As always, dirty tables everywhere

Very bad staff. We have often picked up something in the drive but to this day there has been no order where everything was there. There's just always something missing. It's just a waste of money if you order a wrap for a good 5 euros but unfortunately it isn't there. So always check everything directly at the window. If you notice it in the next parking lot, the next problem is then they'll assume that you took something out of there. Once again, when you opened the package of the burger, flies flew out. You should close the shop and let the health department look over your shoulder, that can't be right

Normal McDonald's, but only accessible via the rest area via a broken hole in the fence. Very strange.

Unfortunately, when I picked up the food, something was forgotten again, and the control in the drive was pretty slack, even though there wasn't much going on at that time and there were actually only 4 pieces and I only got 3

First my order was forgotten, then there was no suitable crockery/coffee cup, not to mention a saucer or a teaspoon. Repeatedly bad service.

The last McDonald to see even a hint of money. If you order online then there is no more money being debited. If you order online in the evening, half of it will be forgotten. Staff simply unfriendly from the cashier to the shift manager LAST ROTZ BUDE!!!!

It's not really my thing to eat at McDonald's, but since there was nothing else to be found in the area, I stopped in to satisfy my hunger. As we drove past the gas station, we were shaken up in the car because the road was so bad and broken. I always ask myself why we pay vehicle tax. When ordering the food from the machine it was immediately announced that there was no service, so get in line. A monitor showed order 197, so I had enough time to use the restroom. When I opened the toilet I lost my faith. The last user or users do not think it is necessary to flush the toilet. The toilet bowl is full of... toilet paper everywhere. Repulsive, disgusting and disgusting. I used to think that it would be better to go to the forest, it's cleaner there Order number 205 was still a long way off because the employees at this Mc's didn't allow themselves to be disturbed at all. We had to wait a whopping twenty minutes. The shop wasn't very busy at all - only a few guests were waiting for their food. The tables are not cleaned and the floor is not clean. Did my burger taste good? The composition of my food was carelessly wrapped. The fries are getting thinner and there are too many ice cubes in the drink. In order to lift the paper cup with my soda off the tray, the edge buckled and there was a proper match round. The burger tasted like cardboard. Drinking a lot makes eating easier. Last but not least, you want to put the tablet away, but what to do with it? Everything was crammed full, obviously the staff hadn't paid any attention to it for a few hours. Conclusion: I should have continued driving and saved myself this experience.

The food and the ambience were fine. The service was TOP despite the high number of visitors! Unfortunately the men's toilets were an absolute nightmare. Very dirty and there were no toilet paper from two toilet paper containers in the toilet. You can't do something like that to a customer. Sanitary facilities must be hygienic and clean. Therefore only two stars. If the toilets were clean there would be four stars.

It's been a long time since I've seen such a dirty MCD. Toilets need to be cleaned urgently. It stinks of urine, there is “pee” floating everywhere, the tables aren’t cleaned properly, etc… Sorry, that doesn't work at all! The shift manager today should be fired. (October 3, 2024 at 9:20 p.m.) 😡😡😡

Small but nice. It tasted good as always. :) There is a gaming device outside and a digital gaming room inside that didn't work. We suspect that the device can detect movements and project images under the ceiling. Gladly again.

Very nice McDonald’s for a break on the trip. Burgers and fries fresh and tasty. Toilet very clean. Ordering at the terminal worked well with a card, and service to the table was also quick. It's nice to sit outside!

Everything in itself was great, but almost all the places were dirty and sticky. I would like more attention to cleanliness there, otherwise everything is great!

We stopped by here at 9:00 p.m. on the way to FMO airport. Service no longer really exists due to independent ordering. The dining room is catastrophically bad as a designated restaurant. Tables not clean, floor greasy and someone running around behind the counter with a bucket of soap. When I entered the toilet it was all over. SHOCK. So dirty even though an employee was there shortly before us. One of the worst restaurants we have visited. We will no longer be guests on our return journey and will try our luck on the motorway. 08/22/2024 Receipt can be provided via bank transfer. The lawyer in Hamburg can save himself the letter. As local guides, we are experienced.

Toilets very dirty. Layer of dust on the urinals and sinks. There was probably no cleaning there for days. And that in Corona times. Whether the contact form was filled out was not checked. Some dishes were not available because “rolls were missing”. No recommendation.

That's why I think it's far too expensive and the people of Hamburg are looking for it. Well, they have to enrich themselves from us somewhere. McDonald's is no longer what it used to be

Oh my God...... The first McDonald's in forever where everything was really fresh or within the prescribed warming time. We had the new M Burger, chicken nuggets, fries and a cheeseburger with lots of ketchup and not just a moral drop like elsewhere. I was also offered lactose-free milk for my coffee 👍. For the first time in 20 years, I didn't complain about McDonald's. My husband is speechless 😂😂😂.

Modern, clean Mäckes. The preparation of a wrap failed, the dough stuck to the paper. Thank you very much for the really great complaint processing: friendly listening, perfect reaction "of course we'll do it again immediately". Then it worked out well. I would love to be a customer again!

Decent McDonald's - a bit difficult to reach from the truck stop with its many loaders.

Such a dingy shop I recently went to McDonald's in Ladbergen and was unfortunately very disappointed with my visit. The store was overall unclean, which wasn't exactly appetizing. What I found particularly worrying was that the milk for the coffee was frothed in containers that had not been cleaned. Another problem was that oat milk was not offered, which should be standard in this day and age to meet the different needs of customers. Additionally, it was difficult to communicate with the staff, which made the entire stay even more unpleasant. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I hope these issues are resolved soon. If you have any other points to add or would like to make any changes, let me know!

My citizen was with ketchup even though I ordered without and my daughter ordered a citizen with salad and they didn't put salad on it and when I complained they yelled at me And that's not too bad. Put some lettuce leaves on it

I can't recommend anyone to eat anything at McDonald's. The quality of the food is poor, it doesn't taste good and it's way too expensive.

I recently stopped here with my daughter after vacation. I personally prefer to eat at the other competitor, but there is currently a Smurf series in the children's bag that my little one loves. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is not exactly in a prominent location. It is located at the end of a narrow street on the grounds of the truck stop. Unfortunately, the guests weren't all that tidy on the day we were there. Most people chose delivery to the table, which is why the employees rotated. The employees also didn't do a good job of clearing away the garbage that the guests placed all over the place in the collection boxes and some of the tables weren't left very clean by the guests either. The outside area was again nice and clean. It would be good here if the operator would set up umbrellas. Because of the temperatures (32⁰C) and the sun, only the places under the canopy were usable. I don't really have to say anything about the food. It has the same good quality as all other restaurants. It's worth mentioning that neither the ketchup nor the gift was forgotten in the junior bag and the employees were very friendly when my daughter wanted a different Smurf than the one that was already in the box. It was a relaxing break.

Sehr gute Möglichkeit eine günstige Rast auf der Autobahn Richtung Norddeutschland zu machen. Die Filiale macht einen guten Eindruck, so dass ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht für repräsentativ halte.

Relatively large store. Lots of seating inside. Delivery of the order quickly. Terminals available for ordering without a cash register. Card payment hassle-free. Burger a bit carelessly packed with iceberg lettuce and, as so often, clearly different from the advertising image :P

One like all! Unfortunately, these impersonal order terminals are now annoying everywhere.

The order terminals are not working properly. The receipt paper just hangs out like that. In one case, no card payment was possible. Table service is offered at the terminal, but there is no number on display. Other guests seemed annoyed because something wasn't working with their orders. We got our food relatively quickly, which was ok too. However, the store is totally unkempt. Once again, no wiped tables, everything sticks. WC: well... our little one wasn't allowed to go to the toilet there. There was no place to dry hands. There isn't even a paper dispenser or a hairdryer there. Well, I've experienced a lot, but that was an extreme case.

The food is typical McDonald's, but the service and friendliness leaves more to be desired. Selected table service at the terminal, asked the staff for a number and instead of saying that they were unfortunately understaffed and couldn't offer the service, they complained when they were supposed to bring the food to the table. The cleanliness of the tables is a disaster, no matter which table you choose, the leftover food and drinks from the previous ones are included for free. And if you can't find anything on the table, you're welcome to pick up the food from the floor to "enhance" your meal.

Some cheap menus are not displayed but only appear during the ordering process. Kind of stupid. Update: I tried the pizza pockets today. They were so disgusting, shortcrust pastry or something similar filled with an indefinable red sauce and full of flour on the outside. And the taste was terrible. I threw the rest away.

Consistently fresh and delicious burgers that maintain the typical McDonald's taste. Service is solid, with quick order processing and friendly staff. A small downside, however, is the cleanliness; it could be cleaned more often. All in all solid ✌️

Relatively loud from children and young people. I feel sorry for the wait staff who are exposed to this level of noise every day. The staff goes out of their way to fulfill customers' wishes.

Ordered plant based nuggets + chicken nuggets, got chicken nuggets twice. When I complained, they said without looking that it was twice chicken and then gave me new plant based ones. This feels like you're always giving out chicken by default. Unfortunately, that doesn't work at all.

As always, eat at mc. Really very friendly and fast service. Unfortunately, the tap (i.e. the drying function) wasn't working during our visit and it was a bit dirty

We very rarely go to this American specialty restaurant. It's a shame when you get almost cold burgers even though the shop wasn't particularly busy. After a long time we were there again. It was very good, the staff was very accommodating and the tables were clean. The burgers were fresh and hot.

Food was “ready” quickly but cold. Almost all tables with garbage benches are also dirty... Apparently no one has cleaned them for a long time. I wouldn't have eaten there if I wasn't so hungry.

Something is always broken or empty... we wanted to have an iced coffee for the third time, but at first the unfriendly lady said that it was no longer available in the range. We then said that we had gotten it somewhere else yesterday, and she then said impudently; yes our machine is broken! This is now the 3 times that they have said that the machine is broken.

For almost all ice cream orders and shakes, the answer is always sold out or the ice cream machine is always broken. The fries are almost always served cold. The employees are friendly but the service is definitely very, very bad. I especially think it's a shame that the branch is in a truck stop and the selection is very limited. In cases like this, we drive to the nearby Burger King 🤷🏻‍♀️

Super fresh BigMac, lots of salad and sauce on it, really tasty and the market manager also made the coffee we ordered with milk and sugar, totally recommended 👍🏼

Typical McDonald's. Driving towards the back of the truck stop on a narrow street. Food rather bad for McDonalds standards. Burger was cold, bun was hard and overall carelessly slapped together. Fries ok. Table dirty because apparently only the top is wiped on. The edge is sticky and the plate underneath is completely dirty (where children's hands end up).

The access could be renovated. One pothole after another.

A McDonald's like so many others. Service was very smooth and correct.

A good McDonald's at a truck stop

The restaurant was in an unclean condition. Floor greasy and dirty, old dirt under the benches. Tables unclean and Sunday morning and hardly any customers. Two of the toilets were out of order. The cheese was forgotten on the sandwich. Not recommended.

Unfortunately I have to correct my rating. I was there again and again and unfortunately something was either forgotten or mixed up. Ordered to be picked up. A burger was forgotten. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. I was hoping this time I wouldn't have to check the order on site. The Royal TS was repeatedly prepared with cheese. Well, you learn from mistakes. Next time we'll go opposite. A pity.

I went for takeaway so the atmosphere is mostly for the bathroom which was clean and functional.
