McDonald's Fast Food Restaurant in Ladbergen

We were here and ordered standard items: 20 garlic pepper nuggets, a pineapple bag, and other things. Instead of garlic pepper nuggets, we got plant-based nuggets. After we mentioned this at the checkout, the nuggets were simply tipped back from the box into the plant-based compartment, and we received the new ones, picked up one by one with our fingers, in our box. Unfortunately, the pineapple bag didn't arrive either. Instead, we received the Yuzu Cream Cheese bag, of course without informing us that our desired product was unavailable. They simply packed something else. The wait was very long, even though there was no one else there. In the women's restroom, one of the toilets and the faucet were broken; you should wash your hands in the accessible restroom.

Not sure they wash the floor very often.... You shoes stick to the floor in in the entire restaurant.... And the tables are not much better. When pointing this out, the answer was they don't have time to clean. And very slow service.

Perfect if you need to make a stop with children because it has a terrace and park

Preferably ZERO stars. Extremely unfriendly, incompetent, and arrogant employee. The service terminal only gave me the payment receipt, not the pickup number. I then went to the counter to ask for the pickup number so I'd know when my food would be ready. The lady would have preferred to ignore me; she just asked if I'd paid, "then I'll get my food." When I asked three times if I'd like the pickup number, she rolled her eyes and walked over to the terminal, annoyed, and barked the number at me. When I repeated the number because she had just thrown it out there, she just said "Yes!" and turned away. Her colleague standing next to me was kind enough to look and tell me the correct number. Then my food arrived. She just slammed the bag down, said "There it is!", and didn't even look at me. The service is terrible! That's not how you win customers!

We loaded up our car here and had a coffee in the meantime. The service was fast and the coffee delicious—perfect for a quick break on the road. Everything went smoothly.

Finally, a McDonald's with friendly staff! The food was hot and fresh, and one younger employee was particularly helpful!

The fat woman with the dyed hair and nose stud was incredibly unfriendly; we canceled the order and went to the competitor next door. Thanks for nothing.

People were standing around, serving incorrectly (e.g., mayonnaise on the wrong tray), and overall, everything seemed completely haphazard – as if it were many people's first day there. There was no discernible organization or leadership. Complaints from other guests also piled up – missing products, incorrect orders, forgotten napkins, etc. The branch was also noticeably dirty: food scraps everywhere, fries on the floor, and a large puddle of water in the waiting area. The ice cream was poured into the cups so poorly that it ran down the sides and dirty the counter – which wasn't cleaned. After half an hour, I finally got my food – and as expected: a cold burger, soggy, cold fries, a stale, still drink, and missing napkins. The overall quality was abysmal. You certainly don't expect a gourmet experience from McDonald's – but reliability, speed, and cleanliness are the bare minimum. Today, I was disappointed in every respect. For just a few euros more, I could have treated myself to a much better experience at a real burger restaurant. I will definitely avoid this branch in the future unless there are fundamental changes in organization, hygiene, and employee training.

A fan of McDonald's despite being an athlete! I love McDonald's, even though I'm an athlete and pay close attention to my diet. I don't find anything there that's really harmful if you choose carefully. This particular McDonald's particularly impressed me with its friendly staff.
