Both menus were cold! The fries were soggy and cold, a catastrophe, the citizens were old and disgusting! We left 24 euros there and we regret it! It's better to go to the supermarket and get something from the bakery!

We come from the Berlin area and so far this branch has been by far the best. Unfortunately, you don't always expect such good things from fast food restaurants. We were totally surprised and liked this one on the island of Fehmarn. The food was ready super quickly, fresh, hot and topped just as the pictures suggest. The staff friendly and very careful. The tables were cleaned regularly and properly prepared (chairs pushed in, etc.). The process seemed calm and structured, despite many orders. It was our last evening here and we didn't actually want to go to McDonalds. Now we were happy because we also tried the "M" today and luckily here. Absolutely delicious. Like many branches, a latte or cappuccino on the way home is always worth a stop. Unfortunately the toilets are very unclean and it spoils your appetite before eating 😞

what happened here? I've been coming to the island for many years and McDonald's is always the first stop when I arrive. The food itself is fresh, you wait a little longer - great! But why is it only possible to order at the terminal? That was what the friendly lady at the checkout said. Mc Flurry is sold out and Mc Rib isn't currently available either?? The shop itself and the outside area were completely dirty, the tables were sticky. Beach chairs?Removed. It's a shame, something urgently needs to change here.

Very dirty McDonald's. The floor and tables were dirty and sticky. The chairs and benches were very worn.

Something was wrong with the food. A short time later the food came out again through various body openings...

I wanted to grab a Big Mac quickly today.....at the checkout and behind it there were at least 5 people standing around and I was still directed to this touchscreen self-service board..... When I entered I thought everything was pretty dingy, the entrance door and windows were dirty and no one had wiped this touchscreen for at least a week... so many fingerprints, just disgusting and I'm glad I didn't touch anything there, let alone buy something to eat have No stars!!!

We really enjoy coming to this McDonald's on our vacation on Fehmarn! Food and service are always very good. Unfortunately, the animated play table for children was canceled this time. But we will always come back!!!

Dirty, just dirty... Feet stick to the floor from grease, no toilet paper and no paper to dry your hands in the toilet.😖

Unfortunately, I have to say that I have never seen a McDonald's that was so dirty, there was a lot of leftover food on the floor, the tables weren't cleaned, the WS 🚺 area was stinky and everything was overfilled with paper, the floor was wet, the soap dispenser was empty or didn't work, I tried it in the changing room, exactly the same thing🙈 Trash cans overflowing outside Maybe I had a bad day... If my kids didn't really want to get something, I would turn around and leave, but I had to go through with it There wasn't even a lot going on, but the food was made so quickly that it completely fell apart, I had to fold it and roll it up myself, 🤷🏼‍♀️I was really upset today.

It was very full and there were long queues at the ordering terminals. The trolley for the tray to be delivered was completely overcrowded. The outside area wasn't clean, there were empty cups and burger boxes lying around everywhere

The restaurant looks worn out. The staff is friendly. When we were here, all the ice machines were broken.

I would prefer to give 0 stars, the worst McDonald's there is in Germany. You should report it to the health department. The McSunday tastes sour and is an absolute disaster. Don't go there!

This McDonalds is not very big, but it is easily enough for the location as it is only busy in season. Unfortunately, employees were completely annoyed, but at least the tables were always cleaned. The ordering terminals were completely dirty and need to be cleaned on busy days. Food was as usual except my ice cream, which wasn't stirred 🙈.

Waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru was a bit annoying, but then not finding any meat on the cheeseburger and drinking a melted milkshake ruined our mood 😕 which is a shame considering the prices now

Ordered via the app, didn't get anything, there was no salad left for the buggers, you could have offered without it or gotten salad from Lidel

So far one of the few shops where you receive friendly service and are not directly harassed. The food has always been right so I can't complain. Great 👍🏼

Breakfast was good. But it took forever and due to a lack of knowledge of German, questions were difficult to answer.

The service was great, but the food was just bad. With my MC Rib the bun was hard, a small dollop of sauce and the pickles were just plain old. Not the standard as usual.

When does that happen? Visit these shops again and again, although there are also shops that are really real raisins and are well run. However, this shop was not particularly well managed, which of course has an impact on the rating. What's the point of the best service if the ambience and food cannot be proven to be that high. It is not only important that the service works, but also that the tables are cleared accordingly after use because many people forget to take away the tablet. The toilets also always have to be checked regularly, which also has a bit of an impact on the ambience and the service knocks down.

Good food and you can get it very cheaply with the app

Unfortunately the drinks came wrong and dirty. In general, the store isn't really clean and the staff isn't exactly friendly. I probably won't enter this store again and I advise everyone not to, check out the other reviews!

Wow, what happened here? As always, the food was at a great McDonald's level. If you're not into fast food, you have no business here. The location, however, was the dirtiest branch so far. There were crumbs and chips everywhere. The way it was “swept” there from time to time, no wonder. The toilets were dirty and there were leftover burgers in a basin. The highlight, however, was the service employee who brought us the food. A subtle hint of sweat is still an understatement. Every time he passed our table, the smell flew with him. Either all the other employees there are smell-blind or no one tells them. It certainly matched the cleanliness, yummy!

Very disappointing, they don't offer Oreo Chocolate McFlurry (got the money back), I ordered a strawberry shake with chocolate sauce, I only received the strawberry shake without sauce The garbage was piling up by the dish cart even though there were hardly any customers

The food took almost 20 minutes after ordering, even though there were only a maximum of 15 people there. The entire restaurant was very dingy. Tables were greasy, there was food on the floor, and the food return ramps were hopelessly overcrowded. For me, one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've seen If it looks like that in the restaurant, I don't want to look behind the scenes. It's a shame, my little one was really looking forward to it

Ordered 2 Sprite and got water. Then I didn't want to give any sauce to the fries, I got them 3 times and I was also allowed to pay. The fries, burgers and curly fries were cold. Not me again!👎

I've been to many McDonald's branches. And of course they are all just as good. You can taste the freshness of the burgers. You notice a difference between fresh and older burgers. But the real quality of the branch is best seen when it is busy. Then you can see how many orders are made incorrectly. There was a lot going on here today. And some of the staff were apparently missing. But it was nice to see how well this team worked together. And not much went wrong. So you can say that every McDonald's restaurant is good, but in my opinion, this is one of the best.

No matter how busy it is, the staff stays calm and the food is ready quickly. 👍

Delicious, fresh and hot. In this branch, everything is freshly prepared and brought to the table immediately. Great service here in Burg. Really recommended.

Unfortunately, I've never received a complete order here (I'm lying). I just got home and noticed again that a whole pack of nuggets was missing. There wasn't much going on in the store!

Great McDonald's. Hardly any waiting time as there are enough order terminals available. There is also a large parking lot with a playground.

Nice shop with lots of outside space. Paying in cash at the checkout was also very quick, in other stores you tend to be ignored if you don't order from the machine.

I was just there. They said there were no more glasses even though there was advertising. Eating really abnormal. If you ask to pay less because of the glasses, you will be insulted. greeting

I have tried many Mcdonalds, but only a few have offered a sandwich as if it were straight out of an advertisement, everything in its place and in order. I have never had to reassemble a sandwich that came out of this fastfood restaurant. The staff is friendly and the place is well looked after and tidy, food always fresh and not stale….here I ate my best Bigtasty

We visited Fehmarn today. Finally, four of us (2 adults and two small children) wanted to eat at McDonald's. The door was held open for us by an employee. That was my first time at McDonald's. When we ordered our food at the terminal, our daughter received a balloon from the employee who held the door open for us. We thought that was really nice. The food was like always at McDonald's. Unfortunately it wasn't particularly clean. On our next trip to Fehmarn we will stop at MC Donalds on Fehmarn again.

It's been a long time since I've seen such a dirty McDonald's as in Burg au Fehmarn. We wanted to eat there and had our dog with us. Inside it didn't matter where it was, we were already looking for something sticky and dirty. We then went out to the closed children's play area even though it wasn't warm...we won't be going to Mc Donalds on Fehmarn anymore. The food wasn't like usual at Mc - not too much to be expected and then these employees - I'd rather not express my opinion on this...

All of the food that you can buy there is packaged and this food produces too much packaging waste. More reusable gear should be used.

Been there twice in a week, April 24th, not much going on, both times hot fries, hot burger and everything at the table within 5 minutes of ordering, great, friendly staff, nothing to complain about on Fehmarn

I don't understand the bad reviews. I pre-ordered in the app, showed the code on site and the nice ladies brought the food to our table. Everything fresh and delicious. Only the ambience, the shop is very small and quite crowded, but it is also a fast food restaurant.

Was just there. A single “sow Found a "bere" table, but under the table it looked as if you could only get there with rubber boots. I decided to leave the store because I was afraid I'd catch something. Well, the kebab in town was okay

The dirtiest McDonald's we've ever seen. Went there at lunchtime and the floor looked like it hadn't seen a broom or mop in days. The windows are full of grease from someone who tried to clean the windows at some point. The burgers taste the same everywhere, but they were even more picky than usual.

We've eaten here several times on vacation... no matter when we were there, always fresh/hot food! This is not available in any other branch in our homeland!!! The team was always friendly and everything was clean! We have no complaints, thanks for everything 👍👍👍

McRib Menü plus Coupon Nuggets und Coupon Doppel-Cappucino (mit der Bitte die mitgebrachten Becher zu nutzen ). Kaffee wurde von Pappbecher in McD-Mehrwegebecher umgekippt.."das müssen wir so machen wegen der korrekten Menge Seeehr nachhaltig 🤣🤌 McRib kalt..Pommes zuwenig - einmal Majo fehlte..keine Verbesserung zum vorherigen Betreiber (von vor 2 Jahren) Personal bemüht sich aber freundlicher aufzutreten .. Achso und für die TimeLine Shake und Softeis defekt (seit gestern probiert und bisher nicht möglich)

An der Tür ist ein Aufkleber mit der Aufschrift "Qualität durch Ausbildung". Das trifft hier wohl nicht zu. Ein Buger war nicht durch sondern halb roh, ein Burger war nicht komplett und die hälfe der Bestellung hat gefehlt. Kann ich also nicht weiter empfehlen

Ein normaler MD halt. Wir bestellten Milchkaffee und Latte zum vor Ort trinken. Es kamen Papp Becher....... Auf Nachfrage warum wir keine Tassen bzw Gläser bekommen hätten hieß es das alle Gäste lieber Becher wollen. Also reklamiert und Tassen bekommen. In diese wurde das Getränk vom Papp Becher einfach umgeschüttet. Kein Milchschaum, kein Glas für die Latte. Wieder reklamiert und immerhin beim dritten Versuch das richtige bekommen.

Einmal und nie wieder Geld im müll für schlechtes essen. Chickenburger euer ernst? Ekelhaft trocken klein bei dem Preis. Pommes pappig eiskalt ..!!! Bauchschmerzen danach gehabt ko***Gefühl.. Big mac ? Nennt ihr das so? ...zwei Scheiben Brot trockenes Fleisch genauso trocken ungenießbar!!!! Dame an der Kasse ...geht. Personal stand im Empfangsraum hinterm Tresen alle beim klönen!!! Unglaublich Es wird gefegt zwischen den Füßen wenn man da sitzt!!!! Einmal und nie wieder!!!!!

Sind sehr oft da, Ist aber sehr unangenehm die Neue Chefin Meckern zu hören und sich Beschwerd über Kleinigkeiten oder Mitarbeiter. Sie sollte den Ton mal besser senken. Man hört das sogar im Restaurant. Sehr unangenehm. Die Mitarbeiter waren dort immer gut und freundlich... Chefin sollte gewechselt werden

An sich ist alles super und immer gut. Aber heute kamen wir hier an und die neue Chefin fängt an die Mitarbeiter anzubrüllen und das vor den Kunden. Finde sowas gehört sich nicht. Einfach unfreundlich und dann sagt man nicht mal hallo oder guten Tag. Gehen hier gerne hin aber nach sowas sollte man überlegen ob man seine Kunden nicht vergrault und diese vllt nicht wieder kommen

Essen war gut und schnell zubereitet... aber die WCs stinken zum Himmel und der Boden im Laden klebt wie Pattex.

Im Grunde wie jeder MC. Aber für der fehlenden barrierefreien Zugang (Stufe zum Eingang) gibt's nur 2 Sterne im Service.

Völlig überlaufen und planlos wirkende Mitarbeiter. Bei 13°C Außentemperatur läuft innen die Klimaanlage und war ohne Jacke nicht erträglich. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl hier lange willkommen zu sein.

Ein typischer McDonald's. Qualität der Speisen ist wie gewohnt. An der Sauberkeit gibt es jedoch noch starke Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Für uns ist es die einzige Filiale , die wirklich das in die Tüte packt ,was bestellt wurde . ( Es gibt leider Filialen da läuft dieses Thema überhaupt nicht Z.B IM POSTLEITZAHLBEREICH 27755- ES FEHLT IMMER IRGENDWAS , KEINE CHECKE von irgendwas,oder vielleicht auch Mutwillig) Also von uns gibt s hier auf Fehmarn ,die Daumen hoch 👍.

Typischer McDonalds ohne mccafé. Nichts besonderes. Bisschen dreckig . Essen war warm und okay

Dreckigster MC Donalds ever. Personal sehr jung, sehr freundlich, aber sehr langsam und überfordert, teilweise lustlos. Tische und Boden verdreckt. Der Knaller waren die Toiletten: dreckig, schmierig, versifft und schon länger nicht gereinigt. Als professionelle Reinigungskraft hat es mich wirklich geekelt Manchmal Autobahn WC ist sauberer.

Das Personal ist freundlich, man fühlt sich da wohl. Danke!Weiter so!
