Burger King Amberg in Amberg

We picked up our food in the drive. The burgers weren't fresh. The Snack Bucket Medium for 13€ was anything but fresh... not to mention the quantity. Unfortunately it was the second time that we were not satisfied with the food. Too bad!!

Completely disappointed, fries were cold and tasted old. Chili cheese nuggets exactly the same. It was ice cold in the hut. The boys didn't really have much to do because there were only 5 guests there. Nevertheless, the tray delivery was full. Don't come anymore. Very unfortunate. A lot of money for nothing

Most of the time there is something wrong with the orders. Employees often have trouble understanding orders or accepting mobile order codes.

We went here to eat - the restaurant was clean and well stocked. Burgers tasted good. Personally, I like BK a little more than McD. Everything was fine So after a year here again - like before everything is great - employees are friendly and the store is extremely clean. Everything was very good again.

The food was lukewarm, I had 2 chilli cheeseburgers and 1 small cola, the shop was simply unfriendly, you don't have to be surprised.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired although thanks to the Luftnacht'24 taking place in Amberg there is nothing going on. Screens in the checkout area only show an error message, drinks come warm from the drinks dispenser, Fanta was completely out and only water came. Sad and more than disappointing

Now a really, really good Burger King with nice staff. You don't have to wait too long anymore and nothing has ever been missing. Unfortunately, the two large drinks machines (they were very cool!) were replaced with a standard cup filler. Overall, highly recommended if you're in a hurry or just feel like fast food!

Unfortunately, nothing went right on this visit. Terrace dirty. No staff were seen tidying up or cleaning during our visit. Drinks warm. There was no yellow soda. Drinks dispenser was not refilled. Coke tasted more like water than Coke. We preferred not to drink any of it. It was nothing and we won't be going back here any time soon

The order is not understood, if you point out that something is missing you are very rude and it is assumed that you ate the missing burger in the time it took you to walk from the parking lot to the counter. Overall OK. Orders can only be placed via machines, which isn't a bad thing. Payment cash or cashless. Food was freshly prepared, warm and good. Unfortunately, the drinks mixer is no longer available. Cleanliness: sometimes better, sometimes worse. Which actually depends partly on us, the visitors. I don't understand why some people think it's perfectly okay to misbehave and leave a mess in the fast food restaurants. When I go to another restaurant to eat, I'm also careful not to spill the table, spill the drinks or throw napkins around each other.

Just more disgusting. Service takes forever. The citizens are cold. People don't understand you at the ordering counter. This was definitely my last time in this store. If you are not even able to serve a burger, then the branch manager and every other employee is absolutely out of place. At some point there were guidelines for how long a burger needed to be made. When this time is up, the employee first starts scratching A and then he gets started.

The women's toilet hasn't been cleaned properly in a while... the toilet itself maybe, but the floor was borderline bad. Especially since the staff didn't have much to do.

The staff is friendly and committed, unfortunately the quality of the food is not particularly good (it is hot and freshly prepared, I don't know if that is simply due to the convenience products from Bürger Kind themselves). The cleanliness was often criticized here, but I didn't notice anything about it during this visit. War am 21.07.2024 in dem Burger King in Amberg. Bestellung war 2 Whopper. Zu Hause stellte ich fest, dass auf beiden der Käse fehlte. Und das obwohl, in dem Lokal wenig los war, so dass es meiner Meinung nicht auf Stress zurückzuführen sein kann. In Amberg leider nicht mehr!

"Fast" restaurant is totally overrated.... Not for the first time. That was my downgrade to 1 star after two years: The two Whoppers yesterday were cold and the onion rings were so mushy and disgusting, as if these emails were warmed up in the microwave.

By far the worst Citizen King I have ever visited. All tables dirty and sticky. The windows are totally dirty with old food residue, some of which look like they have been spat on. Der schlimmste laden in dem ich wahr . Man bestellt mit extra Wunsch und bekommt einen normalen Bürger . Am Telefon versichert dann jemand das man einen Ersatz bekommt denn man dann beim abholen natürlich nicht bekommt nein man wird sogar noch schwach und unhöflich angegangen und als Betrüger hingestellt und lächerlich gemacht vor allem Kunden und dem Personal . Einen Bestellschein zu lesen scheint heutzutage nicht mehr wichtig zu sein egal ob der Kunde das verträgt oder nicht es wird frei Schnauze geliefert . Hygienisch ist der Laden sowieso das letzte da Tische putzen und Boden fegen anscheinend niemanden etwas angeht . Menschlich und was den Service angeht auf jedenfall sein Geld nicht wert und ich persönlich werde als Kunde in diesen Laden keinen Fuß mehr setzen und gehe lieber zum MC Donalds.

Wenn man 0 Sterne geben könnte wären es 0 geworden. Personal unfähig Bestellungen zu lesen. Pommes und Burger hatten fast Kühlschranktemperatur dafür war die Cola warm nach dem ich sie von einem Mitarbeiter bekam weil ja der Automat defekt war. Selten so schlechtes Fastfood gegessen.

A few weeks ago I got some food from the drive with a drink and so on... when I got home I took down the top of my Diet Coke (luckily I didn't drink beforehand) and there were dead mosquitoes or flies floating in the Coke. Worst Burger King ever... Burger cold, cheese not melted. I got a new one when I asked, it was ready in a flash, but it was cold again and the cheese wasn't melted. In other words, the staff simply has no idea how to make burgers. Was at another Burger King a few weeks ago, difference like night and day. I even said it was the best burger I've ever eaten. After this experience I will probably avoid Burger King again for the time being, at least I will definitely not go to the one in Amberg a second time.

Leider muss man prüfen ob man auch die Richtige Bestellung bekommt beim drive in ! Zwei Doppel wopper bestellt und normale bekommen ! Noch rechtzeitig bemerkt und wieder zurückgefahren

Innen herrscht eine Akustik wie in einer Bahnhofshalle, was mich nicht zum verweilen hält. Ist halt Bauartbedingt so, weil alle Burger King Filialen so konzipiert sind. Da esse ich lieber im Auto auf dem Parkplatz, da habe ich mehr Ruhe. Das Personal ist aber stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Naja, es ist Burger King was erwartest du? Aber die Coupons sind schon gute Deals. Aber die Mitarbeiter sind okay, ich weiß dass sie unterbezahlt sind und deswegen nicht nicht so viel Arbeit für 11€ pro Stunde machen wollen aber netter kann mann schon werden.

Ein oberflächlig sauberes und einrichtungstechnisch einladenes Fastfood Restaurant. Das Essen in gewohnter Qualität ordentlich und Wunschgemäß zubereitet. Bestellung und Bezahlung unproblematisch. Toiletten leider unsauber. Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatzsituation ok.

Gestern nacht dort gewesen! So ein verdreckten BK schon lange nicht mehr gesehen! Wc's liefen die Mülleimer über! Papier und anderes lag am Boden. Dann der Hammer, bestellen über Terminals! Ähh gut nur kennt sich nicht jeder damit aus. Getränke über automat mit Touchscreen! Ja wie geht das denn bitte? Erst auf Nachfrage kam kurze wortkarge Erklärung. Essen: Kalt bzw lauwarm, lieblos zubereitet, beim big king xxl Käse im Papier geklebt statt auf Burger. Der Rest fast kalt, auch die Pommes! Am Eingang lief auch die Müllbox, die von aussen sehr verdreckt war, bereits über! Also so kann und wird's keinen neuen Besuch mehr von uns geben! Lieber Betreiber Kümmere dich um deinen Shop und auch deutsche Mitarbeiter! Ich musste einiges Englisch sagen um das zu bekommen was ich noch wollte zusätzlich! So nicht!! UPDATE HEUTE vor Ort gewesen. 2terminals defekt, am Schalter unfreundlich. Ich sagte die gehen nicht, dann dauerts länger bis ich bestellen kann! Meinte der unfreundliche Herr am counter! Also deswegen isr es da immer so leer und keine Gäste mehr drin! Macht die Bude dicht wenn keine Lust mehr ist!

Essen war schon lange warm gehalten, Rand verfärbt und sehr trocken, viele Dinge gab es nicht, für Kinder war nichts ausgestellt, ebenso keine Kronen,im Innenraum gibt es nichts für Kinder, Personal wirkt gelangweilt, arbeiten die Bestellungen ab mehr nicht, Ambiente für mich nicht ansprechend

Parkplatz nur umständlich erreichbar, schlecht ausgeschildert. Essen nur über Touchscreen-Automat bestellbar. Personal sichtbar lustlos hinter der Theke. Mitarbeiterin welche nur die Bestellungen ausgibt, war mehr als lustlos und nicht einmal ansatzweise Service- bzw. Kundenorientiert. Burger nur lauwarm, Käse nur ansatzweise geschmolzen. Tische nicht besonders sauber. Als Kunde hat man hier den Eindruck eher zu stören.

Ohne Worte. Ein Gesundheitsamt das nicht reagiert. Ein dritter Post bei dem die postende Person Magenkrämpfe danach hat. Der Laden kann ersatzlos geschlossen werden. Lest euch zusätzlich die TripAdvisor Bewertungen durch. Schlimmer geht's echt nicht...

40 min Wartezeit für 2 Burger, Pommes & ein Getränk ist für mich ehrlich gesagt deutlich zu lang für einen BK. Essen war ok, gibt BKs die das ganze "liebevoller" machen. Pommes waren halb roh. Sprite & Fanta waren leer, nur 2 Saucen zur Auswahl. Da such ich mir ehrlich gesagt das nächste Mal einen anderen BK auf der Strecke.
