McDonald's in Sankt Augustin

Was my last visit to this...store! The service is becoming increasingly substandard, the staff who have direct customer contact do not speak the language and work with a mood that is absolutely excruciating. Some of the food is simply thrown together on the tray. After you just guessed your order, because the pickup number you called was anything but the one you had on the note, you also had to discuss with the staff why you wanted a bag even though you had when you ordered clearly mentioned three times that the food was take away. Absolute disaster and not to mention the complaints and complaints from other guests.

Drop by Mäcces with the kids and get dinner to take home. True to the motto, only take half but pay for everything. We ordered 3x HappyMeal, all with nuggets, an apple cone and a drink. Since all HappyMeals were the same, it wasn't really a challenge! All three apple cones and all three drinks were missing. Not that this is enough, the fries were missing with the McSmart menu chicken burger that we ordered. The burgers were thrown together and didn't appear to have been warm at all. You have to do that first, chapeau!

We were eating at something on site but there was no table available, completely full, very busy. There were more than 15 cars on the drive and the parking lot was full.

I've never had friendly service here. The employees radiate a displeasure, abnormal! You don't feel welcome here. That's why we don't eat on site anymore! What I also notice negatively is that the order terminals are constantly failing! And once it works, you still wait for an employee who will take pity on you to come to the cash register so that you can pay. Here, really just drive in, and then leave quickly!

Today I ordered my favorite McMuffin at the McDonald's branch in Sankt Augustin, but was very disappointed. The first bite tasted strange and made me nauseous. I found noticeable green spots in the egg and all of the food was not fresh. After complaining, I received a new McMuffin, but it also had the same unpleasant taste. Ultimately I had to throw it away. The quality was completely unacceptable.

Inside, the orders are pushed out of the system and called out. If you've been to the toilet for a moment, you no longer know whether it's your turn. The MC flurry was half melted and completely smothered in caramel sauce including the spoon. When I asked, they admitted that the sauce had overflowed and I was given another spoon that also had dried chocolate sauce on it. Every other branch in the area is better.

I now only go to McDonalds for the kids. The reason is actually sad and easy to solve... there is always something missing!! You have to check every takeout order and even then you can't see everything. I arrived home today and managed to forget the fries with the happy meals... that's just annoying. If I have to open the happy meal every time to see if everything is there and then get upset that the stupid box no longer closes properly... I would be happy if we could get this under control and give more stars can.

We go to McDonalds regularly and are very satisfied. Despite being a fast-food restaurant, good quality, fresh products and, above all, clean. Alternatively, you can have a coffee there when the other cafés are completely overcrowded as the quality of the coffee is very good.

The employee who brought my order to my table was friendly and, as I observed while I ate my burger and fries, very hard-working and always in the "dining room". I gratefully declined the offer to get the 6 nuggets now because the child was hugely disappointed at home. McDonald's lost me with this! The only advice I can give everyone is to check every single part in the drive-in and not to allow yourself to be put under pressure before you continue driving.

These people have air condition, but they don't turn it on. It's like thirty degrees inside of the mcdonald's right now. And there's no place to sit outside, so for that reason I'm giving it one star. The food is great though.

There is no reason to engage in such behavior. To my complaint I should add that the box of fries was only half full even though we paid full price and the fries were ice cold and stale. Burgers and nuggets were ok so far. Burger just makes you fat and Diet Coke not so healthy (I don't like regular Coke). So today we had fries and salad. From now on I'll be on a McDonald's diet.
