I gave this branch 2 chances. The first burger ordered there was inedible. Today I didn't even get around to eating anything. The very unfriendly staff didn't serve my wife at all for 10 minutes and then preferred another customer because she had to use the app longer to redeem coupons because of the reception at the branch. Absolute impudence.

The products in this branch are consistently good. Whether it's a burger or a wrap, ice cream or a café - it always tastes the same as usual. The staff is friendly and it looks attractive and tidy. However, the tables could be wiped down more often.

Burger King is always delicious, fast, and inviting. It's also important that, for those who haven't yet mastered German, Russian is available on the service menu.

That's why I go to McDonald's less and less, unfortunately McDonald's is the only store that's open late. As always, the food is cold to lukewarm and for the price, then again someone forgets something from my order and doesn't even apologize. The MA who brought the food to the table was nice.

Are all McDonald's branches the same? Far from it! You immediately notice that the employees here are on top of their game. The tables and floors are clean, as are the restrooms. And the staff are attentive and helpful. The fact that there are two fast-charging stations for electric cars right next door makes the experience even more enjoyable. I'd be happy to return.

The very last store I've ever been to. I waited 15 minutes without being served in an empty store. They're now too mediocre. I'll never go back and can only advise everyone against it. With all my heart, I do. I'd love to give it 0 or -5 stars, but unfortunately it's not possible.
