Yesterday MC again after a long time. This time too, a set of 6 nuggets was missing from our order! Unfortunately it was only discovered back home. Your own fault. But honestly, you can't be serious. Not here anymore!

Horrible, we went to eat at 8:30 and the gentleman there was very mean, telling us that it opens at 9, although it was written that breakfast is from 7:00 as on google maps the schedule is from 7:00

Gradually it's no longer fun to get food there. Something is always missing, complete menus, half of the nuggets...it's almost like playing the lottery, if you're lucky, everything you order is in the bag.

Once again I didn't receive a complete order. Typical for the restaurant.

It's a good shop in itself, but you sometimes get hit on by the employees, which is sometimes very unpleasant.

Like all McDonald's branches in the area, this one is extremely dirty and run down. The whole store looks like a mess: Fully lubricated everywhere and no matter whether it's a table, seat or floor; everything full of leftover food. We've been there many times and it's never been clean. Errors when ordering are not so rare here, always check! The number display above the counter also seems to have been broken(?) for a while. Anyway, it's over. The fact that the television is missing from the wall installation, which is already full of speakers, is hardly noticeable. It's a mixed bag among the employees, some, like the late shift manager(?), are good ones, but the gentleman with the mask on the same shift is less so. At lunchtime there were often loud arguments between certain female employees and customers because something wasn't right. As is the case at a McDonalds, the customers are of all kinds. Unfortunately, this often includes particularly loud groups of young people.

McDonald's is no longer what it used to be. Not particularly clean, lukewarm burgers and annoyed employees.

Quality of the food really poor , cold , chewy not tasty , very expensive compare to uk , probably one of the most expensive McDonald in Europe lol

Unfortunately there was no chocolate ice cream, but everything was still delicious😋

Employee empties the return cart with garbage, no gloves on. Afterwards, without washing his hands, he packs up food again. Simply disgusting...

I and my daughters are regular customers here and I really enjoy being there, of course there are mistakes sometimes. Unfortunately, the only thing that is often not so great are the toilets, but the employees can't really do anything about them because they also have a lot of stress with a lot to do. But I still really enjoy coming there. 😊👌💪

Most of the lettuce and cucumbers were not on the 🍔.

Pay attention to the hygiene of the staff. It is not pleasant to eat when the staff accepts your food with their bare hands. I recommend that staff wear gloves

The three stars were for friendly employees. But when it came to food, there were 2 negative factors that influenced my rating, 1 cold one: French fries and 1 burger. Don't underestimate people's looks when it comes to the recession tax. Unfortunately, friendliness and quality cannot be separated, especially in the catering sector. I hope the quality will improve.

Unfortunately it was totally dirty, the staff was disinterested even when spoken to and I don't know if you can still call it fast food after waiting 20 minutes... we ended up eating in the car in the parking lot

12 o'clock and only three customers and rightly so. The worst fries I've ever had. They were limp and still tasted somehow burnt and bitter. I only ate three and threw the rest away. The burgers were also borderline. I got a real stomach ache. Never again!!!

Every McDonald's, a different culture.... after McDonald's at the truck stop is in "Slavic hands", 🫡 it was Bollywood time here, and Shahrukh Khan served me... lol joke ✌🏽 and here I even got everything I ordered had

The employees argue loudly with customers until they make comments like do you mean I'm afraid of you and then I give you the wrong name when you ask for the name because you want to complain. Let's wait and see how McDonald's Germany reacts to this, but they certainly won't be interested!

The food was good and the order was placed quickly. I like it

The restaurant was very dirty. Not a clean table found. The food was also tastier. Fries could have easily done with at least another 3 minutes in the deep fryer.

The employees had better look at the order before preparing it! And insects flying around in the store are just disgusting

Never again this branch in Bergkamen. I took the snack salad with the menu instead of fries and an employee brought it to the front of the counter and gave it to the employee at the counter and pointed to the shelf life label and said something quietly. Then the shelf life labels were peeled off the packages and packed up and I still looked stupid. And the sauces we ordered weren't packed either. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. If you want to have diarrhea, you can continue to eat here. And if you order and pay via the app, the invoice comes by email. The invoice does not contain a tax number. Is tax fraud at play here?

We were there again after a long time. It really wasn't nice. Everything was dingy, long waiting times even though there were few guests. The staff were obviously having conversations behind the counter and not processing the orders.

The tables were sticky otherwise everything was ok

These order machines don't seem to be very user friendly. It would be desirable if they could be improved to increase usability.

Very incompetent employees, they don't even speak German anymore, you feel like you have to use Google Translate so that you can be partially understood, never again.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years. You are not served but are referred directly to the ordering machine. Cheeseburger was made without the burger, however it is possible that an employee can't even prepare a cheeseburger properly and forgets the meat patty

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this McDonald's because it has untrained staff on the drive and as a result I get the wrong food several times.

Ordered at the machine, then had to wait over 30 minutes until they took my order again and I got my food.

In this branch, it is strongly advisable to get a receipt for “drive-in” orders and to always check the contents of the bags to ensure they are complete and correct. Nine out of ten orders are incomplete or incorrect. Sometimes sauces/dips or fries are missing. Sometimes there is a wrong version of a burger in the bag. Very rarely do you have too much of something in the bag. Overall very annoying and annoying.

Every time it's a disaster...if you don't check the order, it's missing again, which is really unbelievable...that's how you get rich...

Which McDonald's doesn't open until 10 a.m.?!

My partner asked a blonde employee if the tables could possibly be cleaned? This was ignored at a glance!!!! I went to the counter again and asked an employee, who came immediately and apologized several times. The lady preferred to chat with colleagues instead of doing her job (satisfying customers)!

It's not cleaned properly. Tables, chairs and benches to be greasy and dirty.

Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm again...

Ordering via Lieferando is not good. They need 3 quarters longer than what is recommended. And then delivered cold. Not worth it for the money.

Almost without exception, every order we place (Mc Drive) is missing something. Today there was only one Frikko on the Double Hamburger Royal, last time the fries were missing and before that the sauces. The Mc Rib today obviously only saw the barbecue sauce from a distance. Every time I ask if everything is included, every time it is answered in the affirmative. When I get home I notice something different. Very bad! .... and it has nothing to do with halfway warm food anymore.

The third time during the drive that the order is not complete. Impossible.

Toilets dirty. If you only order via machine, it takes forever to get a coffee. I'd rather get it from the machine at Rewe next door for a fraction of the time and money.

Mega dreckig gewesen Tische und Stühle. War nicht schön, garnicht.

Nettes Personal, schnelle Bedienung. Eingabe über Display der gewünschten Artikel zum Verzehr. Kartenzahlung und Barzahlung sind möglich.

Leider bekommt man hier nur lauwarme Apfeltaschen serviert. Selbst eine Beschwerde hatte keinen Erfolg. Es wurde nur lapidar geantwortet, dass das Personal nochmals nachgeschult werden sollte. Bei der nachweislich nächsten Beschwerde aufgrund max. lauwarmer Apfeltaschen, wurde einfach gar nicht mehr reagiert. Am 19.12.23 erneut enttäuscht worden, diesmal waren nicht nur die Speisen lauwarm, in meiner Bestellung zum Mitnehmen fehlte die große Pommes. Hatte mich bereits im Laden gewundert, warum die Kundin vor mir ihre Tüten kontrollierte. Jetzt bin ich schlauer.

Ein Mci wie jeder andere! Personal mit wenig Deutschkentnissen aber die sich teilweise Mühe geben

Das Essen war ok, aber sowohl der Laden als auch die Sanitären Anlagen waren dreckig. Nicht schön.

Sehr unfreundlich, sehr unsauber im Bistro.

Essen schmeckt,Service ist gut, Was kann man sich sonst wünschen?Es gibt genug Parkplätze.

Getränke Tabletts to go sind instabil...

Standard Mc Donald’s but it’s really a negative point in general that water costs more than Coke! Is it a good way to propose a healty diet? Mah..

Das Essen war nicht gut Salat am Burger schon braun und auch nicht warm. Nicht nochmal

Sonntag Nachmittag habe ich hier über die App bestellt. Es waren nur 2 Mitarbeiter am Service und das Restaurant war voll. Eine Mitarbeiterin sah aus, als kommt sie von einem Schminktwettbewerb. In der Gastro ein Unding. Der ander Mitarbeiter wirkte neu, so dauerte alles noch länger. Alle Mitarbeiter wirkten Recht genervt. Nicht einer davon lächelte mal. Die Monitore für die Bestellnummern waren abgeschaltet. Damit am Service die Bestellungen weg gedrückt werden könenn, um die Zeiten zu verschönern.Die Speisen selber waren in Ordnung. Kuchen gibt es hier aber allerdings leider nicht.

Betaalterminal defect, wel kunnen betalen aan de kassa, daarna ging het supersnel.

Etwas kompliziert mit der Bestellung, aber das Eis schmeckt

Das Essen ist normal. Die Innenausstattung farbenfroh und sauber. Aber wenn ich da sitze und esse und ständig werden lautstark Mitarbeiter von der Chefin angeranzt, trägt das das nur zum negativen bei. Da war ich heute zum letzten Mal!

Ich kann mich mit dem System McDonalds gar nicht anfreunden. Der Service war heute überwältigend schlecht. Daheim wird die Tüte ausgepackt und es fehlt einfach immer etwas. Und seit heute ist mir bewusst geworden, wenn man 6 chicken McNuggets bestellt und bezahlt, dann bekommt man keine 6er Nuggets. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das System McDonalds in Amerika so gut funktioniert und bei uns in Deutschland einfach absolut miserabel läuft (meine persönlichen Erfahrungen)!

Micky D's was kann mann sagen? Kein Milchshakes oder eis

Die Dame vom Counter konnte mit behilflich sein, da das Update von der McDonalds App mal wieder rum gesponnen hatte. Danke für den Service, weil ansonsten hätte ich ohne Einlösen der Gutscheine (welche in der App hinterlegt sind) 12€ mehr bei McDonalds bezahlt! Sehr gerne wieder - Daumen hoch

Für nen schnellen Snack super und höflich sind die Mitarbeiter auch. Meine Plant-based Sachen waren sehr lecker!

Angenehme ruhe nicht so überlaufen ,was mich stört das eingeben was man möchte dauert die Eingabe zulange

Meces ist meces…wer mit meces nicht klar kommt, ist selber schuld. Es ist gewiss kein Bioladen, aber dennoch gehört es einfach dazu. -Meces halt. 5 Sterne, sonst wäre es unverschämt und geheuchelt.

Kann ich nicht viel zu sagen waren nur im Drive

Personal ist sehr höflich und hilft auch sofort wenn was ist die Toiletten sind echt unsauber da muss was geändert werden das essen war teilweise gut die Burger waren warm nur die pommes waren labrig und haben nach Fritten Fett und kotze geschmeckt das essen hat nicht schwer im Magen gelegen und die Cola war auch sehr gut und die Sauberkeit von innen ist auch nicht gut.

Statt 2 Burger nur 1 Burger erhalten und die gekauften Mehrweg Becher für die 2 McFlurry auch nicht erhalten.

Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt, wird aber auf Tablett serviert. Sachen teilweise kalt gewesen.

Essen war gut, aber sehr warm drinnen und draußen nur zwei Tische im Schatten. Da macht die Pause keinen Spaß.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich

Als ich da war waren fast alle Tische verdreckt Mit dem Essen der Gäste davor . Teilweise sitzmöglichleiten von MC Donalds selbst mit Sachen voll gestellt.

Das Essen hätte etwas wärmer sein können, ansonsten alles gut.

Sie schaffen es einfach nicht das Essen wie bestellt einzupacken So oft wie hier das passiert hat das System Hier immer ganz genau kontrollieren !

20 Minuten nach der Bestellung im MC Drive gewartet und dann kalte Produkte erhalten, die auch noch optisch aussahen als wären sie schon mal gegessen worden. Bei der Reklamation wird man dann zusätzlich noch von der Schichtleitung so angeschaut, als wollte sie sagen,"Stell dich nicht so an und nerve mich nicht". Unterste Kategorie, der Laden sollte mal besser auf vordermann gebracht werden.

Für ein Schnellrestaurant viel zu langsam.Wir haben 22 Minuten gewartet.Nach einer Nachfrage, kam eine freche Antwort. Außerdem kam anstatt des bestellten Lauginator Burger aus Beef,einer als Chicken.Einmal extra bestelltes Ketchup fehlte auch.Wurde aber richtiger Weise nicht abgerechnet. Mit den auf dem Tablett beigelegten Servietten waren sie auch sparsam. Der Fussboden hätte auch mal gereinigt werden können. Mit großem Abstand der schlechteste MC Donalds den wir bis jetzt besucht haben.

Leider ist es wie in allen Filialen die ich kenne, die Qualität schwankt zwischen Super und Hundsmiserabel, teilweise kann man die Burger ohne Kleckerfiasko nicht essen, was mir sofort den Appetit verdirbt. Deswegen essen wir dort auch nicht mehr den Signatur, den es mittlerweile im Pappkarton und unprofessioneller Stapelorgie gibt.

Ich finde es traurig, dass die Freundlichkeit so stark nachgelassen hat. Und die Koordination scheint auch nicht mehr die Beste zu sein. Sehr schade.

Wenn ich einen richtigen Janker habe, geht es zu Mc Donalds. Burger und Pommes sind nur leider oft schon ziemlich kalt. Und das Personal ist manchmal recht begriffstutzig. Aber man geht ja auch nicht in ein Restaurant.

Bislang war ich davon ausgegangen, dass die jeweiligen Burger in allen Mc-D. Restaurant gleich belegt werden. Leider wurde ich erneut in Bergkamen enttäuscht. Immer fehlen Zutaten auf den Burgertypen.

Grade erneut einen Versuch gestartet dort zu bestellen. Wie erwartet war die Bestellung fehlerhaft und nicht zufriedenstellend. Es wurde der falsche Burger eingepackt, die Cola schmeckt überhaupt nicht und zum wiederholten mal fehlte die Mayo bei zwei Menüs. Es nervt echt.

Ab und zu holen wir für abends was von Mc Do. Regelmäßig stellt man dann zuhause fest: etwas fehlt oder wurde falsch eingepackt. Manchmal nur die Sauce zu den Nuggets, oder wie heute gleich 3 Portionen Nuggets zu den 3 Happy Meals. Also: wieder hinfahren, Essen wird kalt, Kinder nörgeln. Als Entschädigung gab es diesmal 2(!!!) Apfeltaschen,...für 3 Kinder... Bei den letzten 3 Bestellungen fehlte jedes Mal etwas! 100% Trefferquote. Danke, wir gehen ab jetzt woanders hin.

Ich habe eine ganze Zeit gerne bei Meckes gekauft. Aber die Bergkamener Dependance ist eine der schlechtesten in Deutschland. Andauernd wurden bei Bestellungen im McDrive Dinge vergessen oder vertauscht. Fazit:Nicht zu empfehlen!
