Not recommended. They turn off all the machines and appliances before closing time. We ordered something and were told the machines were already off, sorry. What a rip-off! You don't even get your money back! In the end, the employees laugh about it. Disrespectful behavior toward customers, even though they made a mistake. Unprofessional and childish young employees.

We arrived at a quarter to twelve, 15 minutes before closing time, and ordered three coffees from the vending machine, paying by card. The order was accepted as usual – no one informed us that no more orders were being accepted. At 12:10 a.m., we were still standing there without a coffee. When we asked, we were told that the coffee machine had to be "booted up" first – and that it had supposedly been since 10:12. According to the employee, a refund was not possible; instead, we were asked to fill out a long form. As we were leaving, they even laughed at us – completely unprofessional. Conclusion: Unfriendly service, zero customer focus, the store closing before the official time, and an overall very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended.

Not recommended. This is a fast-food restaurant. The food delivery takes far too long. No wonder there are only two employees. You also have to order yourself at the terminals. Overall, it's a disgrace.

5 stars, even though I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. It was incredibly busy, with only two employees, and yet the burgers and chili cheese nuggets were fresh. Even the lattice potatoes were so hot that I had to wait to eat :-)... To all those complaining about the wait: you saw for yourself what was going on. And when you're alone, you don't have time to take orders at the cash register. It's easier to use the SOTs... Everything else just slows you down.

The drive-thru is practically nonexistent, and the food is lukewarm. Not recommended! Just drive 100 meters further to the competitor with the big M. They have a drive-thru theme, and the food is hot!

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. Caution: Salmonella Danger!!! The mayo packets were very bloated. So we asked if that was right, since we're used to it differently and we wanted new ones. We were told that the mayo came by plane and that the bloated stuff was normal; they didn't have any other ones; they were all bloated. So we wanted to speak to management and threatened to call the health department. Then someone came and snatched the mayo packets out of our hands and searched the table for any left. Then he brought us mayo that wasn't bloated. Then it all happened. They continued to give out the bloated mayo anyway, and the staff knew the mayo had bloated. Salmonella is life-threatening, especially for children. We went there very often. They know what they're doing and are putting us at risk of getting salmonella. We will never go there again!!

Despite few customers, there was a long wait. I also received the wrong drink (but it was replaced upon request). The food was freshly prepared and hot. Update: the prices are no longer reasonable. Instead of the usual €13, a single Bacon King with a single Big King costs €17.08 at this location! Additionally, the lady at the drive-thru was also not up to par with the order.

Yes. It's bearable here. Nice and quiet and very spacious. The seats are very comfortable. But the restrooms are ridiculously small, or rather, narrow. Did a very thin person think of this? So overweight people have to squeeze in and out. A mother with a child can barely fit. And wheelchair users don't stand a chance at all. I find it impossible.

Unfortunately, I can't rate my application with 0 stars, so I had to give it 1 star. The store should be cleaned more thoroughly; there was at least a week's worth of dust on the shelves along the sides. People had written something there, and it was easy to read. I got diarrhea within a very short time after the traffic there. I ate at Burger King in Ibbenbüren and didn't have such problems there. At your location in Ladbergen, the customer service is also unfortunately inadequate, and the employees are unfriendly; I've never experienced anything like it before. GT

I'd love to give zero stars. The food is okay, but the service is terrible. The boss constantly yells at employees in front of customers, which is disrespectful. Maybe she should hold a seminar on how to treat employees. Yesterday, I only ordered ice cream, but it took 15 minutes to get it. The manager had to come because the employee wasn't able to do it. The employee preferred to constantly shake her hair, always over food, which is completely unacceptable.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Burger King! The food was delicious – the burger was freshly prepared, well-seasoned, and perfectly warm. The fries were also crispy and salted just right. Great Burger King. We ordered from cashier 902 (according to the receipt) at the checkout because we had special requests. He was super friendly. Never had such a pleasant and service-oriented experience at a Burger King before. Give this guy a promotion.

The cashier's service varies greatly from day to day. Sometimes you only wait 3 minutes at the drive-thru, today it was 25 minutes! That's even though I only ordered a chili cheeseburger, fries, and a Whopper Jr. The latter, unfortunately, didn't look very appetizing. The patty on the chili cheeseburger looked half-eaten, so I had to throw it away. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location most days. A few days ago, I was also ripped off by the cashier at the drive-thru. I gave him €7, but the total price was €5.48. He simply pocketed the change. I wouldn't recommend paying with cash there!

Four months ago, there were only three people working at Burger King in Ladbergen – and the food was hot and absolutely delicious. Now there are ten employees… and the food tastes like none of them had anything to do with food. A real shame – absolutely not recommended.

The staff is completely overwhelmed, and the drive-thru is sometimes unmanned for 30 minutes, even though the store isn't crowded. The lady apologized for the inconvenience and was subsequently yelled at by her colleague. Unfortunately, some of the food was cold and tasted stale.

We'll never go to Burger King in Ladbergen again. Employees under 18 are yelled at or harassed, and nothing is done about it; instead, they protect the person because that's their way.

Totally disgusting, I was treated very badly, the burger was ice cold and the customer service was very unfriendly. When I asked where the boss was, I was only told that I was the boss. The worst Burger King I have ever been to.

The fries came out fresh and hot, like straight from the fryer. The burger? Perfectly grilled and seriously delicious. You could tell it was just made, not sitting under a heat lamp. And the guy at the counter — super chill and friendly. He made the whole experience even better. Late-night food rarely hits like this, but everything was just on point. Definitely coming back. This spot is doing it right.

What a disaster branch: first the receipt printer at the order terminal was broken, then there were no more toys for the kids menu, then the wrong products were delivered (sauces that were not ordered and chocolate milkshakes that turned out to be vanilla). Despite the complaint, the only message that came from behind the counter was "but I pressed chocolate" (it just doesn't change the result...) and the tables inside and outside are extremely dirty. It's a shame, even the children get used to this crap. Which in the end would earn 5*****, but I'm supposed to rate the branch here.

Rarely have I seen a person as dissatisfied with themselves as the management here on site. Very rude and ignorant.

Today, March 8th, 2025, I was there at Burgerking. I placed the order at the self-service checkout and redeemed over 800 points. When we paid at the checkout, our order was suddenly no longer visible. At first the employees took care of it, but very quickly one employee behaved AGRESSIVELY. He was loud, not quiet at all and VERY unfriendly!!! Now the redeemed points are gone! The store is not recommended at all!

Suddenly dogs were not allowed in the restaurant, although there was no sign to that effect. That means we ordered and then had to discuss. In addition, both toilets are broken. The staff is friendly - it seems to be the boss's fault.

Apparently the shift change was carried out in the middle of the order. 35!!!! Waited minutes for the food. Burgers not hot and fries were forgotten but charged for. Coupons didn't work, so we had to pay for everything individually. This can't be topped. Drinks vending machines out of order.

Burger King's slogan "have it your way" is ignored! Explanation: Due to a voucher and a change, we went to the counter/checkout to order. At first they didn't want to serve us because there were tables to order from. After much speeches the order would be accepted, but the requested change was not accepted. A drink was also booked, which is included in the menu. The drink was subsequently canceled and the money was returned. There was no apology. There was no eye contact during this process.

Currently (12/25/24) only open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. The light in the women's toilet goes out - according to the employees for a long time - if you are in the cubicle for longer than 60 seconds. So: take your cell phone with you for the flashlight function because waving wildly doesn't help. My request to Burger King: Set the motion detector to a fair 2 minutes.

First and foremost, the toilets were clean and smelled strongly of peppermint. Entire battalions must have brushed their teeth in front of the mirror. And when you really let it crack in the urinals, you were met with the worst kind of urine steam. It can't have been me, I've already drunk 5 liters of water today, my business number 1 resembles a flush. We ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers but received 2 triple cheeseburgers. Yes, you heard right, ordered and received a triple cheeseburger, something unheard of. About the burger: I've eaten around fifty Big Tastys in total so far. And they were always warm and tasty and today I had the first big tasty - the cheese was already melted on the outside of the packaging. That means the part has been there for 20 minutes. And the Big Tasty no longer had anything to do with a Big Tasty. Except for the appearance. All joking aside, Burger King has nothing to do with a 1-star restaurant. Staff was nice, burgers ok, fries quite nice.

On November 20th, 2024 at around 5:15 p.m. I had an extremely disappointing experience in the drive-in of your branch in the Autohof Ladbergen. An employee, Ms. Gergert, treated me unprofessionally, insulted me and accused me of aggressive behavior, even though she herself took out her anger on me. The incident escalated because I didn't want to give up my phone to have the QR code scanned. I was then reprimanded in a disrespectful tone, insulted and ultimately no longer served - the window was closed and I was turned away. I was neither provocative nor aggressive, as the surveillance cameras can confirm. Such treatment is unacceptable and I expect this incident to be investigated and appropriate action taken. Customers deserve respect and professionalism.

The shop seems a bit sad and was only staffed by (I think) two people at the time I was there. Tables weren't wiped down and some trash was lying around. I don't blame the workers though as it was quite busy.

The employees were very hard-working, friendly and competent in the first few months. Paid over €21 for 3 burgers (no menu) yesterday and all of the burgers were missing individual ingredients, e.g. the jalapeños. I chose the burger precisely because of the jalapeños. This is the fourth time this has happened to me. As some have already written below, the system seems to have an impact and attempts are being made to reduce costs. The first time I thought it was a mistake. It's a shame, that's how you scare away customers.

The food was as usual at Burgerking, ok. Coffee could have been a little hotter. The dining room was like the ones in train stations in the old days. Most canteens look more comfortable these days.

When ordering at the machine, the slips are not printed out, the drinks machines are out, there is not even any information as to why they are out, whether they are defective or not, when ordering the King Junior menus, not the toy that is advertised

Current toys for the children are never available in this branch, drinks machines are available but switched off, ordering machines only partially work

Unfortunately it's always the same thing. I come here often because I am an aral Pulse customer. As an electric car driver, I don't have to worry at all about having to maintain my car. I usually wait 20 to 25 minutes for my food to be ready, even if the store is empty. So the car is ready and I don't even have my food. We really didn't invent working.

It's a shame that the staff can hardly speak any German, the order is wrong, half of it is missing, the cheeky staff doesn't let you excuse yourself and doesn't understand that you used your "crowns/points" for a meal, instead it is completely left out and the staff assumes that you are lying. Extremely busy on Sunday after a bridge weekend. BK totally overrun, 2 coaches with football fans. The team was quick and friendly. 25 orders in front of me and only waited about 20 minutes even though it was a large one for 3 people. The employees deserve a bonus for such a shift. Stayed cool even though some guests were stupid and unfriendly. We'll be back

Honestly, it would be better to continue standing hungry in a traffic jam than to eat something here. Everything about the order was wrong. The staff is unfriendly and the store is just plain dirty. I'm aware that people probably only get the minimum wage and that the work is stressful, but that's no reason to be so unfriendly and just put in a lot of effort.

Unfriendly staff and burgers that weren't ordered on the tray again and again

I'll keep the whole thing short and sweet The men's toilets had a strong smell of urine and were NOT clean. The drinks machines are both broken. The ice cream maker is broken. Tables are not properly clean. There is no table service. There are no plastic straws. Long waiting times.

We only stopped here because of the bad reviews...slightly disappointed - there was no fight. They just disagreed among themselves :-)))). SUPERVISION DESIRABLE.

This means there are long lines in front of the screens and the staff stands behind the counter and is bored. When asked whether they might be able to support: “they have to wait in other restaurants too!” I'll say it briefly: I'm crossing this Burger King off my list from now on and in the future I'll walk over to the competition with the M, even though I actually like BK much better. But BK Ladbergen: Incredibly cheeky and bad service, never again!

Sunday morning, 11:15 a.m. Drive-in. Ordered 2 coffees and 1 apple spritzer. Apple spritzer is out. Then it just became a fantasy for the youngsters. Driven up, paid, waited. “Orange juice” was out, they said. There would be no Fanta. Mood from the offspring in the basement 🙈. get money back. The coffee was ok. We then drove to the golden seagull next door. It was quicker and drinks were also available...

Without knowing a foreign language you will feel like you are in a foreign country. The employee was not able to give the receipt number - but having fun with each other, as noted not in German, left an overall bad feeling. Food in BK style was ok, but no one wants to see their fingers on the guests' food.

Fries hot, burgers fresh, service friendly! Didn't think I'd write a review for BK, but it was a surprisingly good visit! One star deducted for the ambience because the air conditioning was too cool, but that's just me 😅

At first, they wanted double payment and tried to convince my father that he hadn't paid. Then these order monitors didn't work. And the food was cold and something completely different than what we ordered!

End of the holidays, we head home via the A1. Traffic jam as expected. So why not take a quick break and head to Burger King. From the outside everything gives the typical impression of a Burger King restaurant, I wonder why no one is sitting outside on the terrace. There's no question that it can be more crowded on days like this. The general cleanliness in the restaurant is below average. It doesn't take long from ordering at the terminal to receiving our food. So much for the positive. Of the two drinks machines, only one works, so you lose the speed you just gained here. So, great weather, head outside. Ok, now I know why no one is sitting outside on the terrace. Why did you deliberately lock the terrace on such a day and with so many families visiting you? Even going to the toilet after eating leaves a lasting impression. Immediately after opening the door, I was met with a strong smell of urine. Sorry, unfortunately your Burger King in Ladbergen won't be a place for me to stop to visit you again.

Great joke when you get the “King of the Month” at a reduced price only with the app. Super long waiting time in the DriveIn.....quick is something else.

Stopped here at the end of the vacation. First impression: toilets with an acrid smell of urine. There was no evidence of a cleanliness check. No receipt was issued when ordering at the terminal. At the time after the order was placed, 3 people were identified as staff, 2 slower kitchen workers and a very stressed lady who quickly switched between "cashier" and kitchen to compensate. Very unclean work practices were evident. It was not possible to provide proof of the order when it was picked up; the lady waved away a reference to the missing receipt, which was difficult to understand here Except for the Planted Burger, the food was cold and soggy, the tables and floor were sticky. We didn't want to complain because the frustration had already set in too much. The ceiling air conditioners released air that was too cold. This looks like the staff is being overwhelmed. It's a shame that this comes at the expense of the customers. Who is responsible for personnel planning? Shameless to have left around 40 euros here! It will be difficult to understand whether my child's vomiting in the evenings can be attributed to this.

The service with the brunette pigtail was super bad-tempered and unfriendly. The receipt printer at one of the ordering terminals was empty and no one was interested. Half of them weren't available at the drink station and the other half didn't even work. In the kitchen, a foreman (?) beats up an employee, audible to all the guests. In the car I saw that we had been given ketchup instead of mayo. But then I didn't feel like running again and I wanted to go further. At least the food was fresh and the young man at the counter was friendly and helpful.
