It's unbelievable how hungry you can go when you're driving. Unfortunately, I almost had to scream at the lady because she didn't understand me and barely spoke German so I could understand her I specifically asked for the receipt and was told it would take a little longer, but then I received it completely crumpled I actually didn't know it would come out of the machine so crumpled😄 There was also a burger missing from my order, which isn't a bad thing at all. Something like that can happen, especially when there's a lot going on. Just for that you have the receipt specifically and you just go back to get what you paid for and then a penetrating I can look in the bag after you said twice please look there is no one in there No, sorry, but the lady felt like she wanted to jump into my car to look for this burger

Unfortunately, this Burger King has lost quality over the years. The food is perfect but there are no ordering terminals. He is also not taking part in the latest campaign.

Not at all convinced that someone else was ordering, I live 4 minutes away by car and the ordering time said was 1 hour, then they came over 30 minutes late. The order wasn't correct, the food was extremely stale, I couldn't even eat my second burger because, as everyone knows, it's bad. At the drive-in you are greeted by a pretty, littered counter that doesn't really invite you to order. After waiting 10 minutes we drove to the first counter: "No, you have to order there!" The slowest employees in the world, who also can't smile, take forever until our order is ready and all this just so that we can find out at home that we were packed with onion rings instead of a macaroni and cheese snack. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this Burger King restaurant. Been there several times, be it on foot or via drive in. When it comes to the interior, all you can say is that this restaurant actually needs to be completely renovated. The food is typically "okay" at Burger King and there are no flaws. I can only advise against it for a leisurely meal in a restaurant. The drive-in is completely run down and you order at an empty cashier booth. This is used by the restaurant as a garbage dump and while you want to order, it can also smell unpleasant. Conclusion: Food as you would expect from fast food, ambience below average (even for a Burger King restaurant).

If there were 0 stars I would give it! The delivery person sucks!! He yells at people just because he has to wait ONE MINUTE to get to the door! Short: 12 p.m., weekday, 4 cars in the drive, 9 customer groups (singles and families) in the store. 2 co-workers. 20 minutes until I placed my order, 10 minutes until the food arrived. Absolute disgrace. No soap in the toilet. How is the staff supposed to be friendly and service-oriented with so much stress. Either you take the risk of making a loss or you close the shop. At least 4 or 5 people have to work here permanently in order to have a normal work flow and so that the employees still have energy for service and cleanliness. For the reasons above, the employees are annoyed, unfriendly, quiet and do things wrong.

Everything is going haywire here! Not just once, but somehow always. If you get hungry and decide against the other fast food giant, you can't ignore Burger King. Nobody seems to care what's wrong with the ice cream machine. Regarding delivery service: You can do it if you're awake at night anyway. Ordered via Lieferando. We were amazed that Burger King delivers to Siegburg and immediately decided to try it out. The order was placed at 9pm and delivered at 12:30am. Then we were complained at the door that they don't normally deliver to this point. What can you say... General: It is what it is. It doesn't get any better!

At Burger King I order a double wopper in the drive-thru 3-4 times a year, the last time I was there I was very disappointed. It started with the waitress speaking poor German and I had to repeat my order three times (as I said, I only ordered a double wopper!). When I got my double wopper, I was disappointed a second time. Tomatoes, lettuce and onions were saved so much that they were almost undetectable in terms of taste and the Wopper was only a shadow of its former self. It's a shame, I'll probably stop by Burger King even less in the future.

The entire store urgently needs to be deep cleaned and/or renovated. Garbage everywhere, everything docked so badly, toilets dirty even right after they opened at lunchtime, without soap. Unfortunately the only Citizen King nearby and the platform-based selection is simply brilliant.

I was shocked at how dingy the restaurant was. There was a terrible amount of sticking in front of the checkout. Generally when you looked around, the whole floor in the restaurant was greasy and you could see that they weren't really cleaning thoroughly. The tables were greasy and you absolutely didn't feel comfortable in this branch.

Dirty tables, very unfriendly staff and the worst thing is the person at the drive through counter with a very long beard without protection who without hesitation packs the free dental floss with the fries. I'd rather drive 10 km more to Bonn, where the service is similarly poor, but the hygiene is at least minimal. If you could give zero stars, that would be my rating. The food is great, of course, but the staff needs to be completely replaced. Sad but true!

Years ago, when I was 47, I went to Burger King in the evening because I came back from a trip and wanted to get something to eat. The restaurant was empty except for one customer in front of me. Suddenly two guys appeared from the background and said I had pushed my way forward. As I said I didn't see anyone, they said they were standing at the back of the bar. I tried to explain further, but realized that the guys were just looking for trouble and left the place. What was also strange was that the employee lowered his head throughout the entire incident and acted as if he didn't see anything. Another customer who noticed this also left the restaurant shortly after me. He probably had enough too. I haven't been to a Burger King restaurant since. You can interpret this incident however you want, I made up my own opinion, which I don't want to repeat here.

But the 3 burgers... clapped together carelessly, all 3 had the sauces so far to the edge that there was nothing on one side, but half the burger was smeared on the other side. Likewise, all 3 burgers were cold, even though I ordered 2 burgers with extra bacon. The long chicken tasted more than just strange (sauce) and so we threw everything away. “Eaten” took place on May 24th. around 6:30 p.m.

Needs to be brought back into shape. Looks a bit run down compared to before. For us we only had King Fusion ice cream in the drive-in, which was okay... didn't really freak me out.

My friend was at the drive for me and also stated everything correctly. Unfortunately I got iced tea instead of cola and only plant nuggets instead of nuggets. I find the drink thing annoying. Plant nuggets were ok for me, but maybe very annoying for others. After all, you pay for what you get. You, as an employee, definitely don't have it easy in this store, but it would be nice if you accepted this feedback and maybe paid more attention to it next time! Haven't been there for a while. However, the overall condition has changed negatively. The employee behind the cash register seemed slightly unmotivated. Even though it was only 11:30 the floor was already partly dirty under the tables. Tables should also be wiped down after use. The music could be a little more subtle. But that's a matter of personal taste. Men's toilet also to be criticized. Toilet seat very loose and therefore more than movable. Towel machine without paper. All in all, there is room for improvement...

Receipt is not issued. The card payment device works in one of three cases. If there were just one more Burger Kind in the area, this branch would have no customers.

Very slow and inattentive service. Both the cash register, the kitchen, and the supposed shift manager made a very tired impression. Everyone seemed extremely unmotivated and exhausted. 0 was communicated. Which was also reflected in the result of the order. We had to wait about 10 minutes for 2 burgers without anyone else waiting in front of us. As I said, cooking was also noticeably slow. There was no shift manager who had an overview or would have checked to see what was going on while the queue behind us was getting longer and longer. We had only eaten half of our meal, which was unusually greasy and carelessly packed on the tray this time, because we had lost our appetite when we left the dark and obviously run-down restaurant when the last people in the queue were still standing in the same place. Everyone with a face like that... I can't imagine that it's possible to earn money in the long term, let alone that the work can be that fun. Oh yes: And the new “French fries sauce” instead of mayo is absolutely not tasty :D How do you come up with such a stupid idea to save money? Well, if we're honest, it fit in perfectly with the rest of today's visit. I hope I never feel like eating Burger King again. The chances are very good though.

This restaurant is beyond dirty. I haven't seen anything like it before, unfortunately I can't add any photos to give you an idea of ​​what this restaurant looks like. I put my citizen down after acknowledging this and left the restaurant immediately. The intermediate glazing had various food residues and fingerprints from at least several months. It hasn't been cleaned here for several months. I'm an expert and know how long something hasn't been cleaned. I'm honestly speechless that no one else saw this! Then I don't want to see what the kitchen looks like or how food is handled!

The 3rd star is only for the friendly staff and the fact that the following is slowly getting better:. You often wait a long time at the drive through and then in the evening you get hopelessly over-stocked burgers. The Crispy Chicken tasted like it was made, left out for half a day and reheated. It was correspondingly dry and “firm”. Of course, not everything is always 101% fresh in off-peak times, whether here or elsewhere, but that must have been superimposed for ages; that was also a new experience at Burger King.

Also den Burger King in Hennef finde ich eindeutig besser. Beim Burger King in Sankt Augustin sind wir schon des öfteren auf sehr unfreundliche und schlecht gelaunte Angestellte gestoßen. Es kam sogar schon vor, dass mir vor lauter Trägheit und Desinteresse das Wechselgeld nicht richtig ausgezahlt wurde. Es handelte sich dabei zwar nur um zwei Cent, dennoch denke ich, es ist ein absolutes "No-Go" Wechselgeld einzubehalten, nur weil man keinen Bock hatte, sich vorher um entsprechendes Kleingeld zu bemühen. Bei sowas vergeht mir dann auch der Appetit. Mittlerweile fahren wir dann halt lieber woanders hin. Gefällt Euch/Ihnen mein Beitrag, oder war er hilfreich, würde ich mich über einen👍freuen.

Die Speisen sind immer sehr lecker. Allerdings wird immer ein Teil der Bestellung vergessen. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Allerdings ist die Filiale unterbesetzt. Trotzdem zu empfehlen wenn man auch mal auf Soßen und Sideorder verzichten kann oder ganz abenteuerlich ein Zufallsgetränk erhalten will.

Wir waren in der Stadt zu Besuch und entschieden uns bei Burger King anzuhalten. Bei den Bewertungen waren wir erst skeptisch haben uns aber dennoch dazu entschieden. Der Junge Blonde Herr an der Kasse war wirklich sehr nett und hat und wärmstens bedient. Leider war in der Küche ein Fehler aufgetreten wodurch wir auf unsere Bestellung länger als geplant warten mussten. Der Junge Herr am Schalter hat uns sofort informiert und sich entschuldigt. In der Wartezeit hat er uns mit einem kleinen Smalltalk beschäftigt wodurch wir die Wartezeit gar nicht mehr wahrgenommen haben. Super Service 1A Gerne wieder wenn wir vor Ort sind.

Zu wenig Personal und sind voll überlastet.

Die Qualität der Burger hat sich mittlerweile verbessert. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit noch zu wünschen übrig, da es in manchen Ecken zieht. Möglicherweise ist dies auf die Lüftungsanlage zurückzuführen.

Mit der BK-Filiale in Sankt Augustin war ich nie so richtig zufrieden. Nach meinem Besuch dieser Woche, müssen die Sterne definitiv nach oben korrigiert werden. Frischer knackiger Salat, saftige Zwiebelringe, leckere Pommes und dazu frisch zubereitete Burger. WOW, so schmackhafte Burger in einem Fastfood Restaurant gibt’s selten. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Unbedingt BK-App installieren, in der App gibt’s tolle Menü Angebote.

Ziemlich runtergekommener drive in, der definitiven mal saniert werden müsste. Aber das Essen war Burger King entsprechend gut.

Ich komme manchmal um 22:00 nach der Arbeit. Ab 3 Kunden an der Theke dreh ich sofort wieder um. Das dauert dann schon 20 min., weil das Personal völlig unterbesetzt und langsam ist.

Die Bestellung war lauwarm und das Brötchen eher schon hart ...

Das essen war wie bei jedem BurgerKing, doch das Personal war unfassbar unfreundlich. Keine Begrüßung, dumm angemacht wegen der mobilen App und keine Nachfrage bei Getränk und Saucen Wahl einfach willkürlich in die Tüte geworfen und nicht mal Bescheid gegeben sondern einfach hingestellt und weggegangen. Kein Empfehlung, lieber zu der Konkurrenz die 100m entfernt ist.

Leckeres Fastfood. Zu empfehlen ist der Long Chilli Cheese. Irgendwie funktioniert die Eismaschiene genau dann nicht wenn ich Eis haben möchte. Sehr ärgerlich.

Keine Crunch-Brötchen vorrätig bedeutet: Keine Menüs, keine Kindermenüs, keine preiswerten Burger. Stattdessen also Teureres a la carte. Mit kalten Fritten. Und das es auch keine Eiswürfel gibt, weil die Maschine um halb drei noch nicht eingeschaltet wurde, passt ins Bild. Nie wieder!

Dieser Burger King muss eine neue Mannschaft haben. Noch vor ca. 2 Jahren war meine Erfahrung sehr negativ. Umso überraschter war ich bei meinem letzten Besuch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Service ist recht schnell und das Essen war richtig gut. Alles ist recht sauber und das Personal achtet auch darauf, dass das möglichst so bleibt.
