Can't complain, everything was okay.

We very rarely go to this American specialty restaurant. It's a shame when you get almost cold burgers even though the shop wasn't particularly busy. After a long time we were there again. It was very good, the staff was very accommodating and the tables were clean. The burgers were fresh and hot.

Some cheap menus are not displayed but only appear during the ordering process. Kind of stupid.

The store was overall unclean, which wasn't exactly appetizing. What I found particularly worrying was that the milk for the coffee was frothed in containers that had not been cleaned. Another problem was that oat milk was not offered, which should be standard in this day and age to meet the different needs of customers. Additionally, it was difficult to communicate with the staff, which made the entire stay even more unpleasant. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I hope these issues are resolved soon. If you have any other points to add or would like to make any changes, let me know!

Food was “ready” quickly but cold. Almost all tables with garbage benches are also dirty... Apparently no one has cleaned them for a long time. I wouldn't have eaten there if I wasn't so hungry.

Pancakes so dry and like cookies. Female staff, very unfriendly.

Something is always broken or empty... we wanted to have an iced coffee for the third time, but at first the unfriendly lady said that it was no longer available in the range. We then said that we had gotten it somewhere else yesterday, and she then said impudently; yes our machine is broken! This is now the 3 times that they have said that the machine is broken.

The typical ambience and the food as usual in the upper area. The restaurant was clean, the employees were very friendly. The coffee was great as always.

Three times there and three times neither oat milk nor lactose-free milk. Then why offer???

Shop was empty. The return cart was full. Things were missing from the order. And then the worst thing was the toilet. It feels like they haven't been cleaned for a week.

For almost all ice cream orders and shakes, the answer is always sold out or the ice cream machine is always broken. The fries are almost always served cold. The employees are friendly but the service is definitely very, very bad. I especially think it's a shame that the branch is in a truck stop and the selection is very limited. In cases like this, we drive to the nearby Burger King 🤷🏻‍♀️

Super fresh BigMac, lots of salad and sauce on it, really tasty and the market manager also made the coffee we ordered with milk and sugar, totally recommended 👍🏼

Sorry, but what's going on? Balsalim vinegar sauce had expired since April 15, 2024! 1 month over, unbelievable.

Food is ok, the store is well maintained and there are 2 fast charging stations for electric cars

The lady at Mc Cafe could use some training in kindness

Thanks to the promotion, the McMuffin was included with coffee for free. Delicious breakfast for 5 euros, fits.

Typical McDonald's. Driving towards the back of the truck stop on a narrow street. Food rather bad for McDonalds standards. Burger was cold, bun was hard and overall carelessly slapped together. Fries ok. Table dirty because apparently only the top is wiped on. The edge is sticky and the plate underneath is completely dirty (where children's hands end up).

The access could be renovated. One pothole after another.

A McDonald's like so many others. Service was very smooth and correct.

Not appealing!!!! Dirt as far as the eye can see. We immediately turned back... ugh, we can't eat there!!!

A good McDonald's at a truck stop

The restaurant was in an unclean condition. Floor greasy and dirty, old dirt under the benches. Tables unclean and Sunday morning and hardly any customers. Two of the toilets were out of order. The cheese was forgotten on the sandwich. Not recommended.

Unfortunately I have to correct my rating. I was there again and again and unfortunately something was either forgotten or mixed up. Ordered to be picked up. A burger was forgotten. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. I was hoping this time I wouldn't have to check the order on site. The Royal TS was repeatedly prepared with cheese. Well, you learn from mistakes. Next time we'll go opposite. A pity.

Service good Tidy and clean I've never had such fresh and crispy Pimmes at McDonald's.

I went for takeaway so the atmosphere is mostly for the bathroom which was clean and functional.

Despite polite requests, no straws for drinks... Filling quantities of ice and drinks are an outrage for the price...

The burgers leave a lot to be desired. The cheeseburger is completely missing cheese, only mince in the bun and a touch of ketchup. The same thing with the hamburger, only minced meat in the bun and no cucumber. So management should perhaps retrain the staff and not give out such bad burgers. The next time I go there again, I will first check the burgers to see if they are optimally topped or I will complain immediately and demand my money back. So check first before taking with you.

It's just a fast food restaurant, it was clean and the employees were friendly. The food was warm. So everything is good.

I have never received such friendly service at McDonald's as I did at this branch. We were the last guests there at night after our flight and were served very friendly and again early for breakfast. The staff there was also above-average friendly. It's a shame that there was no milkshake or ice cream, the machine was probably broken.

I ate there and puked the same day

The disabled toilet has not been usable for weeks, the men's toilet is very dirty and unkempt, not only currently but in the long term the floor, urinals and the tile backsplash have not been cleaned. The restaurant manager I spoke to only responded rudely and said, “Spare parts have been ordered,” but that doesn’t correlate with the poor level of hygiene. Soap for washing hands is missing. There seems to be no learning here from the pandemic and the winter flu wave. Unfortunately, it is also fitting that a decent coffee is not available if the device is defective. I definitely don't have to stop here anymore.

There were 5-6 employees for the counter alone, but my order: cocoa, ice cream shake and two apple turnovers took 15 minutes but that wasn't my problem, it was that my large cocoa wasn't a big one 😁 Let's take the foam away, it was just that Half the cup is full, which I think is really cheeky for the price

I've definitely been to worse-run McDonald's branches. The staff here is friendly and engaging (I was even offered to put the coffee in my thermos mug). The shop is clean, the toilets still have room for improvement (toilet brush…). The disabled toilet was broken at the time of my visit.

Regular Mac Donald. Unfortunately it is uncomfortably cold. I had to put on a jacket.

Lladbergen ..the order tablets are not working or malfunctioning. Orders are then wrong despite double checking on the app. Deleted items are then added anyway. Food was missing all the chips but delivered the drink. Food was stone cold. No strwmaes for the huge cups. Premises without adequate heating. Staff seem confused when problems are explained to them. Yound and vulnerable is the impression given. There is no point having staff that cannot take proper measures to take responsibility for the mistakes that are part of everyday life in a restaurant.. These misses are not uncommon in Ladbergen. It is about time the people running the place took a good look at gear poorly trained staff.

Fast food chain is actually reliable. It depends on the staff. There is a lot to be desired at Osnabrück train station. Unstructured, cleanliness is not always guaranteed. Partly unmotivated.

Be careful, always check your food. For me, it often happens that burgers are simply missing. I think it's a scam because it happens again and again

Sehr schlechtes Personal wir haben des öfteren im drive was geholt aber es gab bis zum heutigen Tag keine Bestellung wo alles da war . Es fehlt einfach immer was . Einfach schade ums Geld wenn man sich einen wrap für gute 5 Euro bestellt aber der leider nicht da ist . Also echt immer alles kontrollieren direct am Fenster wenn dir das auf dem nächsten Parkplatz auffällt ist das nächste Problem dan unterstellen sie dir noch das du da was raus genommen hast . Ende vom Lied Kunde sauer keine komplette Bestellung und viel Geld bezahlt

Curly fries waren kalt . Sonst war alles sehr lecker . Genügend Parkplätze.

Jetzt sitzt man schon mit Jacke da an Heizung gespart wird. Die Preise werden aber weiter erhöht und Portionen werden kleiner

Ich bin öfters in Ladbergen bei McDonald's. An den Ratten beim MC Drive hab ich mich schon gewöhnt. Leider gibt es Öfters wohl Probleme mit der Kommunikation oder mit den lesen der Angestellten da immer mal wieder was vergessen wird. Das schlimmste ist aber das sie noch nicht mal richtig nachbestellen können da ich von den letzten10 besuchen 8 mal kein MC RIP mehr gab . Da ist scheinbar einer nicht fähig Bestellungen zu machen.

Es ist wirklich durch die Bank weg alles Siffig, kaputt und man hat das Gefühl die Putzfrau hat vor 4 Wochen gekündigt. Personal ok - essen halt Standart mecces.

Ein großes Lob an das Personal! Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur schnell und effizient, sondern auch ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Bestellung wurde zügig und korrekt zubereitet, und das Essen schmeckte frisch und lecker.

Nettes und freundliches Personal. Essen war standardmäßig in Ordnung. Leider nichts für Kinder zum Spielen drinnen.

Service echt schlecht Extra bestellung zum beispiel: mit Extra Fleisch, funktioniert kaum Der service nur schwer zu verstehen

War an dem Tag extrem viel los, bestellung falsch ausgeführt. Die Servicekraft sehr jung und unerfahren, daher ziemlich überfordert gewesen.

Dauernd wird Essen vergessen, oder vertauscht. Man muss jedes Mal alles kontrollieren. Sehr nervig. Heute auch wieder. Statt Chicken Nuggets, planted. Statt Fanta,.Cola light, usw. Wir werden in Zukunft ein anderes MCD Restaurant besuchen.

Dies ist eine sehr schöne Filiale mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Essen vorab per App bestellt, rein und alles war fertig und hat super geklappt. Immer wieder gerne.

McDonald's wie mans kennt aber hier war alles super netter Service kann man nur empfehlen.

So wurde Kaffee und Kuchen zum hier essen serviert, nämlich in Pappbechern und in Pappteller.....

Essen wie bestellt. Leider gesamtes Restaurant überall recht dreckig und ungepflegt. Zumindest zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuchs.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert.. Besonders negativ hervorzuheben ist die Art mit Reklamationen umzugehen. Ein Stück Erdbeerkuchen vom McCafe war so alt, das die Erdbeeren schon halb eingetrocknet waren. Die beste Lösung für den Mitarbeiter lag darin, uns ein zweites Stück alten Kuchen aufzuschwatzen. Nun ja...

Alles war schmierig, Toiletten, Türen, Tische. Auch im McCafé gibts nur Pappbecher. Deutsch wurde nicht verstanden.

Ich habe direkt im Restaurant 3 Bestellungen am Automaten aufgegeben, auch alle drei einzeln bezahlt, bekommen habe ich nur 2 Bestellungen in 3 Tüten. Es hiess, das sind Ihre Bestellungen. Zurück auf der Arbeit angekommen, habe ich die Bestellung kontrolliert und festgestellt dass es fehlt. Anschliessend habe dort angerufen und es hiess ich wäre ja so schnell gegangen. Was für eine Unverschämte Lüge. Ich bin losgefahren, weil es hiess das ist Ihre Bestellung.

Hier habe ich locker 10 Minuten am Drive-In gewartet, bis ich mein Essen bekommen habe, das kenne ich von anderen McDonald's jetzt nicht, sonst ist dieser Fast-Food Tempel, wie jeder andere auch.... Nichts besonders....

Near the truck stop where I had to spent the night. The staff was friendly and helpful, the order was ready in a few minutes. In general it was clean. There is also a McCafe if you want a coffee.
