We were at McDonald's and placed an order. When we picked up our food at the self-service counter, the three employees there didn't even say hello. They seemed completely unmotivated. Even when we said 'Hello' there was no response

This McDonald's is our favorite McDonald's to go to because it is the closest to where we live. Basically, the employees there are great and the menus we ordered were prepared in a manageable amount of time. Unfortunately, the hygiene at the tables and the entire restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The tables haven't been wiped or clean for a long time. However, if you ask the employees that a table should be cleaned, this will be done immediately. The table service is completely fine.

An absolute no-go - the man at the drive-in was very unfriendly from the start and then packed me a cold, squashed burger without a burger patty. His smile as he handed it over suggests that this was actually intentional. I was able to exchange the order later with the help of a friendlier service lady, but I will certainly NEVER order anything here again.

Disaster, waiting time was more than 20 minutes and there weren't many people there at all. No sauce was packed and you can never control it when it is packed. The people were slow and lazy, only Menager worked a lot and finished everything. Very lazy people and really bad service. Never been there again.

Unfortunately the charging card was lost while charging the electric car. We contacted the branch by phone and the restaurant manager, Mr. Hafian immediately checked. He actually found the card and immediately offered to send it to our home. Absolutely recommended and very nice. We are Mr. Hafian very grateful for the willingness to help. Highly recommended

Best McDonald’s in all of Germany

It's just a McDonald's, like many others in this chain. Always good when you need something quick to eat.

Was there yesterday. The restaurant was pretty dirty. Ketchup spread over a table. There was trash on the ground everywhere. The seats were dirty. Not a nice place to eat.

Absolute disaster. Waited 45 minutes for food and then half of the order was missing and the food was cold. The same thing at the table next to us.

The food has gotten better again and maybe I was lucky with the shift. Everything went quickly and friendly. Luckily there were no Arbab workers working.

Saturday afternoon around 2:00 p.m., the last Saturday before Christmas...and this McDonalds is just...empty. Actually warning enough, but the body was weak.....Result: Dirt....extremely diluted drinks, fries that feel like they were from the day before, and burgers that you have to "assemble" together after serving, to do anything at all to be able to eat...or not, put it in the bin with this garbage. Also a form of “experience gastronomy”....never again.

It's not easy to find a table here that isn't heavily dirty and/or sticky. The food was as usual, but the guest area seems pretty run down in terms of cleanliness.

I like McDonald's. And I'm a regular customer at this McDonald's :D I like it a lot. The taste of German McDonald's is best here. It's very tasty 😜 and I just like it.

I ordered 2 kids' menus and 2 main menus, but it didn't come, not even one sauce. I got it take away, and after I arrived home, my kids were extremely upset because they didn't have them sauces. I even extra paid for it. After I called, they told me to go back there to pick up the sauces. So I should drive 15 minutes back there, plus 15 min back home, have extra expenses because of them mistake.

McDonald's just... It was quick and “fresh”.

Young boy, That was better and, above all, nicer. Not a greeting as we know it, but an incomprehensible hello through the loudspeaker. The usual and familiar question of what you would like to order was replaced by a rude mumble. Overall, it's very difficult to understand and you're hardly understood. I don't attribute this to the existing technology. The only thing that topped the entry experience was the rudeness of the employee at the handout. In the end they were allowed to keep the food. Long story short, I won't go there anymore. Honestly, it's a shame...

We had three codes from the current order to win small fries or a drink. The waitress told us that the code 9660 was invalid and no one was interested anymore. No apology, further speech or goodwill. 3 codes from 3 guests were ignored. Complaint including photos to headquarters. Not recommended.

How can a store be so incompetent? Waited half an hour for food, Sprite tasted like soap, half was missing and you had to ask several times to get everything, but in the end somehow every burger was still a chicken burger. Then the ice cream machine exploded in front of my eyes and I got another chicken burger as compensation for my €5 ice cream.

The two previous orders were not complete. The last order meant that I will no longer visit this store: I pre-ordered via the app. I arrive at the store and give the cashier the order number. He shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head. I ask if I need to reorder. No understandable reaction from the cashier. I'm told to wait. While I'm waiting, a guest with a small child in his arms asks for a high chair. The cashier then wants to give the guest a straw. The guest says "A chair for children...". The cashier then points questioningly at drink cups... I stood waiting at the checkout for about 15 minutes until an employee appeared who spoke German. Problem explained, my order was there, but it was only then put together. It's incomprehensible how people who don't speak German can be put at the checkout.

Ordered online, paid money but received no delivery, telephone contact very incompetent. Never again and especially not in advance.

Actually minus stars! Delivery ordered 90 minutes in advance. Suddenly postponed for another 90 minutes, then again 1 hour later! Then I called, the store was the wrong person to contact and Lieferando was to blame. I have never experienced such incompetent impudence, never again!

Service and staff were very friendly...but unfortunately the fries 🍟 were a bit rubbery...it's a shame because I really enjoy eating them.

This is the second time that things have been forgotten at the drive-in. Once the entire burger and yesterday the toys for the children were not packed. And that's really crap!

You don't have to say too many words about the offer at McDonalds. Unfortunately, the waiting time for the food during my visit did not live up to the standard of the term QUICK restaurant, despite the manageable occupancy. But maybe I was just unlucky. Otherwise the service was very friendly.

I would prefer not to give a star. Tables so disgusting that you have to clean them before you can sit down and eat. The floor is sticky and the seating is completely stuck together, dirty and broken. I haven't seen such a disgusting McDonald's in a long time...

Every time we order takeaway here, at least one item is forgotten. We have never experienced this in any other MCS. Something like that can happen sometimes, but every time it happens it's very questionable.

Rückgeld hat der Kassierer zweimal gezählt und hat trotzdem nicht gepasst. Es hat ewig gedauert bis das Menü fertig war. Selbst als schon zur Abholung bereit im Display stand hat es noch ca. 10 Minuten gedauert. Beim Big Tasty Bacon war dann kein Bacon drauf und auch sonst hat er nicht wie ein Big Tasty geschmeckt (vielleicht die falsche Soße oder so) Hab's nach zwei bissen zurückgehen lassen und dann meinen angebissen Bürger mit Bacon zurückbekommen. Ob mein Durchfall am nächsten Tag damit zu tun hat kann ich nur vermuten. Ich werde dort auf jeden Fall nie wieder hin gehen.

You couldn't be treated more unkindly. Got the wrong McFlurry three times and, when told, the wrong one again... When everything was right, it could hardly have been prepared more carelessly... The bald man from the drive-in also treated the customers after us with disrespect. Unfortunately, the only thing that speaks for the branch is its proximity.

The staff are not able to deliver what you order. You order a Mc frappe chocolate Oreo and three times in a row you only get half the ingredients in the shake as stated. Instead of 0.4L only 0.3L with the justification that they had no other choice and that you should take it now and be calm. However, I paid for 0.4L and not 0.3L! Very incompetent if you sell something that you cannot prepare and do not follow the order of preparation!!!

Not the first time, I ordered on site, with service at the table, and again I waited a long time for my Mc menu to get a not fresh, lukewarm Big Mc and limp, lukewarm fries. Disaster. This service no longer has anything to do with the quality and standards that Mc Donalds sets for itself.

Be sure to order and check the change if paying in cash. Even and especially if it is for consumption outside the home.

My check nugget is a bit strange but the employees are hot, a BBL I've scoffed at so far, the one at the checkout sometimes gives a kiss on the back of the neck and makes my order extra quickly

Every couple of months I crave a burger and forget why I don't go to this restaurant. Then I eat there. And immediately remember why. The fries or either old and stale or re cooked, either way, luke warm and gross. They forget the ingredients to add to the burgers 9 times out of 10. Everyone working there looks miserable and no one greets you or talks to you. The outside is a mess.

I've been going to the same McDonald's every day after school for 5 years, so I basically grew up there🔥🙏 the food is actually really expensive, tastes mangy but the employees all know me there and are correct kiss goes out chat💯💯

The only McDonalds I know where the meat tastes juicy, warm and fresh. Otherwise everything else is 0815. They once packed my ice coffee in a 0.25l cup?! Sense?? And they always come in 0.4l cups!

I come from Dormagen every time because I have never seen better than this Mc and friendly staff as here, the food is always top notch, always warm and fresh, the quality is exactly the same. The shop is always clean. I would like to give 10 stars instead of 5 stars 👍🏻👍🏻

Got the wrong glass twice instead of being informed that it might be out of stock. Burger tasted burnt, fries were cold and tasted like old grease. You couldn't get water with your menu. Napkins were not put in the bag. I threw away half of the menu because it was inedible.

This branch is a complete disaster. Absolutely incompetent staff. It's one thing not to know German... But to carry out every order incorrectly without exception borders on stupidity. The staff only has to read the papers and yet they always get everything wrong. Wrong items are always provided or things are missing. This place has a knack for hiring illiterate people.

We, especially our children, like to go to McDonald's and since this restaurant is the closest, we usually pick up food there or sometimes eat there. What can I say? The staff can be friendly, but completely incompetent when it comes to processing orders. I can't remember that we each received an order in full straight away. If you eat on site, this can still be solved. Even after the McDrive checked in the parking lot, went in to find three missing items and found out at home that a fourth was missing. When you want to get home quickly to eat before the fries are ice cold and then find out when you get home that something is missing - and not for the first time - it's annoying. Understatement. Even more so when it concerns the children; missing toys in the Happy Meal, missing squeezes, ice cream, nuggets, sauces, fake milkshakes, everything has been experienced. Not again as far as I'm concerned. We can all save ourselves the disappointment.

Good drive in and nice people. Everyone is always very helpful and polite. Neatly kept fast food shop.

The worst MCDONALD'S in the region people who work there are not nice they are arrogant every single time they forget something or they give you the wrong stuff and most of the time you wait at least 5-10 minutes just to order and there is no one in front of you and you still waiting a long time they never give you the souce or they give you what ever they want not what you asked for IF POSSIBLE EVOID IT NEVER GO THERE

Was everything OK. Worlds better than the dirty shop in Bornheim!!! In Alfter things go quickly and the composition is also right. McDonald's Bornheim should take a big leaf here.

Unfortunately I can only agree. Very unfriendly staff. Although it was emphasized several times that the food was not complete, it continued to be discussed again and again. Instead of veggie nuggets we were given chicken nuggets. It was vehemently contradicted. I have never experienced something like that. Apparently I spoke to the store manager... It's a shame that customer satisfaction isn't their top priority.

So I really have to say it was a top service 👍🏻 everything was fresh, fries fresh from the deep fryer, everything was great except for my drink, I ordered it in a reusable gift but at first I got a normal gift but then pointed it out and then I got a reusable one straight away It can sometimes happen that you make a mistake and it happens to me often because I work at McDonald's, but that's not a problem if you give the right one and then everything works out 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Since only foreigners work there, the service and friendliness of the store has declined rapidly. You constantly get incorrect orders, which are not even exchanged when corrected. The store doesn't do plant based at all, but upon request you get "fresh plant based nuggets" within 15 seconds. In other words, you only get them in plant-based packaging. Sauladen, unreasonable demands on staff. If higher structures really care about reviews, please change personnel policy and hire capable staff with appropriate training and language skills.

Got the wrong food again. After being made aware of this, the food was simply refilled and given back. The store won't see us anymore!

I found the attached note on my windshield on Friday after standing in your parking lot for 10 minutes - outside of your opening hours (!!!). Before you waste your valuable working time writing such letters, you should take a moment to think about where your sales actually come from.

The man at the counter was rude and the order was not complete. Unfortunately, it happens more and more often!

If there were minus points, they would be assigned accordingly. Staff minus people, food minus quality, ambience minus style. "Fresh" dining there would be in the zero range, but to-go is a no-go! Causes discontent in this area

Like all other MC Donals also standard menus. You know what you're getting. Fast service, food is ready within a few minutes and even brought to the table. The ambience was not to our liking in terms of McDonald's.

They always say it so casually... but the atmosphere here is pretty subterranean. I don't think we've learned how to greet customers here, the employees seem annoyed... they speak their own language here and stand in a mob behind the counter Sitting at the table, the rubbish from the car opposite us was stacked on the table. Two minutes later the lady finished work and went home. Our romance of eating next to the rubbish was adorned with cold fries... You only get half for the money, but this store makes you want to stay away.

Ordered to go. Travel distance 3 minutes. Cold fries, chili burger with exactly one slice of jalapeño on it. Ordered a burger with only meat and cheese and got it fully topped. Very disappointed. Only eat in the house, so at least you can complain.

Unfortunately, my kids want to go to the big M every now and then. I haven't liked it for years. Today, however, was the highlight. The entire parking lot was iced over, the cars barely got out of the parking lot 🤨

Halbstarke Schüler nach der Schule bauen einfach Blödsinn am Tisch nerven andere mit Krach und man will nur in Ruhe einen Big Rösti essen. Personal sagt nix Manager wirft die Kids nicht mal raus. Unglaublich kein Benehmen ich geh woanders essen. Solltet ihr auch.

Ich warte 15 min auf einen Milkshake und dan sagen sie mir das die Maschine kaputt ist

Das Essen ist sehr schlecht schickes mit Nuggets waren trocken und die Burger haben auch nicht geschmeckt

Der Drive-In war über Mittagszeit nie überfüllt, essen kam schnell und war warm. Die Einfahrt (Kurve) um zum Schalter zu gelangen ist etwas eng.

Bestellung kam verspätet, bei den Cheeseburgern keine Zwiebelchen drauf und recht kühl schon, falscher Shake gegeben worden, Cola ohne Eis bestellt und doch waren sie drin. Die Leitung war nett und wollte die Fehler ausbessern.

Es war ein schöner Tag und anlässlich des warmen Wetters dürstete es unserem Gemütern nach einem abkühlendem Gebräu, auch bekannt als eisgekühlter Milchshake. Rasch wurde ein Entschluss gefasst. Von dem vorhandenen Alternativen zur Befriedigung unseres einfachen Bedürfnisses war der Burger King zunächst die erstbeste Wahl. Nach einer kurzen Wegstrecke, die wir leicht und unbeschwert, frohen Mutes mit unsererem Wagen zurücklegten, waren wir fest enzschlossen, den maximalen Komfort zu genießen und das anstehende Kaufgeschäft bequem über den Drive-In abzuwickeln. Zu unserer größten Verägerung und Enttäuschung mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft allerdings feststellen, dass die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung des Drive-In aus technischen Gründen nicht bestand. Wutentbrannt über die Nachlässigkeit der dort angestellten Mitarbeiter bei Burger-King, die es offenbar nicht geschafft hatten, die bestehenden technischen Probleme zu vermeiden oder rechtzeitig zu unserer Ankunft zu beheben, entschieden wir schnell, unser Geld an einem anderen Ort zu bringen, der es eigentlich viel weniger verdient hätte. Bei diesem Ort handelte es sich um eine der hiesigen Filialen der Mcdonalds-Kette. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt betrachteten wir dies, trotz unserer Wut, noch als vorübergehended Ärgernis. Allerdings hatten wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht den leistesten Hauch einer Ahnung, dass dies erst das Vorspiel zu einer noch viel scheußlicheren, grauenvolleren Tragödie werden sollte. Nach einer weiteren kurzen Wegstrecke erreichten wir auch schon das neue Ziel. Ein großes, stolzes, gelbes, hässliches M prangte gut sichtbar über dem Gebäude. Hier waren wir wohl richtig, um unseren Bedarf zu decken. Dieser hatte sich auch schon verändert. Statt lediglich einer leichten Abkühlung war nun angesichts des vorangegangenen Ärgernisses ein gutes Mal der neue Gegenstand unserer Begierde. Mit der Unsicherheit eines Gelegenheitskunden im Gegensatz zum Stammkunden betraten wir das Gebäude, begaben uns zu den Bildschirmen, um den Kontakt mit den seelenlosen und innerlich verrotteten Mitarbeiter zu vermeiden, die ihre Seele an das große M zu einem spottbilligen Preis verhökert hatten. Wir bestellten, warteten artig auf die Ausgabe unserer Mahlzeit und setzten uns an einen der zahlreichen freistenden Tische. Leicht genervt und verdrossen begannen wir damit, uns unsere Mahlzeit einzuverleiben. Nach einigen wenigen genüsslichen Augenblicken, die mir im Rückblick wie die sprichwörtliche Ruhe vor dem Sturm erscheinen, brach das Entsetzen über mich herein. Auf meiner Zunge spürte ich etwas Ungewöhnliches, dem verzerrten Mal fremdartiged. Alamiert begann ich zögernd, etwas peinlich berührt, dieses Etwas aus meiner Mundhöhle zu entfernen. Als es vollbracht war, richtete sich mein Blick auf das Entfernte. Zunächst verstand ich es nicht, doch dann klärte sich mein Blick und ich erkannte das Unfassbare: Es handelte sich um ein kleine schwarze Kreatur, ein Insektoide auf sechs Beinen. Es war die gemeine Feld-Wald-und-Wiesen-Ameise. Schockiert und angewiedert schaffte ich es gerade so, meinen Brechreiz zu kontrollieren. Verängstigt unntersuchte ich meinen Milchshake und musste zu einem noch gesteigerten Entsetzen weitere ehemals lebendige Exemplare in diesem erkennen. Nachdem ich hautnah erlebt hatte, wie die Würde des Menschen auf so feige Art in Frage gestellt wurde, wusste ich nur einen Weg, diesem Wahnsinn Herr zu werden und verließ augenblicklich diesen Abgrund menschlichen Versagens, der Inkompetenz, der Fahrlässigkeit und der Schande. Ich ersehne seitdem den Tag, an dem einer kommen und das große M in den Staub treten und in das Reich des Vergessens befördern, und so das Gleichgewicht des Kosmos wieder herstellen wird. Möge dann der rechtmäßige Anwärter auf die Nachfolge, der nach unserer Ansicht nur der Burger King sein kann, auf diesem Markt herrschen.

Dauert sehr lange. Personal komisch. Ambiente nicht sehr ansprechend. Essen lauwarm und labberig. An den Pommes fehlt Salz. So la la
