A nice little Burgerking shop. Not really big, nicely furnished. The employees are very nice, especially the woman (I think the manager). I just think that instead of a large one, they give everyone a small one, even though you pay for the large one. But it could also be that the portion size at Burgerking is different than at McDonalds, for example.

You can find this really chic Burger King branch right on a main street. The interior is not too big, but very modern and in great condition, everything was very clean. There is a drive in or drive thru. The Memphis BBQ burgers we ordered were hot, freshly prepared and delicious. There is a large parking lot in front of the branch. The service staff was very friendly.

Probably the best and cleanest Burger King I've been to in a long time. If they were all like that, I would definitely go there more often.

Been here several times for 4 weeks. The grill for the tortillas is always not available... Not even Freestyle is available. Otherwise something cleaner would be nice.

This is the cleanest fast food place I have visited in my 22 years of life. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating. The toilet was sparkling clean and without any unpleasant odors. The food was also quite good for a Burger King and served hot.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Burger King and I would particularly like to highlight the excellent performance of the employee, Obony. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was warmly greeted by Obony and immediately served with a smile. Your friendly and professional manner really made my visit pleasant. Obony was not only extremely accommodating but also very efficient. She took my order quickly and accurately and made sure everything was cooked perfectly. During my stay she asked several times if everything was OK and if I needed anything else, which I found to be very attentive. The customer service that Obony offers is truly exemplary and stands out from other experiences. Thanks to their kindness and commitment, I felt very valued as a customer. Thanks to such dedicated employees like Obony, I can only warmly recommend Burger King. A big thank you to Obony for the first class service!

Had dinner there last night. First of all, we stood in the "drive" for almost 20 minutes before the food was ready (we got 2 cokes as compensation, which I actually thought was nice), the burgers were only lukewarm, the meat was totally dry and we all had 4 Diarrhea all night (unfortunately it wasn't the first time) and stomach pain. Conclusion: It's no longer what it used to be, what a shame! We were there last time. And they have also become expensive.

I was there today with my daughter and we were a bit overwhelmed with the coupons and offers. A service employee named Anna helped us with the patience of an angel. There was some problem with my phone and the codes from the app weren't recognized correctly and after the third and fourth attempt I was so embarrassed that I just wanted to order a normal menu but the lady was so patient and eventually realized the error found and we were able to use all the coupons we chose and eat our fill while saving a lot of money thanks to the discounts. This much patience is an absolute oasis in the service desert of Germany. The restaurant also seemed to be newly renovated and, like the toilet, was super clean. A nice experience 👍

I like the interior, - especially after renovation. The drive-thru has always been a bit narrow and has very little roofing. Rain sometimes falls into the car when the window is open. You rarely have to wait longer, it's usually quick and I've never had cold food there. However, a few times now orders were not fulfilled as expected. Sometimes the employee didn't know that there was also a large special menu or when a burger was no longer on offer, the new offer was not mentioned but the answer was: "No, it's expired." Now an offer coupon was mentioned in the drive, but no further questions were asked and the full price was charged. I complained about this immediately after payment, but apparently it can no longer be changed. Yes, well, another solution could have been found, I think. Others do that. It is also particularly interesting that the owner responded to another review with a coupon problem, perhaps in a somewhat inappropriate manner. I don't have an app but use the freely accessible one on the BK website. There are those too. It wasn't the customers who invented this offer and coupon salad, but Burger King and others. Now I've paid €2.50 more than I should have - you'd think I shouldn't be so upset. Maybe true. But you can also see it the other way around. I had 2x mayo in the bag instead of 1x. I can be happy about that.

I was there today, I don't come from Werl but was on a pilgrimage to the basilica because Fatima is being celebrated there today. We wanted to treat ourselves to a hearty lunch before the long highway journey. The shop is very clean and beautifully designed, and due to the nice weather there were also chairs set up outside. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars for the service, even if 100 would be appropriate. I wanted to use the coupons from the app but unfortunately it didn't work. The cashier named Anna must have scanned it a dozen times, both at the checkout itself and at this self-service terminal. But it didn't work because unfortunately I had no reception for some reason. She then gave me the tip that this Burger King itself doesn't have WiFi, but the Fressnapf opposite does, and that I should try to generate a new code there via WiFi and then come back - and it actually worked. I've never seen employees so committed to helping you save money. The food was delicious like in every branch, and thanks to the discounts from the app, it was also very cheap. Thanks again to Anna and her colleagues :) On the next pilgrimage we will definitely stop by for dinner before the return journey

For the "small" hunger, food was warm to hot - just right, service staff very friendly, team in a good mood, seats clean and toilet without smells/clean/hygienic... There are also USB charging stations here.

The service is very good and the food is really good. Of course you spend a little more here, but it's worth it for a good meal every now and then.

I come here very often and have not been disappointed yet. I'm a vegetarian so Burger King is a much better choice compared to Mc's. The selection here is large and, above all, the meat substitute does not taste artificial or chemical, but very natural. I haven't had any bad experiences with the service either. The people here were always very friendly and laughed along with one or two jokes that my friends and I made, which was very nice. I think it's a shame that BurgerKing is only open until 11:30 p.m., I'm a night owl, but that's not a big problem or anything. I find the place itself very comfortable in terms of seating, a bit small on busy days when it's very busy, but actually you almost always get a seat.

Really tasty and fairly inexpensive for fast food. You get full, it tastes good and everything usually goes well. Has a selection for vegetarian dishes and is quieter than McDonald's 👍

This evening I was there with my son, he chose a menu from my digitally saved coupons. Unfortunately we were denied the coupons because the original had to be shown, these “photographs” could be fake and the boss didn’t want that! Well, the big environmental protection at BK and then paper coupons are required. OK. my son (10) was disappointed, we will be removing BK Werl from our "menu list", what a shame! Addendum: we were at BK in Kamen, where the digitally stored coupons were accepted without any problems. This will be the preferred BK branch for me and my kids in the future

Since I only occasionally consume some BK, this assessment is not that important. What I've had so far has been very good. Fresh, tasty and hot, nice staff, ambience I don't know, I always take it with me. Definitely, better BK than MD

Well, as always, too much salt, too cold a menu. Nowadays you can't even put the thin cups in the car holders without them getting crushed and the whole soup lying in the car. It's your own fault if you keep going back.

Very cheeky service (Mrs Noetzel 28.01 12pm), if the EC device doesn't work it's the guest's fault, strange. You felt unwanted.

Inflation or not, these prices for such inferior fast food? The soft drinks contain more water than anything else and now High C has been reduced from 2 to 1 packet.

My only problem is every time I ask for a chocolate milkshake, I get vanilla. I thought maybe something changed in what they get delivered but literally every other burger King gives me chocolate. It's like they never refill it and one worker in particular will lie and sat she has. Either that or their machine is broken. I would change this to 5 stars if the issue was fixed.

Hier wird das Essen immer frisch zubereitet. Bis jetzt nur wenige Probleme gehabt. Bei der Eismaschine kann es schon mal klemmen. Sehr gut finde ich, daß Menschen mit Behinderungen beschäftigt werden. Einzig die Pommes sind nicht mehr so knusprig wie früher, aber das ist ein generelles Problem in Deutschland. Und natürlich ist in 2023 alles teurer geworden...

Bisher alles gut gelaufen hier. Ich war bisher immer nur im Drive-In der aber bei Regen nicht zu empfehlen ist. Das Dach über dem Ausgabefenster ist so lang, dass bei Regen das Wasser direkt in das offene Fahrerfenster läuft/tropft.

Im Gegensatz zu anderen BK Restaurants sehe freundliches Personal und sehr sauber. Burger war richtig gut. So sollte es überall sein!

Habe direkt nach dem Essen schlimmen Durchfall bekommen, für alle Beteiligten sehr unangenehm.

Das Essen ist okey für die schnelle. Teilweise waren die burger schon kalt und schmeckt nicht mehr ( schade). Vom Service kann ich sagen das bei dem drube in sonst alles klappt. Aber ab und zu sind die Bedingungen sehr sehr langsam und man wartet bis 3-4 min auf sein Essen. Das Ambiente ist klassische wie in eine fast food Restaurant gehalten. Sonst kann man da gut hin um sich schnell was zu holen.

Wir waren am 01.11.2022 da und es war super. Personal nett und vor allem: Burger frisch und sehr lecker.

Netter, kleiner Burger King. Wie holen öfter mal was hier, deshalb kann ich nur aus Erfahrung berichten, Bestellung immer vor Ort kontrollieren. Letztens mal wieder nicht gemacht, prompt fehlte ein Burger. Ärgerlich wenn man dann nicht mal eben um die Ecke wohnt und bei den Spritkosten sich die Rückfahrt nicht lohnt. Ich war am Freitag 30.09 gegen 19 Uhr am Drive und hatte ein sehr positives Erlebnis. Der MA am Drive war sehr freundlich gut gelaunt und hatte sichtbar ein Lächeln bei der Bestellausgabe. Das war für mich bisher der beste MA am Drive. MA des Monats sollte mal überlegt werden.

Schnell im Drive In bedient worden. Die Burger waren mit frischen Salat und gut gegrilltem Beef belegt.

Gepflegter kleiner Burger King mit frischem und warmem Essen. Kein Vergleich zum Restaurant in Kamen, welches mir schon beim Gedanken daran Bauchschmerzen bereitet.
