Like every time something is missing out of 10 times something is missing 8 times, sauces are never given and when they are they are the wrong ones. Not bad food in itself and always warm, but what they serve there is a gamble, sometimes this. Today I simply forgot 2 things again, only 1 straw was added to 3 drinks and a ketchup packet was added to 3 fries. Would only go there for the chili cheese fries.

Food freshly prepared, very friendly staff. Only the restaurant still has a warehouse feel. Somehow something is missing from the comfort.

My friend was asked if she was single and the waitress said it was funny to lock the door in front of us and not let you out. You're constantly being stared at by the entire staff, and the food was also lukewarm after having to wait forever. Never again

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired although thanks to the Luftnacht'24 taking place in Amberg there is nothing going on. Screens in the checkout area only show an error message, drinks come warm from the drinks dispenser, Fanta was completely out and only water came. Sad and more than disappointing

Update from January 9th, 2025 Food was again only lukewarm. Hygiene is still a foreign word. Window only half cleaned. Cross struts of the facade dusty Tables dirty Cobwebs in the BK logo There's nothing going on but there's no cleaning going on either. I was there on January 22nd, 2020. Staff was very overwhelmed, long queue at the checkout, long queue at the drive-thru. Tables and floors could be cleaned more often, as could the toilets. The tray drop-off was also overcrowded. The burgers, fries and nuggets were only lukewarm. But that's not always the case with staff; some employees have their workplace under control. But cleanliness is always in short supply.

It was very tasty and there was friendly staff too.

I haven't been to BK Amberg for 2.5 years now. And that as an Amberger and BK fan. Why? Then read on. Current reviews say it all... The health department in Amberg is a complete disgrace. Classic Burger King. Nothing to complain about

By far the worst Citizen King I have ever visited. All tables dirty and sticky. The windows are totally dirty with old food residue, some of which look like they have been spat on. Some of the staff seem very unkempt and smell strongly of sweat. Even though the shop was almost empty, the excuse was that they hadn't found time to clean the tables yet. The employees are busy having private conversations at a volume that makes it difficult to hear what they are saying. There was a lot of rubbish in front of the entrance and outside, which was carried everywhere by the wind. All I can say about the food itself is that it was partly cold and undercooked and completely carelessly prepared. The condition of the toilets also leaves a lot to be desired. There is no soap for washing hands. Due to the uncleanliness, the health department would really have to carry out close inspections. I'd rather go to the conference now. If it were possible I would give it 0 points. UPDATE: Yesterday on December 25th, 2024 we were there again for a long time and it was even worse than before. The shop was empty, just the 2 of us and 2 more people. The tables were mostly unclean. The dish trolleys are full. The employees stood behind the counter and looked totally bored. One yawned constantly. But tables weren't wiped down. Even the restaurant manager made no attempt to ensure order and cleanliness. An employee then took pity on emptying one of two trolleys and at such a pace that he could compete with snails. However, tables were not wiped down. The food was completely lukewarm. As we left, my friend visited the toilet. There was a yellow cleaning bucket in the sink. That was definitely the very last time I visited this restaurant. If even the manager of the restaurant has a bad feeling and reviews have been ignored for years, it's simply incomprehensible.

Always top and fast, order always complete, addendum October 6th, 2024 2 p.m. Cleanliness in the Burger King Amberg surprised me because it wasn't clean (after the third time I hadn't visited it in 7 months, i.e. tables, floor, toilets , window ) Now everything is fine again except for the women's toilet.

Food is always prepped to order and everything is fresh. The burgers themselves taste a bit different than back in the states, but I understand they need to accommodate local taste and food trends.

Dirty floors, staff were unfriendly - there can always be reasons, but the customer doesn't have to pay for it.

Today I wanted to order and an employee (with very bad pronunciation) said there was no meat. In a burger joint, NO meat? This branch is far inferior to its other branches. Unfortunately I haven't had anything satisfactory here.

Went to BK Amberg yesterday at 11:30 p.m. There were 8 of us who placed our order to eat there. It took a good 20 minutes until we got it and out of 4 orders, 2 menus were missing something. When we had everything, the shift manager came to us and explained to us that we had 4 minutes to eat and then we had to get out because they were closing. If you are supposed to eat within 4 minutes and are then told to leave, then they should either comply with the BK's demands (work quickly) or stop taking orders after 11 p.m. We found that very rude because we left a lot of money together and then we are supposed to eat in 4 minutes and are literally thrown out.

I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. For one thing, the burger was completely cold as was the bacon. When I asked, I was told you could put the burger in the microwave. We picked up our food in the drive. The burgers weren't fresh. The Snack Bucket Medium for 13€ was anything but fresh... not to mention the quantity. Unfortunately it was the second time that we were not satisfied with the food. Too bad!!

We went here to eat - the restaurant was clean and well stocked. Burgers tasted good. Personally, I like BK a little more than McD. Everything was fine So after a year here again - like before everything is great - employees are friendly and the store is extremely clean. Everything was very good again.

Unfortunately, nothing went right on this visit. Terrace dirty. No staff were seen tidying up or cleaning during our visit. Drinks warm. There was no yellow soda. Drinks dispenser was not refilled. Coke tasted more like water than Coke. We preferred not to drink any of it. It was nothing and we won't be going back here any time soon

The women's toilet hasn't been cleaned properly in a while... the toilet itself maybe, but the floor was borderline bad. Especially since the staff didn't have much to do.

War am 21.07.2024 in dem Burger King in Amberg. Bestellung war 2 Whopper. Zu Hause stellte ich fest, dass auf beiden der Käse fehlte. Und das obwohl, in dem Lokal wenig los war, so dass es meiner Meinung nicht auf Stress zurückzuführen sein kann. In Amberg leider nicht mehr!

Wir haben 20 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet, als wir es endlich bekamen war die halbe Bestellung falsch, der Käse auf den Burgern war nicht geschmolzen die Pommes haben geschmeckt wie aus dem See gefischt nicht gesalzen die Getränke waren bitter und ekelhaft und wir wussten teilweise nichtmal was wir essen! Der schlimmste laden in dem ich wahr . Man bestellt mit extra Wunsch und bekommt einen normalen Bürger . Am Telefon versichert dann jemand das man einen Ersatz bekommt denn man dann beim abholen natürlich nicht bekommt nein man wird sogar noch schwach und unhöflich angegangen und als Betrüger hingestellt und lächerlich gemacht vor allem Kunden und dem Personal . Einen Bestellschein zu lesen scheint heutzutage nicht mehr wichtig zu sein egal ob der Kunde das verträgt oder nicht es wird frei Schnauze geliefert . Hygienisch ist der Laden sowieso das letzte da Tische putzen und Boden fegen anscheinend niemanden etwas angeht . Menschlich und was den Service angeht auf jedenfall sein Geld nicht wert und ich persönlich werde als Kunde in diesen Laden keinen Fuß mehr setzen und gehe lieber zum MC Donalds.

Wenn man 0 Sterne geben könnte wären es 0 geworden. Personal unfähig Bestellungen zu lesen. Pommes und Burger hatten fast Kühlschranktemperatur dafür war die Cola warm nach dem ich sie von einem Mitarbeiter bekam weil ja der Automat defekt war. Selten so schlechtes Fastfood gegessen.

A few weeks ago I got some food from the drive with a drink and so on... when I got home I took down the top of my Diet Coke (luckily I didn't drink beforehand) and there were dead mosquitoes or flies floating in the Coke. Worst Burger King ever... Burger cold, cheese not melted. I got a new one when I asked, it was ready in a flash, but it was cold again and the cheese wasn't melted. In other words, the staff simply has no idea how to make burgers. Was at another Burger King a few weeks ago, difference like night and day. I even said it was the best burger I've ever eaten.
