I ordered at the drive-thru and the service was very unfriendly. The employee spoke very poor German. I ordered a King BBQ Chicken and got beef instead. There was no apology, and the employees didn't feel bad about it. The manager was also unhelpful and had no motivation to work. Not recommended. I also waited half an hour for the food, and other customers in the drive-thru also got impatient and moved on.

I ordered three double entrees at the drive-thru – when I got home, I realized that three long chickens were missing. The dining room was deserted, not a single car outside, and I was the only customer. It's a mystery to me how anyone could forget three burgers. Also, a Coke spilled on a cup that wasn't wiped up – the outside of the cup was sticky and covered in drops. They couldn't reach me by phone. Very disappointing.

€33.62 for lukewarm food. Of course, one burger was served incorrectly. A lukewarm Whopper with carelessly sliced, really thick pieces of onion. The Big King also had thick pieces of onion, and the sauce made me lose my appetite after one bite. So, I'm leaving this Burger King hungry. This will certainly be the last time we come here.

Last night I had a few churros and an ice cream. It took me the whole night and I didn't feel well at all. The churros box was upside down in the bag and all the chocolate sauce leaked out. My son only ate it lukewarm. The price and then this quality 😵‍💫 Bottomless Staff totally unfriendly.

Like every time something is missing out of 10 times something is missing 8 times, sauces are never given and when they are they are the wrong ones. Not bad food in itself and always warm, but what they serve there is a gamble, sometimes this. Today I simply forgot 2 things again, only 1 straw was added to 3 drinks and a ketchup packet was added to 3 fries. Would only go there for the chili cheese fries.

My friend was asked if she was single and the waitress said it was funny to lock the door in front of us and not let you out. You're constantly being stared at by the entire staff, and the food was also lukewarm after having to wait forever. Never again

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired although thanks to the Luftnacht'24 taking place in Amberg there is nothing going on. Screens in the checkout area only show an error message, drinks come warm from the drinks dispenser, Fanta was completely out and only water came. Sad and more than disappointing

Update from January 9th, 2025 Food was again only lukewarm. Hygiene is still a foreign word. Window only half cleaned. Cross struts of the facade dusty Tables dirty Cobwebs in the BK logo There's nothing going on but there's no cleaning going on either. I was there on January 22nd, 2020. Staff was very overwhelmed, long queue at the checkout, long queue at the drive-thru. Tables and floors could be cleaned more often, as could the toilets. The tray drop-off was also overcrowded. The burgers, fries and nuggets were only lukewarm. But that's not always the case with staff; some employees have their workplace under control. But cleanliness is always in short supply.

Classic Burger King. Nothing to complain about

By far the worst Citizen King I have ever visited. All tables dirty and sticky. The windows are totally dirty with old food residue, some of which look like they have been spat on. Some of the staff seem very unkempt and smell strongly of sweat. Even though the shop was almost empty, the excuse was that they hadn't found time to clean the tables yet. The employees are busy having private conversations at a volume that makes it difficult to hear what they are saying. There was a lot of rubbish in front of the entrance and outside, which was carried everywhere by the wind. All I can say about the food itself is that it was partly cold and undercooked and completely carelessly prepared. The condition of the toilets also leaves a lot to be desired. There is no soap for washing hands. Due to the uncleanliness, the health department would really have to carry out close inspections. I'd rather go to the conference now. If it were possible I would give it 0 points. UPDATE: Yesterday on December 25th, 2024 we were there again for a long time and it was even worse than before. The shop was empty, just the 2 of us and 2 more people. The tables were mostly unclean. The dish trolleys are full. The employees stood behind the counter and looked totally bored. One yawned constantly. But tables weren't wiped down. Even the restaurant manager made no attempt to ensure order and cleanliness. An employee then took pity on emptying one of two trolleys and at such a pace that he could compete with snails. However, tables were not wiped down. The food was completely lukewarm. As we left, my friend visited the toilet. There was a yellow cleaning bucket in the sink. That was definitely the very last time I visited this restaurant. If even the manager of the restaurant has a bad feeling and reviews have been ignored for years, it's simply incomprehensible.

Food is always prepped to order and everything is fresh. The burgers themselves taste a bit different than back in the states, but I understand they need to accommodate local taste and food trends.

Went to BK Amberg yesterday at 11:30 p.m. There were 8 of us who placed our order to eat there. It took a good 20 minutes until we got it and out of 4 orders, 2 menus were missing something. When we had everything, the shift manager came to us and explained to us that we had 4 minutes to eat and then we had to get out because they were closing. If you are supposed to eat within 4 minutes and are then told to leave, then they should either comply with the BK's demands (work quickly) or stop taking orders after 11 p.m. We found that very rude because we left a lot of money together and then we are supposed to eat in 4 minutes and are literally thrown out.

I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. For one thing, the burger was completely cold as was the bacon. When I asked, I was told you could put the burger in the microwave. We went here to eat - the restaurant was clean and well stocked. Burgers tasted good. Personally, I like BK a little more than McD. Everything was fine So after a year here again - like before everything is great - employees are friendly and the store is extremely clean. Everything was very good again.

Now a really, really good Burger King with nice staff. You don't have to wait too long anymore and nothing has ever been missing. Unfortunately, nothing went right on this visit. Terrace dirty. No staff were seen tidying up or cleaning during our visit. Drinks warm. There was no yellow soda. Drinks dispenser was not refilled. Coke tasted more like water than Coke. We preferred not to drink any of it. It was nothing and we won't be going back here any time soon

Always the same problem. You wait half an hour in the drive-in even though there are only two cars in front of you. War am 21.07.2024 in dem Burger King in Amberg. Bestellung war 2 Whopper. Zu Hause stellte ich fest, dass auf beiden der Käse fehlte. Und das obwohl, in dem Lokal wenig los war, so dass es meiner Meinung nicht auf Stress zurückzuführen sein kann. In Amberg leider nicht mehr!
