End of the holidays, we head home via the A1. Traffic jam as expected. So why not take a quick break and head to Burger King. From the outside everything gives the typical impression of a Burger King restaurant, I wonder why no one is sitting outside on the terrace. There's no question that it can be more crowded on days like this. The general cleanliness in the restaurant is below average. It doesn't take long from ordering at the terminal to receiving our food. So much for the positive. Of the two drinks machines, only one works, so you lose the speed you just gained here. So, great weather, head outside. Ok, now I know why no one is sitting outside on the terrace. Why did you deliberately lock the terrace on such a day and with so many families visiting you? Even going to the toilet after eating leaves a lasting impression. Immediately after opening the door, I was met with a strong smell of urine. Sorry, unfortunately your Burger King in Ladbergen won't be a place for me to stop to visit you again.

By far the most disgusting toilet I have ever used. Anyone who eats here…lives dangerously.

Such unfriendly staff doesn't help when ordering. Dirty! The Cola machine is empty and no one replaces the syrup. You shouldn't eat here!

Great joke when you get the “King of the Month” at a reduced price only with the app. Super long waiting time in the DriveIn.....quick is something else.

Stopped here at the end of the vacation. First impression: toilets with an acrid smell of urine. There was no evidence of a cleanliness check. No receipt was issued when ordering at the terminal. At the time after the order was placed, 3 people were identified as staff, 2 slower kitchen workers and a very stressed lady who quickly switched between "cashier" and kitchen to compensate. Very unclean work practices were evident. It was not possible to provide proof of the order when it was picked up; the lady waved away a reference to the missing receipt, which was difficult to understand here Except for the Planted Burger, the food was cold and soggy, the tables and floor were sticky. We didn't want to complain because the frustration had already set in too much. The ceiling air conditioners released air that was too cold. This looks like the staff is being overwhelmed. It's a shame that this comes at the expense of the customers. Who is responsible for personnel planning? Shameless to have left around 40 euros here! It will be difficult to understand whether my child's vomiting in the evenings can be attributed to this.

Food cold. Burgers, fries, chili cheese nuggets. Onion rings hot. Received replacement after complaint. Cold again. Not freshly made. Complained again...seen an employee from the kitchen looking angrily in our direction. Gone.

The service with the brunette pigtail was super bad-tempered and unfriendly. The receipt printer at one of the ordering terminals was empty and no one was interested. Half of them weren't available at the drink station and the other half didn't even work. In the kitchen, a foreman (?) beats up an employee, audible to all the guests. In the car I saw that we had been given ketchup instead of mayo. But then I didn't feel like running again and I wanted to go further. At least the food was fresh and the young man at the counter was friendly and helpful.

Ordered two cheeseburgers, they were cold even though I waited 15 minutes. The staff is understaffed, the owner should feel called upon to offer his customers something decent. The second star only because the employee was so nice and friendly.

Branch directly in a huge truck stop with charging stations right in front of the entrance. The facility is probably older, but quite clean. Nice service staff who were also open to special requests. Unfortunately I didn't like my burger and would visit the competitor on the premises next time

Nice, cozy place, I really liked everything, clean, quiet and cozy, friendly staff, menu in different languages, including Russian, everything is clear. I ordered, paid, received a receipt with the order number and we are waiting. On the big screen. Your order number will light up. We pour the drinks ourselves into the glass provided.

A Burger King on the highway. If you don't expect too much, it's definitely good. I was there after a game and the quick meal is of course perfect for when I'm a little hungry.

If you have a lot of patience, this might be the right place for you. Hardly anything is going on and nothing happens. Cluttered with too much unoccupied furniture, uncomfortable.

A really bad experience. The Burger King gives out the burgers much smaller than they actually are, the staff is completely overwhelmed. When I complained, I was treated stupidly as a customer, I was supposed to complain but that wouldn't do me any good anyway😤🤬 The waiting time was almost half an hour, the drinks machines weren't working and you couldn't get any drinks! The apple spritzer tasted expired🤮 A complete chaos we will definitely avoid this Burger King, I think the Wallraff team would be appropriate here too!! Never again!!

It's a classic Burger King that could use a general overhaul. Especially in the white-collar department, everything happens very slowly and the employees aren't the most polite.

Um 11 Uhr erwarte ich genug Geistige Konzentration die Bestellungen auf die richtigen Tabletts zu packen...

Lange Wartezeit. Pommes alt und kalt. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Soweit ein normaler BK, die Toiletten waren allerdings grenzwertig, sei es beim Geruch wie auch bei der Sauberkeit.

Lange nicht mehr so lecker bei BK gegessen. Knackiger Salat , reichlich Soße und knusprige Nuggets auf dem Burger. Und vor allem nicht so geizige Pommesportionen, wie ich es von „unserem“ BK kenne. Vielen Dank !

Drive in Schalter einfach zu langsam, nur ein Auto vor mir. Wartezeit 15 min für King Box. Kein Entschuldigung es dauert länger. Das geht auf jedenfall besser. Dazu auch Recht unfreundlich, wenn man sein Job nicht mag dann wechselt man lieber mal.

Essen war gut und frisch. Die Toiletten, Tische und Sitzmöglichkeiten waren aber leider sehr dreckig, was dafür sorgt, dass man nicht beruhigt sein Essen genießen kann.

Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Es wird sehr auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit geachtet.

Recht neu. Aber irgendwie fehlt das BK-Erlebnis dort

Endlich Mal heiße Zwiebelringe, aber der Whopper war nur lauwarm, Laden war nicht gepflegt, Tische und Boden dreckig, Salat Reste auf dem Boden,unser Tisch war lieblos abgewischt, wisch Spuren vom Lappen. Herrentoilette keine Seife!

Sauber leer gut war für mich die nächste Möglichkeit auf A1 Rückweg Ostsee nen BK Burger zu kriegen 21.05 Uhr ist der BK Dammer Berge Samstags nämlich schon zu..

Wahnsinnig nettes und geduldiges Personal. Wir haben zwei Eis bestellt und gefragt, ob wir außerdem einen Becher mit Eiswürfeln bekommen könnten. Der junge Mann, der uns bedient hat, hat ihn uns sehr freundlich kostenlos mitgegeben. Anderswo hätte man bestimmt gesagt, dass man schon ein Getränk hätte kaufen müssen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr gefreut, danke und viele Grüße :)

Im Gegensatz zu McDonald's gibt's hier keinen Tisch Service, daher gibt's Abzüge beim Service. Ambiente? Ist halt ein Burger Laden. Das man aber ALLE Burger in einer Veggie Variante bestellen kann, bringt den Burger King wieder ganz weit nach vorn!

Ingen kø og ingen ventetid og alligevel 3 ting der manglede i ordren til 4 personer. Ingen tilkendegivelse, undskyldning eller andet fra personalet. Ikke engang er værsgod.

Es ist halt Burger King, was erwartet man. Der Burger war ganz o.k. Es funktionierte nur ein Getränkeautomat. Aber auch nur zum Teil. Keine Fanta vorhanden. Was mich am meisten daran stört: man bestellt am Automaten, bestellt auch Fanta, aber die Rückmeldung dass keine Fanta da ist bekommt man erst wenn man die Ware abholt. Die guten alten Zeiten. Früher hat man bestellt und dabei gleich gesagt bekommen „Fanta ist aus. Heute heißt es friss oder lass es. Soviel zum Thema Kundenservice🤔

Essen hat gepasst, BK eben. Getränke Automat hat mir einer funktioniert, und dieser auch nicht richtig. Bestellung per Terminal hat geklappt.

Essen ok. So wie man es halt von BK kennt. Service geht so: kamen mit den Bestellungen total durcheinander. Die Bestellungen haben nicht mehr zu den Nummern gepasst. Und Toilette: sorry, aber hier hat schon lange keiner richtig geputz. Ekelhaft

Hat lange gedauert, Toiletten sehr stinkig, Tische nicht sauber. Habe ich so noch nirgendwo gesehen beim Burgerking. Pommes waren auch labberig.

Gutes vorab: Das Gebäude und der Außenbereich sehen sehr gepflegt aus. Kaum bis gar keine Abfälle in der Umgebung des Restaurants. Auch Innen werden die Tische und der Boden schnell gereinigt und sind bereit für neue Gäste. Der gravierende Negativpunkt hier ist der unfassbar Miserable Service. Mehrere Gäste vor und nach uns mussten teilweise über 20 Minuten warten. Dazu wurden immer wieder Saucen vergessen. Bei unserer Bestellung wurden ein Burger und mehrere Getränke vergessen. Nach kurzer weiterer Wartezeit kam alles an den Tisch mit einer Entschuldigung des entsprechenden Personals. Weiterhin, ein starker Kritikpunkt, auch von fachmännischer Meinung, sind die unfassbar stark auftretenden Fliegen im Gastrobereich. Türen stehen ständig offen, eine Kühlung gibt es nicht, daher viel Fliegerei im Innenbereich. Ein UV-Gerät mit Klebefläche oder Insektenvernichter sucht man's vergebens, da bitte einen Fachmann zu Rate ziehen
