for a normal order without any extras. Also, no one feels chosen to turn off the alarms for fries etc., so it beeps constantly.

As always, I took the Mac menu Hamburger Royal TS with fries! As always, it was very tasty!!😋😋

The one employee with short red hair is so extremely unfriendly that you don't feel like eating there anymore. It's your own fault if you work at mcces and then don't feel like doing your job.

One of the worst McDonald's I know, the staff is relatively friendly and the food tastes like other branches. You just wait 3 times as long. Whether you get what you order is also a matter of luck. When it comes to complaints about incorrect orders, no one feels responsible. No thanks! I'd rather drive to the competition on the other side of the street. Or if it is McD. should be to Soest, Hamm and Neheim!

My friends and I all ordered a Big Tasty Bacon. According to them, his burger tasted good, but mine was really bad and I had to stop after the second bite. I felt sick because my burger smelled faintly of something indescribably disgusting...

We were there today and were really dissatisfied for the first time. It was dirty, the tablet was sticky and they didn't give us the right food and when you ask something they don't understand.

Every time you order, you are now directed to the general parking lot. And that’s with standard products. This is probably intended to cover up the waiting and idle times that arise due to a deliberate lack of staff. Because once in the parking lot, the order is considered “completed”. Neheim and Soest are the better choice! Addendum March 1st, 2024: No change to date, apart from the cold, sticky cheese/hamburgers you can't get anything straight away in McDrive. Otherwise you always have to go to the parking lot with a 5-10 minute wait. Since the McDrive also takes up part of the normal route, sometimes you can't get out of the parking lot in a timely manner after waiting. But the owner doesn't seem to be interested. The only thing that helps is staying away!

At 2 a.m., ordered 6 nuggets, cheeseburgers and hamburgers Royal Ts without onions. The packaging said it didn't have onions, but there were some on it. Nuggets and cheeseburgers tasted like they were 2 days old. NOT recommended the shed.

The employees were all very friendly, the food preparation took a little longer and the food was lukewarm and the nuggets and fries were even cold. There were no towels on the changing toilet and there was no bag in the trash can. I then disposed of the child's diaper in the trash can in the women's restroom.

Sehr dreckig überall eine dicke Staub Schicht essen durchweg kalt .. sämtliche zusatz Bestellungen wie Ketchup usw . Überhaupt nicht dabei ..Klima Anlage voll aufgedreht so das im Winter wohl bemerkt so das mann keine chance hat Überhaupt gemütlich zu essen mann wird gezwungen schnell wieder platz zu machen durch unbehaklichkeit im gesamten.. schade von angehobene Preise mal abgesehen sind sie sowieso mit nichts gerechtfertigt nie wieder danke für nichts

Toiletten waren sauber und essen war okay. Nur die Toiletten könnten größer sein.

bei McDonald's bin ich schon oft gewesen kann man gut und günstig essen dort.Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und schnelle Bedienung vor Ort

Das Essen war teilweise kalt. Die Tische waren alle dreckig. Das kenne ich von anderen Filialen anders.

auf dem Bestellmonitor im Lokal sahen die Bürger wesentlich besser aus, als sie in Wirklichkeit waren. Auch geschmacklich habe ich schon bessere gegessen

Fünf Sterne, ja tatsächlich 👍 Serviert werden keine kulinarischen Wunder aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Burger, Pommes und Wraps werden frisch zubereitet und sind lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich verhält sich tatsächlich kundenorientiert, falls doch mal was fehlt und nachgeliefert werden muss. Dafür fünf Sterne, bis zum nächsten mal 👍

Zum 3. Mal fehlte bei unserer Bestellung ein Burger, leider erst zu Hause bemerkt. Also immer kontrollieren bevor man fährt!!

Totaler Reinfall nie wieder mc Donalds Werl, habe wirklich überall auf der Welt bei mc Donalds gegessen und nie erlebt das ich mein Getränk ohne Strohhalm bekommen habe bei Nachfrage ob wir Strohhalme bekommen könnten wurde uns gesagt das es keine Strohhalme mehr gibt. Ein jüngerer Mann mit Bart meinte wir haben keine Strohhalme mehr und hat netterweise Deckel angeboten . Wir kommen nie wieder! Ketchup und Mayo wurden ebenso vergessen und bei Nachfrage erst rausgegeben

Essen dauert zu lange bis es da ist. Von Fast Food keine Spur. Essen lau warm oder kalt.
