You never get what you want here

I've never experienced what happened to me and if I didn't know better I wouldn't believe it!!!! I ordered a big mac menu... The Bigmac was a complete disaster! only one slice of meat and a bite to boot! At least that's how it looked...hardly any salad...I canceled it immediately and luckily got a decent one afterwards!!!I don't really want to know how that came about...

I have eaten here five times. So far I have not received what I ordered once. Toys for children were forgotten in 5 out of 5 cases. Drinks were wrong and also fries got twice missing. Poor performance considering how structured the process is. This shows extremely poor management if the team still doesn't get it done so often.

Ladies behind the counter very nice and friendly. However, an employee always had to get through with the trays in the narrowest place, between the ordering terminal and the wall. Very inappropriate.

Has anyone noticed that McD has more than doubled its prices on average (even with a coupon or offer) in the last 5 years?

Great for short breaks with soda and fries 🍟 everything was quickly brought to the table.

The order was brought quickly. Clean and beautiful. There are parking spaces.

I work nearby and wanted to grab something to go with my coffee in the office. When I ordered a croissant with jam at the terminal (there is no other way), the McCafe employee made fun of it. Thanks, but I'll get my croissant somewhere else next time.

The gentleman at the first window in the drive-thru was extremely unfriendly, rude and completely lacking in patience. Maybe he was having a bad day - but why should I pay for his bad mood? Such behavior is completely unprofessional.

Excellent service. This employee was so incredibly friendly before lunchtime. I also brought the balloon to the table and apologized every time we passed because our order wasn't complete yet. We'd love to go there again.

Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside. Even a modern dining room cannot improve the quality. My BigMac drowned in its sauce and I couldn't taste anything else apart from it. When a hair appeared in that same one, my appetite was gone. No complaint was received... Thanks for nothing

Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass etwas vergessen wurde. So auch heute. Ein Burger ist mir direkt aufgefallen, den ich dann noch bekommen habe. Zuhause habe ich dann gesehen, dass ein anderer Burger mit Chicken Nuggets vertauscht wurde. Jetzt habe ich zweimal Chicken Nuggets anstatt noch einen Burger. Echt ärgerlich!!!!

On March 9th I ordered via Uber and unfortunately received the wrong order. After a short phone call, I was promised the wrong order as compensation the next time I went to McDonald's. Today I received these and something on to. Thanks to today's shift manager.

I don't give McDonald's 5 stars because of its good food, everyone knew that McDonald's wasn't necessarily the healthiest food. However, I have to say compared to many branches nearby it is one of the best McDonald's in the area. A really nice branch and you get service quickly. 5/5 ⭐️

Ordered for pickup. Staff cannot cope with their ordering system (numbers are pressed directly for collection during preparation). They also forgot an entire Happy Meal and toys from the second Happy Meal. Definitely the last time in this branch.

Very often something is forgotten. The operator should introduce anonymous test purchases. It's better to check everything at the drive or when you pick it up

Wir haben Opa, er ist mit seinen knapp 90 Jahren immer noch sehr stark an den Dingen des Lebens interessiert und war seit ca. 30 Jahren nicht mehr bei McDonalds, zum McDrive eingeladen. Er hat sich ein Menü bestellt und war mehr als zufrieden. Aber ich war recht enttäuscht. Es war nach ca. 5 - 6 Jahren die erste "Mahlzeit" für mich und ich musste doch sehr schmunzeln, als ich meine Burger auspacken. Ich stehe auf Fischburger und hatten zu diesem noch einen Ceeseburger gekauft. Ach wie putzig sind die denn inzwischen. Früher waren sie erheblich größer. Geschmacklich war der Fischburger so, wie ich ihn erwartet habe, da habe ich auch schon schlechtere gegessen. Der Cheeseburger... na ja. Alles andere als preisverdächtig, aber das kennt man ja. Somit wird es sicherlich wieder Jahre dauern, bis ich mich mal wieder beim Macces sehen lasse, es sei denn, ich habe im Sommer mal wieder richtig Lust auf einen Softdrink, denn der ist wirklich nach meinem Geschmack aber inzwischen leider arg teuer.

Eaten here a few times and I can't see or say anything bad. Eating takes just as long as any other McDonald's so you don't have to wait too long. In contrast to other McDonalds, there is no lack of German language in this McDonalds and it also seems as if the employees enjoy their work, at least you can't tell that anyone has any interest in their work. It's always pretty clean inside, here and there they don't clean until very late, but you can always find a clean place.

That's where the "experts" and "pieces of gold" work... if you want your order complete, use a language app in THEIR language... 😇

I was in this branch with my partner last night.... we're both lying in bed now because we feel so dirty after eating there... That's the reason why we, as long-time customers, no longer go to mc's! You can be glad that we don't force this office on you!

Was my last visit to this...store! The service is becoming increasingly substandard, the staff who have direct customer contact do not speak the language and work with a mood that is absolutely excruciating. Some of the food is simply thrown together on the tray. After you just guessed your order, because the pickup number you called was anything but the one you had on the note, you also had to discuss with the staff why you wanted a bag even though you had when you ordered clearly mentioned three times that the food was take away. Absolute disaster and not to mention the complaints and complaints from other guests.

Drop by Mäcces with the kids and get dinner to take home. True to the motto, only take half but pay for everything. We ordered 3x HappyMeal, all with nuggets, an apple cone and a drink. Since all HappyMeals were the same, it wasn't really a challenge! All three apple cones and all three drinks were missing. Not that this is enough, the fries were missing with the McSmart menu chicken burger that we ordered. The burgers were thrown together and didn't appear to have been warm at all. You have to do that first, chapeau!

Today I ordered my favorite McMuffin at the McDonald's branch in Sankt Augustin, but was very disappointed. The first bite tasted strange and made me nauseous. I found noticeable green spots in the egg and all of the food was not fresh. After complaining, I received a new McMuffin, but it also had the same unpleasant taste. If you have a good day, that's fine. But mostly understaffed, rude, slow. In drive they direct the cars forward so that the statistics look better, thus causing pointless circumstances. Inside, the orders are pushed out of the system and called out. If you've been to the toilet for a moment, you no longer know whether it's your turn. The MC flurry was half melted and completely smothered in caramel sauce including the spoon. When I asked, they admitted that the sauce had overflowed and I was given another spoon that also had dried chocolate sauce on it. Every other branch in the area is better.

I now only go to McDonalds for the kids. The reason is actually sad and easy to solve... there is always something missing!! You have to check every takeout order and even then you can't see everything. I arrived home today and managed to forget the fries with the happy meals... that's just annoying. If I have to open the happy meal every time to see if everything is there and then get upset that the stupid box no longer closes properly... I would be happy if we could get this under control and give more stars can.

I very rarely write reviews, but I've never experienced anything like today: 6 pieces of chicken nuggets & barbecue sauce were missing from the take-away food at the drive-in (discovered at home). After dinner we went back home to get the amount of €4.99 back. Statement from the manager: not possible. I gratefully declined the offer to get the 6 nuggets now because the child was hugely disappointed at home. McDonald's lost me with this! The only advice I can give everyone is to check every single part in the drive-in and not to allow yourself to be put under pressure before you continue driving.

Largest juice shop in the nation. It ALWAYS will! ALWAYS forget something or deliver something wrong. The right thing is written on the boxes. These people have air condition, but they don't turn it on. It's like thirty degrees inside of the mcdonald's right now. And there's no place to sit outside, so for that reason I'm giving it one star. The food is great though.

The restaurant is clean. While I was there today, I saw several service staff ensuring cleanliness. However, this is the third time the waitress has failed to put the order together correctly during peak times. It's no fun when two children look forward to their dessert and then it wasn't given.

I only go there for the grandchildren
