McDonald's in Fehmarn

Haben etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt und die 20er checken mcniggets Box hat gefehlt. Sehr ärgerlich für die Kids und unakzeptabel fürs uns als Eltern

Das Essen war trocken, aber warm. Es wirkte, als hätte es schon zu lange gestanden. Der Käse in den Burgern war nicht einmal geschmolzen.

Einfach wie immer und wie alle andere McDonald’s

Freundliches Personal, schneller Service,

Sauber aber die Nuggets waren alt und hart

Muss man wirklich jeder Bestellung kontrollieren. Das kann doch nicht sein das man eine online Bestellung nicht korrekt ausgeführt. Ein Burger fehlt. Es kann doch nicht so schwierig sein. Und wenn man es nicht kontrolliert hat man Pech gehabt. Sehr ärgerlich. 😡

Das schmeckt alles nicht mehr und ist Arsch teuer geworden

Wir haben einen super freundlichen und netten Service gehabt.

Böden und Tische sind nicht grad sauber

Hier darf man nur mit Karte bezahlen, was ich auch heute zum ersten Mal erfahren habe. Ich kenne es, das bei anderen Mc Filialen immer eine separate Kasse steht und man mit Bargeld noch bezahlen kann. Hier nicht. Ich wurde aufgefordert am Terminal zu bestellen und mit Karte zu bezahlen. Das ich momentan keine Karte dabei habe, wurde sprachlich nicht verstanden und ich wurde ignoriert. Na dann, ab in Auto und wo anders auch lecker gegessen. Das habe ich, ich komme aus NRW, noch nie erlebt. Ich weiß jetzt bescheid und esse halt wo anders.

War jetzt das dritte Mal dieses Jahr dort und immer zum mitnehmen genommen. Jede Bestellung war unvollständig. Das ich diese Bewertung jetzt schreibe hat das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht. Habe für meinen 3-jährigen Sohn ein Happymeal bestellt. Statt der Süss-ssauer Soße gab es dann für meinen Sohn die Chili-scharf Soße. Genau das richtige für Kinder. Der Supergau war dann das auch noch das Spielzeug vergessen wurde. Ein trauriges und bockiges Kind war dann die Folge, das dann auch nix mehr gegessen hat. Und ganz ehrlich , bei MC Drive war kein Auto und im Laden haben nur 2 Männer mit mir gewartet auf eine Bestellung. In der Küche waren 8 Leute, da war wirklich kein Stress. Beim letzten Mal hatte ich so ne große Chickenbox geholt und ich habe nicht eine Soße bekommen. Update 18.05.2026 Hat sich nix geändert. Waren letzten Mittwochabend 20 Uhr da. Eigentlich kaum was los, dennoch mussten wir 25 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, dann fehlten die Pommes und Spielzeug war falsch. Der kleine Milchshake war nur halb gefüllt , also ca nur 0,15l. Die ganzen Tabletts mit Müll standen auf den Tresen weil die Rollwagen alle voll waren...

Wir sind schon über mehrere Jahre bei diesem MC Donalds gewesen und es war immer in Ordnung. Heute ist uns aufgefallen, dass es sich deutlich verbessert hat und sehr gut organisiert war. Ein Mitarbeiter hatte alles im Blick und alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und schnell am Tisch. Alles wurde sauber gehalten und sogar der Spielturm draußen war sauber, sodass unsere Kinder diesen gern genutzt haben. Vielleicht liegt es auch an den eher dürftigen Bewertungen in der Vergangenheit, aber wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der positiven Veränderung bei diesem MC Donalds und kommen gerne wieder.

Cappuccino steht fast acht Minuten auf der Theke und wartet auf den Burger. Ich reklamiere berechtigt und verlange das ein neuer Cappuccino gemacht wird. Der Typ geht dann ich die Küche und holt diesen Burger der noch gefehlt hatte 😜 Den Rest erzähl euch der Mülleimer 😂

Ich war heute das erstmal bei euch. Ich war zufrieden. Der BigMäc war sehr trocken!!

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen für McDonald's, aber hier mache ich eine Ausnahme. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns den Tag versüßt, als wir während einer langen Autofahrt unerwartet dort zu Abend aßen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben bei McDonald's Fehmarn etwas erlebt, was mich immer noch fassungslos macht. Wir wollten einen Kaffee am McDrive holen, und haben ewig vor dem Ausgabefenster gestanden. Nach 10 min haben wir kurz gehupt, weil unser Kaffee nicht kam. Einer der fünf Leute, die dort waren, fragte was wäre und wir sagten, dass wir auf unseren Kaffee warten. "Ja ja der kommt" hieß es. Nach einer Viertelstunde hatten wir immer noch keinen Kaffee. Wieder hupen, wieder ein Mitarbeiter der sagte, ja der kommt gleich. Nachdem wir noch länger warteten, bequemte sich jemand, den Kaffee zu machen und kam ans Fenster. Ich sagte, dass wir aber einen großen bestellt hätten, keinen kleinen. Darauf sagte der Mann, er könne uns nen großen Becher dazu geben und ob wir ihn blöd anmachen wollten. Er lief wieder zurück, machte einen großen ( ich glaube, er hat den kleinen Kaffee einfach in einen großen Becher geschüttet, denn das ging plötzlich ganz schnell) und kam wieder ans Fenster. Unfassbar, - widerliche Mitarbeiter, irre lange Wartezeiten und die Erkenntnis, dass wir da NIE wieder da hinfahren werden...😠

Zum Glück hatte dieser McDonald's noch geöffnet, als schon alle anderen Restaurants in Burg geschlossen waren, sonst wäre unsere Rückfahrt aus Dänemark sehr hungrig verlaufen. Das Essen war McDonald's-Typisch, wurde frisch an den Tisch gebracht, und die Mitarbeiter waren trotz der späten Stunde sehr freundlich. Nur die Klimaanlage war viel zu kalt eingestellt, wir haben trotz Jacke drinnen gefroren.

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass man so einfaches Essen bei McDonald’s so ruinieren kann. Die Pommes waren so salzig, dass man sie unmöglich essen konnte. Das war kein Essen mehr, sondern einfach nur Salz mit Kartoffelgeschmack. Der Roll mit Hähnchen und Bacon war kalt und hatte einen seltsamen Nachgeschmack. Es fühlte sich so an, als ob die Produkte viel zu lange herumgelegen hätten. Ehrlich gesagt bleibt nach so einem „Mittagessen“ nur eine Frage: Kontrolliert dort überhaupt jemand die Qualität des Essens?

Mäßige Qualität bei gewürfelten Bestellungen. Wir hatten zu zweit 5 dinge bestellt, von denen eines nur ein getränk war. Ergebnis: Getränk war da Der burger auch Fritten haben gefehlt Der "vegetarische" Wrap war mit bacon Die "vegetarischen" Nuggets waren aus fleisch. Die nuggets waren zumindest aufgefallen, der Wrap leider erst nach dem ersten bissen. Die nuggets wurden zwar getauscht, aber nach dem bissen im wrap wäre ich am liebsten gegangen ohne zu zahlen. Mir ist es wirklich unverständlich wie man bei digital bestellten gerichten 3 von 5 falshc machen kann und dann auch noch 2 von 2 vegetarischen gertichten mit fleisch ausliefern kann. Von meinen letzten 4 Mc donalds besuchen wurde 3 mal fleisch anstatt das bestellte vegetarische ausgegeben. Das muss ich mir in dieser Zeit wirklich nicht mehr antun. Das hier war das letzte mal bei der Kette. Definitiv nie weider. Bei burger king bekommt man immerhin was man bestellt.

Nun ja, meine Zunge ist schwach und es ist kalt im Flur, wenn ich im Februar zu Besuch bin.

Ich kann ja Verstehen das um die mittagszeit es voll ist, aber bei einer Bestellung aus 1 veggi burger 1 veggi wrap und 20 veggi nuggets + curly fries mit getränk nur burger und getränk richtig zu haben ist schon kunst curlyfries erstmal garnicht auf dem tablett veggi nuggets war eine chicken nugget wing combo welche auch mit dem promo fähnchen gekennzeichnet war und der an der kasse mir bis er reinschaut erzählt das das doch veggi nuggets sein. Nachdem ich curlyfries und nuggets bekommen hatte zurück am tisch um meinen Wrap zu futtern musste ich beim ersten bissen feststellen das dieser auch nicht veggi war und ich am ende rinfach nurnoch frustriert diesen Laden verlassen habe... Fazit: wenn ihr das essen was ihr bestellt habt auch erhalten wollt geht woanders hin

Wenn ich könnte würde ich nicht einen Stern geben . Das Personal super unfreundlich versteht kaum Deutsch. Wir waren 4 Tage auf Fehmarn und waren 2x bei Mc Donalds jedes Mal war was falsch es wurde kaum verstanden was wir wollen . Ich würde mal über einen Personalwechsel nachdenken .

Ich gebe diesen McDonald's mal 4 Sterne, ja das Essen ist halt typisch für McDonald's, also in Ordnung, aber das weiß man ja, wenn man zu McDonald's fährt. Was ich hier gerne mag, sind die sehr netten Mitarbeiter. Ich finde das sind die nettesten Mitarbeiter die ich eh bei McDonald's hatte. Sehr nett

Trotz wenig Betrieb sehr lange Wartezeit.

Wir waren heute nach unserer langen Anreise in der Filiale. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und war beim Servieren auch noch entsprechend heiß. Alle Sonderwünsche (ohne Gurke, ohne Käse, ohne Eiswürfel) wurden erfüllt. Das die Burger auseinanderfallen können wir nicht bestätigen. Das Essen wurde schnell gebracht. Frei gewordene Tische wurden zeitnah abgewischt. Das überall Tablets auf den Tischen stehen, hat man ja eher den jeweiligen Gästen zu verdanken die ihr Zeug nicht wegräumen. Bei uns gab es genug Platz in den Tabletwagen. Für uns eine gute und normale McDonald's Atmosphäre. Aktuell keine Gründe zur Beanstandung, deshalb volle Punktzahl.

Wir kommen auf unseren Urlaubsreisen immer wieder gern zu Mc Donalds in Burg auf Fehmarn. Das Restaurant ist sauber, die Bedienung freundlich, es wird auch nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Essen schmeckt und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Bis bald mal wieder, viele Grüße aus Hamburg 🌸

Leider war es durch die Klimaregelung viel zu kalt.Sehr unangenehm sodass man gar keine Lust mehr hatte dort zu essen. Burger war einfach zusammen geklatscht dass schon beim ersten reinbeissen alles auseinander fiel.Da gibt es weit aus ein besseren.

Unbelievable! I ordered again via the app on Boxing Day and absolutely nothing worked. We order every two weeks on Fehmarn using the app and pick up directly there. I order from home and my wife comes from Heiligenhafen and picks it up on her way home from work. There are always new employees at the McDrive checkout. There have often been problems because I wasn't present with the order and they couldn't find it in the system, even though I have a code that can also be given in the restaurant if something goes wrong. After many discussions, it's usually always found. This time, however, the staff was incredibly rude and condescending, saying we must have ordered somewhere else and treating us like idiots. Even the branch manager refused to help and insisted that the order only works if you're present with your phone. It worked two weeks ago. Just like it has for the past three years. Unbelievable. We pay for everything and don't receive our food. We've never had any problems at other branches using the same procedure. Only on Fehmarn are there constant problems. Refunds never go smoothly, and you're always left with the bill. Even though we always bought food there, which isn't exactly healthy, we're definitely done with this branch. Countless times we didn't get everything we ordered. Either sauces were missing, we got the wrong burger, or there wasn't enough of what we paid for. You only notice it at home, even though they tell you to check your order on-site. But who checks everything meticulously, causing a traffic jam at the drive-thru, and then gets rudely told off by the staff? That's it. My recommendation: Find another McDonald's, but not this one. It's unbelievable how this branch is managed. Customer-oriented work and guidelines are, in my opinion, nonexistent there, as you can read in many reviews. We're self-employed ourselves, but we couldn't survive with this kind of customer service. I don't understand why things don't improve despite the reviews and the attempts to talk to the branch manager on-site. I've never experienced such rudeness and a complete lack of understanding.

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat while our holiday home was being prepared! It wasn't busy, the food arrived very quickly, and we had hot fries and a super tasty McRib. Even while we were eating, a staff member came by to ask if we needed anything. The restrooms were very clean and freshly mopped! We would definitely come back here on our next holiday!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered coffee and the machine wasn't working properly, but the nice employee didn't give up until I got my coffee. That's what I call service-oriented.

McDonald's used to be a decent place, but it's disgusting.

UPDATE: Nobody ever contacted us... even though they said they would... pathetic service 🤔 Best to give it -5 or even less... The restaurant was dirty, the chairs and tables were sticky. The cheeseburger had no cheese, no ketchup or mustard, a dried-out pickle, and a dry bun. The chicken mango wrap had no chicken, but plenty of thick slices of pickle. The fries were only half-eaten and cold. It's a shame we didn't eat in; we would have gone straight back. This restaurant is not recommended.

I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before – waiting ages just to order and then almost as long again for the food to arrive. Plus, the burgers were already cold – so probably the slowest McDonald's in all of Germany.

Rude, cheeky, and aggressive towards customers. Special orders are generally wrong, and if you complain, you get snapped at.

You're not allowed to swap characters. Is that a directive from above? Why not McDonald's management?

No matter what you order at Dive In, something's always missing. Today again: It was quiet, and yet the fries were missing, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. Recently, the sauces were missing, and another time a burger. It can't be that hard to read from the screen. And the food was only slightly warm to cold. And requests like "no ice in the drink" aren't accommodated.

Cleanliness is something else entirely.

Waited 10 minutes for an ice cream, even though there were only three tables occupied. The ice cream arrived half-empty, with almost no sauce, and without a tablet. I've seen better from other branches.

We had a great team during our visit today – everyone was extremely friendly! Otherwise, everything was fresh and as ordered.

The used trays were very dirty, lying around. There was no toilet. The burgers were cold and had been made with a lot of love for the job. They looked terrible, and they tasted terrible, too. I'm a regular here in Eschwege and have never experienced such filth.

This is probably the shabbiest McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Dirty floor, all the tables filthy, the restroom completely unusable. The food was served lukewarm to cold. One star is still too much!

We once returned a spare part that ended up in our drink. The employees were very satisfied. They were very friendly and grateful, and we were rewarded with a coffee.

Tables slightly dusty with sand. Staff speaks German and is friendly. Unfortunately, the terminals are impersonal. The food arrived very quickly.

Unfortunately, the change of operator didn't change the poor service. You shouldn't have to wait 23 minutes for your food at a fast-food chain restaurant. On top of that, the iced tea tasted like water that had been poured past the iced tea. The burger boxes still had the time-stamped stickers on them, so at least you knew how long your burger had been waiting to be eaten. Unfortunately, very disappointed 😞.

I don't know if it was the day or if it's normal for regular McDonald's customers, but I have rarely experienced such bad McDonald's food in such a greasy and sticky restaurant. Cold, wobbly fries, nuggets soaked in grease where the breading was separating from the inside, hard and greasy - my stomach was still sick all day. The two young male employees were standing around a lot and the yellow rag that I saw in the corner of my eye (used to wipe things down????) should have disappeared as quickly as possible. The floor was completely sticky and dirty, as were the benches and tables. That's just not acceptable, sorry guys, they serve food here. And I don't want to know what the kitchen or the toilets look like. Never again.

The ice cream isn't "tapped" fresh from the machine like everywhere else, but comes ready-made from the refrigerator and tastes as if it's already thawed. It also has a yellow tinge, which might even be hazardous to your health. Hopefully, the health department will take a look. It's inedible! This wasn't the first time, by the way; there's a system here.

Typical McDonald's, I ate my double rib here. It was once again super juicy and simply delicious.

We ordered chocolate ice cream, but got vanilla ice cream. It's not as if the toppings were swapped; the basic ingredients for the dish were wrong in two ice creams. Furthermore, the garbage in the carts wasn't cleaned up, which led to chaos and a less than appetizing appearance.

A typical McDonald's, like the thousands you'll find anywhere else. Ordering went smoothly, and the food itself felt like any other McDonald's. The restaurant also made a good, reasonable impression. However, the cleanliness of the restrooms desperately needs work; it was completely out of order...

We were there with the kids today. The three of us wanted to order MC Fleury ice cream, but this wasn't possible because the ice cream machine was broken again. Strangely, you could order the limited-time Mango Boba MC Fleury. Nevertheless, we ordered ice cream, which became an MC Sundae. We ordered it, paid, and immediately after paying, we were told that the MC Fleury machine was working again. When we asked if we could change the order for a surcharge, the employee told us, quote: "No! You paid, so it's not possible, you have to get the other ice cream! Ice cream is ice cream!" We won't be visiting this branch on Fehmarn Burg again; I'd rather drive a few kilometers further than get something on Fehmarn again.

McDonald's is McDonald's, however, you order it and that's it, nothing more needs to be said 😁

One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Super friendly and instantly recognizable staff. Thank you for the fantastic coffee and matcha I was able to enjoy with you during my vacation! ☕️

No Food was cold Nuggets... Fries... Hamburger Royal ts

I visited this McDonald’s and it was honestly the best one I’ve ever been to! I ordered a Philly cheesesteak burger and it was absolutely delicious—by far the best burger I’ve had at McDonald’s. The prices were reasonable, I paid €10 for the burger, fries, and a drink. The staff were also very friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Picked up food from MacDrive today. The employee was unfriendly when I ordered, and they removed a sauce I didn't order upon request. The Coke was supposed to be without ice cubes, but they were there when it was served. The lid on the Coke wasn't closed properly, so I spilled it on my car seat. Straws are only available upon request. So, the service at McDonald's could be better, too.

We've been there twice now on vacation and picked up food. Unfortunately, something was forgotten each time. The first time, it was the toy in the Happy Meal. When we pointed it out today, unfortunately, there was no second toy to compensate. Then, a large portion of fries was forgotten again today. What a shame.

It's very loud and crowded here. The branch is partially hidden, but the restrooms were clean. The service wasn't exactly friendly, and half of the order was forgotten. You can tell from the branch's location that it's full of tourists, and I think that's reflected in the staff.

Dirty, dirtier, McDonald's Fehmarn! Absolutely unclean and disgusting. Both the restaurant and the restrooms are simply unacceptable... Actually, 0 stars....

We're here on vacation. The burgers were very fresh and delicious. Back home, we rarely get such good burgers at McDonald's. We got two Happy Meal toys at once. Upon request, my daughter even got a free stuffed animal. You made her very, very happy. The employees do their best to keep the store clean. With so much customer traffic, that's certainly not always possible. We'd be happy to come back.

We didn't get any ice cubes in our soda, they forgot them. But still our soda tasted of nothing. The food was unfortunately very boring and tasteless…

We waited 50 minutes for our food, the Wi-Fi was also poor, and the service was unfriendly. If I could, I'd give it a negative rating.

I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. The place was clean and spacious, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. I tried the Big Mac and the Hamburger Royal. The salad inside the burgers was fresh, the bread was soft and the patties were perfectly cooked. The sauce tied everything together — the whole burger experience was delicious. They also had waffle fries, which was a nice touch. The staff really stood out — friendly, respectful, and clearly committed to great service. You don’t always see that kind of attitude; it’s the best service you can get at a McDonald’s. Definitely worth a visit. I’d come back for sure!

Absolutely garbage flies were in the food not recommended

The food was really bad. I ordered a double crispy burger and there was only one plate on it, so it wasn't a double burger. There were small insects inside and outside, my whole body was covered in them.

I've never seen such a dirty MC. You can't sit at a table.

Never again. Even though I understand the stress, waiting over 60 minutes for an order is completely unacceptable. If you then repeatedly ask after 60 minutes when the order will be ready, you get the response: "What should we do now?" For me, that has nothing to do with good service. We'll never see this branch again.

The service was the worst ever. The food was completely forgotten. Been here twice. 2 times forgotten... An hour-long wait with three requests. They always just say, "It's so busy here, I can't help it."

I'm disappointed. Unfortunately, the visit was anything but pleasant. The restaurant was dirty, crowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. Of the four ordering terminals, only two were in operation—the wait times were correspondingly long. I wasn't able to order at the cash register because I was told the staff were "too busy." It's a shame—McDonald's is no longer fun.

Since it was raining, it was very crowded. So, everywhere was a bit dirty and unclean. But we still got our order quickly. Also, someone from the staff should be checking the restrooms regularly; there was no toilet paper, and it was dirty here too.

Very unfriendly, overwhelmed staff. Almost all the customers around us had something to complain about (wrong size or only half-full portions, missing sauce without prior notice, etc.). Restrooms very dirty. The only positive aspect was the covered outdoor play area.

It was enough to make you run away. First, the "friendly" server handed my ordered food to another customer, somehow realized his mistake, and then tried to give it to me. When I asked him to remake the food, he reacted a bit strangely (I don't want to eat something someone else has already had!!!). When I opened my bag, I noticed that the receipt was on top of the fries. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, I have to give him a star for posting something. I'll NEVER go back to this place!!!
