McDonald's in Fehmarn

Went there yesterday and left almost €50 behind and were unfortunately disappointed because we got cold fries and the burgers were only lukewarm. I wanted to let you know, but there was an older lady working because she was very angry and moody and unfortunately she didn't trust me. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired, the toilets aren't very disgusting at all and the dining room isn't particularly clean either. It's a shame for Fehmarn

Food to go is missing again. We won't be coming back.

Very disappointed. Ordered cappuccino, cocoa, green and black tea from McDrive. Cappuccino good. Green tea only two thirds full, black tea and cocoa only half full.... sad....

Unfortunately there is a lack of staff

The food was okay, but it took a long time for the food to come to the table and everyone behind the counter was overwhelmed. The McDonald's is very dirty, the toilets were very dirty, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a few days. At noon we were there. The toilets didn't look any better.

I have rarely experienced such a chaotic, unfriendly and unkempt McDonald's. Orders in the restaurant are only possible via terminal or via the app. If you order via the app with cash payment, you wait another 15-20 minutes at the counter. Waiting time for food another 15 minutes. There can be no more talk of fast food.

A McDonalds like any other. Unfortunately, after the change of ownership, a lot of the permanent staff disappeared, meaning that a high level of personal touch was lost. The food and ambience have remained the same :)

I'm starting to get disappointed, the staff are curt, you ask why you're not being served and you get no answer, you wait over 20 minutes for your food, which is really long

Really dirty! All the tables were dirty, the floor, the paper outside was blowing around. Very bad. Much of the order was missing and rude. Absolutely not recommended.

Standard McDonald. Food came quickly. Fries could have been warmer.

Food like in any McDonalds. But!! It was extremely dirty there. We got there early after it opened. There was nothing going on with guests either. So guests can't have left the dirt on the floor and toilet. Toilets still with remnants of previous users for men and women. The floors under the tables and windows apparently haven't been cleaned in ages. Leftover food had probably been there for a long time, as well as crumbs, dust and dirt. Cobwebs everywhere including on the toilets. The uncleanest Mc we've ever been to.

Where should I start?! There is no disabled parking space on site. As a wheelchair user it is not possible to enter the restaurant through the main entrance. This only works outside. The restaurant itself is narrow and not every aisle is wheelchair accessible. The atmosphere...... I've never visited an MC as dirty as this one. The floor, okay. Something can always fall down. But not a single table was clean and the garbage trucks were overflowing with trays. The fact that our order took almost 20 minutes and that we and the neighboring tables were always missing something didn't make things any better. Finally, an employee sat down at the table with a guest (who he obviously knew) and chatted for a while. We will not visit this MC again.

I've seen a lot of things in the world, but I've never seen a McDonald's that is so dirty - the floor is full of leftover food and garbage - and has inattentive staff. Even 1 star is too much. Standard burgers carelessly slapped together. Oh yes, the toilet looks like a train station toilet - dirty and disgusting! And all this even though the restaurant was almost empty. Never again!

McDonald's food could be much better and tastier if it were prepared more lovingly. After I ordered a double McCrispy Chicken menu for "pick up" I had to drive 7 minutes home. Then it was cold and neither crispy chicken nor crispy fries! Then I took everything apart and put it in the pan and the toaster! Afterwards it was really good!, but I probably didn't think so! I have no idea how this delivery service is supposed to work! Branches I would like to report are Fehmarn and Kiel Holstenstraße! Maybe the employees just don't feel like it, or you don't want it any other way. These branches are always very busy, which is why things are going well financially. Congratulations McDonald's! Basically more quality please! But that's how it works in our world! Greetings from Fehmarn and best wishes to the world And by the way! The printouts for EC payments and order confirmations often do not work at the terminals in the Fehmarn branch.

At breakfast time...a little scary. Nicely directed to the terminal to order. Despite there being few guests, the staff was quite overwhelmed...unfortunately there was no trace of the bacon we ordered on the toast. One of two cafe was crema, the other normal. Certainly no reason to complain, it was still tasty...maybe it was the wrong day...

Was there today... totally dirty toilets, that's not possible!!

Unfortunately the guest room was very dirty and the toilets were super disgusting!!!

I recommend taking a few cleaning supplies with you. The minimum equipment should include a cleaning cloth for the table and a broom. You don't need cleaning products for the toilet. Hops and malt are lost.

Went there twice during our stay on Fehmarn. The first time everything was tip top. The second time we were there for breakfast and had ordered a little more provisions for the journey home than the mcs employee (older gentleman with a tattoo on his arm) brought. Did he say something like that on the way that we were fed up? Absolutely no go. You can say that in the back of the kitchen, but not while you're walking to the customer.

It's a McD - nothing special so far. Service and processes work well, the cleanliness can still be improved. Burgers are consistently poorly topped and are difficult to eat.

Wrong order 3 times and now supposedly closed earlier due to maintenance work. So that's ridiculous. And wrong order again, new owner thought new luck but no, everything with the old one, you'll never get what you order and I didn't have any special requests

The food was typical McDonald's, but the cleanliness of the toilets could use some work

Food came very late and wasn't great and I ordered take away but was given food here. I can't recommend it. Another bad thing was I ordered meat nuggets but got Mc Plant nuggets. And it was very, very dirty. ☹️

When we are on Fehmarn, it is a must to go to mcces once!

The McDonald's with the best-humored employees we know. That's why we always enjoy coming back. Great team.

Both menus were cold! The fries were soggy and cold, a catastrophe, the citizens were old and disgusting! We left 24 euros there and we regret it! It's better to go to the supermarket and get something from the bakery!

We come from the Berlin area and so far this branch has been by far the best. Unfortunately, you don't always expect such good things from fast food restaurants. We were totally surprised and liked this one on the island of Fehmarn. The food was ready super quickly, fresh, hot and topped just as the pictures suggest. The staff friendly and very careful. The tables were cleaned regularly and properly prepared (chairs pushed in, etc.). The process seemed calm and structured, despite many orders. It was our last evening here and we didn't actually want to go to McDonalds. Now we were happy because we also tried the "M" today and luckily here. Absolutely delicious. Like many branches, a latte or cappuccino on the way home is always worth a stop. Unfortunately the toilets are very unclean and it spoils your appetite before eating 😞

what happened here? I've been coming to the island for many years and McDonald's is always the first stop when I arrive. The food itself is fresh, you wait a little longer - great! But why is it only possible to order at the terminal? That was what the friendly lady at the checkout said. Mc Flurry is sold out and Mc Rib isn't currently available either?? The shop itself and the outside area were completely dirty, the tables were sticky. Beach chairs?Removed. It's a shame, something urgently needs to change here.

Very dirty McDonald's. The floor and tables were dirty and sticky. The chairs and benches were very worn.

Something was wrong with the food. A short time later the food came out again through various body openings...

I wanted to grab a Big Mac quickly today.....at the checkout and behind it there were at least 5 people standing around and I was still directed to this touchscreen self-service board..... When I entered I thought everything was pretty dingy, the entrance door and windows were dirty and no one had wiped this touchscreen for at least a week... so many fingerprints, just disgusting and I'm glad I didn't touch anything there, let alone buy something to eat have No stars!!!

We really enjoy coming to this McDonald's on our vacation on Fehmarn! Food and service are always very good. Unfortunately, the animated play table for children was canceled this time. But we will always come back!!!

It was very full and there were long queues at the ordering terminals. The trolley for the tray to be delivered was completely overcrowded. The outside area wasn't clean, there were empty cups and burger boxes lying around everywhere

Unfortunately, I have to say that I have never seen a McDonald's that was so dirty, there was a lot of leftover food on the floor, the tables weren't cleaned, the WS 🚺 area was stinky and everything was overfilled with paper, the floor was wet, the soap dispenser was empty or didn't work, I tried it in the changing room, exactly the same thing🙈 Trash cans overflowing outside Maybe I had a bad day... If my kids didn't really want to get something, I would turn around and leave, but I had to go through with it There wasn't even a lot going on, but the food was made so quickly that it completely fell apart, I had to fold it and roll it up myself, 🤷🏼‍♀️I was really upset today.

The restaurant looks worn out. The staff is friendly. When we were here, all the ice machines were broken.

I would prefer to give 0 stars, the worst McDonald's there is in Germany. You should report it to the health department. The McSunday tastes sour and is an absolute disaster. Don't go there!

This McDonalds is not very big, but it is easily enough for the location as it is only busy in season. Unfortunately, employees were completely annoyed, but at least the tables were always cleaned. The ordering terminals were completely dirty and need to be cleaned on busy days. Food was as usual except my ice cream, which wasn't stirred 🙈.

Waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru was a bit annoying, but then not finding any meat on the cheeseburger and drinking a melted milkshake ruined our mood 😕 which is a shame considering the prices now

Breakfast was good. But it took forever and due to a lack of knowledge of German, questions were difficult to answer.

So far one of the few shops where you receive friendly service and are not directly harassed. The food has always been right so I can't complain. Great 👍🏼

The service was great, but the food was just bad. With my MC Rib the bun was hard, a small dollop of sauce and the pickles were just plain old. Not the standard as usual.

When does that happen? Visit these shops again and again, although there are also shops that are really real raisins and are well run. However, this shop was not particularly well managed, which of course has an impact on the rating. What's the point of the best service if the ambience and food cannot be proven to be that high. It is not only important that the service works, but also that the tables are cleared accordingly after use because many people forget to take away the tablet. The toilets also always have to be checked regularly, which also has a bit of an impact on the ambience and the service knocks down.

Good food and you can get it very cheaply with the app

Unfortunately the drinks came wrong and dirty. In general, the store isn't really clean and the staff isn't exactly friendly. I probably won't enter this store again and I advise everyone not to, check out the other reviews!

Wow, what happened here? As always, the food was at a great McDonald's level. If you're not into fast food, you have no business here. The location, however, was the dirtiest branch so far. There were crumbs and chips everywhere. The way it was “swept” there from time to time, no wonder. The toilets were dirty and there were leftover burgers in a basin. The highlight, however, was the service employee who brought us the food. A subtle hint of sweat is still an understatement. Every time he passed our table, the smell flew with him. Either all the other employees there are smell-blind or no one tells them. It certainly matched the cleanliness, yummy!

Very disappointing, they don't offer Oreo Chocolate McFlurry (got the money back), I ordered a strawberry shake with chocolate sauce, I only received the strawberry shake without sauce The garbage was piling up by the dish cart even though there were hardly any customers

The food took almost 20 minutes after ordering, even though there were only a maximum of 15 people there. The entire restaurant was very dingy. Tables were greasy, there was food on the floor, and the food return ramps were hopelessly overcrowded. For me, one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've seen If it looks like that in the restaurant, I don't want to look behind the scenes. It's a shame, my little one was really looking forward to it

Ordered 2 Sprite and got water. Then I didn't want to give any sauce to the fries, I got them 3 times and I was also allowed to pay. The fries, burgers and curly fries were cold. Not me again!👎

I've been to many McDonald's branches. And of course they are all just as good. You can taste the freshness of the burgers. You notice a difference between fresh and older burgers. But the real quality of the branch is best seen when it is busy. Then you can see how many orders are made incorrectly. There was a lot going on here today. And some of the staff were apparently missing. But it was nice to see how well this team worked together. And not much went wrong. So you can say that every McDonald's restaurant is good, but in my opinion, this is one of the best.

No matter how busy it is, the staff stays calm and the food is ready quickly. 👍

Just as bad as everywhere in Germany!

Unfortunately, I've never received a complete order here (I'm lying). I just got home and noticed again that a whole pack of nuggets was missing. There wasn't much going on in the store!

Great McDonald's. Hardly any waiting time as there are enough order terminals available. There is also a large parking lot with a playground.

Nice shop with lots of outside space. Paying in cash at the checkout was also very quick, in other stores you tend to be ignored if you don't order from the machine.

I was just there. They said there were no more glasses even though there was advertising. Eating really abnormal. If you ask to pay less because of the glasses, you will be insulted. greeting

I have tried many Mcdonalds, but only a few have offered a sandwich as if it were straight out of an advertisement, everything in its place and in order. I have never had to reassemble a sandwich that came out of this fastfood restaurant. The staff is friendly and the place is well looked after and tidy, food always fresh and not stale….here I ate my best Bigtasty

We visited Fehmarn today. Finally, four of us (2 adults and two small children) wanted to eat at McDonald's. The door was held open for us by an employee. That was my first time at McDonald's. When we ordered our food at the terminal, our daughter received a balloon from the employee who held the door open for us. We thought that was really nice. The food was like always at McDonald's. Unfortunately it wasn't particularly clean. On our next trip to Fehmarn we will stop at MC Donalds on Fehmarn again.

It's been a long time since I've seen such a dirty McDonald's as in Burg au Fehmarn. We wanted to eat there and had our dog with us. Inside it didn't matter where it was, we were already looking for something sticky and dirty. We then went out to the closed children's play area even though it wasn't warm...we won't be going to Mc Donalds on Fehmarn anymore. The food wasn't like usual at Mc - not too much to be expected and then these employees - I'd rather not express my opinion on this...

All of the food that you can buy there is packaged and this food produces too much packaging waste. More reusable gear should be used.

I haven't experienced anything so dirty in a long time. Luckily my wife had disinfectant with her. Food was as usual from McDonalds.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I pre-ordered in the app, showed the code on site and the nice ladies brought the food to our table. Everything fresh and delicious. Only the ambience, the shop is very small and quite crowded, but it is also a fast food restaurant.

Was just there. A single “sow Found a "bere" table, but under the table it looked as if you could only get there with rubber boots. I decided to leave the store because I was afraid I'd catch something. Well, the kebab in town was okay

The dirtiest McDonald's we've ever seen. Went there at lunchtime and the floor looked like it hadn't seen a broom or mop in days. The windows are full of grease from someone who tried to clean the windows at some point. The burgers taste the same everywhere, but they were even more picky than usual.

We've eaten here several times on vacation... no matter when we were there, always fresh/hot food! This is not available in any other branch in our homeland!!! The team was always friendly and everything was clean! We have no complaints, thanks for everything 👍👍👍
