Disaster.... Ordering was really simple... 20 pieces of chicken nuggets, a medium cola and 1x dark chocolate... We waited a whopping 8 minutes for the cola and the dark chocolate and the dark chocolate was so messed up... could have thrown up in a stream... how can you have so little idea about your job that you add coffee to it and then add coffee grounds... unfortunately we only noticed this as we were driving on and didn't have time to complain but apparently a lot of people were dissatisfied when we were there today... we talked to two customers who each independently received the wrong or multiple incorrect orders.... Zero communication between each other, total chaos, the floors were dirty and well the food we ordered... It's much better... as long as things continue like they are today, I'll definitely not go there again...

Well... no table service!! No explanation why and all the conversations around me were not in my language... I felt very uncomfortable, like a "stranger" and then there was no table service... I think I'll try something different next time...

Coffee is good as always. However, the cleanliness in the restaurant, and especially in the restrooms, is a complete disgrace! Some of the restroom areas are even flooded. @McDonald's: That can't be your standard!

Forgot to pack things in it you really pay for it 2 burgers not included

We were there late in the evening, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The fries and burgers were hot and fresh, the staff were cheerful, and the tables were clean. Top!

Unfortunately, things have slowed down significantly and many orders are incorrect.

Waiting for an order takes a long time. 30min minimum.

We always stop here when we come to/from East Frisia. It's always been great, but this time the 🚹+🚺 restrooms were pretty dirty. We weren't used to it! Therefore, points deducted! Food is good, MCD standard. Friendly staff.

How can that be done while adhering to all hygiene regulations? At the drive-thru, you wait forever, and after this eternity, but after the food has been prepared, you're told that card payments aren't accepted. I can't go there in good conscience anymore and prefer to go to the Burger King on Georg-Elsner-Straße.
