1000 points redeemed for 20 nuggets at the machine, the machine writes “code invalid”. However, the points were deducted, I go to the checkout and explain this, the branch manager tells me "yes, that's not our problem, you have to contact the machine manufacturers in Munich".

I ordered and paid for the food online on the way to the fast food chain (on Sunday, September 1st at 7 p.m.) Nevertheless, we had to wait for our order over 30 MINUTES before the food was served, with internal temperatures beyond good and evil. That doesn't work at all.

I very rarely write reviews, but I've never experienced anything like today: 6 pieces of chicken nuggets & barbecue sauce were missing from the take-away food at the drive-in (discovered at home). After dinner we went back home to get the amount of €4.99 back. Statement from the manager: not possible. I gratefully declined the offer to get the 6 nuggets now because the child was hugely disappointed at home. McDonald's lost me with this! The only advice I can give everyone is to check every single part in the drive-in and not to allow yourself to be put under pressure before you continue driving.

Largest juice shop in the nation. It ALWAYS will! ALWAYS forget something or deliver something wrong. The right thing is written on the boxes. Be sure to take a look, because there will be one or two surprises. After months, we gave this “store” another chance. But this is really a completely disorganized thing. If you have the opportunity to eat somewhere else... do it! You will definitely regret shopping here.

One of the nicer branches in my opinion. Here, as elsewhere, you have to check whether everything has found its way into the bag. But actually a very nice Mc's.

Just like any McDonald's, but clean. Went there again and ordered something to take away! Once again the order was not complete and the wrong items were included. Profit for MC, that's just how you make money. Spend a little more of the money you make with your scams on staff who speak this national language, then the orders can only get better.

It's an impossibility!!!!! Within a very short time (1 week) Three of my friends probably got food poisoning, one of which was confirmed in the hospital How can something like this happen? That was the last time we ate at McDonald’s!!!!!!

Sorry, but there are much better McD's out there. The sauce is so skimpy here that we didn't like it at all.

Something is always missing..... Unfortunately this time it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that the entire bottom of the double cheeseburger was missing!!!

The fries were completely pale and barely seasoned. They weren't tasty at all. A PITY !!

Big technical problems with the orders, a huge mess! The employees tried their best to get everything done anyway.

Thanks for driving 12km to collect the rest of my order. Forgot 20 nuggets and didn't even apologize. People like that have no place in the restaurant industry. The main thing is to have 3 cm of make-up on your face... My food was cold afterwards but at least the kids had their nuggets. You have 1 damn job and you're not qualified enough to do it yourself. Came there waited 20 min taste bad

These people have air condition, but they don't turn it on. It's like thirty degrees inside of the mcdonald's right now. And there's no place to sit outside, so for that reason I'm giving it one star. The food is great though.

The restaurant is clean. While I was there today, I saw several service staff ensuring cleanliness. However, this is the third time the waitress has failed to put the order together correctly during peak times. It's no fun when two children look forward to their dessert and then it wasn't given.

Ordered a Double Big Mac today, then discovered at home that it was a normal one. Given the prices now, very annoying! Unfriendly, annoyed employees at the drive in. Today something was missing again (6). Customer friendliness is different! From now on we drive a few meters further to Burger King.

There wasn't much going on at the moment and you were served raw fries, so I complained and got a new one that was just as raw.

Have I done something to you? Yesterday I was at the drive-in counter with two friends and after ordering we were directed to the side strip because we were placing a larger order around €67. After some time we got out of the vehicle to stretch our legs. A little later the order was ready and the employee moved towards the vehicle with it. I walked a little closer to him and asked him to hand me the bag. He ignored me and walked briskly past me, then threw the bag through the open window on the driver's side. Part of the order spilled onto the seat and soiled it. We were all shocked at the employee's rude manner, but we didn't want to start a discussion. At no time did we behave rudely. There is no reason to engage in such behavior. To my complaint I should add that the box of fries was only half full even though we paid full price and the fries were ice cold and stale. Burgers and nuggets were ok so far. I cannot and will not tolerate such behavior and reserve the right to take steps regarding the contamination of my vehicle, which has been well documented by witnesses and the surveillance cameras at the drive-in counter.

Waited 25 minutes for my food in the fast food restaurant

Hey guys, the gentleman at the Mcdrive today, June 3rd. at 11:57 p.m. is really damaging to business with his unfriendly manner. No hello back, no thank you, no please.

Today I came myself to order food for the children. The food was served very late and the employee was very rude and brought the food in a very unfriendly tone. The sauces were wrong, he didn't bring the drink, and instead of apologizing, he argued with me. It's really terrible how customers are treated here. I will never buy anything here again.😡😡

Ordered food on Lieferando, waited 2 hours for the food and nothing arrived and then it was canceled. Man should no longer offer MC on Lieferando if they are unable to accept and process orders properly. It's not the first time something like this has happened

What else should I write? Ordering via Lieferando impossible, food either incomplete and cold or arrives after 3-4 hours. They don't answer the phone either, so it's good that you're insured through Paypal and get your money back. After 2 hours of waiting, our order was canceled today! Impudence!! Complaint emails will also not be forwarded.

BEST DIET OF MY LIFE!!!! 5 STARS Thanks to the trained specialist staff, it's simply a great store for losing weight. Ordered burger+fries+salad+drink. But anyone who thinks they want to lose weight will rightly be disabused! The fries, the salad and... ah that's it. No burger and regular cola instead of a light drink. Burger just makes you fat and Diet Coke not so healthy (I don't like regular Coke). So today we had fries and salad. From now on I'll be on a McDonald's diet. Even though the salad and fries were very expensive, it was still cheaper than WightWatchers!!!! THANKS Oh... now I see that I only gave one star... But the praise should make up for this faux pas. Keep it up!

The employees were really stressed, which was clearly visible. 4 x fries from the 5 menus in our order were not packed. Unfortunately we noticed this at home. So people, pay attention to your orders if you take it to go and don't eat it on site!

Honestly...the dingiest McDonald's I've seen in a long time! Forever long waiting times for the food to be served, even though there wasn't much going on at the counter and drive-thru! Terrible service, unsympathetic, stressed and no overview! The fries were more than colorless and therefore quite limp, the burgers were simply thrown into the box!

The fries today were absolutely sublime. Exchanged once because cold and half raw. And on the second try they weren't any better. Really bad quality!

Unfortunately only 1 star. A little chubby due to the employee with a bald head and a scarf at the first window in the drive-thru. He is always totally unfriendly and anti-social. Both in the manner of speaking and in the operation. (Close the window while I ask something). The other employees are all neutral. A pity. It would be nice if that changed.

I had a menu for €5.99 2x chicken burgers 🍔, fries and a drink. The chicken burgers were so poorly prepared that I had never had them in 40 years. As if they had fallen down. Also cold. How can you give something like that to the customer? What kind of quality is this????????? I complained immediately but had to show what bad condition the burgers were in. Afterwards the two burgers were remade for me. What I don't know...was the meat taken from the burger that was returned? I only know one thing, I can't recommend the store. The employees don't feel like working there. That was my impression. And the best thing at the end: there was no manager left.

The equipment has been completely renewed again. Very bright and clean.

They can't handle it at all, they don't finish the food properly before it goes to the customers and forget several things (this happened several times), which also comes across very well when you can't even take orders properly. It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's. Me and my wife's burgers were really tasteless and very small, the fries tasted of nothing. The wrap tasted delicious, but was very poorly wrapped and fell apart a lot when eating. And it has become very expensive. Sorry McDonald's 👎

The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean. One star deducted, however, because the changeover to the new system resulted in considerable waiting times. Why simple when it can be complicated. Update 01/2024 It was catastrophic there yesterday. Not only was the branch understaffed, but the few staff were completely disorganized. Long waits at the checkout, long waits at the table and when the food was finally at the table, the burgers were shaken and not stirred. I then reassembled the burgers. It wouldn't have been bad if the food had been more than just lukewarm.

You should check everything when you order as something is usually forgotten

Wir waren Sonntag Abend dort und es war viel Betrieb. Dennoch einen Platz für 5 Personen gefunden. Reinigungskraft war ständig unterwegs. Bedienung am Tisch ging schnell nach Bestellung über die App. Dieser Ort ist gut besucht, hin und wieder muss man Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen.

Für einen milchshake komme ich gerne wieder

Gesten 2 Mc Rib ,2 Cheeseburger und Pommes to Go gekauft.... Wäre ich nicht schon zuhause gewesen, hätte ich euch die Mc Rib auf die Theke geknallt.... Furztrocken so gut wie keine Sosse.... 18 Euro bezahlt für sowas ???? Hab die Hälfte weggeschmissen.... Kann mein Geld in Zukunft auch woanders ausgeben....

Laut dem Internet sind die Frühstückszeiten an Feiertagen bis 11:30 und an normalen Tagen bis 10:30. Aus irgendeinem Grund ist es hier nur bis 10 Uhr und an Feiertagen bis 11 Uhr.

Ein sehr gute Mac Do! Schnelles Service, keine Wartezeit und die Qualität der Speisen keine Frage. Gerne wieder wenn ich in der Nähe bin

Es war sehr voll und da die Bestellterminals belegt waren, habe ich direkt an der Kasse bestellt und bezahlt. Kaum am einzig freien Tisch Platz genommen, kam auch schon die Bestellung. Hätte sogar beim Drive-In länger gedauert. Top!

McDonald’s ist für mich immer eine zuverlässige Wahl! Das Essen ist konsistent lecker, der Service ist schnell und das Personal ist stets freundlich. Ich schätze die Vielfalt auf der Speisekarte und die Bequemlichkeit, überall auf der Welt ein vertrautes Menü vorzufinden. Eine großartige Option für schnelle, köstliche Mahlzeiten!

Seit dem Umbau und mit den Terminals zum selbst bestellen geht hier alles viel schneller und genauer ab. Die Sitzplätze sind immer schön sauber und die Ablagewagen sind auch immer gut geleert. Alles in allem ist es hier sehr angenehm. 27.02.23 Ich finde es echt super wie alles jetzt funktioniert. Ich muss nicht mal von meinem Platz aufstehen um zu bestellen. Es reicht über die McDonald's App zu bestellen und die Tischnummer anzugeben. Es wird dann zu Tisch gebracht. Schade finde ich nur dass man kein Trinkgeld geben kann. Ein McDonalds fast wie alle anderen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt's komplett für alles, weil es einfach im Verhältnis viel zu teuer (geworden) ist, für das, was man geboten kommt. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 ACHTUNG LIEBE ELTERN !! EIN EINFACHES VIO-Tafelwasser (!!) in der 0,5l Plastikflasche kostet inzwischen 3,44 € !!!- ohne Pfand versteht sich! Ja, richtig gelesen! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Service und Ambiente ein weiterer Punktabzug, da völlig überfüllte "Tablettsammelstationen" und ein fast schon gelangweilter Servicemitarbeiter, der es nicht sieht, oder sehen will definitiv nicht mehr hergeben. FAZIT: Wer will, kann sich dort gerne ver.... lassen. Dann lieber zum Italiener, wo man wenigstens etwas für sein Geld bekommt!

Service nimmt leider immer weiter ab

Am Freitag dieser Woche spontan einen kurzen Halt gemacht. Hatte u.a. 2 Apfeltaschen bestellt. Nach der Bestellung habe ich mich auf die Sitzbänke mit Blick zur Ausgabe gesetzt. Beobachtete zwei Mitarbeiter, die mit einer Apfeltasche rumwedelten. Ein Mitarbeiter hatte dann das Etikett von der Apfeltasche abgemacht. Dann hatte ich meinen Blick zu meinem Sohn gedreht und die Situation vergessen. Eine Mitarbeiterin fragte dann bei der Ausgabe, ob es in Ordnung wäre, wenn ich statt zwei Apfeltaschen nur eine nehmen würde und eine Cookie Tasche. Hatte zugestimmt. Als ich zu Hause war die große Enttäuschung! Hatte die Apfeltasche bekommen an der das Etikett entfernt wurde und die Cookie Tasche war schon 25 Minuten über der Zeit laut Etikett. War total kalt und ekelig vom Geschmack. Schade, dass man so seine Kunden vergrault! Dachte das wäre nur eine gängige Praxis beim Mitbewerber - meine Enttäuschung ist groß!

Jak w każdym McDonald's, długo się czeka

Wir sind nicht die eingefleischten und regelmäßigen McDonald's Gäste, aber ab und zu muß es auch mal ein Burger sein. Das Schöne ist, dass man mit den Händen/Fingern essen kann und keinen stört es. Nach einiger Zeit waren wir mal wieder in der Filiale in St. Augustin. Der Bestellvorgang am Schalter ging zügig voran und das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Speisen wurden uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit an den Tisch gebracht und das Essen war wie meistens (man weiß ja, was einem erwartet), einfach super. Das Lokal, einschließlich Fußboden und Tische machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Habe Cheeseburger ohne Gurken bestellt hab trotzdem Gurken bekommen und war dementsprechend etwas enttäuscht. Ansonsten war aber alles okay.

Ambiente könnte schöner sein außerdem waren die Stühle und Tische dreckig hier könnte mehr Hygiene nicht schaden ..... Hoffe die küche ist Sauberer.

War lecker leider die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen. >:(

Eines der besseren Restaurants von McD. Burger schmecken immer frisch, sind heiß und ordentlich belegt. Das Personal ist schnell, könnte manchmal aber etwas mehr "Freundlichkeit" ausstrahlen. Sauberkeit ist sehr gut.

Das personal krass unmotiviert und langsam. Ich verstehe das es mal voll und anstrengend sein kann. Aber wenn man so unmotiviert arbeitet kann das nicht funktionieren. Das Essen ist fast immer kalt und selten vollständig. Man wartet ewig und kriegt dann noch dumme Kommentare vom Personal.
