Burger Station in Fehmarn

I don't know where to start... The good gentleman behind the counter, who likes to show off his gold watch and ring, no longer seems to need it. I stood behind a lady who was just placing her order and he was already there imposing on me with his unfriendly, snappy and snotty manner. After watching him prepare the 3 hot dogs that I had pre-ordered, I asked myself whether I wouldn't be able to get my fries quicker if I got in the car straight away and drove to Amsterdam... I've never seen anything so doleful and unmotivated in the service area! Since I was on the phone shortly before queuing, I still had the time in mind and after waiting exactly 13 minutes/not being noticed/not being able to place an order, I decided to throw my precious money into the cash register at another snack bar. When I read the reviews here, I think a change of operator would make sense. Too bad about the situation

The fries were cold and had been in the fryer one too many times. Complaints were unsuccessful. The same was true of the people behind us. Service was unfriendly and lackluster. Tables were sticky and anything but clean. The value for money is in no way acceptable, even with the promenade bonus. What could one possibly achieve in this location...?

How can someone be so unfriendly and have no motivation to work? Yes, everyone wants to finish work, but in a place like this, closing on time and almost rudely driving guests away is unacceptable. With an Eastern European accent, "I'm closed..." and not being able to serve 8 guests at 6 p.m. is quite an achievement. He doesn't want to. He's had enough. The tourism industry should take a look at this. There's hardly anywhere to linger in the evening.

Unfriendly service, the tables are totally dirty and prices like in ancient Rome. Once and never again.

The snack bar owner very rudely informed the guests who arrived after us that the place was closed. He completely forgot our burger and Coke and couldn't get them back later because it was closed, even though I reported it as soon as I noticed. The fries were very heavily seasoned. The burgers tasted good, even though we had to take off the onions, which we had specifically requested. It even said so on his note (no onions).

The tables were all greasy and oily, and some had leftover food from the previous diners on the tables or in the beach chairs. The chicken nuggets were good, and the fries were good, too, but they were dripping with grease and oversalted. Charging an extra 0.50 cents for a mini portion of mayo and ketchup is ridiculous. Generally overpriced. Next time, I'd rather go somewhere better for better quality.

The fries at the stand were okay. The location is also great, of course. But what is truly abysmal is the service. In the end, I poured my own drink at the counter. Even after asking several times, my drink wasn't processed. At one point, the waitress briefly resumed, but was then interrupted by another irate customer, who started handing out fries. After more than 10 minutes of waiting for my drink, I'd really had enough. Also worth mentioning is the incorrect pricing. I was charged €6 for a soda, even though the menu showed €5.70. When I asked, I was told that this was already the new price at the register. Overall, I recommend going to the stand right on the beach. It's much nicer!

Too expensive: paid over EUR 20.00 for chicken nuggets, fries with 2x ketchup and 2x mayo as well as a large beer.

Same snack bar, now just a different name, same quality as previous reviews. Fries are rancid, snack bar stinks of old grease, burgers and hot dogs are dripping with grease and smell just like the place...cheese on burgers had seen better days...if it was cheese... Tables were greasy and generally dirty. Operation and service absolutely unfriendly. After eating it, one person vomited immediately, the others subsequently had food poisoning with gastrointestinal symptoms. The price would be justified for the location if it was clean and the quality was right. Seldom eaten so badly! *chokes* This snack bar is a matter for the health department and should be closed immediately!

Far too long waiting times. Dirty tables. Extreme prices for food that wasn't even worth half as much. For example, the fries were way too crispy, way too greasy and obviously we only got the leftovers; it was almost just small pieces. 50 cents for a blob of mayo and ketchup is also a disgrace. Never again

Simply unthinkable for the location. Unfriendly and overpriced. Plus it doesn't even taste great. The location would actually be a goldmine with the appropriate staff, normal prices and better food. If there were better valuations and the bottom line is that the return would probably be similar. In its current state it's better to leave it alone...

Kalter Burger zum überteuerten Preis. Pommes sind die schlechtesten hier auf der Insel. Dagegen ist die goldenen Möwe (MC Donalds) ein 5 Sterne Restaurant. Das Servicepersonal ist überfordert und nicht gerade freundlich. Kann man nicht empfehlen!

Lecker, sehr freundlich, schnell, gut organisiert. ... Preise entsprechen den umliegenden Restaurants.

Preise zu hoch Haben für 2 Cheeseburger und eine Pommes mit Majo 22,40€ bezahlt. Mussten aber nicht lange aufs Essen warten.

Ich kann die negativen Kommentare hier nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben nicht lange auf unser Essen gewartet. Der Burger und auch die Pommes waren sehr lecker. Und es war auch keiner unhöflich dort. Es war auch nicht dreckig oder so. Einen Stern ziehe ich trotzdem ab, da die Preise sehr hoch sind. Aber da es direkt am Strand ist, völlig normal.

Also: unfreundlich war hier niemand. Ich fand den Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Klar, der fällt einem nicht vor Freude in die Arme, aber das muss doch auch nicht sehen… Der Burger und die Pommes haben geschmeckt. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, weil ich den Preis auch ordentlich hoch fand. Allerdings ist es für den Südstrand tatsächlich normal. Irgendwie ist da alles teurer…
